[00:09:50] to pull more on people trying to watch the

[00:10:29] might have um um a structure, a good intention right, but where's

[00:10:40] might have whatever govern football, do they have the
[00:10:43] desire to actually succeed, and when we have that desire we
[00:10:47] put every toes and make sure it's done, yeah, all right, well there
