The UN said nearly two-third the [00:06:52] enclave is inaccessible to Palestinians or subject to [00:06:55] severe restrictions. Residents of Gaza's [00:06:59] al Zawaida have inspected the aftermath of an Israeli air strike. The residents say [00:07:03] they were given five minutes to evacuate before bombs were dropped on the house on [00:07:07] Saturday. Israel has stepped up a strikes against Palestinians in [00:07:11] Gaza undermining a U.S. broker cefire agreed one year [00:07:14] ago, currently Israel controls more than [00:07:18] 70% in reality, because we are here, [00:07:22] we see this with our own eyes, 64%, that [00:07:25] was maybe two months ago according to to [00:07:29] international agencies working in Gaza, but almost every hour, [00:07:33] every day far Israeli forces are creeping further [00:07:36] west, right now more than two [00:07:40] million people in Gaza are living and less than 30% of of [00:07:44] of Gaza's territory, Gaza used to be [00:07:46] 360 square kilometers approximately, [00:07:50] and now people are living within about 100 kilometers and even the [00:07:54] 100 kilometers are not safe because you have daily air [00:07:57] strikes, tank fire, sniper fire, even [00:08:01] random fire by machine guns, they they just open the fire [00:08:05] on anything that moves, they open their fires, [00:08:09] they they they move their machine guns to the western part. of [00:08:12] Gaza, so the majority the territory that [00:08:16] Israeli forces are pointing the forces at is towards the west, towards the [00:08:20] mediterranean, while in some areas like Betlahya and Northern [00:08:23] Gaza, they point their guns towards the south, and in the [00:08:27] south they point to towards the north, it's not only that [00:08:31] Jafar, even in the in the Mediterranean, Israeli [00:08:35] gun boats fire on people on the coastal area where [00:08:39] thousands of tents are located, tens of thous of not [00:08:43] hundreds of hundreds of thousands of children, women, elderly [00:08:46] people are living in those tents, so [00:08:50] far today at least six people were injured, including a pregnant woman, [00:08:54] jafar in her second trimester, and doctors say [00:08:58] it's they're not sure if they're able even to save the [00:09:01] mother or or or her her [00:09:05] fetus, now already since the start the seasfire [00:09:09] back in October 2025, and already now we already... past one [00:09:13] year since this so callalled seasfire, close to 1500 people have [00:09:17] lost their lives, more than 500 others injured, while [00:09:21] earlier this morning, for example in eastern gaza city, less [00:09:25] than three kilometers from where i'm standing, if i [00:09:29] go east about th three kilometers, 3 and a half kilometers, [00:09:32] i'll be i'll be faced with a israeli tank or a machine gun [00:09:36] in front of me, of course nobody nobody even dares to get [00:09:40] close to that area where the soldiers [00:09:42] located few hundred meters [00:09:46] to uh the west the so-called to this to the east the so-called [00:09:50] yellow line, they keep opening their heavy machine guns and [00:09:54] artillery and tank fire towards the western [00:09:58] parts of that area, so this morning people were [00:10:02] sleeping, although they're not sleeping safely within [00:10:04] a partially standing [00:10:07] buildings damaged by [00:10:11] Israel's war. and inside makeshift [00:10:14] tints and they woke up this morning finding the yellow [00:10:18] blocks moved past them [00:10:20] and this means you're [00:10:22] a kill zone [00:10:23] so people panic doesn't... the families just ran [00:10:26] away with whatever they can and sometimes some people i've seen [00:10:30] people who who left with nothing because they know life [00:10:34] is more important than belongings [00:10:36] jab [00:10:40] right ashraf and i understand winter is only few months [00:10:43] away so how can palestinians if at all prepare for [00:10:47] the harsh conditions [00:10:48] there? [00:10:55] "well every coming, every every everything is coming against the Palestinians in [00:10:59] Gaza, the weather, the some people say it's the [00:11:03] international conspiracy of silence when it comes to Palestinians and [00:11:06] now the international organization of migration, IUM [00:11:10] says Israel is not allowing tens of thousands of tens and [00:11:13] shelter shelter supplies to enter Gaza, especially that [00:11:17] Lnino is approaching and its [00:11:20] effects could could you know most likely will affect the people." [00:11:25] uh of Gaza and we have more in the following [00:11:27] package. [00:11:32] Amilar [00:11:33] harazin is a word man with what could be very harsh [00:11:36] winter around the corner. He's deeply concerned for [00:11:40] his family who live a tent. I'm trying to [00:11:44] secure my tent. I have newborn baby who is less than a week old and [00:11:48] three young children. Last year we suffered badly when a storm [00:11:52] hit so I need to be prepared this time. This [00:11:55] year the conditions could be much worse for the people in Gaza [00:11:59] already suffering due to Israel's devastating war on the [00:12:03] strip, for families living in fragile shelters, even [00:12:06] basic preparations may not be enough, or damaged homes [00:12:10] and obliterated infrastructure leave many displacement [00:12:14] sites vulnerable to flooding as well as [00:12:17] collapse, we heard that very [00:12:21] powerful storm may be coming our way, it could destroy homes, let's [00:12:25] alone tents, we put our trust in God. My tent is so [00:12:29] fragile that even a light storm could destroy it. Imagine [00:12:32] what this storm could do. The storm he's referring [00:12:36] to is the elninu weather phenomena. Scientists [00:12:40] are warning about its catastrophic effects which could settle [00:12:44] firmly by December. And in Gaza, its [00:12:47] repercussions could make life even worse. According to the [00:12:51] International Organization for migration, IOM, around [00:12:55] 1.8 million people are living in displacement sites [00:12:59] across the wartorn territory. more than 80% [00:13:03] the tents and makeshift shelters are in poor [00:13:06] condition, while only 17% of winter shelter needs [00:13:10] have been met. we're dreading the winter [00:13:14] as well as the storm. the rain could flood our tents leaking in from [00:13:18] above and sweeping in from below. we have almost [00:13:22] nothing to protect ourselves with. we lie awake. At night worried [00:13:26] about the rain and the strong winds, there is no end to the [00:13:29] suffering. With little protection from the rain, [00:13:33] families fear the destruction the shelters and the exposure to [00:13:37] the cold. As palestinians prepare to face another harsh [00:13:41] winter, the brace themselves for the worst, and made Israel's refusal to [00:13:45] allow adequate shelter material. Ashraf Shanan, [00:13:49] TRT World, Gaza. Palestinian farmers in [00:13:53] Ain Yabu east of... Ramala gathered in groups on Sunday to harvest [00:13:57] their olives a mid threats and attacks by the illegal settlers. Israeli [00:14:01] forces used stun grenades and [00:14:03] the at the farmers as the settlers stole half their harvest and vital [00:14:07] farming equipment. local managed to locals managed to salvage only [00:14:11] 15 bags of olives but vow to return in large numbers to defend [00:14:14] their land. mhammad elwan has the [00:14:17] story. it's their land, their [00:14:21] farms and their olives. yet the palestinian farmers. [00:14:25] face a brutal battle every autumn to access [00:14:28] them under the shadow of Israeli guns and illegal [00:14:31] occupation, together the residents of village in [00:14:35] the occupied west bank set out on sunday to harvest their olive [00:14:39] trees, keeping alive a tradition known as [00:14:42] alona where people help each other pick the [00:14:45] crop. another reason for this unity is to protect their [00:14:49] land from illegal Israeli settlers who have taken over large [00:14:53] areas. israel has declared the area closed military [00:14:57] zone, preventing Palestinians from accessing their own [00:15:00] land, for this land owner, even trying to [00:15:03] access his property could lead to arrest, he has [00:15:07] chosen not to show his face, feeling [00:15:10] detention, we have come to harvest [00:15:14] our own olives, these are our village trees inherited from our fathers [00:15:17] and grandfathers, thank god our spirits are high because we are [00:15:21] standing on our own land, we are not here to steal or harm anyone. [00:15:25] They are the ones coming to us, stealing our harvest. [00:15:29] Residents had been on their land for just an hour when illegal settlers [00:15:32] attacked. Minutes later, Israeli forces arrived. The [00:15:36] head the village council. [00:15:37] Council's [00:15:37] vehicle, forcing [00:15:47] it off the road, attacked residents and tried to run [00:15:51] people over, they [00:15:52] then trave stones at olive pickers from higher ground, while [00:15:56] Israeli forces fired stunt grenades at the [00:15:59] Palestinians, illegal settlers were seen cutting away [00:16:03] the stolen olive harvest and heading towards the top the mountain. [00:16:08] they had previously taken over, the Palestinians have [00:16:12] been forced to leave, but they remained determined to return and harvest their [00:16:16] olives. what happened here reflects a wider pattern across the [00:16:19] occupied west bank, where illegal settler violence continues [00:16:23] escalate. across the occupied west bank, more than [00:16:27] 10 attacks are reported daily with illegal settler stealing [00:16:31] olive harvests in front their owners and using [00:16:34] equipment to speed up the process. According to the [00:16:38] agricultural ministry, losses to Palestinians Olive [00:16:42] sector have exceeded $157 million [00:16:45] dollars since 2023 with around [00:16:48] 286,00 olive trees damaged in the [00:16:52] West Bank. The minister fears these losses to rise [00:16:56] as the harvest continues. [00:16:59] TRT World, Ramallah, the occupied West [00:17:03] bank. Turkish head of [00:17:05] communication. condem Israeli defense minister Israel's [00:17:09] remarks targeting president and [00:17:13] theran says the comments reflect political desperation ahead of [00:17:17] Israel's upcoming elections. baseless [00:17:20] accusations against Turkia cannot conceal the Israeli government's [00:17:24] record of genocide in Gaza or its continued aggressive policies in [00:17:28] our region. cuts explicit that threats against individuals [00:17:32] involved in se fire and peace negotiations are yet another [00:17:36] manifestation the Israel government's disregard for international [00:17:39] law, turkey will continue to defend the legitimate rights the [00:17:42] Palestinian people, justice and lasting peace. The Israeli [00:17:46] government's threats, provocations and smart campaigns will not [00:17:50] deter our country from its steadfast commitment to [00:17:53] upholding what is right and [00:17:55] just. [00:18:08] Donald Trump says Russia and Ukraine have agreed to halt a strikes on each other's energy [00:18:12] infrastructure. Donald Trump made the announcement on his truth social platform without giving further [00:18:16] details, it came two days after making a deal with Russian president Vladimir Putin to buy [00:18:20] large quantities of diesel. Earlier Donald Trump had said it was [00:18:24] time for Ukraine to get new president to which Volodimir Zelensky [00:18:27] replied, [00:18:28] it is up to Ukrainians to pick new [00:18:32] leader. Political commentator John [00:18:36] Cavulich explains what precedent it would set if Russia manages [00:18:40] to retain Ukrainian territory an eventual cease [00:18:43] fire? right now the [00:18:47] the real estate issue is about 20% [00:18:51] of Dunetsk, which is the [00:18:54] Luhansk, donets, these are like like [00:18:57] provinces, and it makes up the Dunbas [00:19:01] and the Russian Federation has been saying, we want that [00:19:05] remaining 20% that we have not... [00:19:09] Ukraine is saying, we're not giving you something that you haven't [00:19:13] militarily taken. Uh, one proposal that's been [00:19:17] around for now nearing three years is for [00:19:20] Ukraine to move the border of [00:19:23] Donetz to where the Russian army [00:19:27] is, and in that way President Putin can [00:19:31] claim [00:19:32] he has 100%, and Ukraine is retaining [00:19:35] its territory [00:19:36] but not give. anything that Russia has taken, so there is [00:19:40] a solution, the challenge [00:19:44] is you talked about, with with respect to [00:19:47] reputation in the US, president Trump is a [00:19:51] day-to-day guy, he's not necessarily a [00:19:55] week to week guy, a month to month guy, year to year [00:19:58] guy, and so he's looking at the next two [00:20:02] years, 12 o'clock, January 20th, 2029, [00:20:06] his term finishes. "between now and then [00:20:10] he believes he is the most powerful [00:20:13] individual on the planet [00:20:15] and that he can do what he wants, [00:20:18] and eventually people will come around to doing what he [00:20:22] wants, but even if they don't do what he wants, he will [00:20:25] declare victory and move to [00:20:27] the next issue, [00:20:30] and he has three tools, tariffs, sanctions [00:20:34] and visa restrictions that are his. [00:20:37] go, it's sort of his go bag, it's his doctor's bag, he opens [00:20:41] them up and he's going to throw them out like doctor would throw out [00:20:45] aspirin, and these countries all know this, so you've [00:20:49] got... [00:21:20] republican party will lose the house, so the democratic party take [00:21:23] that, unsure the senate, but President [00:21:27] Trump is going to get more angry, because then [00:21:30] in the US political discourse, they start talking about him [00:21:34] as a lame duck, that's going [00:21:36] to infuriate him, so he's going to keep doing more and more, and we're going [00:21:40] to see things like this where he just makes announcements and [00:21:43] then he's going to coerse everybody to go along, the $100 [00:21:47] billion dollars, if that is accurate. number that he wants to [00:21:51] give back to to Russia, um, the're 320 [00:21:55] billion, that's a third of it, that money was seized [00:21:58] to pay for the damages that you [00:22:02] that Russia has done to Ukraine, and now President Trump is [00:22:05] saying, we want to give a third of it back to him, so this [00:22:09] is this is going to get increasingly ugly, even [00:22:12] if eventually there is some sort of a [00:22:16] ceasefire with respect to the military component the war. [00:22:21] Poland's police confirm it received information about a possible plot to assassinate the country's [00:22:25] prime minister Donald Tusk and the defense minister as details are yet to emerge. [00:22:29] Authorities called for [00:22:30] the public to avoid a [00:22:32] speculation. [00:22:38] Polish authorities say they are investigating a possible [00:22:41] attempt to assassinate the country's prime minister and [00:22:45] defense minister. It was announced on social media [00:22:49] platform. by the interior ministry spokesperson, [00:22:53] a man has been arrested, but no details have been released about [00:22:57] the suspect, all the planned attack. [00:23:00] officials from the police service, the government's protection service [00:23:04] and the internal security agency held emergency [00:23:08] meeting on Sunday. officers have [00:23:11] met at the counter terrorism center, they finalized the next [00:23:15] steps, they will take in this very serious matter, whether it's [00:23:19] police officer. [00:23:28] Details are still emerging, but Poland has been on high [00:23:32] alert, and the authorities say the intelligence [00:23:35] services were receiving increasing number of various [00:23:39] threats every month. Recent weeks have seen a wave [00:23:43] of violent incidents in schools, including the death of [00:23:47] caretaker a knife attack. [00:23:52] "We are seeing very grim trend towards violence. [00:23:55] 10,000 police officers will be ensuring safety in schools, and of [00:23:59] course we will continue our work in the coming days as well, so Monday [00:24:03] will also be under such police supervision. Poland has [00:24:06] also been on the frontline of Russia's hybrid war against Ukraine's [00:24:10] allies in Europe, but authorities call for the public to avoid [00:24:14] speculation.
