[00:39:51] torture. At the end of
[00:39:53] the 11-month trial process,
[00:40:08] a death sentence was given for 14 people. "Due to the crime of
[00:40:12] violating the constitution, according to Article 146/1
[00:40:16] of the Turkish Penal Code, the court decisions
[00:40:19] were unanimously sentenced to death." The court decisions
[00:40:22] were delivered to the National Unity Committee in Ankara
[00:40:26] on the evening of the
[00:40:37] same day. 4 death sentences were issued from

[00:42:21] of thousands of people from all over Turkey

[00:58:33] or structural risk regarding the functioning of
[00:58:36] Borsa Istanbul and capital markets. The problem is concentrated
[00:58:40] in a certain part of the fund market and is temporary
[00:58:43] and manageable, it was stated. Measures were also discussed at the meeting.

[00:58:52] It was stated that the decided measures will primarily aim
[00:58:55] to eliminate liquidity bottlenecks and prevent
[00:58:59] the risk of contagion. At the same time,

[00:59:06] will be taken and necessary steps will be taken
[00:59:09] regarding those who are determined to have engaged in market-disrupting
[00:59:13] actions. As we mentioned, the Financial Stability Committee

[00:59:30] to be provided through weekly repo auctions will be increased
