[00:26:46] were first in PKOl and also in PZ Kosz, and now 14
[00:26:49] more locations, and we are talking about cities
[00:26:53] such as Gdańsk, Warsaw, Kołobrzeg or, for example, Krakow,

[00:27:20] Polish Basketball Association, in the Polish Basketball League and in the Polish

[00:27:36] invoices, well, we are talking about an amount of over 9 million zlotys, and if
[00:27:40] we are talking about such an amount, then we are talking about the so-called VAT crime,
[00:27:44] and for that, Radosław Piesiewicz could face even up to 25 years of
[00:27:47] imprisonment.

[00:28:13] failure to pay one of the installments of the subsidy for this
[00:28:16] group in 2024.
[00:28:19] Let's add that the Ministry of Finance did not pay
[00:28:22] PiS the third installment of the subsidy, precisely, this was after the
[00:28:26] rejection by the National Electoral Commission of the party's report for the last
[00:28:30] parliamentary elections. At that time, the National Electoral Commission assessed that there were
[00:28:33] irregularities in campaign expenditures, and they amounted to over
[00:28:37] 3.5 million zlotys. Law and Justice filed
[00:28:41] a complaint with the Supreme Court, which was recognized by the Chamber of Extraordinary
[00:28:44] Control and Public Affairs, whose status, let's
[00:28:47] remember, is questioned. The party's complaint regarding the non-payment
[00:28:51] of the subsidy was rejected last year by the
[00:28:54] Provincial Administrative Court, and now the decision has been upheld by the
[00:28:58] Supreme Administrative Court.
