00:00:00for Ukraine, it will determine the amount of payments from the future
00:00:03compensation fund. Don't wait for the war to end, apply
00:00:06to the register today.
00:03:00it is, you know, like on a swing
00:03:03for our state, because we all had
00:03:07a certain kind of uplift, after
00:03:10successful strikes began on the oil refining complexes
00:03:13of the Russian Federation, then these bright arrivals at
00:03:17Wildberries, which continue,
00:03:19at the same time, in the last week, we
00:03:23are entering, maybe already the last 10 days, not with such
00:03:26an optimistic position, because President Zelensky says this... not
00:03:30enough missiles to repel ballistic missiles, first of all
00:03:34ballistic missiles. Kyiv is indeed being shelled, they started shelling
00:03:37civilian infrastructure, the Russians such, such as
00:03:40epicenters, such as Ukrposhta warehouses,
00:03:44Nova Poshta, and now we are living in a moment
00:03:47when we are being informed about possible parcel
00:03:51delays, this is not so terrible, at the same time,
00:03:54a shortage of some goods is possible, because
00:03:58the war will continue to develop. in this context, and many
00:04:02people, especially on social networks, are starting to despair and even
00:04:05criticize or quietly criticize
00:04:09the Ukrainian government, which did not calculate that the Russians
00:04:12would respond, but on the other hand, this is war, and how should we
00:04:16behave, if we did not
00:04:19hit the Russians,
00:04:22even understanding that their response would be harsh, they would hit us even
00:04:25harder and no one would care, but at the same time we must
00:04:29understand: in this tactic that awaits us,
00:04:32the title of our today's broadcast: what awaits us in autumn, what awaits us not only
00:04:36in autumn, but also in winter, these are very difficult questions, and we
00:04:40are now, at the end of summer, in these super hot
00:04:43days, we have to think about how we will survive autumn and winter, this is the project "Says Great
00:04:47Lviv" at 21:15, traditionally Espreso TV channel, we welcome all
00:04:50viewers on television and on the YouTube channel of the project
00:04:54"Says Great Lviv". We welcome everyone who has joined us, we ask you to be active,
00:04:58if you watch us on YouTube, you can write your comments, also like
00:05:01this broadcast. We are connecting our guest, Vitaliy Portnikov, journalist,
00:05:05writer, TV presenter, publicist and political observer, is with us traditionally at
00:05:09the beginning of this broadcast, Mr. Vitaliy, we welcome you, glory to Ukraine.
00:05:14Glory to the heroes, greetings, let's start with our
00:05:17partners, I will start with the missiles that, well,
00:05:21allegedly in the United States of America promised to transfer,
00:05:24but so far this has not happened, and here it is interesting
00:05:27to understand, what happened? First, there were statements that
00:05:31they don't have many of these missiles themselves,
00:05:34I'm talking about such
00:05:37long-range ones, the ones we need, and
00:05:41then today there were statements from Trump that all those journalists who
00:05:44wrote that the United
00:05:47States of America had few missiles would be punished, that they actually have them, they
00:05:51have enough, and
00:05:53everything is fine with them, but the question is, why
00:05:57are there still none here, Mr. Vitaliy, what
00:06:01is happening, what do you think, well,
00:06:04because indeed it is not enough, Trump simply does not
00:06:07want people to know about it, because if there is a clear
00:06:11understanding that the United States does not have enough missiles,
00:06:14at least air defense missiles, Iran
00:06:17and other enemies of the United States will feel much more
00:06:21confident in dictating
00:06:23terms. I think this is an absolutely
00:06:26obvious fact, that the United States used
00:06:30missiles, such expensive missiles as Patriot, to fight
00:06:34Iranian drones, there were many
00:06:37publications in Western media in the very
00:06:40first days of the war. States and Israel against
00:06:43Iran. President Zelensky said that there was a day, one of
00:06:47the first days, when the United States used
00:06:50about 800
00:06:53air defense missiles Patriot
00:06:57at an annual
00:07:00production of these missiles of
00:07:02665
00:07:04or 800 units, we do not know the exact figure, but it
00:07:07is approximately that.
00:07:10So, the United States in one
00:07:13day its entire annual stock, because
00:07:16they were unprepared for this war that Iran
00:07:20offered them, you understand what this war was supposed to be, it was supposed
00:07:23to be a Blitzkrieg, in which Donald Trump, I think, and
00:07:27Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sincerely believed that
00:07:31the death of the leader of the Islamic
00:07:35Revolution, Khamenei, with his closest entourage, would lead
00:07:38to a real revolution or a coup and the collapse of the Iranian
00:07:42regime. No one expected that the Iranian regime would not only
00:07:45not fall, but would also shell the infrastructure
00:07:49of the Persian Gulf countries, and would also destroy American
00:07:52military personnel at their bases in the region, no one
00:07:55calculated, so they understood that real protection
00:07:59was needed. Now the situation is quite difficult for
00:08:02the United States of America, first of all, if they
00:08:05decide to strike Iran again, and
00:08:08Iran will escalate the situation and
00:08:11destroy. American military bases, as well as
00:08:15strategic facilities of the Persian Gulf countries,
00:08:17oil fields,
00:08:20oil refineries, desalination plants, which will lead to a
00:08:24humanitarian catastrophe of unprecedented scale in the region, this
00:08:28can not only lead to a dizzying energy
00:08:31crisis of unknown level, but also lead to
00:08:34the fact that the United States will be defenseless, that they will be
00:08:37without air defense missiles and any other
00:08:41war leads to the fact that at least American facilities
00:08:44outside of America, and maybe even in the United States itself, enemies
00:08:48will shoot like in a shooting gallery. This is the reality of what
00:08:52we are currently observing in the world. Just imagine
00:08:55that the United States has only
00:08:59800 missiles left, a new stage of
00:09:02escalation occurs, in one day 300 missiles are used, in another
00:09:06400 missiles are left, 100, and at this moment China begins some
00:09:09special operation to regain control over
00:09:12Taiwan or just some war in the Taiwan Strait,
00:09:16and American ships that should help Taiwan,
00:09:20will remain at anchor simply because they will be afraid to approach
00:09:23the missile launchers
00:09:26of the Chinese People's Republic, they will simply be destroyed by these launchers, this
00:09:30is the situation in which Donald Trump found himself, and of course he really doesn't
00:09:33want anyone to talk about it, because
00:09:36when he says that there are enough air defense
00:09:40missiles, well, at least let them publish
00:09:43the number in that case, and if it's a secret, well,
00:09:47it's a military secret, then many people can draw conclusions
00:09:50based on their assessment of the arsenal, but you
00:09:53are absolutely right to ask this question, the United States is not
00:09:57providing us with new air defense missiles because they have a
00:10:00huge deficit of their own stocks, which poses, one might
00:10:04say, the greatest challenge in history, this is the result of the first
00:10:07year of Donald Trump's presidency, incredibly eloquent, well,
00:10:11you see. this missile deficit poses a serious
00:10:15challenge to the United States of America in the future, but
00:10:18in the midst of this challenge, we live, and
00:10:22we hoped for them as allies. It turns out that in
00:10:25principle, well, let's say that now strategically
00:10:28in the world, hoping that someone has
00:10:32enough anti-missile systems to repel
00:10:35ballistic missiles and defend against ballistic missiles, from which Kyiv
00:10:38suffers first of all, well, it's just
00:10:41that any military strategist, as you
00:10:44have just calculated, can similarly calculate and understand
00:10:47that there are simply no such resources in the world to, well,
00:10:50let's just calculate again, there are about 3,000 missiles in the world, according to
00:10:54an estimate. At the same time, the situation in
00:10:57the Asian-Pacific region is very tense,
00:11:01you understand that Japan has air defense missiles, we could turn to them,
00:11:05but Japan is in a situation where the Chinese Foreign Minister
00:11:09simply threatens it with force from the podium of the Munich
00:11:12Conference, if you were in charge of Japan, how would you transfer air
00:11:15defense missiles in a situation where you might fear
00:11:19a major conflict in a few months, maybe years, but you just won't have enough
00:11:23missiles.
00:11:25Middle East, who will now give Saudi Arabia,
00:11:28the United Arab Emirates and Israel guarantees
00:11:32that Iran will not start shelling them again? Well,
00:11:35I think that any, I would
00:11:38say, sober-minded politician in any country
00:11:41in the region will simply be afraid to give even a few missiles,
00:11:44if we manage to get them, it will simply be a diplomatic success of
00:11:48unprecedented scale. For such a hero of Ukraine, one should
00:11:51be given, a diplomat who succeeds in negotiating.
00:11:56Europe, well, Europe doesn't seem to be particularly threatened,
00:11:59but our own leaders constantly tell Europeans that they will be
00:12:03next, that Russia will definitely attack them, that it could be
00:12:06a large-scale attack.
00:12:10Well, if you tell a country from which you want to receive military
00:12:14aid, air defense missiles, you know, there will soon be
00:12:17a war, Russian missiles will fly at you, but you give us air
00:12:20defense missiles, but that looks very strange, if you
00:12:24scare me with the fact that Russia will attack me, well, I will save missiles for my own
00:12:28defense, first of all, it's very bad that you are being shelled, but we have our own citizens,
00:12:31our own strategic facilities, our own power plants, we have to protect
00:12:35all this, well, and a combat drone in Germany,
00:12:38yes, which was near military planes with supposedly
00:12:42military ammunition for Ukraine, well, Ukrainian
00:12:45planes, that's what you've talked about many times, first
00:12:49drones will just fly in and missiles will just fly in, and then they will arrive
00:12:52where, in the opinion of the Russians... there may be
00:12:55weapons for Ukraine, they will say: we are waging
00:12:58war in this way and we are not allowing you to supply
00:13:01Ukraine with these weapons. This is also a very serious bell, in my opinion, you heard that
00:13:05in, that in Germany they already said that such
00:13:08drone technology can only be used by a state,
00:13:12or provided by a state to those who used this
00:13:15drone. And German commentators do not hide that
00:13:19it is about Russia. And by
00:13:21the way, I would like to remind you, you very aptly mentioned
00:13:25this drone, that
00:13:28it was the first drone with a warhead, it
00:13:31was no longer a reconnaissance drone, and the fact that
00:13:35it did not explode, because the driver of this, I would say,
00:13:38bus, it seems, who was driving through the airport territory, he
00:13:42simply caught it, this drone, and the drone fortunately
00:13:45did not explode, if it exploded at that moment, most likely
00:13:49the terminal with planes would have been blown up, and in
00:13:53Dresden one of the biggest catastrophes in the history of
00:13:57aviation would have happened, but such a catastrophe may still be
00:13:59ahead. By the way, I spoke about this during
00:14:03Operation Spiderweb, I said that in fact,
00:14:06now any object in the West or in
00:14:09Ukraine is not protected from such actions, because
00:14:13we do not have a patent for a spiderweb,
00:14:16we just showed how it can be done, but we can become such
00:14:20victims of a similar operation, as well as
00:14:24the Russian Federation. Because we demonstrated how to destroy
00:14:27enemy objects far from our own
00:14:30territory.
00:14:33Mr. Vitaliy, but if we return to
00:14:36the forty-day plan
00:14:39to force Putin to peace, now, well, you
00:14:42probably read the Ukrainian, first of all, the Ukrainian
00:14:45segment of Facebook, well, many, I understand that this may be somewhat
00:14:49inflated by Russians, no, 100%. Many people
00:14:53are starting to criticize, and...
00:14:56Let's put it this way, to be somewhat critical of these
00:15:00actions, because, well, they say, we are destroying their warehouses, but we should also
00:15:04understand that the Russians can respond
00:15:07symmetrically, which they are doing, what do you
00:15:11think, should we
00:15:14continue such actions when we understand
00:15:17that there may be a tough counteraction, and at the same time
00:15:21we will not have enough means and measures of air
00:15:25defense to respond to these strikes, and this
00:15:29will be such a mutual, mutual
00:15:32war of annihilation of infrastructure, both in our country and in
00:15:35Russia. The fundamental mistake
00:15:39of Ukrainians all these 12 years is that they believe that
00:15:42the Russians somehow respond to them,
00:15:46and if nothing is done, the Russians will also do nothing,
00:15:49but I would like to remind you that the Russians always
00:15:53start first,
00:15:55this war was started first by the Russians in 2014 and in
00:15:592022, the Russians
00:16:02were the first to strike Ukrainian infrastructure, the Russians
00:16:05destroyed Ukrainian energy.
00:16:07It is destroyed, the Russians destroyed the Ukrainian economy,
00:16:11it is destroyed, the Russians were the first to strike the warehouses
00:16:15of Ukrainian companies, marketplaces, I apologize, how many
00:16:19strikes have there been on Epicenter
00:16:22since 2022, what
00:16:26number, then we can clearly
00:16:30say, either we try to play this war
00:16:34of annihilation together, or Ukraine will be destroyed
00:16:38in the coming years and turned into a territory unfit for
00:16:41life from Uzhhorod to Kharkiv, there will be no
00:16:44other way out for Ukraine, because indeed we now
00:16:48have a territory that is not shelled by
00:16:50ballistic missiles and is not shelled by
00:16:54church ones, but if we do not defend ourselves and do not destroy
00:16:57the Russian economy, it will mean that the Russian army will have more
00:17:01resources to advance through Ukrainian territory, and the further it goes,
00:17:04the more Ukrainian cities will
00:17:07turn into irreparable ruins.
00:17:11Thus, the destruction of the Russian economy is practically the only
00:17:15way for this war to end or
00:17:18pause in the coming years. And I
00:17:21think that everything that people are saying now on social networks, about
00:17:25the danger, about Russia being able to
00:17:28strike, all this, as they say, has been happening since 2022,
00:17:31right? But unlike all these commentators, I do not
00:17:35panic. because our fellow
00:17:39citizens have short memories, I have a long one, I perfectly
00:17:43remember that in 2022 it was much worse than
00:17:46now, but there was such a shock that
00:17:50people adapted to this situation, and now,
00:17:53when there was a certain lull, when we really got air
00:17:57defense missiles, when we were able to shoot down Russian ballistic missiles,
00:18:01people adapted to this, but
00:18:03remember that in the first months of 2022, what...
00:18:07there, all of 2022, we had no
00:18:10anti-ballistic missiles at all,
00:18:13we had nothing to shoot down these missiles that were massively
00:18:16flying from the warehouses of the Russian Federation, from
00:18:19the warehouses,
00:18:21and could destroy anything, all our airfields were destroyed in the first
00:18:25hours of the war, you forgot about that,
00:18:29well, now of course, after four years,
00:18:32it seems like a new stage, but this is not a new stage, it is just
00:18:36a continuation of a many-year war of the first and only
00:18:39first 4.5 years, we do not know what
00:18:42will happen in the next 4.5 years, we have to hope that our
00:18:45strikes on the Russian economy will lead to this war not
00:18:49continuing as long as it should
00:18:51have. and I don't really understand
00:18:55people who in 2026 say, well,
00:18:58maybe we should leave
00:19:01Ukraine, well, I apologize, if you have such an idea of safety, then you should have
00:19:04left Ukraine in February 2022,
00:19:07why does the question arise, you endured all this for four
00:19:11years, to suddenly discover danger in 2026,
00:19:15this bewilders me, I perfectly understand people who don't want to live in danger, many
00:19:19of them, millions of these people have left Ukraine, millions are not going to return
00:19:23here, at least until the end of the war, but
00:19:26why does a person live for 4.5 years and suddenly discover danger,
00:19:30for me this is a mystery, now it feels somehow
00:19:34more intense, especially regarding...
00:19:37Perhaps, perhaps that is why, Mr. Vitaliy, this
00:19:40information about North Korean
00:19:43missile units that they want to deploy together with the Russian
00:19:47Federation against us. Why are they doing this right now,
00:19:51what does this indicate for
00:19:54us, that they don't have enough missiles, uh-huh,
00:19:57they are bringing in their allies for help, they are bringing in
00:20:00help, they are not producing enough missiles for such
00:20:03ballistic strikes, intensive ones, which should correspond to their goals.
00:20:08And that's all. This is, by the way, quite an interesting story with
00:20:12North Korean missiles, I can tell you, as colleagues, that I made a special video for
00:20:16TikTok about North Korean missiles that
00:20:19can be deployed near Voronezh, and this network
00:20:23deleted my video as not complying with its
00:20:25rules. Uh-huh. Because in the Central Committee
00:20:29of the Communist Party of China, they are obviously not satisfied when North
00:20:33Korea is criticized. We have now verified this with our own
00:20:35work.
00:20:46about which we are talking about such a strategic unpreparedness of NATO countries to defend themselves.
00:20:49Fedorov. former Minister of Defense gave, well, it seems that the interview
00:20:53with Strynenko has just finished, there were many
00:20:56political moments, but we are still talking more about geopolitical
00:20:59moments, so he says that some NATO countries or
00:21:03EU have only 5-10 anti-missile systems left in stock,
00:21:0750 is already a huge number, and
00:21:10at one time he, Fedorov, together with Mark Rutte,
00:21:14personally asked some countries to allocate us
00:21:17two to five missiles, well, that is... that is one
00:21:20volley against the Zircon, roughly speaking, how many three missiles should fly, well,
00:21:24there, so that the probability of shooting down the Zircon or Russian
00:21:27ballistic missile was, well, high, and
00:21:31there are 47 missiles flying, that is, 150, roughly speaking, missiles
00:21:35are needed to shoot it down, this strategic unpreparedness
00:21:39of European allies in the fourth and a half year
00:21:42of the war, as you say, for a potential
00:21:46confrontation with the Russian Federation with
00:21:49the participation of North Korea, it is indeed very
00:21:52alarming, or well, you know, the European
00:21:56security system is based on the protection of the United
00:21:59States. This is the essence of the North Atlantic
00:22:03Alliance and Euro-Atlantic solidarity. It is understood
00:22:06that if these countries are under the nuclear umbrella
00:22:10of the United States, they should expect that in case of danger,
00:22:13the United States will protect them. And
00:22:16even if they have large military budgets, the idea has always been that
00:22:20these military budgets should be spent on purchasing American
00:22:24weapons, that is, this is a kind of payment for
00:22:27protection, we protect you, and you develop
00:22:30our military-industrial complex, but why do we need any missiles then, if
00:22:34they will never fly to us anyway, because this is
00:22:38the activation of Article Five, the threat of nuclear war. Perhaps
00:22:41this concept is not modern now, but we still don't know that. For us to
00:22:45find out about this, there must be a real attack by Russia
00:22:48on one of the NATO countries, and a statement by the United
00:22:52States that they are not going to protect this country, all obligations are still
00:22:56valid, they were valid, despite all the speeches of the President
00:22:59of the United States, despite the fact that Pete Hegseth says that we need to
00:23:03create a new type of NATO, in which Europe will take
00:23:06on the main burden of security, but you understand that as soon as
00:23:10they start creating this new type of NATO,
00:23:14Europeans will say, okay, we will have large military budgets, but if you don't
00:23:17want us to have the main burden of security, then
00:23:21we have to spend money on our own weapons, on purchasing yours, immediately
00:23:24Americans may change their minds, immediately such a NATO without
00:23:28money may not be interesting, and they will return to their
00:23:30obligations,
00:23:33we analyze what and how can happen in
00:23:36Europe, what and how can happen in the minds of the leaders of the United
00:23:40States of America, but seeing this absolutely obvious
00:23:43picture of certain
00:23:47problems with weapon arsenals, especially.
00:23:50Missiles in the United States of America, NATO and its allies in
00:23:54Europe. Zelensky says that three or
00:23:57fewer missiles are now provided than in the same period
00:24:01last year. How can we
00:24:05predict Putin's thoughts,
00:24:09and with them his actions?
00:24:11I think that Putin will use an anti-ballistic
00:24:15window, such a ballistic window, when he can strike, without fear of
00:24:18his missiles being shot down, in order to inflict
00:24:22as much damage as possible, as much trouble, I would
00:24:26say, as possible, as much damage as possible
00:24:29to strategic facilities. We must act symmetrically,
00:24:33trying, at least, to destroy Russian marketplaces, oil refineries
00:24:37of the Russian Federation, strategic facilities of the Russian economy, but
00:24:40most importantly, it is important to destroy military factories and it is important
00:24:43to destroy both enterprises for the production of ballistic missiles,
00:24:46and the launch sites of ballistic missiles. This should become
00:24:50priority number one, and this, it seems to me,
00:24:53is obvious. Well, and now we
00:24:56see, what if there are no
00:25:00weapons, but at least, at least the Americans,
00:25:03Politico wrote about this, again resumed the maximum
00:25:07exchange of intelligence data, which, as I understand it, since
00:25:11the beginning of Trump's rule, to varying degrees, but it decreased
00:25:14somewhere, increased somewhere, but now they have reached the maximum
00:25:17level, for this, of course, huge thanks to
00:25:21them, but the question
00:25:24is,
00:25:27does all this Trump tactic,
00:25:30which was built for years on the fact that
00:25:33for years, I will somehow stop Putin,
00:25:36convince him to wage war, in fact, we see
00:25:40not from the side of Ukraine, but all steps from the side
00:25:44of the United States of America, regarding the reconciliation of Putin, maybe we don't see something,
00:25:47and you will tell us, they are on the contrary. it
00:25:50seems to me, they act, they on the contrary give him some
00:25:54motivation, because they expose those problems that our
00:25:57allies really have, or still, well, of course, of course, I
00:26:00agree. or do you still think that we might have some
00:26:04cards up our sleeve that we don't see?
00:26:08Listen, Putin perceives any desire to talk as a sign
00:26:11of weakness, if you want to negotiate with Putin, you must refuse
00:26:14any contact with him, that is, what President
00:26:18Biden did, we will not talk to you, we will beat you and
00:26:22we will help Ukrainians defend themselves from
00:26:24you, and we will destroy your economic capabilities,
00:26:27no talks, just work on dismantling your
00:26:30regime, and then... he may want to talk,
00:26:34any attempts to talk to Putin, any proposals to talk to Putin, we
00:26:38understand that the Ukrainian president is doing to demonstrate to America its
00:26:41peacefulness, but any phrase: I want to talk
00:26:45to Putin, not from Zelensky's side, I think Putin doesn't pay any attention to Zelensky
00:26:49at all in this situation from
00:26:51Trump's side, this is just an extra month or an extra year
00:26:55of war.
00:26:57Answering somewhere to the question of our broadcast about
00:27:01what autumn will be like for Ukraine, what can
00:27:04you say for Ukraine and for our enemy
00:27:07too? Autumn will be difficult for both Ukraine and
00:27:11Russia, because we have entered a period of mutual war of annihilation, the so-called war of
00:27:15ruins. This will be more difficult than in the
00:27:19autumn of 2025. Of course,
00:27:23because we are now creating the same ruins and problems
00:27:26in Russia. And Russia, one way or another, is forced to
00:27:30react to this more than then, when it would simply perceive us as a target,
00:27:34you understand, uh-huh, the story that
00:27:37Ukraine is a testing ground has ended, now the territory of the Russian Federation
00:27:40is the same testing ground for Ukraine and its allies, we are developing
00:27:44new military technologies on this territory,
00:27:47yes, Ukraine is a shooting range for
00:27:50Russia, but Russia is now also a shooting range in Ukraine, for Ukraine and for its
00:27:54allies, a testing ground for the future, for
00:27:57future wars, and this is a very difficult situation when you are dealing
00:28:01with two testing grounds, as you understand, but there is no other way, if someone
00:28:05wants to live to the end of the war, it doesn't exist in nature.
00:28:08It pisses me off when I read on social networks, oh, let our
00:28:12government, let Zelensky start negotiations with Putin, how can you not
00:28:16understand that no one in Russia considers you as people, no one is going
00:28:19to negotiate with you, you are ordinary separatists who
00:28:23need to be punished, and their territory returned to the native
00:28:26harbor, and if you don't want this, you will simply be killed on this
00:28:29territory, a wet spot will remain of you and... of you and of your
00:28:33parents, of your children, a wet spot will remain, if you don't want this,
00:28:37then you need to hit Russia.
00:28:40Mr. Vitaly, one more question, a clarification, you correctly said
00:28:44that now both Russia and we, well, since 2022,
00:28:48have been a testing ground for testing Russian Federation weapons, before
00:28:51that they also had Syria, now, well, fortunately,
00:28:55we managed to turn this board so that Russia also becomes
00:28:58a testing ground, in recent days, weeks
00:29:02it became... clear that it seems to me that most of our
00:29:05allies started, well, I don't even
00:29:09know, unfortunately, but you will say, in your
00:29:12opinion, to perceive us as a testing ground, because there is no
00:29:16longer any resolute condemnation of
00:29:19attacks on civilian infrastructure,
00:29:22Americans have long talked less about it, Europeans now also somehow
00:29:26lowered this degree, well, it seems, well,
00:29:30that is, you have a war of self-destruction, we help
00:29:32Ukraine, but at the same time, well, we almost
00:29:36recognize Russia's ability to respond symmetrically, and Russia also
00:29:39begins to return in many places, there, roughly speaking, let's take
00:29:43even the same sports competitions, everything is gradually normalizing, although
00:29:47Russia, compared to 2022, behaves much
00:29:50more bloodthirsty now than when it was in much greater isolation than
00:29:54now? Russia is making huge efforts
00:29:58for this return,
00:30:00for working with those politicians who are working for this return, for working with
00:30:04the media that are working for this return, and I believe that we
00:30:08need to make efforts, political, diplomatic, and
00:30:12media, so that this attention to Ukraine is not
00:30:15lost. It seems to me that this is also a conclusion
00:30:19from the last period that needs to be made. Because indeed,
00:30:23you know, why is this degree changing? Because
00:30:26in addition to reports of attacks on
00:30:29Ukraine, there are also reports of attacks on Russia, and this is so.
00:30:32The routine of war, well, they are hitting Russians, Russians are hitting them, they
00:30:36are fighting, we support Ukraine, what else should
00:30:38we do, and we must remember that we still, even
00:30:42destroying Russian resources, remain a victim
00:30:46in this war, and Russia remains the aggressor in this war, we need
00:30:49to remind about this,
00:30:52well, it is important not only for us to understand, it is important for them to understand in
00:30:55the same Europe, in the same United States of America, and...
