00:08:40, this year's total return is even higher. 00927's return has been as high as 127% for many years. 00939 and 00878 rank third, and even the old brand 0056's return exceeds 70%. Is it better than traditional markets? How should one choose to make money? 0927 is about to distribute two dollars, its dividend yield is 20%. If you put 1 million in it, you'll get 50,000 in dividends. If you want to reinvest, then buy 0050, whose annual dividend might only be 1 to 3%.
00:09:37Let's look at the top three high-dividend ETFs. The common ones are semiconductors.
00:10:12Later, when there's a sudden pullback in funds, you can invest first,
00:10:16and then gradually increase your regular investments . Analysts still assess
00:10:20market-cap weighted funds as relatively stable. If you want to invest in high-dividend ETFs,
00:10:24it's recommended not to just look at the dividend payout . You need to consider stock price fluctuations
00:10:28and allocate funds properly to withstand investment risks.

00:10:34The cross-strait diplomatic struggle is escalating . On the 12th, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mainland China
00:10:38announced sanctions against two individuals who have assisted the Republic of China:
00:10:41Belize's Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Paraguay's Minister of Information
00:10:45and Communication Technology, Vigliar. The sanctions include
00:10:49freezing their assets in mainland China and prohibiting transactions and cooperation
00:10:52with mainland Chinese entities or individuals.
00:11:10It is worth noting that this is the first time the mainland authorities have specifically targeted friendly countries for supporting Taiwan, imposing personalized sanctions on ministers and officials. The warning is quite strong.
00:11:13Former Commissioner of the Financial Committee, Xu Jiaqing,
00:11:17just stepped down due to the controversy of allowing his son to pose as a photographic official.
00:11:21Now, someone has leaked information that Li Guande, the former
00:11:24director of the Geneva office, who was reported for alleged misconduct, always focused on arranging
00:11:28dining and entertainment for high-ranking officials, including Xu Jiaqing, during meetings. He even
00:11:32once misappropriated funds to book a top-tier suite
00:11:36for a high-ranking official, costing 180,000 NT dollars per night.
00:11:39Some even question why the administrative investigation into Xu Jiaqing's privilege case
00:11:43hasn't even begun, just because he's President Tsai's favorite ?
00:11:47?
00:11:49Former Director Li Guande was dismissed for workplace bullying and public fund misuse. It's now reported that
00:11:53someone discovered that in the whistleblower's materials, the name of Xu Jiaqing, the former commissioner
00:11:57of the Overseas Community Affairs Council, who resigned due to the controversy of his 14-year-old son posing as a photographic official,
00:12:01appeared multiple times. This included Li Guande's focus on arranging
00:12:05dining and entertainment for high-ranking officials around Xu Jiaqing during every meeting. Every day's
00:12:09schedule was categorized as "accompanying Xu Jiaqing," "having dinner with Xu Jiaqing," "sending Xu Jiaqing
00:12:13to the hospital." How much time did we spend discussing which three invitations to Commissioner Xu?
00:12:17Xu Jiaqing is from the new government, and he's also President Tsai's favorite. Of course, he must be
00:12:20served well. Xu Jiaqing's overseas trips were like an emperor's procession.
00:17:08In an instant, a car suddenly
00:17:11turned on its signal
00:17:12.
00:17:15The car instantly lost control, spun 180 degrees,
00:17:18slammed into the median, and hit the barrier. The vehicle flipped over, creating
00:17:22a large cloud of dust. Has everyone gotten out?
00:17:25?
00:17:30. The car crashed into a white car, causing it to lose control, skid, and flip.
00:17:34This terrifying scene was also captured by a garbage truck.
00:17:39While turning, it hit a motorcycle. The 73-year-old man lost his balance and fell to the ground, and was run over by the wheels.
00:17:43The car body shook violently. The driver then realized
00:17:47something had happened.
00:17:47。
00:17:54The old man was crushed at the waist, his internal organs exposed, and he died on the spot. At that time, the old
00:17:57man was riding his motorcycle home, only 100 meters away, but he
00:18:01could never go home again. In addition, in Kaohsiung, there was also a reckless driver who lost
00:18:05control and hit two cars on the side of the road.
00:18:42Three KPs crashed together, injuring a total of eight people. According to the Central News Agency,
00:18:4820 million US dollars, or 630 million NT dollars, of government funds were used by national television stations to produce propaganda. This was accused of being an "ONA" human rights judge who issued a statement on the evening of the 11th.
00:20:07This is the US and Japan's strategy of preparing for war in the Taiwan Strait. The US military's first combat operation, besides intelligence
00:20:11and long-range firepower, everything else needs Taiwan to rely on itself. The US and Japan
00:20:15are adopting the Ukraine model, selling equipment to you.
00:20:17。
00:20:20They profit from it. Anyway, you two fight each other. Japan and the US
00:20:24benefit from it.
00:20:24。
00:20:32So why does Taiwan still provoke China, trying to contain the mainland with the US and Japan, even
00:20:36for "Taiwan independence"?
00:20:50Mainstream public opinion. The latest poll by the Democratic Culture and Education Foundation shows that more than half of the public believes that Taiwan's fate should not
00:20:54be decided solely by China and the US. Actively negotiating with the mainland is the only way to avoid
00:20:58becoming a pawn of major powers. Also, 55% support cross-strait dialogue
00:21:01instead of confrontation. Some say that if cross-strait war breaks out, Taiwan will spend money to buy weapons
00:21:05to fight and contain the mainland, but the US, which is fanning the flames, will be the ultimate winner.
00:21:09Will Taiwan really end up with the tragic fate of Ukraine
00:21:13and Saudi Arabia? The entire Arabian world is giving everything to the US. Just because Commander
00:21:17Hu is strong and doesn't attack his American bed, he will...
00:24:43In Southern California, the US was hit by strong winds and storms.
00:24:50The coastal defense radar was washed away by giant waves.
00:25:20A devastating mountain torrent occurred in Nepal. The torrents left everything in their path looking like spilled ink,
00:25:24pitch black.
00:25:26。
00:25:29The blockage of the Budhi Gandaki River by debris eventually triggered a mountain torrent, causing at least
00:25:3220 deaths. Many suspension bridges were washed away, and equipment and construction camps of a hydropower project
00:25:36were swept away. There are even missing persons.
00:25:39。
00:25:46Southern California and Nevada are still experiencing the aftermath of Hurricane Hilary.
