[00:06:13] property, navigation and the environment
[00:06:15] in the region. Unfortunately, Turkish and Azerbaijani sea
[00:06:19] fairs have also lost their lives in these
[00:06:23] attacks. It is not acceptable for the war to
[00:06:26] spread into the black sea and threaten the lives of our
[00:06:30] citizens and the operation of our companies. We have
[00:06:33] intensified our efforts to reach an agreement and we are taking the
[00:06:37] necessary steps to bring these efforts to a
[00:06:40] conclusion. we will continue to make
[00:06:44] every effort to achieve

[00:15:31] food that we should have been saving over the winter. It's a
[00:15:35] disaster. There is severe drop. and we don't
[00:15:38] have enough food for the animals, things are going from bad to
[00:15:42] worse, this summer the agricultural sector faced huge
[00:15:46] losses from severe and prolonged droughts due to record
[00:15:50] breaking heat waves. the band should be lifted by

[00:15:57] business will be driven to the brink of bankrupcy.

[00:17:49] potentially between those senior political figures, can they figure
[00:17:52] out a way to move from the fighting towards political
[00:17:56] negotiation, can they figure
[00:17:57] out a way to hash out deal, or is one the smaller
[00:18:01] parties, perhaps the Grand Bank Samoro coalition going to
[00:18:05] become a kingmaker, they're the party that... came in third place in
[00:18:09] these elections, are they going to be the important political figures
[00:18:13] that help tip the balance and help swing one these parties
[00:18:16] over that all-important 41 seat threshold that would be required
[00:18:20] to govern here? another question, of course is can the
[00:18:24] peace last? it has been remarkable, the level
[00:18:28] of peace that we've seen across the region, there have of course been explosions that were
[00:18:32] shootings especially here in kotabato city, but
[00:18:35] broadly comelect the... election officials from Manila
[00:18:39] were pretty happy it seems with the way in which the elections
[00:18:43] have gone, despite some allegations of fraudulent
[00:18:47] voting, some allegations of election interference and of course spats
[00:18:51] of violence, they are pretty happy with how things are, especially when when
[00:18:54] compared to the large scale violence that we've seen in decades gone
[00:18:58] by. the question then is can the peace last, can these
[00:19:01] political agents, can these politicians find a way
[00:19:05] on the negotiating table to... make things work to come
[00:19:08] together and to work for the sake the bangsa people, that's what they've
[00:19:12] been saying that their aim is after
[00:19:14] all. as turn to Nigeria where uber
[00:19:18] has ended 12 years of operations shutting down earlier this
[00:19:21] month, for thousands of drivers, it could mean an abrupt loss of

[00:21:01] in-drive allows drivers and passengers to negotiate
[00:21:05] first directly. Uber may have left
[00:21:09] Nigeria, but the rolls it once help drivers navigate are
