[00:03:15] functioning of many towns. In Błażowa in
[00:03:18] Podkarpacie, due to the heatwaves, there is no water
[00:03:21] in the taps. When a person works for 12 hours,
[00:03:25] comes home, and there's no water, you can imagine how a person
[00:03:28] functions. There's a problem. Well, we realize that, but you also have to
