00:21:18determined it, so some of our
00:21:20members who were interested in attending the public discussion remained

00:22:26context of the education system in Serbia. What was the most

00:22:32what was debated was what these
00:22:36amendments are supposed to bring, that is,
00:22:39reducing the influence, or reducing the number of members of
00:22:43the parent council, uh, restricting or
00:22:46or partially prescribing certain associations...
00:22:50what rights students have and what
00:22:53worries us greatly is the
00:22:55question of easily losing a license when it comes
00:22:59to teachers. All of this together looks like a rigorous
00:23:02measure against all actors in the education
00:23:05system, uh the legal
00:23:08frameworks themselves, as stated in their legal
00:23:12amendments, are quite legally
00:23:14undeveloped, which is a surprise for us, because as
00:23:18a representative union, we attended
00:23:20various discussions when it comes to laws
00:23:24and we know that the Ministry of Education has
00:23:27a legal team that knows how to formulate it.
00:23:30Such broad formulations leave
00:23:33room for broad interpretation and must be
00:23:37subject to refinement and must be precise. Some
00:23:40room has been left for discussion, and here I will mention those
00:23:44few parts of the law that are not now quoted
