00:04:02of when of you see that wonderful show coming from patrick and indeed
00:04:05a celebration of everything that's great about this

00:04:10of of the day? absolutely, I think the of GB and GB News really does stand for great British news, doesn't it? especially because I think

00:04:16of in resonated with the public on mass on such a wide level uh that it

00:04:39of the news media in this country, and GB News has been a breath of freshher

00:04:47say that your views are probably not shared uh, by the
00:04:51majority
00:04:56a of the GB News viewers, but you are, and indeed, everyone who was left of center on this channel,

00:05:03of speech, we are about the marketplace of ideas, always here to have some fun debate, i'll

00:05:22unpleasant story to discuss but discuss it we must we are failing sex
00:05:26gang victims once again so labor was accused of gross neglect as a
00:05:30loophole in the early release scheme means vial grooming gang members will only serve half
00:05:34their sentences i can only imagine what is going through the
00:05:38minds of victims and their families at the moment strength and love to
00:05:41everyone. there indeed, but at the same time I just cannot
00:05:45understand with this early release program why there hasn't been the
00:05:49basic job done of saying well, let's just segment all the different types
00:05:53of crimes and the relatively less serious crimes, whether they be
00:05:57thought crimes, whether they be white color crime, whether they be petty drug
00:06:01offenses or whatever, they're the ones that you release first
00:06:04before low lives like sex gang uh sex
00:06:08gang perpetrators, yeah, absolutely ' "I
00:06:12think, look, it's a real indictment of where we are as a country where
00:06:16our our systems, which are supposed to be there to protect the most vulnerable
00:06:20in society, and in this case, the young victims
00:06:23these Pakistani rape gangs uh, have been let down once again, and I think
00:06:27Maggie Oliver is absolutely right when she says that the justice system
00:06:31is its knees and you know what, it's been its knees for quite a
00:06:35while now, and I would say uh, whether it was under the
00:06:38conservatives, even under new labor in the past, new labor 2.0 now.
00:06:42"this justice system continues to fail those that is is
00:06:46supposed to be there to serve first uh, we saw the rotsdale
00:06:50rapists being released, and
00:06:52you know what, to make things even worse, not just releasing these
00:06:55people early, but not being able to deport certainly the foreign
00:06:59national rapists that we have in this country, because this
00:07:03government is just simply too weak to stand up for the rights of British uh
00:07:06people. Sebastian, there is a wide spread perception amongst the public
00:07:10that the labour party does not take..."
00:07:12as the I rape gang's atrocity seriously, this surely can't help that perception. well,
00:07:16the labor party was the only party that has um launched a
00:07:19statutory equiry into the rape gangs. uh, we've now seen Bern, do,
00:07:23as they well were dragged kicking and screaming to get it, did, they did it, and
00:07:27other party can say that honestly. the other part of
00:07:30it is that today, Bernam has has said he's going to make this a priority, he's personally looking into this, he's asked the
00:07:34ministry of justice to make sure that people who were involved in
00:07:37rape gangs are not freed early, so I'm surprised to tell the express has run this
00:07:41story to be on. um there's very little to it now that the government has
00:07:44grabbed, well the government has the story's moved on but beyond
00:07:48where we are in the express, no just because Andy Burnam says he's going to look into it, as he said
00:07:52he's going to look into a range of issues from illegal migrants economic
00:07:56growth, it doesn't mean it's going to happen, I'm sick of people in the labor party saying we're just
00:08:00going to look into it, I want to actually see outcomes and action, well
00:08:04what what's the head the story, what's the lead here is just saying they were accused
00:08:08of gross neglect and then looking into it, neglect if this is just
00:08:13you know here say on the part the express, what about the rotchill rapist that was released last month? i'm

00:08:44or not? yes, but is he continuing to work, also yes. holidays for prime ministers aren't
00:08:48like holidays for you and me, the work doesn't stop. so why is he on holiday then? why is he
00:08:52on holiday? yeah, when would you like him to go on holiday if not now? well certainly not not at the
00:08:56time when the country needs leadership to deal with the
00:09:00the uh rapists that we are importing on mess on our shows? you didn't quite
00:09:04answer my question that if he shouldn't go on holiday now, when should he go on holiday? well, maybe he should take a
00:09:07leaf out of prime minister Modi's book and not go on holiday while the
00:09:11primary issues of... this country remain unsolved, will they ever be
00:09:15solved? well, so you're admitting that Andy Burnam is unfit to solve this problems?

00:09:26starts new job in 6 to 12 months time, no one takes a

00:10:16say rape gang victims. um, and i come back to the

00:10:21in the introduction here, which is why do we why we even
00:10:25having this conversation that
00:10:26it is a consideration that rapists and murderers maybe or i
00:10:30should say uh people who have been found guilty of manslaughter will
00:10:34be released when there are lower level corporate
00:10:38criminals and lower level drug offense uh people
00:10:42guilty of drug offenses are still in there where is why i can someone
00:10:46explain this to me why is this the case? i don't know
00:10:49i don't know it's that's a question for the ministry of justice they're making calculations the point is
00:10:53if they don't intervene the... prisons will fill up a few months time and we'll be a
00:10:57much, much bigger trouble than we are now, that is the chief concern here,
00:11:00amen. well look again, this this
00:11:02is about priorities, these are political choices that are being made by this government,
00:11:06they have the opportunity to release to free up those prison spaces that neither new
00:11:10labor, neither new labor 2. neither the conservatives built, right? okay,
00:11:14fine, but where's the priority? the priority is they're
00:11:18releasing people who should never see the day of light of day again outside the
00:11:22prison, so if you think that's a choice, can you explain
00:11:24to me what you think the politic? advantage of making that choices? well, the political advantage
00:11:28is of course, probably uh, this labor government is too weak to stand up to
00:11:32the Pakistani government, refusing to take back, let's be honest, vast majority
00:11:35these rapists are Pakistani origin, no,
00:11:37no, no, what's the political advantage, what do they have to gain from making such a perverse
00:11:41choice, if you think it is a choice, it's a political choice, because it's quite simple, right, the they're
00:11:45trying to assuage a political vote bank that for far too
00:11:49long, the green party has taken from them, that's certainly the thinking within the labor
00:11:53party, what other choice, why do you made
00:11:57think this has choice, so so just to be clear, you're saying
00:11:59the the labour government is deciding to free sex gang
00:12:02um perpetrators, which we've established that they're not bause they're looking into it and they're going to
00:12:06looking into it, it's a bit like you can't wave magic
00:12:08one, exactly the
00:12:11problem, this is the problem that i have
00:12:15with labour politicians in this country is that they forget that they are in control the legislative
00:12:19branch of government, they run the legislature, they can control the laws and
00:12:23ch the laws labor and... this country in the last few years, they've both talked
00:12:27about how hard it is to to move things in whitehall, it is not
00:12:30straightforward and any politician te tells you it's easy, so
00:12:34why why why is labor party standing in elections
00:12:37promising hope right to the british people when it doesn't how to
00:12:41govern
00:12:42so get out the way let reform in and one thing i would say now
00:12:46and one one thing i would say is one thing
00:12:49i would say i don't care one thing i would say is
00:12:53that it may or may not be in I think it's probably more just gross
00:12:56incompetence to be letting these sorts of people out, but either way it can't
00:13:00be allowed to happen. Let's go to and said this very
00:13:04well, another question of priorities, and this is on the front the daily mail team if
00:13:08we can get that up, foreign nationals face social housing
00:13:11ban under the touries. foreign nationals will be barred from living in social
00:13:15housing under conservative plans revealed today. Sebastian,
00:13:19surely just a common sense move. Um, well no, look what happens if you if you
00:13:23do that, you've got. their taxes and fallen on hard times
00:13:27have paid and then what are you going to do, deport them? yep, and then what? then
00:13:31they leave the country, then we do mass deportations, well no, you ask them to leave the country their
00:13:35own vision, if you don't then they are illegal and they should be deported, so we're just going to we're just
00:13:39going to throw people out their homes, we're going to create, they not their homes, they're not their homes,
00:13:43no they're not, they're not, sorry, what, they're not their homes, if you occupy
00:13:47building, that is your home, are we all agreed on that as definition, no, no, the home
00:13:51is something you own, what tell that to all the renters watching it?
00:13:55home: no,
00:13:56are you sure you want to stick to that? you could change your mind, i'd encourage you to. well, look, the fact the
00:13:59matter is home is what you own, well, yeah, if you're a home owner, you
00:14:03are what you own, yes, correct, but you can also live a home that is your home that you don't
00:14:07own, if we're going to get into pedantic, i'm not
00:14:11presant buse, i'm saying this policy would throw people out their homes,
00:14:14and you're weirdly disagreeing with me, i'm disagreeing with you as someone who is foreign
00:14:18national who doesn't think i'm entitled to extra benefits from the people of this
00:14:22country, remember most people who move. here, the vast
00:14:25majority of move here have no recourse
00:14:27to public funds, which means they can't get social, it's only when
00:14:31they get indefinitely to remain that they become entitled to those benefits, so the
00:14:35the myth is that the people are coming over here and getting straight onto these houses, it's just not
00:14:39true. look, we're giving billion
00:14:42pounds every month in universal credit to foreign nationals, right?
00:14:46foreign nationals, there
00:14:47are not people on in here as to to be citizens, they're
00:14:51foreign nationals, they have no affinity with this country, if they did they would become citizens. "That's
00:14:55not true, you can live a country and not be national the country and have great affinity to that country,
00:14:59well how do you have an affinity to the country if
00:15:00you don't want to become a citizen? I could move to France tomorrow, I could be the biggest francal and not take
00:15:04French, I would have a deep attachment to that country, so that's not being a
00:15:08patriot is it, I would, I wouldn't, I wouldn't frame
00:15:10as anfinity to the country, but I would frame it as that we only have
00:15:14limited resources and limited money to spend, and that money should be
00:15:18devoted primarily to the citizens of this country, and I think there is
00:15:21cception amongst many people at home that there is..."
00:15:25increasingly prioritization of people who are not citizens the
00:15:28country, the country, in the fact that foreign nationals are getting social
00:15:32housing, some for national some in London, it's up to
00:15:3575% - social housing goes to people
00:15:39uh households with foreign born head of households right, that had
00:15:43that shot up under the conservative, i believe it's closer to 50%, which is still
00:15:47a shocking
00:15:48in some parts of London, it's up to 75%, okay overall yes
00:15:5150%, that's shockingly high, now the the point here is under
00:15:55the conservatives and between 2010 and
00:15:572024 this type of household shot
00:16:01up in in in in terms of his numbers, so the fact that you know
00:16:05Helen Waitley and Kemy Badnock come around and say oh yes ban social housing for
00:16:09for for
00:16:09foreign nationals is for the birds, they didn't do it when they were in
00:16:12government, and what makes them the public are going to trust them to
00:16:16do it if they ever get a chance to go back in government? well that is an interesting question as to
00:16:20whether or not there is uh that trust deficit with the
00:16:23conservatives, because I acknowledge I think Kemy Badnock is doing about as well as
00:16:27possible an almost impossible job, but too many, well many
00:16:31people still say
00:16:32you what, it doesn't matter because I just don't trust the conservatives to follow
00:16:34through. um, yeah, no, I think that's a comp valid criticism um,
00:16:38they've had 14 years and they're going through normal cycle, what I would say also is, let's
00:16:42not underprice the tories, I think they will have their day again, they will come back and they will
00:16:46be a credible electoral force, they're part of a cycle at the moment, they're licking their
00:16:50wounds, they're finding their future and they will get there, that's an interesting question though, because we've also
00:16:54seen
00:16:55at various points in this country's history parties decline but
00:16:59then fade off into insignificance, labor in 2019, it felt like we'd never be in government again
00:17:03and it only took what five years after that, that's true, but this is very different political
00:17:07dynamic. what was two to two and a half party system is now six-party
00:17:11system and there are legitimate alternatives on the right now if you
00:17:14don't want to vote conservative in the way that there weren't legitimate alternatives on the left in
00:17:1820 well in the early 2020s for left-wing voters. that's
00:17:22true, but it depends if you believe that the momentum that reform
00:17:26has will continue and i don't know, we're starting to see
00:17:29a bit of tailing off but there's not nothing to be taken for granted there. they still have very small
00:17:33clutch of MPs in parliament. we talk a lot about the polem but when that goes away what will they have? man,
00:17:37that's actually fair question: do you think I think even reform supporters would
00:17:41acknowledge that at the moment they have platewed or maybe even are a bit of a
00:17:45rut? do you think they can refine that energy
00:17:49and that spark which characterized the early days their their run? well
00:17:53look uh, first of all reform got more than 4 million votes at the last
00:17:57election, reform won more than 1400 seats the local elections
00:18:00and the last month or two months the the
00:18:04the the establishment elite has thrown everything and the kitchen. at
00:18:07reform uh to try and uh uh in their ways
00:18:11try and discredit uh the the idea of reform and yet
00:18:15look at
00:18:15the polling, where do we stand? we haven't seen a burn and bounce, reform is
00:18:19standing absolutely solid as
00:18:22the top performer in
00:18:23the polling, and that's that's not necessarily true labor's taken over reform in the poll
00:18:27of poles, it's still within the margin of error, but it's not true to say that the burn bounce,
00:18:31there is no, it's literally what i just explained to you, labor has overtaken reform in the poll of
00:18:34polls, there is no burn and bounce, okay people? labor has just overtaken
00:18:38reform in the bounce,
00:18:39that's not
00:18:40a bounce, but well yes, labor was seconds now it's first, reform was
00:18:44first now it's second finally saying yeah we voted reform we
00:18:47got rid of Starma, at least Starma's out, that's how that's how unp, you can
00:18:51characterize
00:18:52it how you like, but I'm telling you that labor has gone up in the poll since Berlin became, well look we
00:18:55know what Burnham stands for, his open board was Burnham, do you really think we've got
00:18:59a thousand people, thousand invaders coming in every few days
00:19:03into in into the Kent coast, do you really think Dover and Deal is going to vote
00:19:07labor? "I mean, the number of small boats people have come over has fallen by
00:19:1044% so far this year, and it's the lowest since 2023, so any
00:19:14characterization of what's going on over there needs to take that into account, but going back to
00:19:18reform, um, the other issue they have is keyman risk. Reform is vehicle for
00:19:22Nigel Farage and their job now is to operationalize and to be more than just the
00:19:25man. The problem is, if he can't shake off those concerns around the £5 million pounds
00:19:29that he took, the party's going to be a big big troubled. I think that decline will continue. Okay,

00:24:51this with so many the academia elite that their
00:24:54first port of call is always uh to claim oh if we are
00:24:58being criticized for well very
00:25:01basic lack of decency and and
00:25:05honesty academic life then it must be racism it must be
00:25:08that they're saying all this because the color of our skin well
00:25:12you know what uh what this whole thing has exposed uh will is
00:25:16that um this is a this type of thing is a slap in the
00:25:20face of every single person from ethic minority who has got
00:25:23to a place of achievement through merit, through hard
00:25:27work, and by taking on someone like this
00:25:31so-called professor who has embellished so much of his his career
00:25:35and his achievements is basically saying, well you know what, people like
00:25:39you who are not white can only get here
00:25:43if through the bigotry of low expectations. Sebastian, I've
00:25:46got no doubt you will be able to find racist comments on social. video in
00:25:50response to this scandal, unfortunately that's something which is
00:25:54always going to happen, particularly when you have anonymous accounts for
00:25:57example, is that really the story here? um, I'm surprised this is even a

00:26:02I think... 'there are two things going on, one is it silly season, we got to fill the papers with
00:26:05something uh, and the other is that um he became lightning rod as he
00:26:09says himself
00:26:10for for dei. why did the telegraph uh do this investigation in the first place? do
00:26:14they care about people plagierizing their phds? i don't think they do, they only
00:26:18care because it helps them to further their own political views. no, but i think that's such
00:26:22disingenuous way of looking at it, because there have been people, because there have been people who have
00:26:26been bullied for years now under the banner of dei. we've been
00:26:29told you have to go along with this cult or else you're a bad person, unless you're
00:26:33unkind, unless you're dishonest, there have been plenty of people who have been set
00:26:37back because we've taken an approach which is not based on merit, but based
00:26:41effectively on the color of people's skin, and now when you see that this
00:26:44clear ideology is so blatantly leads to to poor
00:26:48outcomes, you can't just wave it away and go, well it's a non-story, it
00:26:52represents something which has been the ideological corruption of education
00:26:55institutions for the last decade,
00:26:57i don't think it leads to poor outcomes at all, was this appointment sensible, we're beginning to see

00:27:04so this was probably not a good appointment as we're now seeing the story
00:27:07unraveled, you go back to 2015, 2016, how many
00:27:11black people did Cambridge take in somewhere between 30 and 40, an
00:27:15appallingly known low number, they've done a lot of work since then to
00:27:19increase their intake from ethnic minorities from state schools and they've
00:27:23done fantastic work in that time, so that is the real deI here and it
00:27:27has positive outcomes and it allows people to have opportunities
00:27:30that they otherwise wouldn't have had nonsense. "this has got nothing to do about ethnic
00:27:34minorities or not give me, they're not having a chance to get to Cambridge or
00:27:38Oxford, uh, if you look at the the breakdown of numbers into
00:27:42academic achievement, but British Chinese, British Indians, they're doing
00:27:46better than everyone else, are they not ethic minorities? you're quite right, but other ethnic
00:27:50minorities aren't, and we have to ask ourselves why and
00:27:53unty those nots to allow them to have the same opportunity that it's not the
00:27:57institutions that are racist, which institutions? so why do we need
00:28:00dei? but yeah, because institutions aren't being equitable
00:28:04in the way that they are equitable to British Indians and British Chinese but not to I
00:28:08don't British Afro Caribbeans or British Nigerians or British guns why because of systemic
00:28:12issues that we have to unravel that's what Dei is so they're racist
00:28:15towards uh someone who is off British Afro Caribbean origin but
00:28:19they're not racist towards British Indians that's not what I'm saying what I'm
00:28:22saying why do we need
00:28:26deI yeah okay it's white working class boys who are the least performing

00:28:40was pitifully low, it was way out of with it's up

00:28:57areas the country, they go to schools, they go to state schools, they go to difficult schools

00:29:05that, Sebastian, it isn't just about representation though, my father is a university
00:29:08lecturer back in Australia, and they are now, as lecturers,
00:29:12effectively told to look past things like poor grammar, to look
00:29:16past things like the structure in which an argument is
00:29:19compiled, and to look beneath the surface to try and find the scholar
00:29:23within, because there are so many people who may say they are
00:29:26neurodivergent, or may say they come from poor backgrounds, the bottom line
00:29:30is universities now are putting excellence. before uh or
00:29:34after I should say um other considerations when the pursuit of excellence should be the
00:29:38foremost concern of university. admissions have always done that because there's one
00:29:41thing they're looking for and that's potential and
00:29:43they acknowledge that if you went to a public school you're going to turn up with a certain amount of gloss
00:29:47on you, you're going to be able to speak a certain way, if you went
00:29:50to a school in special measures you won't have that same privilege, but they are looking for the potential in
00:29:53those children so that they can nurture them in those great institutions, take
00:29:57structured logical thinking for example, particularly in say the humanities
00:30:01that is the... point the humanities is to be able to think clearly
00:30:05when you say disregard logic and structure and look at you know
00:30:09potential for example, you're taking away the point the exercise. well
00:30:12no, if you can say to someone oh that person uh puts forward a good argument but they haven't
00:30:16read this, this and this because they haven't been exposed to it in the national curriculum, whereas this chappy
00:30:20from from a public school has had the time and the exposure to be able to do
00:30:24that, that is imbalance that those admissions tutors are now trained to
00:30:28see, and that is a good thing, but basically what you're saying is
00:30:31look if look a bit brown or if you
00:30:33look a bit black, we're going to treat you as a bit more thick than than your
00:30:37contemporaries who are white, that's the bottom line here, what you're saying, i'm
00:30:40struggling to this discussion because that is literally, haven't

00:32:36university, that is the number of foreign students, so don't you agree
00:32:40though that Cambridge's reputation now would add the reputation of elite
00:32:44university? has been trashed not just by this
00:32:47scandal, but by a perception, and I think it is the correct perception, that has been
00:32:51overtaken by woke progressive dogma. I
00:32:55i would encourage you to spend more time outside these four walls, because I i
00:32:59don't see that when I'm speaking to people who don't appear on this channel, that is just not
00:33:03how Oxbridge is seen, um, I, I would encourage you to to put
00:33:06that, I don't think it's how it's always been seen, I mean, what is this work
00:33:10dogma, what does that look like, how does it manifest itself, this exact
00:33:14scandal? is an unfortunate incident, but what is it a
00:33:18wider example of? can you give me another example? it's the fact that it
00:33:22happened, it means that all these institutions, particularly
00:33:26Cambridge, have simply not got the integrity, so once again
00:33:29we don't, we're not talking about this, can i you get an example of another issue that
00:33:33that represents that point? our universities are absolutely rampacked
00:33:37with not learning, with protesting about foreign
00:33:40wars, is that not universities have always been about protest, it's where people find
00:33:44their political.

00:38:35co-founder suggests Farage bought by Jews. A co-founder of
00:38:39Restore Britain has been accused of suggesting Nigel Farage was bought by Jewish
00:38:43supporters. This is Charlie Downs who responded to a post on X by the reform
00:38:46leader in which Mr. Farage had said he could not be bought with an image showing
00:38:50him in front of science for the reformed Jewish alliance.
00:38:54So a couple of things that I would like to make clear on the outset. number
00:38:58one, I personally don't have dog in the fight on the right
00:39:01uh, I would personally like to see the right united
00:39:05uh, I um, I have really, I personally
00:39:09like Rupert and I like lot of what I've heard from Restor, particularly
00:39:13when they were saying that uh private healthcare should be tax-deductible,
00:39:16incredibly sensible policy, and more importantly than
00:39:20that, they deserve all the credit in the world for driving the independent
00:39:24rape gang inquiry when no one else really had an app. type
00:39:28two, so my point would be aman, again, without wanting
00:39:32to get into reform the restore because i think either them are
00:39:36preferable to labour, greens, lib
00:39:38dems, but when they get pulled
00:39:42into these sorts of conversations, it's very easy then that you just
00:39:46focus on this and then you lose track the really kind of other
00:39:50significant things which i think they are putting forward, well look, i think some the stuff that
00:39:53restore talk about, yes of course you know lot of people in
00:39:56the country wanted. address, whether it be having a more
00:40:00equitable economy, all the rest of that, but having said that, I think
00:40:04this type of comment is absolutely a disgrace, there is
00:40:07other, comment to be made on this, but the
00:40:11point here is, I would say that this also highlights, as much
00:40:15as I would love the right to unite and get rid of this socialist
00:40:19government, but the point here is restore simply aren't
00:40:23serious when it comes to presenting a government in waiting or
00:40:26people that are... serious in presenting themselves, I mean, other than
00:40:30Rupert, uh, who even is this Charlie Downsky, I mean, we've
00:40:34never heard of him, no, no, that's not true, Charlie's actually now become one the
00:40:38main spokes people for Restore, he's previously been on on this channel,
00:40:41as well as many other um, probably most the major media
00:40:45organisations in this country, um, but there
00:40:48is in my view no uh, no
00:40:52excuse for remarks like these, Sebastian, not at all, I think this is probably the part the show where we
00:40:56would agree with each other uh because this is this is horrible, it's one the oldest
00:41:00anti-semitic tropes you can pull out, isn't it? and and to use that just
00:41:04debases you entirely, especially a party that is going to be in the crosshair for anybody who
00:41:07wants to call them racist, they're getting given pretty good cause to it at this
00:41:11rate, and look,
00:41:12what i would suggest as well is, and you know this may be entirely fair that it may be
00:41:15accusation around say a potential um intimacy with
00:41:19Israel as opposed to the Jews, but even then
00:41:23that is just political stupidity the highest order because you
00:41:27yourself up to attacks like this and they should be smarter and smart enough to
00:41:31know that that will then dominate the headlines yeah mean i don't
00:41:35understand the political move found here its way
00:41:38it's onto the front page the telegraph. newspaper that's read by lots of people that they might like to win
00:41:42over um
00:41:43and I don't think people anyone in their right mind will take this kindly
00:41:46whatsoever and without getting into the specifics of
00:41:49particular uh election battles taking place at the moment, do
00:41:53you think there is any chance that reform and restore can find
00:41:56some sort of accommodation? look, I think for Reform uh to
00:42:00win a proper majority at the next election, reform needs to build
00:42:04a coalition of voters that probably includes lot more
00:42:07people than what restore might bring - on board, yes, lot
00:42:11the people that are supporting restore around the country are very decent honorable
00:42:15people who want the right for Britain, and I think when Push comes to shove at the
00:42:19ballot box, the vast majority them will say, yeah, you know what, who's actually going to turn
00:42:23up and do the work and get into number 10, is it going to be Nigel, is it going to
00:42:27be rupert, and Sebastian, uh, I noticed Kai Willshow previously
00:42:31uh, or on Patrick show just before, said uh, that the left currently is far
00:42:35more united than the right, and it was met with - a round of boos from
00:42:39from the room, but I hate to say it, I think he's probably right, yeah, I mean, it's
00:42:43not often we get to say this, but it's probably true isn't it, and it's less so that the left are particularly
00:42:47united, it's more so that there's so much going on in the right at the moment, and it's not just
00:42:51political, it's personal as well, that the beef between Nigel
00:42:55Farage and Rupert Lou runs deep, and this is what the other thing which the right needs to
00:42:58understand, and that is, even if Reform are leading narrowly in the polls, let's
00:43:02say it's 24% versus 23%, that certainly isn't a
00:43:06guarantee the success or... in the next
00:43:10election because we know in the weeks and months leading up there will be
00:43:14very coordinated campaign to say if
00:43:17you live in
00:43:17this this particular area vote in this way if you don't want to
00:43:21see Nigel Farage get elected um tactical voting will
00:43:25be hugely significant in this coming election and therefore
00:43:28Reform or whoever on the right needs to probably have clear distance
00:43:32with the next best uh with the alternative in order to
00:43:36win well I don't I don't
00:43:38I don't disagree with
00:43:39that I think look there will... be lot of tactical voting being attempted, having said
00:43:43that, there is also a big number of people that haven't bothered to come out and
00:43:46vote for very long time because they haven't seen anything worth voting for
00:43:50and we saw that in the EU referendum uh about 10% of people that came
00:43:54out to vote in that to vote leave came out after 30 years not
00:43:57having voted for anything else and I think it's up to all leaders to enthuse the public
00:44:01and I think Nigel and Reform are enthusing the people to come out in enough numbers
00:44:05even at this present time reform is
00:44:09holding. strong at that 24-25% mark,
00:44:13it's there is no burnum bounce, there
00:44:15is no bad knock bounce, the conservatives have gone down a few points,
00:44:18burnham is languishing again within a margin
00:44:21of error, the point here is as we go get towards the next
00:44:25election, people will consolidate around who they want as to
00:44:29to lead Britain out the last chance saloon that we find ourselves in,
00:44:33and the uni party is worth his reform,

00:50:53protect the pubs from financial perspective, i actually can't really get my head around it, so i think
00:50:57this is about where this is happening in the country, this is central london and uh
00:51:00westminster council is in hawk to its voters and these are people who live
00:51:04there and lot them don't like noisy nightlife, the problem
00:51:07is we're all we all own central London, it belongs to all of us and we
00:51:11have to be out to go to pubs and have nice time and fall out of clubs at 3:00
00:51:15a.m. and the council has to allow that to happen, but there's a conflict there
00:51:19between those of us who like a good night out and people who live in westminster. expected to be
00:51:23quiet, which is baffling because it's literally in the middle of our capital, on that I couldn't agree
00:51:26more. uh, again as I said, this is a great British tradition, and a day where we are
00:51:30celebrating Britain. Aman, your favorite British tradition, please,
00:51:33rambling, go on. having a luzurely walk across
00:51:37the British country side unrestricted uh, through private land, through
00:51:41public own land, and just be able to enjoy, not a brisk pace of
00:51:45course, a leisurely pace that you can take it, the greater British countryside,
00:51:49which is of course, unlike what we have been told, is not racist.

00:51:58pup quest, because as the playw James Graham put it, it combines two

00:54:07remain focused across more northwestern areas, but most notably
00:54:11across the far north and west of Scotland, as a weatherfronts approaching
00:54:15throughout this evening elsewhere, high pressure will dominate to bring a
00:54:18dry and clear nightfall, many so it is going to be a cooler night for
00:54:22much of England and Wales,
00:54:24some eastern areas of Scotland as well as northern Ireland, rurally temperatures
00:54:28falling away down to the low single figures, towns and cities will
00:54:32be a little bit warmer than that to start the day, but still pretty... fresh wherever you
00:54:36are, a strong wind across the far north and west of Scotland will
00:54:39accompany the heavy rain, they'll persist through much of Friday across
00:54:43the western irs as well as the highlands, some heavy bursts in that
00:54:47with strong gusty near gale force winds, much dryer though for more
00:54:51eastern areas of Scotland as well as more southern areas where it will remain relatively
00:54:55warm through much the day. northern island seeing fine start to the day,
00:54:59temperatures around 14 or 15 degrees here and elsewhere across England,
00:55:03apart from the odd shower across some... coastal areas, it will be dry and
00:55:06sunny start to the day, then there will be more in the way of
00:55:10sunshine than we've had today across much the country, and that means it
00:55:14will be a little bit warmer too, it's not going to be wall to wall blue skies,
00:55:18but plenty of bright sunshine through the day, particularly across some southern
00:55:22areas of England as well as northern Ireland and southern areas of Scotland where
00:55:26temperatures will climb to the mid-20s across the south and east,
00:55:3025 degrees likely across southeastern areas, a
00:55:34warmer day. come on Saturday, rain still persisting though across more
00:55:38northwestern areas, the winds will be a little bit lighter, but still quite a
00:55:42wet day here, elsewhere though, remaining dry, temperatures
00:55:45starting to climb as we pick up a southerly wind, so it's going to be a hot day on
00:55:49Saturday, even hotter though on Sunday most likely across the
00:55:53southeast with highs of 31 degrees.
