00:00:07This is the night edition, good evening,
00:00:08Earth, that's not a welcome, thank you for joining us on
00:00:10France 24 and France Info. Here are the headlines for this
00:00:13news report.
00:00:16An attack on Riyadh airport this Saturday resulted in at least
00:00:1912 deaths. This is the largest attack in a Gulf country since the beginning of the war in
00:00:23Iran. It is attributed to the Houthi rebels of Yemen.
00:00:26Americans are among the victims. Donald Trump said he would decide quickly
00:00:30on an American response.
00:00:34Ukraine must have a new president. This is
00:00:37Donald Trump calling for the replacement of Volodymyr Zelensky. Europeans say
00:00:42Europe, both EU member states and they remain in solidarity with Ukraine, especially after the agreement between Russia and
00:00:45the Americans on Russian Diesel deliveries.
00:00:48Explanation in this report.
00:00:51And finally, you will hear the first words of Sophie Adenot after her return to
00:00:55Earth. The astronaut arrived in Germany and her first steps were not
00:00:59easy, as you will see.
00:01:13At least 12 dead in Saudi Arabia and more than 300 injured in an attack on
00:01:17Riyadh airport, according to figures from Saudi civil aviation. The attack is
00:01:21attributed to these pro-Iranian
00:01:25main customer, notably of Houthi rebels. Saudi Arabia reports a projectile falling near another international airport
00:01:28in Dammam and also confirms the interception of
00:01:32ballistic missiles in the evening. This is in any case the
00:01:35deadliest attack in a Gulf country since the start of the war in Iran, with a death toll
00:01:39of 12, including 8 foreigners and an American. Donald
00:01:42Trump has reacted. Details with Alice
00:01:45Broga.
00:01:47In front of Riyadh airport, a line of ambulances and
00:01:51disoriented passengers. These are the rare images currently coming from
00:01:55Saudi Arabia, after the
00:01:58Niaya spent a large part of deadly strike that targeted the capital's airport. On Saturday around 3 p.m., witnesses described
00:02:02scenes of chaos with hundreds of injured and dozens of ambulances
00:02:06called in urgently. The General Authority of Civil Aviation
00:02:09indicated that the attack caused several injuries whose condition is being
00:02:14exceeded the legal powers of evaluated. It specified that airport operations were
00:02:16temporarily suspended pending a full assessment of the damage and
00:02:20verification of the safety of the facilities in coordination with the
00:02:24competent authorities. All flights to Riyadh were
00:02:28diverted or canceled. Later in
00:02:30the evening, authorities reported the fall of a projectile near another
00:02:34airport, that of Dammam in the east of the kingdom. These
00:02:37attacks, which have not been claimed, are attributed to the
00:02:40Houthi rebels of Yemen who oppose Yemeni government forces
00:02:44supported by Saudi Arabia and who launched a
00:02:47lightning offensive in September, strengthening their grip on the strategic
00:02:51strait of Bab-el-Mandeb. In recent days, the scale and
00:02:55frequency of attacks targeting Riyadh has increased. The city's airport
00:02:58has already been targeted twice this week. Several people have been
00:03:03to see if it is possible to killed and injured. To counter the Houthi, the Saudi kingdom has been seeking
00:03:05for weeks to obtain military aid from its American ally
00:03:09without success. Donald Trump remained vague on the subject
00:03:12Saturday before journalists. Have you decided to join the Saudi
00:03:16strikes? It's possible, we'll see. How soon
00:03:20? We just learned about the attack, we will make a decision and act very
00:03:23quickly. These strikes on Riyadh occur shortly
00:03:27before the holding in October in the kingdom of a major annual
00:03:30investment conference that attracts visitors from all over the
00:03:33world. And in the Strait of Hormuz this time, a tanker was
00:03:37hit by a projectile, which caused a fire on board, according to the British
00:03:41maritime surveillance center. The crew was
00:03:44safely evacuated, but no
00:03:46Cafars party. This is an opposition information on any environmental damage
00:03:49is available. And then it's a furious Donald Trump who
00:03:53on Saturday attacked Volodymyr Zelensky, stating that it is time for Ukraine
00:03:57twice our weight again, it's the end of to have a new president, I
00:03:58in an investigation, and which therefore fuels the anger of quote, "to end the conflict" with Russia. Let's first listen to Donald Trump and then we will
00:04:02look at the reactions.
00:04:05Zelensky could have settled this conflict many times, and he chose
00:04:09not to do so.
00:04:12Let's move on to space. She's back from You know what I suggest? I suggest
00:04:14that Ukrainians find a new leader who can make deals.
00:04:18Zelensky could have made many and he didn't. Europeans have obviously reacted
00:04:23to be crumbling, that of strongly to this new verbal jousting by the American
00:04:25president, but also to the US-Russia agreement announced Friday, which consists of
00:04:29delivering Russian diesel to global markets to lower prices,
00:04:33despite Western sanctions against Moscow. Emmanuel Macron and
00:04:37Andy Burnham have reaffirmed their full support for Kyiv. Leo
00:04:41Pechar.
00:04:43Following Donald Trump's remarks about his
00:04:46her eyes filled with Ukrainian counterpart, reactions of support for Volodymyr Zelensky were not
00:04:49long in coming. British Prime Minister Andy Burnham,
00:04:53Ukraine's main supporter, expressed
00:04:55but always her sense of his total solidarity. A call for a
00:04:58change of Ukrainian president.
00:05:08As the leader of an opposition party, I have only one answer to that, we act in accordance with the constitution.
00:05:13And this decision does not belong to any other leader, only the Ukrainian
00:05:16people decide who they will elect and
00:05:19when. Volodymyr Zelensky can also count on the
00:05:23support of the European Union, which continues to stand united behind him.
00:05:26The 27 have also severely criticized the controversial agreement on
00:05:30Russian diesel between the United States and Russia, a
00:05:33delivery of 300,000 tons of diesel from October to American
00:05:37territory and the world market. For the head of European
00:05:40diplomacy, Kayalas. This agreement provides Moscow with
00:05:44more revenue to finance the war. Russian brothers have killed more
00:05:47than 80 Ukrainian civilians in 2 days. Moreover, it has
00:05:51intensified its attacks against
00:05:54NATO allies. There is no question of easing pressure on Russia
00:05:58at this time, and Europe will not do so. The European
00:06:01Union promises to strengthen its sanctions against Moscow.
00:06:05On Monday, it will add 1,600 names to the blacklist of individuals and
00:06:09entities targeted by these measures.
00:06:12And back to the Middle East, no elections in the state of Palestine for another year, this is
00:06:16an announcement by Mahmoud Abbas as speculation was rife regarding
00:06:20this new postponement. Legislative elections were to be
00:06:24held at the end of November, but due to, and I quote, "obstacles erected by Israel," they
00:06:27are postponed until September 2027 for a double legislative and
00:06:31presidential election. Israel disputes its responsibility, arguing
00:06:35that the Palestinian president has not organized national elections for 20
00:06:38years. The holding of elections is part of the
00:06:42reforms demanded by the international community in
00:06:45Palestine. In the meantime, millions of
00:06:47Gazans are still suffering from hunger despite aid. It
00:06:51will have severe long-term consequences, warn humanitarian
00:06:55associations and
00:06:55Nadji.
00:06:59In front of this community kitchen,
00:07:02the wait can last several hours to hope to leave with
00:07:05a ration of bread or rice.
00:07:11the morning. This Gazan mother of eight children must feed
00:07:15her eight children who live in makeshift shelters.
00:07:18Her husband was seriously injured in the legs during an Israeli
00:07:21bombing. One of Niaya's children suffered
00:07:25from malnutrition during the last famine.
00:07:29Since then, the situation has barely improved and these
00:07:32rations will be the only meal of the day for this
00:07:35family.
00:07:39I suffer from asthma, but I go to the community kitchen to bring
00:07:50If we don't get food from the community kitchen, the children remain hungry, with nothing, no income, no one to take care of us or help
00:07:54us. In August 2025,
00:07:57the United Nations had declared a state of famine in the Palestinian
00:08:01enclave. With the ceasefire coming into effect 2
00:08:04months later, the humanitarian situation was supposed to improve,
00:08:07but the food emergency persists.
00:08:10According to the...
00:08:12approximately 140,000 people are in a situation of food
00:08:16insecurity, 200,000 Gazans on the verge of
00:08:20starvation. There is an increase in affections affecting
00:08:24the immune system, these problems, non-existent before the war, are
00:08:27more frequent. Cognitive development is also
00:08:30affected because children do not receive sufficient quantities of
00:08:33vitamins and minerals. Doctors
00:08:36say that repeated episodes of acute malnutrition in these
00:08:40children can cause cognitive and
00:08:43physical disabilities for the rest of their
00:08:45lives.
00:08:47In India, a strong repression took place this Saturday to prevent a demonstration from
00:08:51taking place, a repression that consisted of numerous arrests,
00:08:55including those of the leaders of the
00:08:58party supported by young people, which challenges the Indian electoral
00:09:01commission by saying that millions of voters have been unfairly
00:09:05removed from the lists, a thesis that one of the main Indian media outlets also reported
00:09:10the streets. This Saturday, more than 5,000 people who were trying
00:09:14to go to the demonstration were arrested, according to the newspaper The
00:09:18Hindu.
00:09:24space, Sophie Adenot, back on European soil now. This was her
00:09:28first public appearance since her splashdown on Thursday off the coast of
00:09:31California. It happened at the European Astronaut Centre in
00:09:35Cologne. Her speech was punctuated by tears of joy, a lot
00:09:38of emotion to bear witness to this journey. Her return to Earth, she explains,
00:09:42is not so easy to live through. Watch.
00:09:45Standing, but still wobbly, Sophie Adenot set
00:09:48foot on European soil, supported
00:09:51by two doctors. She did not lose her smile, applauded by her
00:09:55loved ones and colleagues, she spoke,
00:09:58tears. Sorry for
00:10:01the emotion, a lot
00:10:04of emotion,
00:10:08humor.
00:10:11It's funny to have tears flowing downwards, I wasn't used to that for 8
00:10:15months.
00:10:17Not used to motion sickness and seasickness either, which
00:10:21seized her in the first seconds on Thursday upon her return.
00:10:27Being propelled into space was a piece of
00:10:30cake for me, but coming back to
00:10:33piece of cake. 400 km from Earth,
00:10:37Sophie Adenot says she has gained perspective on the tensions
00:10:41that are shaking the planet.
00:10:44I looked for borders, I looked for divisions,
00:10:48I saw none. From her
00:10:50space odyssey, the 44-year-old Frenchwoman keeps
00:10:54images that she describes as sublime. I will
00:10:57remember all my life this absolutely incredible
00:11:00aurora borealis that I shared the video of on social
00:11:03networks. It was a dance, a dance of this green
00:11:07flow all over the planet. You go through all the
00:11:10emotions, sometimes it's an intense
00:11:13euphoria of all this
00:11:15beauty, and sometimes it
00:11:19hits you hard. During these 8 months in
00:11:22weightlessness, she admits she did not always feel
00:11:26in her place, especially during the fires in Gironde which
00:11:29affected her family. The really difficult moments, in fact, are when something
00:11:33happens to your loved ones and you are far away, and then there's a moment
00:11:36when a thought crosses your mind, "What am I doing here?"
00:11:40Contemplating the five continents from above reinforced her
00:11:44conviction: the urgent need is to preserve the
00:11:47Earth. We see the effects of climate change, but
00:11:50we see them, it's impressive, the lakes that are dried up, the Aral Sea
00:11:54that... that is shrinking. Sophie Adenot will now
00:11:58re-acclimatize to Earth, 3 weeks of intensive
00:12:01rehabilitation to regain her muscle strength
00:12:04await her. We listened to Sophie Adenot talk about her life in
00:12:07space and with that, about weightlessness. One needs a lot
00:12:10of training for this, for example, by performing parabolic
00:12:14flights that simulate zero gravity. This is what our
00:12:17reporter Sylvain Rousseau did when he went to the CNES center in Bordeaux, where
00:12:21the laboratory plane is located. Watch this report. I am in
00:12:25Bordeaux and I am preparing to board this plane, an Airbus A310
00:12:29modified by Novespace. It is no longer so much an airplane as
00:12:33a laboratory whose purpose is to conduct scientific
00:12:36experiments in
00:12:37weightlessness.
00:12:42A parabolic flight, as its name suggests, the plane makes parabolas, it first climbs at an
00:12:46angle of 40 degrees, everything feels extremely heavy, and when the injection
00:12:49sounds, well, that's it, we are in weightlessness. It is at this moment that
00:12:53the experiments can begin. Experiments which, for some, are also
00:12:57intended to be tested later in the space station, this is the first phase of testing,
00:13:01injection means that we inject the plane into this orbital
00:13:04arc portion which allows us to be in weightlessness, and
00:13:08this is a principle of parabolic flight which allows us to place these
00:13:11experiments in a situation impossible to recreate, which is very useful
00:13:15for scientists because it allows them to unveil phenomena that are
00:13:18masked by gravity. This
00:13:21plasma will be used to heal wounds. The final idea of testing
00:13:24it at 0g is precisely
00:13:28use it for astronauts. This would allow to carry less cream and just have
00:13:31gas and electricity. 31 parabolas of 22 seconds,
00:13:35everything will float, and that's why everything is fixed to the ground, why computers, why all the
00:13:38equipment is protected. There are also experiments that have a real concrete
00:13:42application on Earth. We think of course of medicine and biology in particular. We
00:13:46deal with medical emergencies in
00:13:49situations of weightlessness. The goal
00:13:52is, if there is respiratory distress, to avoid intubation.
00:13:58which is quite invasive and already quite technical on Earth, we are working on the capacities of the inner ear, a malfunction when gravity
00:14:02is modified could very largely explain space sickness, the illness astronauts
00:14:06experience, and by extension, if we could explain
00:14:09it and treat it, we could also quite easily transfer that
00:14:13to terrestrial motion sickness.
00:14:16And pull out! Already 22 seconds of weightlessness, we weigh
00:14:22the parabola, and back to... That's how this
00:14:26news report ends. Thank you for watching. Stay tuned to our channel, the
00:14:29next news edition will be back in about fifteen minutes.
00:14:51get out, get out, I'm 19 years old.
00:14:56This man was in his car when men in military uniform stopped him
00:15:00and forcibly took him away to enlist in the Ukrainian
00:15:03army, and this without them having first
00:15:06checked if he was eligible for
00:15:08recruitment.
00:15:13On Ukrainian social networks, we find many such videos of men being illegally
00:15:17arrested in order to be then mobilized to the
00:15:21front. These incidents are referred to by the
00:15:24neologism of "buscification", i.e. the forced placement
00:15:27of men into minibuses or vans. According to
00:15:31the Human Rights Commissioner of the Ukrainian Parliament, 6127
00:15:35complaints of rights violations during the construction.
00:16:07kept riding past them and then silently i dropped to the
00:16:11ground. i'm sure that they hit my
00:16:14bike, maybe with the leg or with the doors of
00:16:18car, this i'm not sure, but i'm sure that they dropped me. then they
00:16:22took me by my hands and put me in the car. no one
00:16:26introduced themselves, no one showed any
00:16:29autorization, they just took me and put me in the car. He was
00:16:33then sent to a military unit where he had to undergo
00:16:36training before going to the front, but his leg was still
00:16:39hurting him. He was eventually taken to the hospital.
00:16:43The verdict: his leg was broken as a result of his fall.
00:16:47He is currently on sick leave. According to Ukrainian
00:16:50law, recruitment officers can check military documents
00:16:53and issue conscription notices, but they cannot
00:16:57detain conscripts. They are
00:17:01required to identify themselves during checks. All Ukrainians over
00:17:0425 can be mobilized, but
00:17:07exemptions exist, particularly for people with disabilities or suffering from
00:17:10specific health problems, for certain parents and caregivers, certain
00:17:14students, teachers and employees. According to
00:17:18images taken in Odessa, the men in uniform did not ask for papers from
00:17:21the man who was arrested and had his face
00:17:25masked. An internal investigation concluded that
00:17:28they had committed misconduct, without further details.
00:17:32précision.
00:17:37We were able to locate this incident,
00:17:40widely reported on social networks in Kyiv. Witnesses confirmed
00:17:43the facts to us, and according to several lawyers we consulted,
00:17:47this is an arrest that may have
00:17:51the police. They blocked the street with their
00:17:55cars. He lived right here, next to
00:17:59me.
00:18:05They attacked him like a dog.
00:18:37to detain anyone, to touch anyone, they only have the right to check
00:18:40military registration documents or hand over a summons, that's how it should be according to
00:18:44the law. In practice, we see many cases where,
00:18:48well, people are not even asked for documents, they are not introduced
00:18:51and immediately put into a car.
00:18:55A man raising a child with a disability was detained. Right now, a person is being held in the
00:18:58Holosiivskyi TCC, we are nearby, they are not letting us
00:19:02in, we handed over all the documents, originals, the person has the right to a
00:19:05deferment, they don't want to accept it.
00:20:07according to current procedures as soon as they are officially reported. Videos
00:20:11of these forced mobilizations have increased mistrust among Ukrainians. In
00:20:15July, young people overturned the car of a recruitment official
00:20:18in Lviv. This phenomenon has not escaped Russia,
00:20:22which does not hesitate to disseminate allegations of forced recruitment with
00:20:26artificial intelligence-generated videos. Russia, which
00:20:30also carries out forced mobilizations and goes as far as
00:20:33recruiting foreign nationals with deception. Nearly 5 years
00:20:37after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, both sides are struggling to
00:20:41recruit additional men, and the question of enlistment has become more
00:20:44central than
00:20:45ever.

00:21:01Welcome to the weeklies with Antoine Feno, hello Antoine,
00:21:05hello, so what will you be talking about this week? First of all, a review, yes, a review,
00:21:08or even a reckoning, you might say. There's no need to wait until April
00:21:112027. The weekly press is already looking at Emmanuel Macron's
00:21:15record, and it must be said that it is not very flattering, at least in terms of cold hard
00:21:19cash. We are of course talking about the debt. So L'Express, as you can see, is rather
00:21:22alarmist on its front page and tells us that it will suffer, who will pay the debt in a certain
00:21:26way, because this is also a part of the legacy of Emmanuel Macron and his two
00:21:29terms. A debt that some say is astronomical:
00:21:323595 billion euros, 119
00:21:36% of France's gross domestic product, is simply dizzying. So
00:21:39naturally, everyone has their own recipe for reducing the amount and also for finding
00:21:43those responsible, as you can imagine. L'Express, as a good
00:21:46liberal daily, says it is irresponsible, of course, to take on
00:21:50this debt at the risk, and rightly so, of being strangled by
00:21:54these interest rates, especially since these interest rates are soaring with the
00:21:57international context. It is therefore ultimately less room for
00:22:01maneuver for the state, and above all, as the weekly reminds us, it is these debts
00:22:05that the poorest are likely to pay. This is also the opinion of an economist, as you can
00:22:08see, rather left-leaning, who served in the government of
00:22:12Pierre Bérégovoy. We must give pledges of rigor to creditors, he says, we are
00:22:15forced to do so. But nothing is lost, we will just have to
00:22:19make difficult decisions for a few years. He does not say
00:22:23exactly how long, 5, 10 years, but he says
00:22:27that's what Spain did and it worked with no
00:22:30magic recipe: less spending, more revenue. Also reassuring,
00:22:34this economist tells us, is that France is not Greece, it
00:22:38is not in the same situation, its debt always finds buyers on the
00:22:41markets. What is worrying are the interest rates, of course, and the
00:22:45amount that precisely weakens this same France. And where does
00:22:49this debt come from? Well, that's the whole question, and that's what La
00:22:52Croix asked in its weekly edition this week: where does this debt come from, what
00:22:56is this debt, La Croix tells us on the front page. What
00:22:59is it composed of? All of this is a kind of small assessment without
00:23:03blaming anyone, which is rather to be commended. The article
00:23:06offers us some graphs that I have selected for you and which are quite
00:23:10illuminating. First of all, this debt is also, as you can see in recent
00:23:13months, that of the French social model, social protection
00:23:17and pensions. Social security and pensions represent
00:23:20934 billion euros in spending in 2024, which is more than
00:23:23half of the state's spending that you see here, right here,
00:23:271671 billion. And all this
00:23:30is caused in part by demography, by a
00:23:34population that is aging, by an increasing number of retirees, and
00:23:37also with the corollary of this same analysis, health expenses,
00:23:40necessarily an aging population is a population that needs more care, which is also
00:23:44increasing, all this without counting the deficit, as you have understood, which accentuates the burden of the debt.
00:23:48Another infographic that I have recovered, compiled by La
00:23:52Croix, excuse me, and which is illuminating, is this one, as you can see. So why do
00:23:56some countries with a manageable debt and
00:23:59a high debt, specifically, well, it all depends on who holds this
00:24:03debt. That's the whole issue. You can see, for example, behind me, this large pie chart here, this is
00:24:07Japan's debt. Japanese debt approaches 200
00:24:11% of its GDP. And yet, it is held
00:24:14mostly by the Japanese themselves, and that changes everything. Thanks
00:24:18to strong savings, Japan finances itself at much
00:24:22lower rates on the markets. This is not the case for France, of course.
00:24:26Let's leave aside the United States, which also has a very high debt, but
00:24:29whose currency, the dollar, the loans immunize against many risks. So much for
00:24:33the diagnosis, what awaits future leaders.
00:24:36Some candidates are in the hot seat, specifically the
00:24:40National Rally and its president, Jordan
00:24:44Bardella, after the revelations by our colleagues at Mediapart about
00:24:47his alleged anti-Semitic writings. The party is in a difficult
00:24:50situation. So, this week, Le Nouvel Obs is attacking and presenting
00:24:54the RN as the party of lies.
00:24:58The RN also presented its economic program, the costing of
00:25:01then questions the L'Obs tells us that the RN is the
00:25:05party of lies because behind this
00:25:08displayed "de-demonization," ultimately it's the whole facade that seems
00:25:13de-demonization already bogged down, L'Obs reminds us, in the scandal of
00:25:17parliamentary assistants and the conviction of its candidate in the first instance, and
00:25:21Marine Le Pen is appealing, the commentators are wondering if this will be the final blow that
00:25:25will ultimately prevent the party from not reaching the second round,
00:25:29but from reaching power, from failing at the last hurdle, if you'll allow me
00:25:32the expression. Each election, however, L'Obs reminds us, sees
00:25:35its collection of black sheep, homophobes,
00:25:38racists, anti-Semites emerge, but the head of the aisle had held up until now,
00:25:42and with this de-demonization strategy, these
00:25:45revelations about Jordan Bardella are devastating and
00:25:48many, uh... many convinced, pardon me, and the
00:25:52RN could forgive Jordan Bardella, especially the voters of others, especially
00:25:56in any case in four second rounds, they could make him pay, remember that
00:25:59the back office is far less brilliant than the counter, if we can... say,
00:26:03particularly on the right, rather moderate, where rallies now appear
00:26:07more complicated. Speaking of the far-right in difficulty, you wanted to talk to us about
00:26:10Donald Trump, with an elephant in the room that many
00:26:13Republican elected officials pretend not to see, the president is
00:26:17the guarantee of a announced defeat. Elephant, in the literal sense,
00:26:21it's also the chosen cover, as you can see, by the weekly version of
00:26:24The Guardian, it's not his circus, the headline tells us, who notably
00:26:28went to Ohio where voters are far from convinced by the billionaire's
00:26:32record. Far-right elephant, I specify this because it is the symbol of the
00:26:35Republican party, and why does this elephant want to oust Donald Trump?
00:26:39Well, because Republican elected officials would like to disconnect from the
00:26:42president and especially from his record, as I said, record inflation, Iran
00:26:46war. Trump disappoints and above all personalizes the vote, and
00:26:49that doesn't please Republican candidates, especially in
00:26:53Iowa, International Mail tells us, a rural state in the
00:26:57Midwest ordinarily acquired to the Republican cause, and so
00:27:01the weekly focuses on... these farmers, in particular, it's a very
00:27:04agricultural state, fed up and especially
00:27:07strangled by inflation and fuel prices. Farmers, the first
00:27:11victims, also of the customs duties wanted by the American president which
00:27:15increase the price of their harvests. You add to that the price of diesel which
00:27:18is exploding because of the war against Iran, and you have a population in great
00:27:22difficulty, and icing on the cake, the weekly tells us, guess who is the
00:27:27ethanol produced thanks to the harvests of Iowa farmers? Well,
00:27:31it's Canada. So, International Mail tells us, voters risk
00:27:34making the Republicans pay, 94 counties out of 99 in Iowa had voted
00:27:38for Donald Trump in the state
00:27:42during the presidential election, well, that's unlikely to be the
00:27:45case. Thank you, Antoine. That was in the weeklies.
00:30:06The night edition, good evening, welcome, thank you for joining us on
00:30:10France 24 and France Info. Here are the headlines of this
00:30:13news report: an attack on Riyadh airport
00:30:17this Saturday kills at least 12 people. It's the biggest attack in a
00:30:21Gulf country since the beginning of the war in Iran. It's attributed to the
00:30:24Houthi rebels in Yemen. There are Americans among the victims. Donald
00:30:28Trump said he would quickly decide on an American response.
00:30:34Ukraine must have a new president. This is Donald
00:30:37Trump calling for the replacement of Volodymyr Zelensky. The Europeans say
00:30:41they remain united with Ukraine, notably after the agreement between Russia and
00:30:45America on Russian diesel deliveries
00:30:48(explanation in this news report).
00:30:51Then finally, you will hear the first words of Sophie Adenot after her return to
00:30:55Earth. The astronaut arrived in Germany and her first steps were not
00:30:59the most...
