00:00:00The participants included experts, scientists, and representatives of a number of organizations from Russia
00:00:03and Belarus. The main topics of discussion are what concerns
00:00:07modern women in the Union State today. This includes professional
00:00:11and personal development, education, as well as practices
00:00:13to support health, family well-being, and active
00:00:16longevity. The participants discussed international cooperation and exchange of
00:00:20experience in social, scientific, and cultural projects in Belarus and
00:00:23Russia. During the forum, a thematic exhibition was held, and
00:00:27a fashion show of clothing models by designers from both countries took place. The role of
00:00:30women is extremely great. A woman is very
00:00:33multitasking, despite the fact that she is in our family
00:00:36and in business, in politics, in
00:00:39social activities, she tries to succeed everywhere, and, of course, carries
00:00:43love, carries kindness, carries peace.
00:00:47Therefore, of course, now, probably, especially now, in a period of
00:00:50turbulence, the role of women becomes especially bright, as I always say that the
00:00:54development of many processes of the world, of the world order,
00:00:57rests on the shoulders of women, therefore of course,
00:01:22Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, speakers discuss traditional
00:01:26family values, measures to support families, and the moral upbringing of
00:01:30children. In the role of experts: married couples, parliamentarians, heads of
00:01:33departments, and representatives of the clergy. The open platform
00:01:36demonstrates the experience of Belarus, where systemic state care for
00:01:40people is confirmed by real deeds and social
00:01:43guarantees.
00:01:45The republican action "Give the Forest New Life" will be held in Belarus from
00:01:49October 17 to 24. The campaign is aimed at
00:01:52restoring forests affected by hurricanes and drying. Anyone
00:01:56wishing to take part in the action can contact the nearest
00:02:00farm to obtain planting material and equipment. Large
00:02:03organizations and government agencies of the country will also join
00:02:07the eco-marathon. In 2025, more than
00:02:1050,000 people took part in the action, and about 18
00:02:13million forest plants were planted.
00:02:16Pilot-cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky celebrates his anniversary.
00:02:19The President of Belarus congratulated the Hero of Russia on his 55th birthday.
00:02:23Alexander Lukashenko noted that with his hard work and determination,
00:02:26the native of our country inscribed bright pages in the history of his
00:02:30universe, gaining high authority and fame both in his native
00:02:33Belarusian land and far beyond its borders. Special gratitude
00:02:37is due to Oleg Navitsky's active public work aimed at
00:02:40strengthening friendship and cooperation between the fraternal peoples of Belarus and Russia,
00:02:44as well as developing the scientific and technical potential of the Union State.
00:02:48Oleg Novitsky is the only Belarusian who has been to space
00:02:52four times. An
00:02:54exhibition dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the beginning of the Battle of
00:02:58Moscow opened at the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War. The project was organized jointly with
00:03:02the Borodino Military Historical Museum-Reserve. The exhibition
00:03:05features more than 220 items. Among them are uniforms and equipment of
00:03:09soldiers and officers of 1812, engraved portraits of
00:03:13military leaders, paintings, graphics, and archaeological
00:03:16finds, fragments of ammunition, buttons, body crosses of soldiers
00:03:19who held the defense in 1812. All
00:03:23exhibits are presented in Minsk for the first time. A special place in
00:03:26the exhibition is given to natives of Belarus who defended Borodino.
00:04:45Minsk is always different, it surprises, delights
00:04:49and impresses. Almost 70 years of filigree chronicle
00:04:53in an atmosphere of high
00:04:54art.
00:05:01The palace with classical elements is a symbol of professional
00:05:05musical education in Belarus. Everything that
00:05:09happened during the week in the life of the capital in the program "Your City".
00:05:13This is another photo from the sixties, taken far away
00:05:16where the house with a panoramic view is now, so-called, Storozhevskaya
00:05:20street, trolleybus with autonomous code,
00:05:23articulated for the city of Minsk, we have been
00:05:26supplying such trolleybuses for a long time, at
00:05:30the moment Minsk buys only trolleybuses with
00:05:34autonomous running or electric buses, this is our
00:05:36gift to our enterprise, I really like it
00:05:40when adults come to us, because ...
00:06:53Hello, this is the project "Everything is Clear" with Marina Karaman.
00:06:56Let's talk about complex things in simple terms. Today, about
00:06:59whether it's realistic to get from Minsk to Moscow in 3
00:07:03hours, when train platforms will stop being
00:07:06witnesses to tears, and how one railway can change our
00:07:09retirement plans? Let's go!
00:07:16A high-speed train will be launched between Minsk and Moscow,
00:07:19allowing you to get from one capital to the other in 3 hours.
00:07:23This is the time it takes for an express train to take us from
00:07:26Minsk to Mogilev today, for example, and here
00:07:29is Moscow. To get by train from Moscow to Minsk or
00:07:33back, in current realities, it takes no less than
00:07:367:12. At least, that's what the website of
00:07:40Belarusian Railways tells us.
00:07:49hours against this background look fantastic, and the designers say that it is possible that a high-speed railway
00:07:52line between Moscow and St. Petersburg
00:07:55is already being built. It is planned to be commissioned in
00:07:592028, and then the express route to
00:08:01Minsk is next. These plans are not just empty
00:08:05words blown into the wind; they are documented on
00:08:08paper. In early October, a meeting of the Council of Ministers of
00:08:12the Union State was held in Minsk. Many
00:08:14documents were signed at this meeting, but the construction of
00:08:18the high-speed railway is such a significant project for both sides
00:08:21that a separate ceremony was held for its approval.
00:08:24The transport ministers of the two countries signed
00:08:28a memorandum of cooperation on the construction of
00:08:31the Moscow-Minsk high-speed railway. The idea
00:08:34of laying an express route to our capital belongs to
00:08:37the presidents of Belarus and Russia. Therefore, rest assured
00:08:41that there will be no administrative obstacles on this path. The new railway
00:08:45will be laid between Moscow and Minsk via Smolensk. Its
00:08:48total length will be 715 km.
00:08:5221 high-speed trains will run
00:08:55on it. As for the railway track itself and the
00:08:59trains, of course, they will be special. High-speed trains
00:09:02will run on specially designated tracks that do not intersect with other
00:09:06routes. In Russia, lightweight locomotives and cars
00:09:09are currently being developed that will be able to accelerate up to
00:09:13400 km/h. More than 150 enterprises and 10
00:09:16research institutes are working
00:09:19on them. There is nothing unattainable in the plans to produce such
00:09:22trains. In China, this is already being done. They are
00:09:26equipped with engines that efficiently convert electricity into
00:09:30motion. The locomotive is shaped like a bird's beak,
00:09:33and the wheels are hidden in a skirt of fairings. This helps the machine
00:09:37reduce air resistance on the way. To lighten the
00:09:40structure, the trains themselves are cast.
00:10:19This is a large and useful project of our neighbors, who simply could not
00:10:22leave Minsk out of it, the capital of their main
00:10:26ally and partner, and the financial and economic model of the project
00:10:30will be rotated, calculated, and adopted closer to 2030,
00:10:33where it will be specified how much and within what timeframe will be invested in it.
00:10:37It's good to sit and discuss that someone is going to launch a ground analogue
00:10:41of an airplane to us, and ordinary citizens will not have to
00:10:45think about how to do it, everything will be thought out for us, this is what the results
00:10:49of the work of effective politicians look like, who are focused on the interests of their
00:10:52peoples and states. Don't forget this.
00:10:55note.
00:10:59We will be optimists, but honest, not very soon.
00:11:03The memorandum is not yet a decision to start construction; it is a document that
00:11:07gives countries a basis to start calculations and preparatory
00:11:10work. Our and Russian railways must present a
00:11:14technical and economic justification for the project,
00:11:17calculate its exact cost and payback period.
00:11:20Next, a financial model needs to be developed for it. It will
00:11:24determine where the Union State will get funds for
00:11:27the construction and launch of the new railway. Perhaps it will be
00:11:31budget money, perhaps a loan from the Eurasian Development Bank, or perhaps
00:11:35a combined financial package, then
00:11:37engineering dances will begin. It will be necessary to study
00:11:41the terrain along the entire length of the future route, take into account its
00:11:44geological features, assess intersections with
00:11:47existing tracks, and decide at which points
00:11:51to build stations. In parallel, the project authors
00:11:54will have to harmonize standards in the field of
00:11:57railway transportation, make technical norms, traffic control systems,
00:12:00and power supply for electric trains
00:12:03uniform. A decree of the Union
00:12:07State is currently being prepared, which will fix the unification of
00:12:10the regulatory framework for the construction of the highway, prescribe
00:12:13the basic principles for choosing a financial model for it, the procedure for
00:12:17developing a feasibility study. The financial model is planned
00:12:21to be approved in 2028 or 2029,
00:12:24but the main thing is that the line will not operate in Belarus until
00:12:27the Russians test it on the local route -
00:12:30Moscow-St. Petersburg. And we are not talking here about the physical testing of new
00:12:34machines. It will be necessary to establish the operation of the entire mechanism
00:12:37of a new type of railway mainline. Express trains are planned
00:12:41to be launched from Moscow to St. Petersburg in
00:12:432028. This means that, according to the most optimistic forecasts, high-speed
00:12:47trains to Minsk will start running no earlier than
00:12:502030. There are no exact dates
00:12:53yet.
00:12:57Guys, even until 2032 is only
00:13:005 years. I know that in everyone's mind life goes slower
00:13:04than it actually does. That's why HR managers are wide-eyed when employees
00:13:08born in 2008 get jobs at their
00:13:11enterprise, and these are no longer infants, but adult men and
00:13:15women. In 3 months, it will be 2027,
00:13:19and then in a year, the high-speed railway between Moscow and St. Petersburg
00:13:22will start operating. But think about it, what a
00:13:25fairy tale it will be, it's worth living in anticipation for a few
00:13:29years.
00:13:33For me, a train to Moscow in 3 hours is magic, and
00:13:37from there it's another 3 hours to St. Petersburg. Take a walk on the weekends
00:13:41on Red Square, drink coffee near St. Isaac's
00:13:44Cathedral, invite friends for the weekend to Minsk, no
00:13:48need to wait for promotions from Belavia and Aeroflot, no need to shake
00:13:51on the train for half a day, no need to pray for your children while they are in the
00:13:55sky. You just put your teenager on the train, came home, and on
00:13:58the screen an SMS: Mom, we are here, and a photo from the Belarusian
00:14:02station. Can you imagine how close
00:14:05the residents of our and Russian cities will be to each other
00:14:08after the launch of high-speed trains? The separation of friends
00:14:11and lovers at train stations will no longer be a drama.
00:14:15The feeling that trips to each other can only be planned
00:14:18for vacations or long weekends will disappear. For a meeting,
00:14:22Saturday and Sunday will be enough. Out of forty-
00:14:25minutes, only six on the road, against the current
00:14:2816-18, and if you leave on Friday evening,
00:14:31there are two full days ahead. What an
00:14:34impetus for business development, training
00:14:37seminars, business meetings, where everything can be resolved on the spot, and not
00:14:41through business correspondence, employment, shift work without
00:14:44being away from family during the week. The high-speed
00:14:47railway will allow Belarus and Russia to improve the single
00:14:50economic space, an ecosystem where thousands
00:14:53of specialists will have enough space and time to develop
00:14:57science, production, trade, and receive additional
00:15:00education. When France launched the high-speed route
00:15:03Paris-Lyon, the number of business trips between these cities
00:15:06increased by 50%. In
00:15:09Germany, regions where high-speed train stations were built
00:15:12showed GDP growth of 8.5%
00:15:16over 6 years. The high-speed locomotive between Minsk and
00:15:19Moscow is not just a train, it is an engine of life
00:15:22and trade between two beautiful.
00:15:37I can travel to Moscow by land, quickly and comfortably, that my
00:15:41list of locations for trips for a couple of days will be replenished with one of
00:15:44the most mysterious megacities on the planet, that walks on
00:15:48the cobblestones, about which classics wrote, will stop being so
00:15:51rare, that I will finally see Vladivostok,
00:15:55because it's 3 hours to Moscow, and from there 8 hours by plane, and
00:15:58you're at the final point of the Trans-Siberian railway, or 3 hours
00:16:02and you're in Murmansk by the majestic Barents Sea,
00:16:06where you can see whales. Therefore,
00:16:09yes, for me, the Minsk- Moscow express is a fairy tale, one
00:16:13of my childhood dreams that suddenly became so real and
00:16:15close.
00:16:20Make the boldest plans, even seemingly
00:16:23incredible dreams tend to come true if two hardworking
00:16:27peoples want it. Be
00:16:31patient. The new highway will not appear tomorrow, but it will forever
00:16:35become a rope that will firmly connect...
00:16:43New paths are opening up for us, and we will definitely walk along
00:16:46them, no longer young, but wise and able to appreciate
00:16:50the entire vast expanse from Brest to
00:16:52Vladivostok. I'm Marina Karaman, and we've
00:16:56figured out what path Belarus will take in the 2030s of the
00:16:5921st century. Everything is clear, see
00:17:02you soon.
