00:02:13I know that we have a bright future. Fairy tales about
00:02:16the future are also very interesting, but
00:02:19today we need reality. Today,
00:02:22time is moving at such a pace, it has literally
00:02:25shrunk, it has shrunk primarily in matters of security, and
00:02:29here... there's no way without science. Science must
00:02:33be at the forefront of everything. In science, there are two fundamental
00:02:37tasks: to systematize existing knowledge
00:02:40and to shed light on the future, that is, to indicate the direction
00:02:44in which development should go today, including
00:02:48the development of military affairs. It's no coincidence that we
00:02:51are talking about why today the forms and methods of using
