[00:00:00] across the country after the approval of the new [00:00:43] parliamentary parties in an attempt to gain support for his [00:00:47] government. Luca Niculescu wants to submit the list of ministers [00:00:58] Luca Niculescu's government, but does not rule out early [00:01:01] elections. The leadership of the Social Democrats has a broad [00:01:05] negotiating mandate and asks Luca Niculescu for a government for the [00:01:08] people. [00:01:11] The weather has changed radically, it is raining in several areas of the country, and 12 [00:01:15] counties in the south and the capital are under a yellow code for significant [00:01:18] precipitation. Temperatures are dropping, and sleet and [00:01:22] snow will fall in the mountains. [00:01:24] Heavy Russian strikes in Ukraine shortly after Trump announced an [00:01:28] energy ceasefire between Kyiv and Moscow, Volodymyr Zelensky [00:01:32] announced that Russia had attacked energy facilities in [00:01:38] 3-4 hours. I would also like to tell you that since Kharkiv. [00:01:44] The designated Prime Minister continues negotiations in an attempt to find support for [00:01:47] his future cabinet. He would prefer a political government [00:01:50] rather than a technocratic one and says he wants to submit the program [00:01:54] and team to parliament on Thursday. He met earlier with USR leaders, and at this [00:01:58] hour, the discussion is scheduled [00:02:12] a meeting with Luca Niculescu, after which he [00:02:16] stated that USR does not wish to support [00:02:20] a government led by Luca Niculescu, only if that government [00:02:23] includes PNL, USR, UDMR. [00:02:27] At the same time, Luca Niculescu continues [00:02:30] these discussions, and at this hour, he is meeting with representatives of the national [00:02:34] minorities group, and at 3:30 PM he will [00:02:37] try to convince the Pace group to support him, and at 5 PM [00:02:40] the context of the White House chief criticizing he will also have a meeting with the representatives of the United for Romania [00:02:44] group, but in parallel, there was also a meeting at [00:02:48] way. We are not yet talking about PSD this morning, and Sorin Grindeanu [00:02:51] maintained his point of view. He stated that PSD does not [00:02:55] support a technocratic government and does not support [00:02:58] any [00:03:01] Improving milk government that includes both technocrats and ministers [00:03:04] of the Social Democratic Party. Therefore, [00:03:07] PSD still wants all parties to assume [00:03:11] governance, meaning that PSD would only enter governance alongside PNL and [00:03:15] UDMR, and this is in the context that from PNL, through Ilie Bolozan's [00:03:18] voice, a response came just a few days ago, [00:03:21] mentioning that PNL can provide an investiture [00:03:24] vote, but does not wish to enter governance. [00:03:28] The game at the moment is quite complicated, [00:03:32] it is complicated because everyone has a [00:03:35] position that they have not made flexible, and [00:03:39] Luca Niculescu is trying to continue these discussions, but [00:03:42] the calculations are quite difficult to [00:03:45] make, the 233 votes might not be gathered in [00:03:49] the context that PSD does not support a government led by [00:03:52] Luca Niculescu. It remains to be seen [00:03:56] there will be precipitation in the form of however, what the reaction of national minorities will be, of the parliamentarians from this group and [00:04:00] of the other opposition groups. [00:04:03] preparing this government for the next two years, but at least for six [00:04:07] months, to have this minimal agreement on essential [00:04:10] issues, progress has been made since last week, [00:04:14] discussions are open and I don't want to [00:04:17] close any doors to dialogue. I told him [00:04:20] that if there [00:04:24] is the possibility of a PNL, [00:04:27] USR, UDMR government, with him [00:04:30] as Prime Minister, it is certainly [00:04:32] something we would look at with great [00:04:36] openness, I [00:04:39] areas of the Entertainment Capital of the saw in public that Sorin Grindeanu is also open to such a [00:04:42] variant and this might be the unblocking that is [00:04:46] needed, we will not make [00:04:49] backdoor arrangements, don't ask me to [00:04:52] interpret [00:04:54] Mr. Grindeanu's shifts, I don't know, he seems like a scared rabbit [00:04:58] running in all directions. [00:05:01] PSD's position remains unchanged. The Social Democrats only support [00:05:05] a political government assumed in parliament by a clear and [00:05:08] solid majority. But Sorin Grindeanu slightly nuances his position. [00:05:12] PSD does not completely exclude the scenario proposed by Dominic Fritz, a [00:05:15] PNL, USR, UDMR government, led by Luca [00:05:18] Niculescu, provided that social democratic measures are included [00:05:22] in the government program. In parallel, however, the social democrats are also making preparations [00:05:26] for the increasingly discussed alternative of early [00:05:29] elections. For PNL and [00:05:31] UDMR, to be part of this [00:05:35] effort, to get through this [00:05:38] difficult period, in which we have a rectification, [00:05:42] we must. we have a new budget, it will come in February, rating [00:05:45] agencies will start coming again [00:05:48] and in spring we will make an evaluation, Luca [00:05:52] Niculescu is not the Prime Minister [00:05:54] of PSD, [00:05:57] why should the Social Democratic Party assume him, he is [00:06:01] the president's proposal, I don't believe [00:06:04] in issues proposed [00:06:07] by Dominic Fritz, but would you be open to a governmental rotation, no, but let [00:06:09] me give a nuance, I don't [00:06:12] exclude it. The Social Democratic Party [00:06:16] is ready for early elections. If this scenario [00:06:19] is started. We will start a domino [00:06:22] game, which at some point will not be [00:06:26] stopped. [00:06:30] Stagnant situation in PNL as well, which will not vote for a government with PSD ministers, [00:06:34] but considers the investiture of Luca Niculescu's cabinet. The liberals are waiting for [00:06:37] the government program and the designated prime minister's team for a final [00:06:41] decision. [00:06:43] "The invitation remains as unhonored as it has been [00:06:46] until now, we will not enter a governing formula alongside [00:06:50] PSD, we are obviously considering a vote of investiture for the [00:06:54] Luca Niculescu government to unblock the situation [00:06:57] in which Romania finds itself. The National Liberal Party has 80 [00:07:01] parliamentarians. If we are talking about a support [00:07:03] of the National Liberal Party, a possible support, [00:07:07] we are talking about this number, if we are talking about other [00:07:10] possibilities, factions or what is desired, of course it is [00:07:14] also the option of the designated prime minister, I saw that he wants to discuss with [00:07:18] the party leaders, that's what he did, we appreciate [00:07:21] that. President Trump is considering [00:07:24] dismissing Kimberly Gillfoil from the position of ambassador to Greece, reports the [00:07:28] overseas press, citing sources close to the scandal in which Romania's name [00:07:32] was also mentioned. Both Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco [00:07:35] Rubio are extremely furious, according to sources, and will make a decision [00:07:39] after reports regarding, we quote, [00:07:42] inappropriate conduct and possibly illegal behavior by [00:07:45] Kimberly Gilfoyl. In fact, Trump avoided publicly defending his eldest [00:07:49] son's former fiancée, but the president followed [00:07:52] reports that Gill Foyle had accepted luxury gifts in her capacity [00:07:56] as ambassador to Greece and had solicited money in exchange [00:08:00] for facilitating access to administration officials before being [00:08:03] confirmed to the position. The State Department is analyzing the aspects widely [00:08:07] reported by the press. According to Gilfoyl's lawyer, his client [00:08:11] did not violate any [00:08:14] rules. [00:08:17] The Minister of Environment requests the resignation of the leadership of the National [00:08:20] Meteorological Administration, after the control body discovered that perfumes, [00:08:24] clothes, cosmetics were bought with the institution's money and also reported [00:08:35] postponed until tomorrow the decision regarding Călin Georgescu's request to replace [00:08:39] pre-trial detention with a milder measure. The former presidential [00:08:42] candidate has been in pre-trial detention since September 29 in [00:08:46] the case in which he is accused of having defrauded a businessman of over 1 [00:09:00] preventive measure with a milder one, fell [00:09:04] at the Bucharest Tribunal to Judge Vlad Andriescu, [00:09:08] he is the judge who rejected the first [00:09:11] request by DIICOT to issue an arrest warrant for [00:09:15] Călin Georgescu in this case. Later, [00:09:18] DIICOT filed an appeal, appealed to the [00:09:22] Bucharest Court of Appeal and won there. [00:09:26] So Călin Georgescu ended up in the Capital Police detention center. Now [00:09:29] Călin Georgescu has filed a new request to replace [00:09:33] the preventive measure, as it is called. Which [00:09:36] fell, coincidentally or not, to the judge who [00:09:40] first rejected DIICOT's request to issue [00:09:44] the arrest warrant, it remains to be seen what [00:09:47] the judge from the Bucharest Tribunal, Vlad [00:09:51] Andriescu, will decide tomorrow. Now, Călin Georgescu is [00:09:54] at DIICOT, where the procedure for [00:09:57] the IT search continues. This procedure is taking [00:10:00] a long time, because prosecutors are looking for evidence in his phones, laptops [00:10:04] and data sticks, which is why this [00:10:08] judicial procedure is so laborious. And here [00:10:11] at DIICOT. a few hundred supporters and [00:10:14] followers of Călin Georgescu have come from the [00:10:18] tribunal, there are not many, but they are very [00:10:21] vehement, chanting in favor of Călin [00:10:25] Georgescu, the former independent presidential candidate, [00:10:29] who is in pre-trial detention. [00:10:31] Approximately 300 employees of IAR Ghimbav participated in [00:10:35] a protest organized within the company, dissatisfied with the low level [00:10:39] of activity and the blocking of salary indexation with [00:10:42] inflation. Employees demand that authorities bring new contracts to [00:10:45] the Romanian defense industry and warn that they will resort to new actions [00:10:49] if their demands are not met by mid-December. [00:10:52] Union members complain about the lack of firm [00:10:56] contracts for the production of military helicopters in Romania, although in the last year [00:11:00] there have been discussions about manufacturing Airbus helicopters of two [00:11:03] different types at Ghimbav, employees say they are waiting for concrete documents [00:11:07] that will guarantee the factory's [00:11:09] activity. [00:11:12] Representatives of Nuclearelectrica announced that units 1 and 2 of the [00:11:15] Cernavodă nuclear power plant remain safely shut down. Authorities [00:11:19] emphasize that the population and the environment are not exposed to [00:11:22] any danger. The technical maneuver was initiated in accordance [00:11:26] with the strict nuclear safety procedures of the power plant for routine checks and [00:11:30] preventive maintenance of the electrical systems. The company's experts explained [00:11:33] that the temporary shutdown does not affect national security and that [00:11:37] all facilities are operating at designed safety [00:11:41] parameters. Until reconnection to the national energy grid, electricity [00:11:45] production is supplemented by the country's other resources, and [00:11:48] engineering teams are working to resume deliveries as soon as [00:11:52] possible. [00:11:55] Perfumes, clothes and cosmetics bought with the institution's money, as well as [00:11:58] contracts worth millions of lei directly awarded, are the irregularities [00:12:01] reported by the National Meteorological Administration following [00:12:05] checks by the control body of the Ministry of Environment. Minister [00:12:09] Diana Buzoianu demands the resignation of the leadership and announces that the report will be [00:12:12] sent to the General Prosecutor's Office and the Court of Accounts. The ANM director claims [00:12:16] that she did not use the institutional card and did not approve illegal [00:12:19] purchases. Elena Matescu states that she ordered an internal audit and [00:12:23] reported it to the police since August after the discovery of some [00:12:26] irregularities. Last night in the show Power Corridors on TVR Info, [00:12:29] the Minister of Environment spoke exclusively about [00:12:33] contracts that would have been dedicatedly awarded to [00:12:36] two companies. Diana Buzoianu claims that the procurement department is under [00:12:40] the direct subordination of Elena Mateescu and that she would have [00:12:43] signed the disputed acquisitions. [00:12:46] The control body actually brought to light many more [00:12:50] problems than just this part of unjustified [00:12:53] expenses from cards, one of the [00:12:57] essential things that it brought to light was that in the last few years [00:13:00] contracts were given with dedication to two companies [00:13:04] affiliated with ANM, they were given [00:13:07] with dedication through direct procurement [00:13:11] worth millions, even though there are very [00:13:15] clear limits for what you can buy directly, a sum of [00:13:18] 27,000 RON. So basically we see how the system [00:13:22] was used, how the money was used, including to [00:13:25] favor, so to speak, some in-house companies close to [00:13:28] this institution, and I just want to mention that Director [00:13:32] Mateescu has the procurement department directly under her, so [00:13:36] all these acquisitions were signed at some [00:13:39] point by her as well, no matter how much she wants to [00:13:43] exclude herself from this process. [00:13:47] The weather has changed radically in almost the entire country, the National [00:13:50] Meteorological Administration has issued a yellow code for rain. valid until [00:13:54] tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM, but also a weather warning for bad [00:13:58] weather, rain and snow at high altitudes, in force until [00:14:02] Wednesday. Thus, 20-30 liters of water [00:14:05] per square meter will be registered, and isolated [00:14:09] quantities may even exceed 40 liters per square [00:14:12] meter. Meteorologists warn that a sharp cooling of the weather is coming [00:14:16] in most of the country, and in the mountains at over 1500 meters altitude [00:14:21] sleet and snow, and beware, the wind will blow [00:14:25] at 90 km/h. [00:14:29] serious traffic accident in Mihăiești locality in Vâlcea county, beware, [00:14:33] there are images and information that may affect you emotionally. A 25-year-old [00:14:36] man and two 17-year-old girls, passengers in his [00:14:40] car, died as a result of the impact. The first data from the [00:14:43] police show that the 25-year-old driver drove too fast [00:14:46] and in a curve entered the opposite lane, colliding [00:14:49] head-on with a car driven by a 67-year-old man. He [00:14:53] and a 61-year-old woman, passenger in the hit car, were injured and [00:14:57] transported to the hospital. Police continue investigations to [00:15:00] establish all these [00:15:02] details. [00:15:05] Thousands of believers continue to queue despite the rain to reach [00:15:20] energy infrastructure, says Volodymyr Zelensky, despite the fact that the White House leader [00:15:23] had announced the day before that the belligerent parties had agreed [00:15:27] on an energy ceasefire. Zelensky stated [00:15:30] that his armed forces did not target Russian oil refineries during the [00:15:34] night. The Kyiv leader called on Washington to increase [00:15:37] pressure on Moscow instead of offering concessions or easing [00:15:41] sanctions on Russian diesel [00:15:45] rejected Zelensky's proposal for a 60-day ceasefire to [00:15:49] organize elections in Ukraine. [00:15:52] The President of Ukraine accused Russia of violating the energy ceasefire. [00:15:56] The energy and railway infrastructure in Zhytomyr was [00:15:59] attacked overnight and the city of Izium was left in darkness after [00:16:03] the Russians hit the city's thermal power plant. In [00:16:06] Kharkiv, the second largest city in the country, 12 people were [00:16:09] injured after a residential building was [00:16:12] bombed. [00:16:17] Yesterday, a locality near Kharkiv was also targeted. [00:16:21] The attack resulted in the death of three people and the injury of another [00:16:24] 25. Shortly before these attacks, Donald Trump [00:16:28] stated in a message published online that Moscow and Kyiv had [00:16:31] agreed on an energy ceasefire. Later, Zelensky [00:16:35] stated that he was unaware of such a... [00:16:44] The United States about the energy ceasefire [00:16:47] being reached is good news for everyone. [00:16:51] It is important that it becomes [00:16:54] part of reality. Ukraine [00:16:56] supports all real and reliable formats [00:17:00] for a ceasefire and an end to the [00:17:03] war. Ukraine is ready not to strike [00:17:06] at... [00:17:42] EU foreign ministers have adopted new sanctions against [00:17:45] almost 1600 entities and individuals, targeting [00:17:49] the Russian military-industrial complex. The measures contrast with [00:17:52] recent statements by Donald Trump about concluding an agreement [00:17:55] regarding the import of Russian diesel into [00:17:58] the US. [00:18:07] Because if they stop. [00:18:13] Several European leaders have shown solidarity with Volodymyr Zelensky in [00:18:18] Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil facilities [00:18:21] and saying that Ukraine should change its [00:18:24] president. The Kyiv leader explained that a two-month [00:18:28] ceasefire is needed to organize elections in his [00:18:31] country. Europeans are hypocrites, this is the defense [00:18:35] built by the US Treasury Secretary around the [00:18:38] Trump administration's decision to greenlight diesel deliveries from [00:18:41] Russia, the institution that practically manages sanctions [00:18:45] against Moscow, issued a temporary authorization allowing [00:18:49] Russian diesel imports until the first week of April [00:18:52] 2027. [00:19:01] because they tried to have a choke [00:19:04] point on the Strait of Hormuz, that didn't work. They tried to have a choke [00:19:08] point on diesel prices, now that's not working. And Charlie, it's just as [00:19:12] you said, the Europeans have given the [00:19:15] Russians more money, they have, since the start of this war, than [00:19:19] they have given the Ukrainians, because they cannot wean themselves [00:19:22] off Russian energy. They had a failed [00:19:26] energy policy, and Vladimir Putin, they [00:19:30] continue to fund him. So for them to [00:19:33] say that we cannot have a respite in [00:19:37] diesel. [00:19:41] Romania asks Ukraine to maintain the current network of schools with [00:19:44] teaching in Romanian. The request comes in the context of the Ukrainian [00:19:47] education reform which next year could reduce the number of [00:19:51] Romanian high schools. At the same time, the Kyiv Parliament is set to [00:19:55] debate a new law on the rights of national [00:19:57] minorities, important for EU accession negotiations. [00:20:01] The project is supported by the Hungarian minority, but causes [00:20:04] discontent in the Romanian community in Ukraine. And President Maia Sandu [00:20:08] asked Kyiv to maintain Romanian high schools. [00:20:12] What works do you know from [00:20:15] Mihai [00:20:16] Eminescu's creation? [00:20:20] Now students in Ukraine finish high school after the 11th [00:20:22] grade. From next year, the gymnasium cycle will include [00:20:26] the 9th grade, followed by three years of [00:20:30] high school. In the Chernivtsi region of Ukraine, there are currently [00:20:33] 44 high schools with teaching in Romanian. Next year's [00:20:37] reform envisages that only 15 Romanian [00:20:40] high schools will remain until the 12th grade, the remaining [00:20:43] 29 will be gymnasiums, meaning up to the ninth [00:20:46] grade. The Romanian High School in Crasna is in a pilot [00:20:50] project with 12 classes, while the high school in [00:20:53] Suceveni will become a gymnasium with nine classes. Maria and [00:20:57] Alisa are students here in the ninth grade, from next year they will be [00:21:01] forced to commute to another locality to continue their [00:21:04] studies in Romanian. I would still like to [00:21:08] stay here in my high school, in my hometown, [00:21:11] because I have spent so many years here, I want [00:21:14] to continue my studies here in my mother [00:21:18] tongue, not to go to... [00:21:20] Marinela is the mother of another ninth-grade student from the Suceveni high school, [00:21:24] from next year she will no longer be able to study [00:21:27] here. Continuing [00:21:30] to study in another locality [00:21:34] means daily commuting for children, which does [00:21:37] not give me the assurance that during [00:21:40] alarms, children will [00:21:44] be safe. Teachers are also dissatisfied [00:21:48] that their high school remains only a [00:21:51] gymnasium, not that they are against reforms, no, [00:21:55] but I still want the children to finish, if they [00:21:59] started here in the first grade, to finish. Romania officially [00:22:03] asked Ukraine to maintain the existing number of schools teaching in [00:22:06] Romanian and to avoid regressive measures. [00:22:10] Our goal now is to preserve our historical [00:22:13] network of schools. [00:22:17] Exceptions should be applied to the minority. [00:22:44] And therefore it is very important, let's look at the experience of Romania, Suceava [00:22:47] County, if I'm not mistaken. 98 [00:22:50] communes in Suceava County, look, not in [00:22:54] every one of your communes there is a [00:23:21] platform for transparency in the forestry sector. [00:23:24] Citizens will be able to submit requests, petitions, and also request [00:23:28] participation in inspectors' field controls. On the [00:23:31] platform, the status of complaints, controls, and [00:23:35] applied fines can be tracked. We [00:23:37] at the Ministry of Environment have already issued an order requiring all [00:23:41] subordinate authorities with control responsibilities to [00:23:44] make transparent the results, the conclusions [00:23:48] of all controls they conduct in their activity. At [00:23:52] this moment, the only authority that has [00:23:56] implemented the order transposed and issued by [00:24:00] the Ministry of Environment is the National Forest Guard. We will have discussions even [00:24:04] this week with the other authorities that carry out control [00:24:07] activities, precisely because we want exactly what happens [00:24:11] at the Forest Guard to also happen at the Environmental [00:24:14] Guard and at the Romanian Waters in the inspection area. It is very important [00:24:18] not to hide the results [00:24:22] of controls anymore. For the transparency [00:24:25] of control activity, I have stipulated disciplinary sanctions for those responsible who must [00:24:29] be nominated for uploading these controls to platforms, so [00:24:33] yes, the answer is that they can be administratively [00:24:36] sanctioned. Administrative sanctions are provided for in the Administrative [00:24:39] Code, they can range from a warning to even dismissal [00:24:43] from public office. [00:24:45] Six families with limited financial means will receive [00:24:49] houses on Friday in a locality near Ploiești. [00:24:52] Habitat for Humanity Romania builds these homes with the help of [00:26:34] The fifth day of pilgrimage to Iași, already tens of thousands of people have [00:26:38] passed by the shrine with the relics of Saint Parascheva. Meanwhile, [00:26:41] the weather has changed, it's raining and temperatures have dropped drastically. The faithful are [00:27:01] weather of the past few days has been replaced by less [00:27:05] friendly conditions for those who came to worship at the relics of Saint [00:27:09] Parascheva. Nevertheless, the faithful maintain [00:27:13] their patience and slowly advance towards the baldachin. Many of them [00:27:16] have prepared for the changing weather and brought umbrellas and thicker clothes [00:27:20] to cope with the hours spent waiting. [00:27:23] So far, over 131,000 [00:27:26] pilgrims have passed by the baldachin. And at this moment, another [00:27:30] 13,000 are waiting to reach the shrine. The queue [00:27:34] stretches for approximately 3 km, and the [00:27:37] waiting time is [00:27:41] the beginning of the pilgrimage, 900 [00:27:43] people have needed medical care, and another 40 [00:27:47] have been transported to the hospital. All this time, volunteers, [00:27:51] gendarmes, firefighters and medical staff are mobilized [00:27:54] to offer pilgrims the necessary support and to [00:27:58] intervene promptly where the situation [00:28:00] requires it. [00:28:04] Over 100 flamingo birds heading to warm countries stopped [00:28:08] at lakes in Dobrogea in [00:28:18] researchers from Botoșani say they have found the solution. After almost [00:28:22] 10 years of experiments, they managed to obtain a new population of [00:28:25] goats with fatter milk, but with a taste and smell that [00:28:29] would appeal to even the most reluctant consumers. [00:28:32] The animals could soon reach farms [00:28:36] breed. Since 2017, local goats [00:28:39] have been crossed with males of the Anglo-Nubian [00:28:42] breed. At the Popăuți research station, [00:28:45] third-generation specimens are now growing, obtained in this [00:28:50] a breed, we are only talking about a population now. [00:28:54] The main characteristic we are working on [00:28:57] now is [00:29:01] milk production. [00:29:03] production, we are talking about fat percentage and quantity and [00:29:07] the idea of having in the north-eastern part [00:29:10] of Romania a biological creation [00:29:13] specific to the climatic zone [00:29:17] and [00:29:20] a breed [00:29:22] created in our area came to me even in the early years, because here [00:29:26] I found a lot of goats undefined as a breed. The most [00:29:30] important achievement of this project is the quality of the milk, specialists have [00:29:33] sought to increase the fat content, important for [00:29:37] cheeses, but especially to eliminate the specific taste and [00:29:40] smell that keeps some consumers [00:29:43] away. If I were to milk [00:29:46] goat milk from this [00:29:48] Anglo-Nubian breed and give it to a [00:29:51] consumer to drink, without saying where it came from, they would certainly [00:29:55] not realize it was goat milk. The project [00:29:59] was initiated with the station's own funds, but promising [00:30:02] results attracted financial support from the Academy of Agricultural [00:30:05] Sciences and the Ministry of Agriculture. Researchers [00:30:09] hope that this new biological creation will be approved [00:30:12] soon and reach farms across the [00:30:15] country. Tropical storm Rachel wreaked havoc in [00:30:19] Southern California. Huge waves destroyed houses near [00:30:22] the famous Long Beach. The century-old wooden promenade [00:30:26] was completely destroyed in places. [00:30:29] Efforts to protect with sandbags were in vain. It had barely [00:30:32] recovered from the damage caused by Hurricane Marie last month. [00:30:36] The storm then moved towards Las Vegas, causing floods in iconic [00:30:42] World. [00:30:45] Nepal is once again facing violent weather phenomena, a [00:30:48] landslide blocked a river in the center of the country. This formed a [00:30:52] powerful flood that destroyed homes, bridges and other infrastructure [00:30:55] elements. Five people are missing. Several army [00:30:59] helicopters.
