00:00:23Good evening, dear viewers, welcome to
00:00:25the news.
00:00:30A Eufor helicopter crashed near Brčko during a routine operation,
00:00:33three people
00:00:34died.
00:00:38From tonight's news, we also
00:00:39highlight:
00:00:44State officials and BH politicians are facing a significant salary
00:00:47increase from next year. At the same time, the consumer
00:00:51basket is growing, where is the limit of social
00:00:54patience? They take everything, they give us
00:00:58nothing. Nothing for the poor.
00:01:00all pensions and salaries and
00:01:02so on.
00:01:05BH transporters demand an urgent resolution of the issue of drivers' stays in
00:01:08European countries and relief for the business of
00:01:11domestic companies. If this outflow, this
00:01:15exodus continues, my estimate is that there will be a significant
00:01:19increase in transport costs, which means an increase in the cost of
00:01:23living.
00:01:26The formation of a new government in Serbia has been postponed, the student list demands.
00:01:30urgent resignations of a number of high-ranking officials, Vučić denies that he
00:01:33planned a coup d'état.
00:01:37Three days of mourning in Spain after a train accident in which
00:01:4169 people died, dozens injured.
00:01:44Citizens demand the resignations of the prime minister and the minister of
00:01:46transport.
00:01:52A Eufor military helicopter crashed today during a routine
00:01:55operation in the Brčko area, this military mission confirmed.
00:01:59Three people died and 12 were injured when the helicopter crashed
00:02:03in the town of Gorice, confirmed the mayor of
00:02:06Brčko Siniša Milić. The injured were treated in the public
00:02:09health institution Brčko, all doctors and medical staff are on
00:02:13standby. One person is in critical condition. More serious cases
00:02:17will be sent for further care in medical
00:02:20institutions," said Milić. At the scene of the helicopter crash, the
00:02:24Brčko District police arrived immediately, as well as teams of firefighters and emergency
00:02:27services. Emergency services are on site. They are working to
00:02:31bring the situation under control. Eufor is conducting
00:02:34a detailed and comprehensive investigation into the circumstances of the accident,
00:02:38additional information will be published after their
00:02:41verification when appropriate conditions are met. Given
00:02:45the tragic consequences of the accident, we appeal to
00:02:48citizens not to spread disinformation, to refrain
00:02:51from speculating on the nationality and identity of the deceased and injured
00:02:55members of the mission, stated Eufor.
00:02:57At
00:03:0016:00, the emergency medical services
00:03:03received a call about a helicopter accident in the
00:03:06Gorice area, immediately upon receiving the call, all available medical forces
00:03:10were sent to the field, mm, all teams
00:03:13were, so to speak, immediately available and
00:03:17rescue efforts for the injured began. Unfortunately,
00:03:20at the scene, the death of three people was confirmed, so there were a total of
00:03:2415 people in the helicopter, 12 were
00:03:28transported to the hospital, currently...
00:03:30mm, observation is currently being carried out, so establishing order,
00:03:34one person is in a very critical condition in the operating
00:03:37room.
00:03:41State officials are facing a significant salary increase
00:03:45from next year. The basic salary rises to 785
00:03:49convertible marks. At the same time, much higher incomes after
00:03:52the adoption of the state budget could be enjoyed by elected
00:03:56officials, all this while citizens live on the brink
00:04:00of existence. The basis for calculating salaries
00:04:03for employees in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina for
00:04:062027 will be increased by about 95
00:04:09convertible marks and will amount to about 785. The
00:04:13holiday allowance has been increased by the same amount for annual leave. Whether on the first day of
00:04:17next year this increase will be seen by state officials in their
00:04:21bank accounts depends on the adoption of the budget. Even if it is delayed,
00:04:25bearing in mind the traditional political blockages and exceeding legal
00:04:28deadlines, in accordance with the amendments to the law on salaries and benefits in
00:04:31the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, they have the right to
00:04:34retroactive payment. I want to say that I am convinced that we will
00:04:38very soon have a scheduled session of the fiscal
00:04:41council where we will discuss this framework that will actually be the
00:04:45foundation that we will very soon, I think the relevant ministry is already
00:04:48technically preparing when it comes to this proposal, i.e.,
00:04:52the draft budget, then to send it to the authorized
00:04:55proposer for further procedure. In the meantime, it is estimated
00:04:59that this increase will require 150 million marks more
00:05:03in the state budget, let us remind you, this year's budget
00:05:06amounted to 1.58 billion marks, of which 1.16
00:05:10billion was allocated for the salaries of state officials,
00:05:13salaries are not increasing, however, from next year only
00:05:16state officials, if a new legal provision on freezing salaries for those with the highest
00:05:20coefficients is not adopted, as it was in 2025, much
00:05:24more money will also be received by members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
00:05:27ministers, their deputies, and parliamentarians in both houses of
00:05:31the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If we know that
00:05:34politicians' salaries, depending on the level of government they hold,
00:05:38range between 3.5 and 8 and
00:05:42...per thousand convertible marks, we ask citizens
00:05:45how they view the announced
00:05:47increases? Negatively, they take everything, they give us
00:05:51nothing, nothing for the poor, all pensions
00:05:54and salaries and so on, it's superfluous to talk about anything,
00:05:57the biggest problem is that young people
00:06:00don't react, we saw even when there were accidents, it lasted
00:06:04two three days and then they need to
00:06:07increase it, that's it,
00:06:09why, because the people are silent, the people.
00:06:13Parallel to social apathy, the cost of living relentlessly rises.
00:06:17The union consumer basket, according to the calculation of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions
00:06:21of Bosnia and Herzegovina for September, amounts to more than
00:06:243,560 marks. The average salary in the federation
00:06:27is around 1,700, while the minimum is slightly more than 1.
00:06:31The coverage of the union consumer basket by the average salary was around
00:06:3547%, while the coverage by the minimum was around
00:06:3828%. In the Republic of Srpska, the union consumer
00:06:41basket for 2,960
00:06:45marks, and negotiations on the minimum wage for next year begin on
00:06:48Monday. In the meantime, every second worker receives a salary of up to
00:06:521450 marks, which is about
00:06:54250 marks less than the average, warn the
00:06:58Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Srpska that the absence of
00:07:01social revolt is a direct tailwind for BH decision-makers if
00:07:05they increase their own salaries, according to journalists. Increasing the salaries and
00:07:09benefits of people who have made this country one of the poorest
00:07:12countries in the region in Europe, I think it's bizarre,
00:07:16bizarre, I have no other explanation than bizarre, on the other hand, it's also sad,
00:07:19miserable, wretched and bizarre that all those who have salaries 10
00:07:23times smaller or eight times smaller or who have no income or
00:07:27job, that they just blindly watch this, it's
00:07:30horrible. While industrial production faces collapse, most
00:07:34citizens often work multiple jobs to make ends meet. Entering
00:07:38politics is recognized as a safe path to material security and personal
00:07:41privileges. So it's no wonder that politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina has long
00:07:45been described as the most profitable business. Tatjana Drljić,
00:07:48N1.
00:07:51Life in Bosnia and Herzegovina increasingly resembles a calculation without
00:07:55a good solution. Costs are rising, and incomes are struggling to keep
00:07:58pace. From everyday shopping to preparing for winter,
00:08:02citizens are forced to carefully choose what they will
00:08:05give up.
00:08:07Fewer bags, more bills, for the same
00:08:1150 marks. Today, less is bought than last
00:08:14year. Then, the basket contained 1.5 kg of chicken,
00:08:18half a kg of coffee, four liters of milk, 10
00:08:21eggs, 2 liters of oil, and two loaves of bread. Today,
00:08:25less meat and milk, and no room for eggs,
00:08:29the bill is the same, the basket is increasingly empty. Now
00:08:32I buy, what last year, now I buy for 130,
00:08:36140 marks what I was buying last year for
00:08:39100. What has become the most expensive? Many say meat. Of
00:08:42groceries, everything, everything
00:08:46insignificantly, you know, it all goes up, 10, 20,
00:08:5050, marks, but everything
00:08:52has gone up, meat is definitely expensive, you could
00:08:56buy a lot, now you can't, really nothing two three things, that's it, it's
00:08:59every day different prices, it's not just food that's more expensive, but also
00:09:03the way to work, shops, doctors, for a car that
00:09:07consumes 5.5 liters per hundred kilometers, the monthly
00:09:11cost of fuel already. It's almost 80
00:09:14marks, I need at least for a month,
00:09:17I need at least 200 marks
00:09:19more, my pension is
00:09:23600, since I'm still working, I really need more,
00:09:26200 marks,
00:09:28at least, well, how much did you pay for fuel last year,
00:09:32well, I don't know, it was something like 100,
00:09:35150, that's how it was, and the worst part is that it keeps rising every day,
00:09:39it doesn't stop, it doesn't stop. Time doesn't stop either, winter is approaching,
00:09:43with it come higher bills, gas is rising by
00:09:4612%, while economists estimate that
00:09:49electricity could rise by up to 30% by March.
00:09:53Pellets which cost
00:09:56550 marks during the summer, are now sold for about
00:09:59900 marks, and the authorities are of little
00:10:03use. No use at all, oh God, it's all
00:10:07so bad, who can help you, who will help you, nobody, they increase pensions by 10.
00:10:10jobs during the year, please, this is
00:10:14ridiculous, what they give us, I
00:10:17would give it back to them for coffins if they needed it,
00:10:21there, they are not. agreed that today we live
00:10:25worse than before, we only talk, but we have never
00:10:28lived better, that's true, that's
00:10:32the truth, when Fadil Novalić said that we
00:10:35have five phones, that really hurt
00:10:38a lot of people, but he was only telling the truth, you know what the
00:10:42biggest problem here is, that the middle, that middle
00:10:45class, is smaller
00:10:48than it used to be, here is to that, a bigger, bigger, bigger
00:10:51stratification between. the rich and the very
00:10:55poor, numbers show that there are far more people who
00:10:59live on the brink of existence, but they console themselves
00:11:02with the well-known saying, it can always be worse,
00:11:05unfortunately they are often right, we have to
00:11:09adapt, it's useless now, there's no
00:11:12work, there's nothing, factories have stopped, if
00:11:15only agriculture stops now then we're
00:11:19done, prices go
00:11:22up, purchasing power goes down,
00:11:25and citizens manage as best they can, because, unfortunately,
00:11:28in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the standard of living only rises in the
00:11:32wrong direction, citizens say. Dragica
00:11:35Pejaković, N1.
00:11:39Bosnian-Herzegovinian roads are losing drivers, and
00:11:42transporters are massively relocating their businesses to countries in the region and
00:11:45Europe. Warnings from border crossings were ignored,
00:11:49and now serious consequences for the economy
00:11:52are emerging.
00:11:55The departure of transport capacities from Bosnia and Herzegovina could lead to
00:11:58an increase in transport prices, and then to an increase in the price of groceries, medicines, and
00:12:01so on. Practically, more than 90% of goods traffic is carried out by
00:12:05road, so 80% of our food comes with the help of
00:12:09transport companies. At the same time, companies are in an
00:12:12extremely unfavorable position due to the 90-180
00:12:14rule, and are suffering a financial blow due to
00:12:18the enormous increase in fuel prices. They have no relief from the state. As
00:12:21a current example of administrative delays, they cite the issuance of the third
00:12:25license plate and the reduction of the price of Centt permits for international
00:12:28transport. All of this is on hold. In order for that license plate,
00:12:31which is issued by the Idea agency, to actually be issued,
00:12:34it must publish its new
00:12:38price list, which always must be approved by the Council of
00:12:41Ministers. In order for this proposal for a change to the
00:12:44price list, for example, to reach the Council of Ministers,
00:12:47that decision must be accompanied by certain
00:12:50opinions. We still do not have the opinion of the Ministry of Finance and
00:12:54Treasury. Transporters strongly state that there is no great progress in
00:12:57solving their key problems. The only bright spot is
00:13:00the issuance of Croatian visas. Croatia has issued the first visas to
00:13:04professional drivers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but due to
00:13:06administrative deadlines, they are not yet valid. Namely, they will come into
00:13:10force one month after issuance. Today, we put special emphasis
00:13:13on the consortium, namely that in certain countries
00:13:17such as mm
00:13:20Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Austria and
00:13:23Hungary, these are countries with which we have the largest trade exchange,
00:13:27that an initiative be launched as an urgent procedure
00:13:29to resolve bilateral problems,
00:13:32bilateral visa issuance, i.e., to resolve problems with
00:13:36countries as Croatia did, to copy
00:13:39Croatia. Transporters have requested that the Ministry of
00:13:42Communications launch an initiative for fuel subsidies.
00:13:45From the entity authorities, they demand a reduction of obligations to the state, i.e., a reduction
00:13:49of contributions. I hope that someone will be understanding, that they will find
00:13:53a way to
00:13:55finally realize that we need to move from the deadlock, to facilitate
00:13:58transporters, so that we do not massively relocate
00:14:01capacities from Bosnia and Herzegovina, because
00:14:0430% of capacities have already left Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to
00:14:07estimates, in Bosnia and Herzegovina there are about 5,000 drivers who are exclusively
00:14:11engaged in international transport, instead of increasing capacities, and thus
00:14:15the competitiveness of domestic transporters, there is an outflow of labor,
00:14:18as well as the relocation of the businesses of freight forwarding companies themselves to other
00:14:22countries. Azur deli. N1.
00:14:25The Canton Court in Tuzla sentenced
00:14:29Nedim Avdić from Živinice to one year in prison for
00:14:33the extended criminal offense of human trafficking after an agreement
00:14:36with the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office that the accused and his defense counsel
00:14:40concluded on October 22nd, while the criminal
00:14:43proceedings against other accused continue in the case of Besim
00:14:47Kopić and others. This is a criminal case against
00:14:51a total of 12 accused, among whom are seven police officers
00:14:55of the Tuzla Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Administration, for the criminal offense of
00:14:58human trafficking, related to the exploitation of two
00:15:02underage girls for the purpose of prostitution.
00:15:05The accused was found
00:15:08guilty of having, in the period from mid-
00:15:122024 to July 2025,
00:15:16even though he knew that they were minors and that they were victims
00:15:19of human trafficking, used the sexual services of two
00:15:23underage girls, the court, after
00:15:27the hearing and the pronouncement of the
00:15:29verdict, also issued a decision by which the accused
00:15:33was released from custody, he was released
00:15:36to freedom.
00:15:37Minka Kreho was
00:15:40appointed president of the Court of Bosnia and
00:15:44Herzegovina, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina decided. Kreho has served as
00:15:47acting president of the BH Court for the past three years,
00:15:51after Ranko Debevec was removed from that position after his arrest.
00:15:54She was also the only candidate for president of the Court of Bosnia and
00:15:58Herzegovina. Presenting the work program to Vest
00:16:01TV, she said that the goal is to increase
00:16:04efficiency in cases of organized crime and
00:16:07corruption, and pointed out the problem of the non-existence of an agency for managing
00:16:10seized assets. The HJPC of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that
00:16:14when making the decision, professional knowledge, work
00:16:18experience, previous career results, professional
00:16:21impartiality, reputation, and the ability to responsibly
00:16:24perform judicial functions were taken into
00:16:27account. In the continuation of the news, do not
00:16:30miss it.
00:16:32The president of the Slovenian parliament boasted
00:16:35that he used his position for land financed by
00:16:40Dodik's businessman.
00:16:44The elections are over, but the question of power in Serbia
00:16:46remains, or in Bosnia and
00:16:50Herzegovina, I apologize, remains open, who will negotiate
00:16:54with whom, can the state level operate without the SNSD, will
00:16:57the SDA and SDP sit at the same table again, who has the most
00:17:00room for negotiations and what are the possible combinations
00:17:04of government? The election results outlined the balance
00:17:07of power, but also the final composition of the government. While the question of who
00:17:11will take seats in the houses of the people is open, parties are already weighing
00:17:14possible partners. It is particularly uncertain who will form the government at the state
00:17:18level? Can it be done without the SNSD, will the SDA gather parties that were
00:17:22against the troika, and what role will the Party for BiH play in all this?
00:17:25The election result shows that the SNSD and HDZ are
00:17:29inevitable, especially now that you have two members of the Presidency
00:17:33from those parties, so the only question is who will be the partners of
00:17:35the SDA, and three parties are fixed, these are the SDA, HDZ and SNSD, I
00:17:39think that the Party for BiH is closer to
00:17:43the SDA than the SDP, after all, I think
00:17:47that it would reflect very
00:17:50negatively on the relationship of voters of both
00:17:53the SDA and the SDP if these two parties formed a coalition, because both would be very unhappy with that. In the SDA, however,
00:17:57they have a clear idea of who they want to negotiate with. They see the DF and the Party for
00:18:01BiH as natural partners, while the SDP is not yet
00:18:04in the foreground. As far as the position of the SDA is concerned, we are
00:18:08committed to forming a government from the cantons to the state level
00:18:12with parties that were with us in opposition, who
00:18:14opposed the policies of the troika. The SDP, on the other hand, does not close the door to
00:18:18talks with the SDA, they say that the decisive factor should
00:18:22be the programs, especially the commitment to the European path of
00:18:25Bosnia and Herzegovina. I would not exclude anyone from those
00:18:28future talks regarding the formation of
00:18:31government, but I would put this programmatic part or
00:18:35European part in focus in such a way
00:18:39that all those who are not for it will eliminate
00:18:42themselves, whether it will be
00:18:45the SDA or someone else, we will really
00:18:49see that very soon within the work of the state parliament, while at the state
00:18:52level the outlines of a majority are just being sought, in HDZ 1990,
00:18:56they are satisfied with their participation in the opposition and state that the most important thing is for the government to be formed
00:18:59as soon as possible and for processes to begin. I personally would like that government
00:19:03at all levels to be formed as soon as possible, for processes to be opened, for blockades to be put
00:19:07aside, who their partners will be, they will decide
00:19:11themselves. From HDZ BiH, however, they do not accept the assessments that the work of the Council of
00:19:15Ministers was blocked, they point out that they made decisions within their
00:19:18competencies, that for issues without consensus it is necessary to continue
00:19:21seeking agreement. Almost every week or every other week
00:19:25we have sessions. We work in accordance with our powers, we make
00:19:28necessary decisions for those for whom we do not have consensus, we try
00:19:32to leave a certain time to reach a consensus
00:19:36and I think that is the way Bosnia and Herzegovina should
00:19:39function. The only certainty is the continuation of the partnership between SNSD and HDZ
00:19:43BiH, while critics attribute to them responsibility for blockades and stagnation
00:19:46on the European path, SNSD says that in negotiations they have
00:19:50more possibilities than before. We had excellent relations with
00:19:53HDZ, today we have a much more favorable position because HDZ in
00:19:57the previous mandate did not have its own member of the presidency, today they have
00:20:01their own member of the presidency, we of course have Željka Cvijanović, a member of
00:20:04the presidency, and therefore a third Bećirović, we can do without
00:20:08them, with some other party, no, it doesn't even have to be
00:20:12the SDP, but maybe it will be. The final answer as to who will form the government will depend on
00:20:15negotiations, but also on whether parties will put political differences in the
00:20:18background or whether they will again be an obstacle to agreement.
00:20:21The upcoming formation of government is, therefore, not just a question of distributing functions,
00:20:25but also a question of whether the new mandate will bring more stable institutions,
00:20:28progress on the European path, or a continuation of political conflicts.
00:20:32Mirna Ždralović, N1.
00:20:36And now about the elections in Serbia. Changes start immediately. Under that
00:20:39slogan, representatives of the student list in Serbia demand that employees
00:20:43in institutions prevent the destruction of documentation during
00:20:46the transitional period until the formation of a new government, they demand the resignations of top
00:20:50officials from the media, through the prosecutor's office, to the security
00:20:54sector. The student list Students
00:20:57win demands the immediate
00:21:01removal of all police officers who have
00:21:04violated
00:21:06the law. Most importantly, the head
00:21:10of the criminal police administration, Marko
00:21:13Kričak, the commander of the gendarmerie,
00:21:16Radoslav Repac,
00:21:20the commander of the special anti-terrorist unit,
00:21:23Igor Žmirić, that's right, the head of the police administration
00:21:26in Valjevo, Vladimir Jerinić,
00:21:29that's right, the head of the technical
00:21:32administration, Goran Colić, and also the assistant
00:21:36minister and head of the internal control
00:21:39sector, Miroslav Paunović,
00:21:43it is necessary that the director of police, Dragan Vasiljević,
00:21:47submit an urgent and irrevocable resignation,
00:21:50the student list Students win
00:21:53demands from the director of BIA, Vladimir Orlić,
00:21:57to submit an urgent and irrevocable resignation,
00:22:00the student list Students win demands the urgent
00:22:04and irrevocable resignation of the director of the Military Security
00:22:06Agency. That's right, Major General Đuro
00:22:10Jovanić. The student list Students
00:22:14win. From the Supreme Public Prosecutor, it urgently demands that
00:22:17all public prosecutor's offices lawfully, impartially
00:22:21and urgently take action in cases that have
00:22:24caused great attention and public unrest. The student
00:22:28list Students win calls on the chief public prosecutor of the High
00:22:31Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, Nenad Stefanović, to submit
00:22:35an urgent and irrevocable resignation. That's
00:22:38right, given that the president of
00:22:41the Constitutional Court, Vladan Petrov, throughout
00:22:44his entire
00:22:48mandate, that throughout his
00:22:50entire mandate, he acted partially
00:22:52in favor of the regime of Aleksandar Vučić. The student
00:22:56list Students win demands his urgent
00:22:58and irrevocable resignation from the position of judge and
00:23:02president. We demand the resignations of
00:23:05the general director, Manja Grčić,
00:23:09the editor of the information program, Bojana Mlađenović. This
00:23:13request has been fulfilled, but we further demand the resignation of
00:23:16the deputy general director, Dejan
00:23:20Jovanović. We propose a temporary
00:23:22administration, agreed with the
00:23:26representative trade unions of Radio
00:23:29Television of Serbia. We demand that REM immediately
00:23:32initiate proceedings regarding the daily insults and spread of hate speech,
00:23:36calling citizens scum on TV. former. We demand the urgent
00:23:40and irrevocable resignation of Vladimir Lučić and the removal of all
00:23:43those responsible for decisions in which Telekom was put
00:23:47at the service of political influence and unreasonable
00:23:50spending of money. We call on employees in state
00:23:54institutions, courts, banks,
00:23:57public enterprises and media to report
00:24:00any destruction of documentation, suspicious
00:24:04payments, contracts and orders.
00:24:07Any attempt to obstruct the electoral
00:24:10will, conceal evidence or abuse
00:24:13public resources will be publicly disclosed, and
00:24:17responsible individuals will be held accountable before
00:24:20the competent authorities. Changes begin
00:24:23immediately. The editors of the information program of
00:24:27Radio Television of Serbia were dismissed today by the decision of the acting
00:24:30editor-in-chief of the information program, Borivoje
00:24:34...
00:24:36odmah.
00:24:38Urednici informativnog programa Radio Televizije Srbije smjenjeni su
00:24:42danas odlukom vršioca dužnosti glavnog urednika informativnog
00:24:46Uskokovic.
00:24:49Editors of the editorial office of the regional correspondent's office,
00:24:52eye, website and diaspora have been dismissed, RTS announced. Also,
00:24:56the editors of the central news program at
00:24:597:30 p.m. were dismissed. Previously, the general director of
00:25:02RTS, Manja Grčić, submitted her resignation
00:25:05to the Management Board of the public media service of Serbia. Before
00:25:09submitting her resignation, she dismissed the editor-in-chief of the
00:25:12information program and proposed that Borivoje
00:25:16Uskoković take that position.
00:25:20"This resignation comes at a time when it should
00:25:23come, the resignation of the director, the dismissal of the editor-in-chief
00:25:26of the information program and consequently everything else, but I'm not sure
00:25:30if this can be done according to the law and regulations,
00:25:33because as far as I understand, Mr.
00:25:37Klanšček, who was the president of the management board, his mandate
00:25:41expired in the meantime, and he even got another
00:25:44position, I don't know about the others, how many are left, there are three members
00:25:47of the management board, if..." if I remember correctly, the management
00:25:51board can appoint a new one, it doesn't work like that where someone
00:25:55resigns and leaves his deputy, we don't know how
00:25:59the new leaders of RTS
00:26:02will really be elected, they must be elected in a
00:26:05competition, for a competition to be announced, a
00:26:08management board must be formed, for there to be a management
00:26:12board, there must be a functional REM, and we go back to what we've been
00:26:16talking about for years, that REM
00:26:17is key.
00:26:20RTS has not yet reached the agenda of the REM
00:26:23Council. Informer has. A procedure has been initiated due to
00:26:26violations during the election campaign, but the request of media
00:26:30associations to revoke its
00:26:33operating license has not yet been put on the agenda. For N1,
00:26:36it was determined that there was no basis for initiating proceedings because
00:26:40there were no violations.
00:26:43The elections are over, but REM has not put an end to
00:26:46the media's behavior during the election campaign. In recording
00:26:49violations, one television station leads. The long list
00:26:53of violations that were made,
00:26:57if there are no comments, I propose initiating
00:26:59proceedings against
00:27:02Informer unanimously, right,
00:27:06or one, but REM
00:27:09did not adopt the initiative to revoke Informer's operating
00:27:13license, although the deadline for that was 48 hours,
00:27:17the president of the REM Council, Stevica Smederevac, justifies this
00:27:20with the words, one thing is the initiative, and another is
00:27:23the law. We have accepted that initiative, here
00:27:26today we accepted it, I explained the technique of how
00:27:30it will be done, so that all
00:27:32cases that are listed there, to find
00:27:36what is in our applications, what is not, to
00:27:40open it as a new case and
00:27:42believe me, you can set any deadline you want, but
00:27:46reality is reality, if there are 670
00:27:49applications, 48 hours
00:27:52is not possible to do it, when it will be
00:27:55done exactly, remains unclear, they will
00:27:58decide in a week whether there is any basis for initiating
00:28:02proceedings, so that in the end
00:28:05uh so that after that
00:28:08they would only call a representative of Informer
00:28:11to make a statement in that week, which means that in the best case
00:28:14we could have some decision in two weeks,
00:28:18that means practically using
00:28:21procedures a way
00:28:24to buy time uh for
00:28:28the survival of Informer television on air from week to week.
00:28:31Members have time to deal with
00:28:35RTS, so they postponed the decision for the next session
00:28:38on whether and when a competition for members of the management board
00:28:42of the public service will be announced, keeping in mind that the mandate of six
00:28:46members who are still in that body has expired. Why didn't you
00:28:49start earlier? I say they didn't have
00:28:52time
00:28:54without, all of us here at this table are responsible for
00:28:57that, you ask him something that is
00:29:01a question for all of us.
00:29:04that's because we had a very short deadline, we started working in the middle of the campaign, how much
00:29:08has passed, two weeks, that's a month, how much is a month, how long have we been working a month
00:29:12and we dealt with RTS, here ask colleagues
00:29:16what the priorities were, they were simply a priority, we didn't get
00:29:20to this, independent members of REM hope that this body
00:29:23will finally be unanimous in the case of RTS,
00:29:27things are moving in the right direction, not nearly as
00:29:31fast as "rightfully empowered citizens expect,
00:29:34you know, after years of injustice, you rightfully expect something as soon as possible, but
00:29:38it just doesn't go that fast, but I think it's going in
00:29:42the right direction. How it will end will perhaps be clearer
00:29:46at the next REM session. The next one is already scheduled
00:29:49for Wednesday. Jelena Mirković, N1,
00:29:52Belgrade.
00:29:55The former president of Serbia and defeated in the last elections,
00:29:58Aleksandar Vučić, announced changes in the SNS leadership, but also spoke
00:30:02about the upcoming presidential elections in
00:30:05Serbia. With this terror they are carrying out in
00:30:08Serbia, they are questioning the entire survival of the political scene,
00:30:12great. Let them be alone, let them do it themselves,
00:30:15let them find two or three satellites to run
00:30:19in the presidential elections with them with one and
00:30:222%. Under such conditions,
00:30:25it is not possible to do anything.
00:30:27šta.
00:30:30The President of the National Assembly of Slovenia, Stevanović,
00:30:33rejects accusations that he abused his position in negotiations on
00:30:36the construction of a new Orthodox church in Kranj. In a video published
00:30:40by Pop TV, he said that thanks to his position,
00:30:44he found a donor for the land for the Orthodox Church in Kranj. He mentioned
00:30:48businessman Mladen Milanović from Bosnia and Herzegovina
00:30:51as a donor. Ljubljana's Delo describes
00:30:54Milanović as a businessman from the circle of Milorad
00:30:58Dodik.
