[00:27:26] directly democratically elected government. It's going to be a
[00:27:30] hung parliament. And that really. brings up few new
[00:27:34] questions, one of which is how are the political relationships between the
[00:27:37] leaders the two main parties, one them, the UBJP, one
[00:27:41] them the BFP going to play out in the
[00:27:45] coming weeks. Let's not forget that these two parties themselves
[00:27:48] emerged from a high-level split in
[00:27:52] the rebel group that was fighting for the establishment of this
[00:27:56] autonomous region, some bad blood then potentially between those
[00:27:59] senior political figures, can they figure out... a way to move
[00:28:03] from the fighting towards political negotiation, can they figure out a way to
[00:28:07] hash out deal? or is one the smaller
[00:28:10] parties, perhaps the Grand Bank Samoro coalition going to
[00:28:14] become a kingmaker, they're the party that came in third place in
[00:28:18] these elections, are they going to be the important political figures
[00:28:22] that help tip the balance and help swing one these parties
[00:28:26] over that all important 41 seat threshold that will be required
[00:28:30] to govern here. another question - of course is can the
[00:28:33] peace last? it has been remarkable, the level
[00:28:37] of peace that we've seen across the region, there have of course been explosions that were
[00:28:41] shootings especially here in kotabato city, but
[00:28:45] broadly comelect, the election officials from Manila
[00:28:49] were pretty happy it seems with the way in which the elections
[00:28:53] have gone, despite some allegations of fraudulent
[00:28:56] voting, some allegations of election interference and of course spats
[00:29:00] of violence, they are pretty happy with things are, especially when when
[00:29:04] compared to the large scale violence that we've seen in decades gone
[00:29:07] by. The question then, can the peace last, can these
[00:29:10] political agents, can these politicians find a way
[00:29:14] on the negotiating table to make things work, to come
[00:29:17] together and to work for the sake the Bangzamora people. That's what
[00:29:21] they've been saying that their aim is
[00:29:23] after all. Thousands of
[00:29:27] Romanian sheep farmers have taken to
[00:29:28] the streets of Bucharest to protest against an export ban.
[00:29:32] on livestock imposed by the European
[00:29:47] farmers in Romania have clashed with police. Security
[00:29:51] forces aimed tear gas squarely at the
[00:29:53] protesters. It marked one the largest agricultural
[00:29:57] protests in Romania this
[00:29:59] year. and
[00:30:02] farmers brought traffic in Bucharest to a standstill. The
[00:30:06] anger is over an unresolved crisis in the country's
[00:30:09] livestock sector over restrictions on animal
[00:30:13] exports. Politicians should no longer be allowed
[00:30:16] to pass. We want to block the traffic to make them come and talk to
[00:30:20] us. In just two years, Romania has gone from
[00:30:24] being the European Union's largest exporter of live
[00:30:27] sheep, to facing a complete ban on exports to both
[00:30:31] EU members. states and non EU markets. It comes
[00:30:35] after virus had been circulated undetected in
[00:30:39] Romania's livestock, and sufficient guarantees for disease
[00:30:43] control were not provided. That's when the culling
[00:30:46] began. Number one, stop killing
[00:30:50] animals. They apply tests on six or seven sheep and then they...
