00:18:37October 5th, 2000, when similar
00:18:41situations occurred, and I think it is
00:18:44extremely important at this moment not to make any hasty
00:18:48moves. If uh people
00:18:51agree at home and
00:18:54somehow agree with representatives of the new
00:18:58list that won the elections, for someone
00:19:01to function in that sense, it will then
00:19:04last until the moment when everything can be done according to the law.
00:19:08I think that if someone were to be appointed
00:19:11acting official in that
00:19:14way, they should refrain from making any major
00:19:18decisions, from signing any
00:19:21documents, because that could later be legally
00:19:24void. So, now the order is such that it would
00:19:28be good if the REM Council gets a ninth member as soon as possible,
00:19:32and that can happen immediately after the constitution
00:19:35of the assembly. Then... the REM Council
00:19:39should immediately adopt an act on the election of
00:19:42members of the management boards. According to the law, that new act must be,
00:19:46because it has changed according to the law how they can do that act even now, it doesn't matter that
00:19:50there are eight of them, because the law precisely provides for
00:19:54how management boards are elected, so that immediately after
00:19:57the constitution of the assembly and after the election of the ninth member
00:20:01new management boards are elected. So that management board could,
00:20:05in all likelihood,
00:20:08become active in just a month, maybe even less time.
00:20:11Then it operates according to the law, then it elects, announces a competition
