[00:09:22] vetoing, he can engage in a delicate
[00:09:26] policy of concessions and
[00:09:28] proactive steps. But if
[00:09:32] we look closely at the president's actions, there
[00:09:36] were more vetoed laws than those he
[00:09:39] initiated himself. Regarding the vetoed ones, there
[00:09:42] are definitely many more of them. Well, but yes,
[00:09:46] tax breaks were announced, a minimum of 150
[00:09:49] PLN for pension indexation, but also the construction of CPK in the version
[00:09:53] proposed years ago by Law and Justice. Well, this is all
[00:09:56] what Karol Nawrocki, now

[00:10:05] succeeded, what came into force, what
[00:10:08] began to apply, which promises were fulfilled?

[00:10:31] that the president, then presidential candidate
[00:10:35] Karol Nawrocki said that on the first day of his presidency he would present
[00:10:38] such an initiative. In a year, he did not manage to do it.

[00:10:45] what else, where else are those
[00:10:48] points where, well, we can
[00:10:52] notice these fulfilled things.
[00:11:25] forgets that this policy was also shaped by previous governments, it is not
[00:11:28] that everything started in 2023 and now the president has to

[00:11:36] policy, climate policy issues, the Green Deal,
[00:11:39] especially, these were issues negotiated by
[00:11:42] the Morawiecki government and a compromise worked out
[00:11:45] between the Polish governmental administration
[00:11:49] and the EU administration.

[00:11:56] these questions also arise, because we have
[00:11:58] these related promises, several, denouncing
[00:12:02] the migration pact, the Green Deal and the ETS system, and regarding
[00:12:06] these diplomatic, foreign successes of
[00:12:09] the president, what was actually achieved, and what, where were
[00:12:13] there some attempts, and where did those attempts not make sense at all and from
[00:12:17] the beginning these promises were empty?

[00:12:39] autumn elections to Congress go there, however, as
[00:12:42] for Brussels, it seems that as head of state, Karol
[00:12:46] Nawrocki did not visit the capital of the European
[00:12:49] Union at all, he was still a candidate,
[00:12:53] he met with the Prime Minister.

[00:14:39] gives the impression that Ukrainians are responsible for most
[00:14:42] crimes in Poland, which is not true.
[00:14:44] Secondly, many of the incidents mentioned
[00:14:48] indeed took place and some
[00:14:51] of them were actually committed by Ukrainians, however. The context
[00:14:55] here is very important. In
[00:14:58] the case of the market hall fire at Marywilska 44,
[00:15:02] the National Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against five
[00:15:05] people, including four Ukrainians. All are said to
[00:15:09] belong to an organized criminal group committing acts of
[00:15:12] sabotage and terrorist crimes.
[00:15:16] All are said to be acting, listen, for the Russian intelligence.
[00:15:20] Ukrainians who entered the grounds of the municipal waterworks in Krakow.
[00:15:23] Contrary to what Paweł
[00:15:26] Wyrzykowski suggests, they were not arrested by the police for attempted sabotage, but for
[00:15:29] possession of drugs, also for acts of sabotage on the railway

[00:15:50] citizens to commit crimes in Poland,

[00:15:56] nations. Responsibility rests with specific clients
[00:16:00] and specific perpetrators, not entire
[00:16:03] communities. The list provided by Grzegorz's
[00:16:06] assistant fits into the narrative
[00:16:10] about an alleged increase in crime in Poland caused
[00:16:13] by Ukrainian refugees in general, that is
[00:16:16] a lie. In the program "The Lie Will Not Pass," Dr.
[00:16:20] Mateusz Krępa from the Centre for Migration Research at
[00:16:23] the University of Warsaw said this. If
[00:16:26] we look at statistics on crimes,

[00:16:33] through access to public information from the General

[00:16:40] the percentage of people suspected of committing crimes in

[00:17:25] the influx of foreigners, not only
[00:17:27] Ukrainian citizens, is only one of the reasons, it is
[00:17:31] also changes in socio-sexual behavior and
[00:17:34] an increase in the number of tests performed.
