00:02:47Today,
00:02:54urban development in Tamil Nadu
00:02:57is a big priority for us. If
00:03:01transportation is good, then the ease of living of people
00:03:05increases. In the last decade, we have seen a very big
00:03:09was a expansion of the metro network
00:03:12across the country. In
00:03:142014, the metro was running in only five

00:05:00was dedicated to the nation. He launched a unique global scientific
00:05:04mission of this center. Its objective is to study
00:05:07various stages of human life from fetal stage
00:05:11to old age.
00:05:42We stand together to realize
00:05:46the resolve of developed Tamil Nadu
00:05:49to developed India. PM Modi said that
00:05:53he has completed 25 years as the head of the government.

00:06:00of Gujarat in October 2001. He said that India's
00:06:03progress is powered by its rich cultural heritage,
00:06:07scientific achievements and modern infrastructure.
00:06:11Prime Minister Narendra Modi
00:06:13has tried to bridge the gap between North and South India.
00:06:16That is why, just as development happens in states with a
00:06:20double engine government,
00:06:23Prime Minister Narendra Modi also starts similar development
00:06:27in states where the Bhartiya Janata Party government is not
00:06:31in power. The goal is the same: if India is to be developed by
00:06:342047, then it is necessary that states also
00:06:38walk hand in hand. With his associates Ankit Nishant
00:06:42Rai and Vimlesh, Neeraj Singh, DD News,
00:06:45Chennai.

00:07:53an institution builds patriotic citizens along with education.
00:07:56In 1975,
00:08:00this place in Chennai's
00:08:03West Mambalam
00:08:05started
00:08:08as a small school.
00:08:10At that time, there were only
00:08:13seven students.
00:08:16Today, there were no such
00:08:19facilities.
00:08:21There was no permanent building.
00:08:25Resources were also limited.
00:08:29But there was one thing.
00:08:32Strong determination and
00:08:35unwavering spirit of service.
00:08:38That is why this institution has
00:08:43continued to move forward
00:08:47despite every difficulty. The PM said that today, when
00:08:50the world is looking for solutions,
00:08:54the youth of India have the ability to provide these
00:08:58solutions. The PM said that this is the time
00:09:01for the youth of India. This is the time.
00:09:05Today, in India, I want every youth
00:09:08to see their future
00:09:15on that big canvas.
00:09:18Because this is your
00:09:21time, this is your
00:09:24opportunity.
00:09:26I am completely confident that
00:09:30this dream of ours
00:09:34will definitely
00:09:35come true.
00:09:38Together, we will do it.
00:09:41The PM said that the children of India have abundant
00:09:44talent, confidence
00:09:46and ability, and he has full
00:09:50faith in them.
00:09:52Seeing the PM among them, the children showed a different
00:09:55enthusiasm. Bureau Report, DD
00:09:59News. If we talk about the Prime Minister,
00:10:03he visited the Jalakanteswar Temple
00:10:06in Chennai
00:10:07and offered prayers.
00:10:11During his visit, we saw not only
00:10:15development, but also heritage.
00:10:18Because PM Modi was given a complete
00:10:22Kumbhan welcome here. The Ram Yantra

00:11:07I extend my heartfelt greetings to all
00:11:11the countrymen
00:11:16from the pilgrimage site of Tamil Nadu on Navratri.
00:11:20Prime Minister Narendra Modi also reviewed the startup
00:11:24exhibition at IIT Madras.
00:11:31The PM also interacted with the innovators present there. In a conversation
00:11:35with DD News, the innovators described their interaction with the PM
00:11:38as encouraging. It was very
00:11:42nice having an interaction with Prime

00:13:01And let's move on to the news. Let me tell you that the metro train and internet
00:13:04services, which were affected on Saturday
00:13:06due to the protest of the Cockroach Janata Party
00:13:10in Delhi, have now become completely normal. All metro stations in Delhi
00:13:13have been reopened. Trains are running on their scheduled time and
00:13:17internet connectivity has also been restored. The Supreme Court has directed
00:13:20the authorities to ensure the smooth movement of citizens.
00:13:24Along with this, the protesters have also been instructed to maintain
00:13:27peace. Meanwhile, India has rejected the comments of the United Nations
00:13:31Human Rights Commissioner's office regarding the CJP protest.
00:13:35On the other hand, CJP leaders Abhijit Dipke, Saurabh Das and
00:13:39Ashutosh Rankha have been released, but conditions have also been
00:13:42laid down for their release. In Delhi, the traffic system,
00:13:45metro and internet services,
00:13:47which were affected on Saturday
00:13:50due to the protest of the Cockroach
00:13:54Janata Party, have now become completely normal. During the protest, traffic
00:13:58was affected in many areas, while some metro stations were closed
00:14:01as a precautionary measure. Internet services were also
00:14:05affected, which caused problems for people.
00:14:09However, all metro stations have now
00:14:13a sigh of relief to people. Yesterday, there was a lot of
00:14:16trouble. From Pandav Nagar to here, the auto that we used
00:14:20to take cost Rs 80 to Rs 100. Yesterday, they were asking for Rs 200 to Rs 300.
00:14:23Now it's open. All stations have been opened, so it's convenient now. Yes, it's absolutely
00:14:27convenient. My aunt's daughter was unwell yesterday, so we had a lot of trouble
00:14:31coming with the whole family. Today it's fine, there's no problem today. All trains
00:14:35passing through Delhi are now operating normally according
00:14:38to their scheduled time. The situation at railway
00:14:42stations also looked normal. With the smooth operation of trains,
00:14:46passengers have breathed a sigh of relief. Passengers said that with the
00:14:49normalization of services, their journey has become easier.
00:14:53After the train services were restored, passengers were satisfied.
00:15:25Mohana's bench has directed the normal operation of metro
00:15:28and rail services, restoration of internet connectivity and
00:15:32smooth movement of citizens in Delhi. The court has issued a notice
00:15:36to the officials of the Delhi government in this matter and has asked
00:15:39them to file a compliance report by October 13. The court
00:15:42also reminded the protesters that protests should be peaceful
00:15:46and should not incite others. Justice Mohana said,
00:15:50"All of you who are present here, if you are truly interested
00:15:53in public interest, please promise that all of you will protest
00:15:57peacefully and will not provoke any other
00:16:01person." The Ministry of External Affairs has rejected the comments
00:16:04of the United Nations Human Rights Commissioner regarding the CJP protest.
00:16:15India is the world's largest democracy with the right to peaceful assembly is guaranteed
00:16:18by a constitution and safeguarded by robust
00:16:21institutions and independent judiciary and a
00:16:24free media as in every democracy Indian
00:16:28citizens exercise this right subject to the maintenance
00:16:32of public order and safety. A law enforcement
00:16:35authorities act strictly.
00:17:07The police had taken Dipke and CJP spokespersons Rankha
00:17:11and Das into custody when they arrived in Delhi
00:17:15from Mumbai on Saturday
00:17:18Jantar Mantar 2.0 movement. Their release has been subject
00:17:22to some conditions, under which they have been instructed
00:17:26that for the next one year, none of the three will do anything
00:17:29that disrupts peace or spreads unrest. The court
00:17:32also made everyone fill a bail bond of 50-5000. However,
00:17:36the situation in Delhi is now completely normal. The government's message is clear:
00:17:40everyone has the right to peaceful protest in a democracy, but
00:17:44anarchy will not be allowed under its guise.
00:17:48Bureau Report, DD News.
00:17:50Regarding the protests and restrictions, the Delhi Police says that the CJP
00:17:54did not follow the conditions of the protest, due to which restrictions had to
00:17:57be imposed for the safety of the public.
00:17:58When they were given permission
00:18:02last time, they did not follow
00:18:06the law.
00:18:38Meanwhile, the Delhi Police has also rejected Deepke's allegation
00:18:41that he was not allowed to talk to his family after his grandmother's
00:18:45death.
00:18:49It's like you've made up your mind. If you
00:18:52also want to go to your grandmother's place,
00:18:56whatever transport means, bus,
00:18:59flight, etc., whatever it is, we will arrange it for you.
00:19:02You will stay here, you don't
00:19:05want to go. And the second thing
00:19:11is that if you want to talk to any family
00:19:14member, then we can also arrange
00:19:18for you to talk to the person you want to talk
00:19:22to from our official number.
00:19:25If you want, give us the number.
00:19:28I will talk to
00:19:33my father. Okay, let's see
00:19:35what we can do.
00:19:37The news of Abhijit Deepke ji's grandmother's death
00:19:40reached.
00:19:43A police officer went to him to deliver this sad news
00:19:46and asked him about
00:19:49Flights, calls or whatever he needed,
00:19:53he was asked with sensitivity. He was repeatedly asked
00:19:56to talk to his parents,
00:19:59He was given some time to think after such news,
00:20:03and then he was asked for help again. This fact has been wrongly
00:20:08portrayed in the CJP's press conference.
00:20:11So, we saw how the Delhi Police gave complete
00:20:15information, and you also heard that audio, in which the conversation
00:20:19between the Delhi Police and Deepke
00:20:23happened and how he was given complete information, and he still said
00:20:27that he would stay here. Meanwhile, as we told you,
00:20:31many videos of the CJP protest have gone viral,
00:20:34and the police are constantly on alert.
00:20:38The police posted on X that the Delhi Police Kamala Market
00:20:41Police Station has taken suo motu cognizance of a video
00:20:45going viral on social media. In this video,
00:20:49a male protester is allegedly being beaten up.
00:20:52The police immediately took action and initiated legal proceedings.
00:20:56All four people involved in the incident have been identified and their whereabouts
00:20:59have been traced. Further legal action is being taken
00:21:03according to law. The Delhi Police is committed
00:21:07to taking appropriate action against incidents of violence
00:21:11and promptly addressing such complaints.
00:21:15And a video of people traveling
00:21:15dangerously on train roofs
00:21:20is going viral on social media. It is being claimed that people
00:21:24are arriving in Delhi to participate in the protest at Jantar Mantar.
00:21:29(PIB) fact-checked this video and called it misleading.
00:21:33Calling it propaganda, it was informed that this video
00:21:36is being circulated in a wrong context by linking
00:21:40it to current events. This video
00:21:43is not related to any protest at Jantar Mantar or protesters
00:21:46arriving in Delhi. The PIB clarified that it is necessary
00:21:50to be cautious of such misleading claims. Before sharing
00:21:54any video, its authenticity must be verified.
00:21:57And BJP Leader of Opposition
00:22:05Rahul Gandhi's statement in Chennai that the Government of India
00:22:08disrespects the Tamil language has been termed baseless.
00:22:12BJP spokesperson Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi, in a press conference,
00:22:16refuted all the claims of the Leader of Opposition. He said that under
00:22:19the leadership of PM Modi, the Tamil language has been fully respected.
00:22:23Efforts are being made to establish the Tamil language not only at the national
00:22:27but also at the international level. Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi
00:22:30once again in Chennai
00:22:34made baseless, absurd, groundless
00:22:37allegations against our government
00:22:40and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi
00:22:42ji. He said that the Tamil
00:22:45language is being attacked due to NEET,
00:22:49which is completely wrong. The reality
00:22:52is that the Tamil language has been fully
00:22:55respected during the tenure of Prime
00:22:59Minister Modi. And efforts have been made
00:23:03to establish it at
00:23:06the international level, not just
00:23:09nationally, to its various
00:23:12dimensions. During this, Saveti mentioned
00:23:15various efforts being made by the Government of India
00:23:19for the promotion of language and Tamil culture.
00:23:22He said that when the sacred Sengol, a symbol of Tamil culture,
00:23:26was being installed in the country's Parliament,
00:23:29the Congress opposed it. He further said that from presenting
00:23:33the Tamil text Thiruvalluvar to Russian President Putin
00:23:37to starting the world's first Thiruvalluvar Cultural Center
00:23:40in Singapore, it shows how
00:23:43Tamil culture has gained not only national
00:23:47but also international recognition under the leadership of PM Modi.
00:23:51when the secret sangol has been put in the new parliament
00:23:55building which
00:23:59revered symbol of eternal
00:24:02tamil culture then the congress opposed last
00:24:06month you have seen that honorable prime minister has presented thir
00:24:09kural to putin
00:24:12russian president is the most respected
00:24:16tamil literature government of india has started thiruval culture.
00:24:50He said that Rahul Gandhi is currently welcoming Starlink, while about a year
00:24:54ago, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh was pointing out Starlink's mistakes.
00:24:57He asked why Congress always supports foreign
00:25:02Today, if we look at India,
00:25:051 GB of data costs Rs 15 to Rs 16 per month
00:25:09in India, whereas in America,
00:25:13the same 1 GB of data costs Rs 550 to Rs 600
00:25:16per month. Mr. Gandhi,
00:25:22you are welcoming Starlink. We want to ask,
00:25:25just a year ago, your
00:25:28enlightened faces, learned
00:25:32faces, Jairam Ramesh ji, were expressing all their
00:25:35wisdom about what was wrong
00:25:39with giving Starlink, and today you are with them.
00:25:43Why does Congress always side with foreign powers?
00:25:46What is the data cost in America?
00:25:50Per GB data per month in Indian currency
00:25:54is Rs 550 to Rs 600 per month, and in India it is
00:25:57Rs 15 to Rs 16. Whose side are you batting for,
00:26:01Rahul Gandhi ji? Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi
00:26:04Adityanath reached Devipatan Temple in Balrampur
00:26:08on the first day of Navratri to offer prayers.
00:26:12He worshipped nine girls in the temple premises and presented them with chunri
00:26:15and gifts. During this, he participated in the Shiksha ki Udan
00:26:19ceremony on the occasion of International
00:26:23motivated students to study by giving them study tables, educational
00:26:27material and blessings letters in this program.
00:26:30CM Yogi, while addressing the program, said that wherever
00:26:36themselves reside there. He also said that whether it is
00:26:39a daughter, a sister or any woman, her safety is a top priority
00:26:43for all of us. Along with this, the Chief Minister
00:26:47also distributed various educational
00:26:50materials to the students in the program organized under the Shiksha
00:26:54ki Udan
00:26:59initiative. Wherever women are worshipped,
00:27:03deities themselves reside
00:27:07there, and wherever
00:27:10the dignity of women is insulted,
00:27:14that place becomes like hell
00:27:17in itself. That society which
00:27:20cannot worship and honor
00:27:24women's power cannot touch
00:27:27the heights of development. Whether it is a daughter,
00:27:31a sister, or any
00:27:34woman, her safety is a top priority
00:27:38for all of us, and the Mission Shakti
00:27:42campaign is being run in Uttar Pradesh
00:27:45in the same sequence. The internal conflict
00:27:49and turmoil within the Uttar Pradesh Congress headquarters in Lucknow
00:27:52has increased to such an extent that the party office
00:27:56seemed to have turned into an arena. During the swearing-in ceremony
00:28:00of the new state president Aradhana Mishra Mona,
00:28:03shoes and slippers were thrown at the Congress headquarters. According
00:28:07to information, the entire dispute started when the supporters of former
00:28:11state president Ajay Rai were allegedly misbehaved
00:28:14with during the taking over of the new state president.
00:28:18Enraged by this insult, former state president Ajay Rai
00:28:22immediately sat on a dharna with his supporters in the party office.
00:28:26In no time, the atmosphere between the two groups became so tense
00:28:30that the heated arguments turned into a fight, due to which
00:28:33there was chaos in the party office. Seeing the situation worsening,
00:28:37MP Pramod Tiwari and Imran
00:28:42Masood reached there, after which Ajay Rai got up from the dharna
00:28:45and left. The National Investigation Agency
00:28:49arrested another accused from West Bengal on Saturday. This arrest
00:28:52was made in connection with a terrorist conspiracy hatched
00:28:56by a branch of the banned terrorist organization Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen
00:28:59Bangladesh (JMB). During the arrest,
00:29:03several digital devices, including mobile phones
00:29:06and memory cards, were seized from the accused.
00:29:09Earlier, on September 29, the NIA had arrested 13 accused
00:29:13in this case after conducting search operations at 16 locations
00:29:16in Assam, West Bengal and Kerala. And earlier
00:29:20(i.e. on June 25, 2026), the agency had filed
00:29:23a charge sheet against 11 accused in the NIA special court
00:29:26in Guwahati under various sections of the Indian Justice Code
00:29:302023 and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967.
00:29:33The NIA investigation has revealed that the accused
00:29:37were involved in the conspiracy hatched by Imam Mahar
00:29:41Qafila. The accused are charged with organizing secret meetings,
00:29:44running programs that promote religious extremism, distributing extremist
00:29:47literature, and misusing digital platforms like Telegram.
00:29:51According to the investigating agency, these mediums were used
00:29:54to radicalize people and spread anti-India propaganda.
00:29:57On the occasion of the 124th
00:30:00birth anniversary of Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan,
00:30:04the book "Naam Hai Jayaprakash" was released in New Delhi.
00:30:08This book by Prashant Anand was released by Rajya Sabha
00:30:11Deputy Chairman Harivansh. Senior journalist and Indira
00:30:14Ram Bahadur Rai, president of Gandhi National Art Center, participated as the chief guest
00:30:18in the release ceremony. Harivansh highlighted the life values
00:30:22of Jaiprakash Narayan, his determination, and his sensitivity towards
00:30:26the person standing at the last rung of society. He recalled Jaiprakash Narayan's contribution
00:30:29from social change to total revolution. At the same time, Ram Bahadur Rai
00:30:33shed light on Jaiprakash Narayan's thoughts
00:30:37and his vision regarding the system of governance.
00:30:40He talked about
00:30:43the attempt to build the character of society by staying away from power
00:30:46and the attempt to raise
00:30:48those issues. Many years ago, Sarv Seva
00:30:52Sangh used to print many of his books. There I found a book, which was almost
00:30:56eaten by termites. It was very thin.
00:30:58And he had mentioned
00:31:02a problem which no one used to raise or talk about in his time.
00:31:06No one used to discuss it. But JP had the courage to say
00:31:10that we should think about these things. That is our country, our part
00:31:13of this country in this form.
00:31:45The author of the book, Prashant Anand, said that inspired by the supremacy of public
00:31:48interest in Jaiprakash Narayan's life and the concept of Sarvodaya, he has written
00:31:52this book.
00:31:56Keeping public interest in mind, whether it is about changing one's views
00:32:00or changing one's program, Jaiprakash ji
00:32:03always strived for the welfare of the country, the nation, and the society.
00:32:07How to make efforts for the welfare of the people at the lowest rung of society,
00:32:11how to do this work with cooperation, how to do it with Sarvodaya,
00:32:15this is the core of JP's ideas. I think that if even a few people
00:32:19can understand and learn through this book,
00:32:23then this effort will be
00:32:25successful. Now, let's talk about Bokaro, where two workers died
00:32:29after coming into contact with gas at the Vedanta ESL Steel Limited plant.
00:32:33The deceased have been identified as Sohan Mahto, a resident of Hazaribagh, and Sameer Ansari,
00:32:37a resident of Nandbad. According to the company, one of the deceased
00:32:41was its employee and the other was a worker of its business partner. After coming into contact with the gas,
00:32:45both were taken to the hospital, where they died.
00:32:48After the incident, there is anger among the families of the deceased and the workers.
00:32:52The families have accused the plant management of negligence in safety. They claim that both workers
00:32:56were sent inside without oxygen cylinders and nose masks.
00:32:59They also alleged delay in reaching the hospital due to non-availability of ambulance
00:33:03at the spot. Meanwhile, ESLC
00:33:06Limited expressed grief over the incident and assured all possible assistance
00:33:10to the affected families and an independent inquiry into the matter.
00:33:13is.
00:33:17My child had left from there. His hospital, his
00:33:20ambulance also arrived in half an hour. After the BF gas hit,
00:33:24the ambulance was informed and during that time
00:33:27the ambulance arrived in half an hour. If it had happened half an hour earlier,
00:33:31perhaps we would not have had to go through the scene of death today.
00:33:34The HOD is fully responsible for this.
00:33:38When you, HOD, are sending children underground,
00:33:41safety was necessary. You... You...
00:33:45You did not provide oxygen cylinders. You did not provide nose masks
00:33:49which are related to gas safety. Safety
00:33:51is
00:33:54and now let's talk about Sharadiya Navratri, whose inauguration
00:33:57has taken place. In famous temples across the country, a large number of devotees
00:34:01were seen throughout the day offering prayers to the Mother Goddess
00:34:05with full faith and enthusiasm. Let's see how this great festival
00:34:09of faith is being celebrated across the country
00:34:12in this report.
00:34:18The auspicious festival of Sharadiya Navratri has begun. On the first day
00:34:22of this nine-day festival, prayers are being offered to Maa Shailputri,
00:34:26the first form of Maa Durga, in temples across the country
00:34:29with rituals. On the first day of Navratri,
00:34:33Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Jalakandeswar Temple
00:34:36in Chennai and offered prayers to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati,
00:34:40and extended Navratri greetings to the countrymen.
00:34:43Since morning, devotees have been thronging the famous temples
00:34:47across the country, and the atmosphere is filled with devotion
00:34:50with chants of "Jai Mata Di". You can see in these pictures that
00:34:54since morning, from Mata Vaishno Devi Dham in Jammu to the famous Vindhyachal
00:34:57Dham in Mirzapur and Maa Mansa Devi Temple
00:35:01in Haridwar, many famous temples are thronged with devotees.
00:35:05Devotees are having darshan of Maa
00:35:08At the same time, in Chhatarpur and Jhandewalan Temple
00:35:12in Delhi, a crowd of devotees was also seen.
00:35:16On the occasion of Navratri, temples have been decorated
00:35:19and special pujas are being performed. In the famous Vindhyachal
00:35:23Dham of Mirzapur, the Navratri fair also started with the darshan, special adornment,
00:35:27and Mangala Aarti of Maa Vindhyavasini. Devotees who came from far and wide
00:35:30offered coconut, chunri, flowers, and prasad
00:35:34and wished for prosperity, health, and the happiness of their families.
00:35:38It is the first day of Navratri and we have had darshan
00:35:41of Mata Rani on the very first day. It felt very good. I pray to Mata Rani
00:35:45to remove all my upcoming troubles. It is a matter of great fortune
00:35:48that we had darshan on the first day of Navratri.
00:35:52Mother has a lot of grace, and it is very
00:35:55rare for people to be able to do this.
00:35:59Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath
00:36:02offered prayers at Maa Pateshwari Devi Temple in Devipatan, Balrampur,
00:36:06on the first day of Sharadiya Navratri. On the first day of Navratri,
00:36:10a huge crowd has been seen in the famous temples of Mata
00:36:13across the country from morning till night. There is also great enthusiasm among devotees
00:36:17Bureau
00:36:21Report, DD News.
00:36:24You saw that today, the inauguration
00:36:29of Sharade Navratri across the country was celebrated with religious fervor
00:36:32and devotion. In Maharashtra, special rituals,
00:36:36including Ghatasthapana, were performed in temples and Shaktipeeths.
00:36:39In Chandrapur, the Navratri festival began
00:36:42with traditional rituals and grand Mahaharati
00:36:45at Maa Mahakali Temple. On the first day, thousands of devotees had darshan.
00:36:48Meanwhile, at Shri Mahalakshmi Ambabai Temple in Kolhapur,
00:36:52about 20 lakh devotees are expected to arrive during Navratri.
00:36:55Here, the traditional
00:37:27Chabina procession of the 15 communities will be
00:37:31the center
00:37:34of attraction. On the first day of Navratri, devotees thronged the Shaktipeeth
00:37:38of Maa Idana in Salumber, Rajasthan.
00:37:41This temple is located about 22
00:37:45kilometers from the headquarters in the Mewal region. According to popular belief, fire automatically
00:37:49ignites around the idol of the Mother Goddess, due to which the chunaris and threads
00:37:52offered to the Mother Goddess burn to ashes.
00:37:56Devotees consider this to be the fire bath of the Mother Goddess.
00:37:59Due to this unique feature, the Mother Goddess's court is located in an open courtyard.
00:38:03During Navratri, thousands of devotees come here for darshan of the Mother Goddess.
00:38:06Upon fulfillment of wishes, devotees also offer trishul
00:38:10to the Mother Goddess. The Mother Goddess
00:38:12accepts the prayers of those who come with faith.
00:38:16She listens to their pleas. Whether it's paralysis,
00:38:19any disease, anything, she helps them a lot. Those
00:38:23whose wishes are fulfilled, those who don't have children,
00:38:26they come here and have children. And paralysis, Navratri, Sunday,
00:38:30there is a lot of crowd.
00:38:33And
00:38:42on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
00:38:46The Ministry of External Affairs issued a statement expressing grief over the loss of life
00:38:50and property in the attack on October 10
00:38:53and other recent attacks. India expressed condolences to the families
00:38:57of the deceased and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
00:39:00Calling the attacks on Indian citizens and civilian infrastructure
00:39:03completely unacceptable, India demanded their immediate cessation.
00:39:07India also expressed solidarity with the government and people
00:39:11of Saudi Arabia in defending its sovereignty
00:39:15and expressed hope for early peace and normalcy in the region.

00:39:19Let's talk about Bangladesh,
00:39:22where a case of blackening the portrait of Rabindranath Tagore
00:39:26has come to light in Dhaka, the capital. On Saturday, some people
00:39:30tried to erase Tagore's picture outside the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy
00:39:33in the Segun Bagicha area. In this case, the police have detained
00:39:37four people. Meanwhile, a rickshaw driver
00:39:41cleaned the black ink on the picture with the help of water and a cloth.
00:39:44When his pictures went viral on social media, people
00:39:48appreciated
00:39:49it.
00:39:54US President Donald Trump has claimed that Russia and
00:39:58have agreed on an energy ceasefire, meaning to stop attacks on energy
00:40:01facilities. According to Trump, this agreement
00:40:05was to be implemented immediately. He shared information
00:40:09about this agreement on the social media platform Truth Social.
00:40:12However, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he was not
00:40:16aware of this agreement announced by Trump.
00:40:19According to a report, Zelensky
00:40:22to stop attacks on energy facilities, provided that Russia also stops
00:40:26attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
00:40:30This announcement comes at a time when tensions persist
00:40:33over continued attacks on energy facilities between Russia and Ukraine.
00:40:37Zelensky clarified that any ceasefire requires the participation of both sides
00:40:41and concrete guarantees. Currently, official confirmation
00:40:45of this agreement from Russia and Ukraine and detailed information
00:40:48regarding its scope and implementation has not been
00:44:1825 years as the head of the government in public life.
00:44:22A long journey of 25 years, a journey that has written many new chapters
00:44:26in the politics and governance of the country, from Gujarat to Delhi.
00:44:29DD News is running a series compiling
00:44:3325 years of Narendra Modi's public life, in which we are telling the story
00:44:36of leadership decisions and the changing India
00:44:40in 25 years. So let's watch our special series Jan Seva Se
00:44:44Desh Seva 25 Saal.
00:45:22In this special series of Jan Seva Se Desh Seva, we have brought the stories
00:45:26of those people who have felt this wind of change.
00:45:29The government's scheme, Prime Minister Modi's inspiration,
00:45:33and their own hard work have changed the picture completely. In the context of change,
00:45:37today's story is about Amit Singh.
00:45:57We are currently in Kotputli district and our village is Korpura
00:46:00Bhalozi.
00:46:05I got admission in MBBS in 2005 from SPMC College, Bikaner.
00:46:09I did my MBBS and in 2012
00:46:12I again took admission in MS Post Graduation in Jodhpur
00:46:16SNMC. I passed out from there in 2015. After that, I worked in Kotputli.
00:46:20Until now, I do my private practice as an orthopedic surgeon.
00:46:24First
00:46:28of all, when we were studying in Bikaner, we went somewhere once
00:46:31to Kodamdesh, a place there. So there was
00:46:35a solar plant being installed. So we went
00:46:38there to see it.
00:46:53And this is a very good thing, because before this,
00:46:56there used to be a big problem of electricity here.
00:47:00I mean, electricity used to come and go.
00:47:02The sun
00:47:05used to rise before and it is rising now also. We are converting it into electricity and using
00:47:09it for our personal work. So there could not
00:47:11have been anything better than this for us.
00:47:13This
00:47:19is a component of the government's PM Kusum scheme. This police came,
00:47:23this police want our work to be done very well.
00:47:27Our plant was commissioned
00:47:33on April 1, 2021. It became operational.
00:47:37It was the first plant
00:47:40in the country under PM Kusum Component
00:47:42A. Our one megawatt capacity plant
00:47:46produces an average of 12,000 units
00:47:49per month. And our bill
00:47:53is around 4 lakhs. 4 lakhs are credited
00:47:57to our account.
00:47:58Seeing the improved payment system,
00:48:06we took more risks, and by taking risks, we installed
00:48:10two more plants, which are also running very well today.
00:48:14And today, it has been 5 years since we started running them.
00:48:17A total of 6 megawatt plants have been installed by us,
00:48:21and our daily production is 70 to 8000.
00:49:01Earlier, we used to treat an individual.
00:49:05If someone had an injury in the leg or their pain went away, then we
00:49:09used to try to treat them. And that too,
00:49:13one used to get mental satisfaction when there was a smile on the person's face.
00:49:16And after that, when we came into this energy sector,
00:49:20we became producers of this energy.
00:49:24So this energy also, in a way, runs in everyone's veins,
00:49:28and lights up every house, so we get satisfaction there too.
00:49:32When people in the village say, "Doctor, after this plant was installed, the electricity started
00:49:35coming properly." "Now our electricity doesn't get cut."
00:49:39So we feel quite good, I mean, the level
00:49:43of satisfaction becomes different. So that smile
00:49:45on the face and that feeling, it's a different thing. This motivates
00:49:49us a lot. The government
00:50:02is very cooperative in this.
00:50:06I mean, you can't say that they have made a very transparent
00:50:09system that you apply and it will come out.
00:50:13There are no such hurdles
00:50:15in the scheme.
00:50:20The best thing about it was that Prime Minister Modi kept in mind the common man
00:50:24and simplified the tender process in this scheme
00:50:27so much that even a common man could apply. But he kept
00:50:31everyone in mind and gave
00:50:34500 people employment or
00:50:37100 employment or
00:50:41rather, he created a discrete system
00:50:43so that not just one place, but all places
00:50:47develop equally, so that the whole of Rajasthan develops.
00:50:50And with that in mind, he probably did this work,
00:50:54which proved to be a boon for us.
00:51:07I have been practicing for 10 years, I mean, almost in Kotputli.
00:51:11Earlier, people used to know us as bone doctors.
00:51:14And then, as we started the solar work
00:51:17under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, understood this scheme,
00:51:21and as our plants were installed, people nearby came to know,
00:51:24so now our identity has changed a little bit.
00:51:28Earlier, our identity was that of a bone doctor, now it is known as
00:51:31the solar plant doctor.
00:51:35The challenges we faced were first of all our land.
00:51:38The land was our own. And the second challenge
00:51:42came in drawing the transmission line. There was some difficulty
00:51:46in drawing the line that no one refused.
00:51:49We did all the work by counseling. The third biggest problem
00:51:52was finance. There was a finance problem
00:51:56that in the beginning, it was a new work, so people did not trust it,
00:52:00bankers also did not trust it much that whether these people
00:52:03will survive or not. But as our plant started running,
00:52:07their myths changed and now finance is very easy.
00:52:10You can do it without any security or collateral.
00:52:13The government takes some guarantee from them.
00:52:17The government guarantees the bank
00:52:19from Prime Minister Modi's side.
00:52:23Rajasthan, I mean, is probably leading the country in energy
00:52:26production. And especially in solar,
00:52:29it will remain at the top. No one can compete
00:52:33with our Rajasthan.
00:52:37Modi ji's support was very much there.
00:52:40Support in the sense that the government never created obstacles
00:52:44for us, saying that "if you do this, only then will we work."
00:52:47It was not like that. The policy was flexible
00:52:51and in our favor. And the Prime Minister's
00:52:55dream was that everyone should become an energy provider.
00:52:58In that chain, we are small, I mean, not small,
00:53:01I mean, small, we are dedicating ourselves to them by making a small effort.
00:53:05And we will continue this effort as long as their blessings are with us.
00:53:28So
00:53:33you saw how a big change is being seen at the ground
00:53:36level, inspired by the Prime Minister in this special series. For now,
00:53:40that's all in this bulletin. Please allow us to bid farewell. Namaskar.
