[00:07:10] happened at around 7 pm on the 11th.

[00:11:51] a department store parking lot. At that time, a traffic police officer directed him to stop.
[00:11:59] Move to the back to avoid obstructing pedestrians. During the process, a traffic police officer knocked on his car window with a baton, and the driver quickly drove past the traffic police officer.
[00:12:02] The traffic police officer dodged, and then the driver got out of the car to argue, and
[00:12:06] bent the traffic police officer's baton. During the scuffle, the traffic police officer suffered

[00:13:07] 4,500 yuan according to law. Reporters reported from Taipei and New Taipei.
[00:13:10] 。
[00:13:13] When will the first debate take place? The Central Blue and Green camps are officially negotiating,
[00:13:17] while DPP Taipei mayoral candidate Shen Bo-yang is calling out, emphasizing that
[00:13:20] he has nothing to hide, and even said that more debates would be more beneficial
[00:13:24] to the incumbent. The mayor's two responses each time have a precedent. First, he attended the chairman's live broadcast on Thursday to target the election. I have nothing to hide. The sooner it is confirmed, the sooner we can move forward. The mayoral candidate debate is a good omen for both sides. He attended the multi-target building completion ceremony in the morning.
[00:15:25] The Chinese Ministry of National Defense also stated that the PLA's regular exercises are aimed at curbing
[00:15:28] Taiwan independence. In response, Minister of National Defense Kuo Li-hsiung stated that the national army
[00:15:32] would follow the principle of being lenient with the enemy, continue to pay close attention,
[00:15:36] and condemn it. The previous point made the CCP
[00:16:48] However, foreign countries have highly recognized President Lai's National Day speech. For example, a US State Department spokesperson expressed his pleasure to maintain peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait. The former chairman of the American Institute in Taiwan,
[00:16:52] Raymond Burghardt, believes that President Lai is pragmatic in dealing with potential threats,
[00:16:55] which is impressive. The director of the Indo-Pacific Program at the Washington think tank German Marshall Fund
[00:16:59] also highly affirmed President Lai's remarks. As for Japan,
[00:17:03] the chairman of the Japan-Taiwan Friendship Parliamentarians' League, Keiji Furuya, believes that it is a classic
[00:17:09] example. He said he could feel President Lai's determination to protect peace in the Taiwan Strait and Indo-Pacific. He said that the three sides
[00:17:13] should not only have a clear vision but also a solid
[00:17:17] foundation.

[00:17:31] launched multiple ballistic missiles into the eastern
[00:17:35] waters on the morning of the 12th. This is already North Korea's one.
[00:18:10] in waters outside, and there have been no reports of damage to ships.
[00:18:11] 。
[00:18:14] US President Trump announced on the 11th that Russia and Ukraine had reached an agreement to
[00:18:18] cease attacks on energy facilities. However, Russian forces subsequently launched
[00:18:22] a fierce attack on Ukraine, causing at least six deaths.
[00:18:26] A power plant in Kyiv was hit, also causing widespread power outages.
[00:18:29] said he was completely unaware
[00:18:33] of the agreement beforehand, but was willing to cooperate. As for Trump's
[00:18:37] call.
[00:19:38] Zelensky is waiting for more details from the US.
[00:19:47] give us two months, 60 days of total
[00:19:51] ceasefire, 60 days and we will organize elections. In addition, Trump recently said it's time for a new president. In response, he said that if there is enough security, he would be happy to hold presidential elections.
[00:20:09] will definitely respect the will of the people. In fact, Trump pushed for a ceasefire between the two sides in September, but there was no follow-up.
[00:20:13] Now he has suddenly announced it again, and most people generally believe it is related to election pressure.
[00:20:17] Whether Russia is truly willing to cooperate to achieve a substantive energy ceasefire remains
[00:20:26] The Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation confirmed that a civilian airport was attacked on the 11th,
[00:20:30] killing a Pakistani citizen and injuring
[00:20:34] 11 others. However, the airport was also bombed the day before,
[00:20:37] killing 12 people and injuring more than 300. Saudi Arabia has pointed
[00:20:41] the finger at the Iran-backed Houthi movement, and the Houthis have also
[00:20:45] admitted to launching four precise strikes, but warned that if Saudi Arabia
[00:20:49] continues to.
[00:25:34] It has also become the first place in Taiwan and the third in Asia to be certified as an International Dark Sky Place.
[00:25:37] 。
[00:25:41] In the afternoon news, let's immediately focus on the latest topic.
[00:25:45] The Ministry of Finance actually has relevant data. Last year,
[00:25:49] 说 ,
[00:26:02] this growth is even faster, and the ranking is more likely to
[00:26:06] move up. Because the Ministry of Finance estimates that exports this year are expected
[00:26:10] to exceed the 900 billion US dollar mark. If we calculate this,
[00:26:13] the ranking has a chance to move from the original 12th place last year to
[00:26:17] potentially the fifth largest position. The total GDP is also estimated
[00:26:21] that this year's economic growth rate will reach
[00:26:24] 11.05%. The National Development Council stated that Taiwan's current
[00:26:28] international economic status is unprecedented, relying on the people.
[00:26:32] Enterprises are courageous in breaking the situation. There are actually two
[00:26:36] major reasons why Taiwan's economic status has been re-positioned.
[00:26:40] First, Taiwan has absolute advantages in chips
[00:26:43] and infrastructure. That is, in the wave
[00:26:47] of social AI, Taiwan has many manufacturers that have
[00:26:51] some pricing power and some positioning power
[00:26:54] to choose partners. That is to say, if some manufacturers from other countries
[00:26:58] want to share the relevant AI business opportunities, Taiwanese
[00:27:02] manufacturers have an absolute advantage and can also choose
[00:27:06] partners. The second point is that in the non-red supply chain,
[00:27:09] excluding China, Taiwan actually has the most excellent
[00:27:13] manufacturing technology, and in the global layout, it has also become
[00:27:17] a trusted partner that many democratic countries would prefer
[00:27:21] to choose. However, some experts also emphasized that AI is actually
[00:27:24] a double-edged sword. Taiwan's productivity is greatly enhanced,
[00:27:28] but the economic structure is also uneven. Many industries
[00:27:32] actually do not benefit from the relevant dividends, and the development seems
[00:27:36] to be a bit stagnant. So, the K-shaped economic
[00:27:40] problem will become a challenge that our country will face in the future.
[00:27:43] Relevant units probably need to continue to pay attention to and review it.
[00:27:47] Next, through the next slide, we will continue to focus on a more
[00:27:51] relaxed topic. Some people came to Taoyuan Lala Mountain for sightseeing.
[00:27:55] Now there is a new leisure activity. It has become
[00:27:59] the first in Taiwan and the third in Asia
[00:28:02] to be certified as an International Dark Sky Place. In fact, to get this
[00:28:06] certification, the conditions are quite strict. It must be a place
[00:28:10] with a population of over 50,000, and the town must be within a 50-kilometer
[00:28:14] radius. Second, it must be a free public space, and
[00:28:17] two-thirds or more of the outdoor light sources in the area must comply with
[00:28:21] relevant regulations to have a chance to get this certification.
[00:28:25] And Lala Mountain has now obtained it, and they are continuously
[00:28:29] working to achieve this goal, having completed over.
