00:00:25Good evening, you are watching N1 news, I am Milan Šarić and
00:00:28this is today's top story.
00:00:32Director Stevan Filipović was beaten in the center of Belgrade
00:00:36after he photographed people who were writing
00:00:39graffiti.
00:00:42I have a concussion and my lip is split,
00:00:46and that's how the face of Vučić's Serbia looks. I would like to
00:00:49believe that it's not his political invention who he
00:00:57the news.
00:01:02Two active fires in Serbia, critical situation in
00:01:04Deliblatska Peščara, preventive evacuation of
00:01:08Čardak and Šumarak settlements has begun. The army is also involved in extinguishing
00:01:11the fire. Fire also near Ušće, near
00:01:14Kraljevo.
00:01:18Ukrainian President Zelensky on Saturday in his first visit to Serbia
00:01:22since the beginning
00:01:22of his mandate.
00:01:27After many missed deadlines, is it realistic for the high-speed
00:01:30railway Belgrade-Budapest to start operating in September?
00:01:34Hungarian Minister of Transport Dávid
00:01:37Vitézy answers for N1. If everything goes well, then it will be
00:01:41in autumn, in the early part
00:01:43of autumn.
00:01:47In Serbia today, 40 degrees were measured, possible showers
00:01:50in the coming days, a slight drop in
00:01:53temperature announced for tomorrow, up to
00:01:5537 degrees.
00:02:02Director and professor at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, Stevan
00:02:05Filipović, was beaten last night after filming a group of men
00:02:09with his mobile phone as they wrote offensive
00:02:12graffiti against students on the facade of a building at the corner of Nušićeva and
00:02:16Makedonska Street. Filipović tells N1 that this attack bears
00:02:20the regime's signature, while the President of Serbia expects that
00:02:23the perpetrators will be found.
00:02:26Again, another step was taken. This time, on the threshold
00:02:30of the 125-year-old house of engineer Jovan
00:02:32Smederevac. No, no, we are not talking about the facade of a cultural
00:02:36monument that has been destroyed for months. We are going a step
00:02:39further. We are talking about the fact that because of this graffiti, individuals
00:02:43are ready to brutally beat up a dissident, in front
00:02:46of witnesses, security cameras in the city center,
00:02:50elections in 2023, in for who knows how many times. I just saw a pack of those
00:02:53guys who were sticking SNS
00:02:56stickers, writing those graffiti. I filmed some
00:02:59of them, went and stood in line for burgers. Director Stevan
00:03:02Filipović further explains that while he was standing in line, one
00:03:06of those men approached him, snatched his mobile phone
00:03:09from his hand. Since he went after him, an attack followed.
00:03:14as the minister explained to me, that Then five or six more came, knocked me down, threw
00:03:16me to the ground. There were 15 people who were waiting for burgers.
00:03:20Uh, they threw me to the ground, started punching me, then kicking me
00:03:24in the head. Then this guy took a metal chair, hit
00:03:28me with the metal chair, they made... they did what they did.
00:03:31I have two stitches here,
00:03:35a hematoma here, my neck hurts, I have a
00:03:38concussion and my lip is split, look.
00:03:42This is how the face of Vučić's Serbia looks. The President
00:03:46of Serbia has been informed about this case. Vučić first
00:03:49explains that he followed, as he says, Filipović's conflicts with
00:03:53other blockaders and what he said against him and
00:03:57the SNS in the previous period. Absolutely. I condemn
00:04:00every kind of violence. I hope that the
00:04:03perpetrators will be caught and
00:04:06held accountable. I would like to believe that it is not his political
00:04:10fabrication who he beat up, but that he will provide
00:04:13adequate information to the competent
00:04:16state authorities. The competent state authorities, I am convinced, will do
00:04:20their job, and I ask and demand that from them.
00:04:23The Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation. The duty public
00:04:25prosecutor of the First Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade was informed that during
00:04:29the night there was an attack by unknown
00:04:32perpetrators. Therefore, an order was given to determine the identity
00:04:37either. Everything is written in of the persons, to determine all the circumstances of the event, i.e., to collect available
00:04:40evidence, including video surveillance camera footage. In
00:04:44a sea of condemnations, also that of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, which recognizes
00:04:48in the attack on its professor the result of a months-long campaign
00:04:52of targeting and endangering representatives of the academic
00:04:57these, 70% refer to community. This atmosphere that something so serious can go unpunished, it seems to me,
00:05:00is becoming more intense and somehow empowers people who commit exactly these kinds of offenses.
00:05:04Has this ever happened to someone who is not against the regime?
00:05:08Always the victim on the street in 99% of cases is someone who was
00:05:12active. Otherwise, our question to the President of Serbia regarding
00:05:15this case had a second part: do you, as one of the holders
00:05:19of the highest state functions in Serbia,
00:05:23feel at this moment some degree of responsibility for this situation in
00:05:27Serbian society? A specific answer was not given.
00:05:30Nenad Nešić, N1,
00:05:32Belgrade.
00:05:36The government announced that on Wednesday 178 fires were recorded
00:05:39in Serbia, and two were not
00:05:42extinguished. At the meeting of the operational team of the Republic Headquarters
00:05:46for Emergency Situations, it was stated that the focus
00:05:49of activities was on suppressing fires in Deliblatska Peščara and on
00:05:53normalizing the operation of the pumping stations Bezdan and
00:05:56Bogojevo on the Upper Danube. On the satellite
00:06:00map showing active fires, the most endangered
00:06:03areas in Serbia can be seen. Of the active fires, those near Deliblatska
00:06:07Peščara, as well as the fire near
00:06:10Ušće near Kraljevo, are marked in red. The fire in Deliblatska Peščara
00:06:14has affected about 700 hectares, and the situation rapidly
00:06:18worsened during the afternoon, which is why a preventive
00:06:21evacuation of residents and visitors has begun. The fire
00:06:25has approached within about 100 meters of the tourist complex
00:06:28of the Čardak settlement, while at the same time it is spreading towards the weekend
00:06:32settlement of Šumarak. Members of the army will also be
00:06:35involved in extinguishing the fire in the Deliblatska Peščara area, said
00:06:39Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić. A large fire that
00:06:42broke out on Wednesday in several places in the Ibar Gorge
00:06:46in the area from Varošice Ušće to Maglić is still
00:06:49raging. The fire, in addition to low vegetation, has also affected
00:06:53a pine forest. Extinguishing is hampered by inaccessible
00:06:56terrain, wind during the night, and high daytime
00:06:59temperatures. Firefighting teams from Ušće, Vrnjačka Banja, and
00:07:03Kraljevo have been dispatched to the scene.
00:07:06Dozens of firefighters are engaged, assisted by an air
00:07:10helicopter unit.
00:07:15Dumps in Bačka Palanka are burning for the third time this year, and for the second
00:07:19time, due to the fire, the municipal headquarters declared a state of
00:07:23emergency.
00:07:26City under smoke, heavy air, smell of burning everywhere.
00:07:29This is how citizens describe Bačka Palanka since the city dump caught
00:07:33fire on the night between August 4th and 5th, while smoke
00:07:37continues to rise from the waste. Firefighters, communal
00:07:40services, and work machines are trying
00:07:42to bring the raging fire under control. This is the third time
00:07:46this year that the dump has caught fire, and the second time that a state of
00:07:50emergency has been declared because of it. How the fire
00:07:53broke out is still unknown. Authorities state that the fire
00:07:56intensified due to unfavorable weather conditions, and the smoke
00:08:00seems to be weaker than yesterday.
00:08:03Today is a few shades better, but
00:08:06yesterday it was practically impossible to spend any time
00:08:09outside, given that the whole city was smoked
00:08:12in grey, grey-black
00:08:16smoke. Interlocutors say that this is not an exception, but a summer scene
00:08:20for many dumps in Serbia, because waste only becomes a priority
00:08:23when it starts to burn. First, organic waste starts to burn inside the
00:08:27dump, uncontrollably,
00:08:29there is uh, plastic, cardboard, generally everything
00:08:33that is found uh in garbage cans, since we don't have
00:08:36any primary separation, everything ends up there.
00:08:40What is in the smoke, this time again... Officially, it is not known,
00:08:43says the interlocutor. I mean, we as citizens have the right to know at all
00:08:47times what our air is like, what our water is like, what our soil is like.
00:08:50However, the municipality doesn't try much about that, there are no
00:08:54programs actually that concern
00:08:58environmental protection, even reports on environmental protection
00:09:01are questionable, or rather, we at least don't have access to them. A systemic
00:09:05solution for waste is still awaited, along with a regional
00:09:08center for its management. Until that starts, we are forced
00:09:12to dispose of our waste as we know how. Our dump has long
00:09:16exceeded its capacity, there is no more
00:09:19space generally except vertically, which only
00:09:23creates an even greater risk, an even greater problem. A fire is extinguished when it breaks out, but the problem
00:09:27needs to be solved much earlier. Primary separation
00:09:30and proper waste disposal are the first, but more expensive steps. But
00:09:33now the question is what is worse, should we invest resources to arrange primary
00:09:37separation or should we now deal with this? The provincial government
00:09:41in May allocated 40. 4.2 million dinars
00:09:44for the then urgent remediation of the fire at this dump.
00:09:48A few months later, it is burning again. How much the cost
00:09:51will be this time, will be seen when the smoke clears. Ina
00:09:55Džakula, N1, Bačka
00:09:57Palanka. It's not much better even further
00:10:01from Serbia. Long periods of extreme heat, empty riverbeds of large
00:10:04rivers. Due to the low water level of the Danube, nuclear power plants in Hungary,
00:10:08Romania, and Slovenia are facing a threat
00:10:11of reactor shutdowns. Hungary and Romania are taking measures to save
00:10:15electricity.
00:10:18Bucharest has fallen into semi-darkness. Decorative
00:10:21lighting has been turned off, street lighting reduced by a third.
00:10:26In Romania, an energy state of emergency has been declared until the end of the month.
00:10:29It seems we have reached this point
00:10:32due to bad decisions made
00:10:36concerning the climate crisis that has been going on for
00:10:39decades. And Budapest, with its spectacular
00:10:42panoramas, has turned off many lights, much to the regret of some
00:10:46tourists.
00:10:49I am very disappointed because I come to Budapest once in my life. Last night I climbed
00:10:53the hill and waited for everything to light
00:10:55up, but nothing happened. I was so disappointed.
00:10:58and approval from the local population. Namely, in
00:11:01Paks, Hungary's only nuclear power plant, only
00:11:05one reactor is working, because the level of the Danube is not sufficient to cool
00:11:08them all. The nuclear power plant provides about 40% of electricity in
00:11:11Hungary. This is a minimal, minimal reaction to
00:11:15this whole situation. I completely approve and support
00:11:18this. I think this is a very good thing in the current
00:11:22situation, this is a very responsible decision,
00:11:25an example one reactor is working in
00:11:29the Romanian nuclear power plant Cernavodă. In Romania, they blew up
00:11:33rocks that protruded from the water to divert the Danube towards
00:11:36the nuclear power plant. They are also sinking four loaded barges
00:11:40in order to increase the water flow towards the nuclear
00:11:42power plant. Most of Europe, due to
00:11:46these long periods of extreme heat, has water levels
00:11:50far, far below what is needed for a longer period
00:11:53of time, which creates problems. Cooling not only nuclear
00:11:56power plants, but also gas ones, because there is not enough
00:11:59water to cool them. Not only is there not enough water,
00:12:03but the water temperature is higher, which means they are harder
00:12:07to cool, which is why they have to take
00:12:10such extreme measures. Besides
00:12:13the Danube, the water level of the Sava is also low, so the Krško
00:12:16nuclear power plant in Slovenia will reduce electricity production
00:12:20by 20%. Krško provides almost 60%
00:12:23of daily electricity consumption in
00:12:26Slovenia. Aleksandra Gothra,
00:12:28N1.
00:12:32Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will be on an official visit to Serbia
00:12:36on Saturday, August 8th. He will be hosted
00:12:39in Belgrade by Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić. This is Zelensky's first
00:12:43official visit to Serbia since taking office. To the question of
00:12:47whether Volodymyr Zelensky's visit means that Serbia is joining
00:12:50sanctions against Russia, Aleksandar Vučić emphasizes that
00:12:54Serbia's policy on this matter will not
00:12:56change.
00:13:00Just don't forget that Ukraine has not recognized
00:13:03independent Kosovo, that it has twice organized summits
00:13:07Southeast Europe, Ukraine, so,
00:13:10multilateral summits on its
00:13:13territory, it has never invited representatives
00:13:17of Pristina to attend them. These are things
00:13:20that we must respect. As for sanctions, to answer you
00:13:24directly. Serbia has established its
00:13:27policy, Volodymyr Zelensky, I am sure,
00:13:30will in accordance with his struggle and his
00:13:34views say what he thinks about sanctions against the Russian
00:13:37Federation, but the Republic of Serbia, four
00:13:41years ago, almost five years ago, expressed its
00:13:44views which it has not changed in the previous period,
00:13:46and
00:13:50that will remain so for the time being.
00:13:53The Kosovo Democratic Institute expressed regret that the Kosovo
00:13:56Assembly was not constituted at today's session, even though it
00:14:00was held after 29 of the total
00:14:0430 days of the constitutional deadline provided for the completion
00:14:07of this process had passed. According to the institute, the interruption of the session itself
00:14:11does not constitute a violation of the constitutional deadline because it has not yet expired, but
00:14:15it reminds that based on last year's Constitutional Court
00:14:18rulings, the constituent session must be completed no later than
00:14:21tomorrow, including the election of the president and five vice
00:14:25presidents of the assembly. The Prime Minister in technical mandate, Albin Kurti,
00:14:28leader of the largest parliamentary party, requested additional time
00:14:32to agree on the election of the parliament
00:14:34speaker.
00:14:39We need the broadest possible agreement on a president who will
00:14:42unite as required by the Constitution which we
00:14:46swore to today. The constitution of this convocation
00:14:49of the assembly must not again lead to the dissolution of the assembly and new
00:14:53unnecessary for citizens and harmful for
00:14:56the economy. Therefore, esteemed chairperson, ladies and gentlemen,
00:15:00deputies, we ask for additional time so that we can give a chance
00:15:03to political discussions in order to reach an agreement on a new
00:15:07male or female
00:15:08president.
00:15:11The demolition of 17 weekend houses in Lake Gazivode as part of
00:15:14a months-long action by the company Ibar Lepenac was not carried out in
00:15:18accordance with the rule of law, political analyst from Kosovo Ilir
00:15:22Deda told N1. He believes
00:15:25Serbia are instrumentalizing this event for political
00:15:28purposes. There is a court
00:15:30procedure,
00:15:33no one's uh property cannot
00:15:37be demolished,
00:15:39but this is now being used, we see, by
00:15:43the side in Serbia politically because of your elections
00:15:46there, here uh no
00:15:50yet, uh,
00:15:52and what really worries me is
00:15:56how people in the north actually feel
00:15:59at all, uh, and
00:16:03what political representatives
00:16:06of Serbs in Kosovo, what they
00:16:09intend, what steps they intend to take in
00:16:12connection with what is happening.
00:16:16Today in Subotica was Hungarian Minister of Transport Dávid
00:16:20Vitézy. The main topic of the meeting with his Serbian counterpart Aleksandra
00:16:23Sofronijević was the completion of the Belgrade-Budapest
00:16:26railway line. Vitézy tells N1 that
00:16:29testing is underway, but that there is no specific date yet. Ksenija
00:16:33Pavkov spoke with him.
00:16:36The opening of the Belgrade-Budapest railway line is expected during the autumn. And that
00:16:40is news you might not have heard in N1 daily news, had the
00:16:43announcement of the meeting between the Hungarian Minister of Transport and Minister
00:16:47Aleksandra Sofronijević not come from
00:16:50Budapest. We received the invitation for the press conference
00:16:53from the Hungarian Ministry, which also issued
00:16:56us accreditation for the event. We arrived at the Subotica City
00:16:59Hall at the scheduled time. There were already several
00:17:03cameras, televisions close to the authorities. However, for our
00:17:07team, there was no room. A man who
00:17:10introduced himself as an employee of Minister Sofronijević's protocol
00:17:13told us that we were not accredited
00:17:17and could not attend the event. It turned out that
00:17:20Minister Dávid Vitézy had planned a separate press
00:17:24conference in front of the city hall for
00:17:27media outlets in Serbia that report in Hungarian.
00:17:30After that, he also spoke to N1. He said that
00:17:33the meeting went well, that the last
00:17:37tests of the railway before it goes into operation are underway, and that the
00:17:40responsibility for the delay lies exclusively with the Hungarian
00:17:44side. The testing in real traffic
00:17:47with live trains started yesterday. I will
00:17:51go to Kalebiya to check how it is going. So far, it is going
00:17:54well. The trains must be operated for two weeks to determine if the
00:17:58software systems are well done.
00:18:01After that, if everything is good, we can announce the opening day
00:18:04of the railway. If there are any
00:18:08safety issues, they will have to be resolved, as agreed,
00:18:11so I am cautious about the opening date
00:18:14of the railway,
00:18:17but if all goes well, it will be in autumn,
00:18:20in the early part
00:18:21of autumn.
00:18:26So, is it still realistic that it will be opened in September? That
00:18:30is an optimistic deadline. Vitézy also said that the Hungarian
00:18:34government has not yet received consent from the Chinese contractors
00:18:37to lift the secrecy classification from documents
00:18:41related to the construction of the railway.
00:18:44The government of Péter Magyar submitted that request to the Chinese partners due to
00:18:48suspicions of corruption. However,
00:18:51investigation will not affect the opening
00:18:55of the railway. He explained to me that the Hungarian side has done
00:18:58everything to speed up border procedures, that there will be
00:19:0216 border police officers on each train
00:19:05to make passport control as short
00:19:09as possible. When the trains start running, the journey from Belgrade to Budapest
00:19:12should take 3.5 hours, or three hours and 15
00:19:16minutes on express trains, which will not stop
00:19:19at intermediate stations. Ksenija Pavkov, N1,
00:19:23Subotica. And another railway is waiting
00:19:27to be relocated, the one around Niš which should pass through
00:19:31the Pantelej settlement, but citizens are not happy with that.
00:19:34They formed an expert team and say that the appearance. and risk
00:19:38assessment and environmental protection and safety documents were not
00:19:42received from the authorities, so they are seeking help from European
00:19:44institutions.
00:19:48No problem. The train enters Pantelej station, one carriage of Srbija
00:19:51Voz going towards Svrljig, and one passenger boards. The situation is
00:19:55normal. Across the station, next to the houses, the situation, say
00:19:58those who live there, has not been normal for days.
00:20:01And we don't know what is, we don't know what
00:20:05is happening here now. What is happening are numerous machines and
00:20:08workers, they wave, politely greet, but do not answer
00:20:12questions. Residents say they don't know
00:20:15Chinese. When we approach, they don't know,
00:20:19they gesticulate with their hands. We just want to be informed about what, because nothing
00:20:23has been agreed upon. Well, look at what is being done, they want
00:20:26to demolish houses, we will not allow it. Why should houses
00:20:30be demolished? There is no need. However long the
00:20:33road is, let it be. We all worked hard for those houses.
00:20:36"Everyone is complaining, not
00:20:39just me and my neighbor,
00:20:41it's difficult,
00:20:45very difficult. The discussions so far have been
00:20:48difficult. The residents of Pantelej are talking to local
00:20:52government representatives, and the project is state-owned and the state
00:20:55is financing it with the help of the European Bank. They interpret that the latest plan
00:20:58envisions a large railway station, that's what it says,
00:21:01and the investor is Serbian Railways Infrastructure. No one from
00:21:05the railways is coming, everything is not agreed upon. So
00:21:09there were discussions, now we have the next discussion to see what we
00:21:12will do and how. However, they are working normally as if
00:21:16there is no delay.
00:21:19The judge accuses you. "I'll judge you and
00:21:22offers around 450 euros
00:21:25per square meter, that's a misery. Down there
00:21:28a building is being built, which is currently
00:21:312,150
00:21:33euros per square meter. What cannot be measured with money, say the Panteleci,
00:21:37are the risks of freight traffic on the high-speed railway and what they find out
00:21:41is being transported when it spills, when everything
00:21:45is done. That's what happened last time when the train derailed
00:21:48near Jasenovac. "People had to
00:21:51evacuate, to have the water tested. What does the city
00:21:55think? Well, for Belgrade, they don't care
00:21:58about anyone else, it's important that they build Belgrade on
00:22:01Water, Pantelej on the railway. Gordana
00:22:04Bjeletić, N1,
00:22:06Niš.
00:22:09Councillor of the Socialist Party of Serbia in Knić municipality, Bojan
00:22:12Starčević, probably has the shortest term as a councillor
00:22:15ever. After his mandate was verified
00:22:19at the Municipal Assembly session, he resigned verbally
00:22:22from his position as a councillor due to disagreements with the work
00:22:26of the ruling majority. This conflict is not new, but
00:22:29what is new?
00:22:32Knić socialist Bojan Starčević received his councillor mandate
00:22:36as the next on the list, after the recently deceased president of the municipal
00:22:39board of the SPS in Knić, Dragana Jovanović, who was also the deputy
00:22:43president of the assembly. After the verification of the new mandate, he
00:22:47resigned, so the socialists are currently... left without
00:22:50a councillor in the assembly. Elections are coming very soon,
00:22:53the Socialist Party of Serbia will not
00:22:56have a local list, if
00:22:59there are no people like us, we will not be there, that
00:23:03doesn't concern you, I apologize for all these 10
00:23:07years that I was an accomplice
00:23:10by being sincerely a socialist,
00:23:14bringing some mandates, and they
00:23:17served according to the hierarchy. The Serbian
00:23:20Progressive Alliance. Starčević did not want to give statements to the media. In a telephone
00:23:24conversation, he told N1 that he made the decision because he does not want to participate
00:23:28in the work of an assembly where there is no dignity of dialogue. That
00:23:31the socialists and progressives in this municipality have long not had good relations,
00:23:35was confirmed by councillor Goran Marić, who, already after the local
00:23:40which the SPS won two mandates, decided to leave
00:23:44his councillor group. After those, this, those held
00:23:47elections, uh, socialists. this received, as
00:23:51in the entire this country, a request
00:23:54to enter into a coalition with the progressive party, meaning at all
00:23:58levels. I left the Socialist
00:24:01Party councillor group after 35 years. The motivation is that
00:24:05I did not want to cooperate with the people
00:24:08uh who lead this Serbian Progressive
00:24:11Party in Knić municipality, because throughout their rule,
00:24:15we were subjected to unprecedented harassment,
00:24:18abuse, and uh,
00:24:22it would be utterly hypocritical for me to agree to cooperate with such
00:24:26people. Marić, who is formally still a member of the SPS, as is
00:24:29Starčević, believes that the policy of unconditional support for the Serbian Progressive
00:24:33Party, which, as he says, his party has pursued in recent years,
00:24:36has led to this party being on the verge of extinction at the local level.
00:24:40Opposition councillor in Knić municipality, Gordana Obradović, says that she is
00:24:43surprised by Starčević's decision to resign from his position as a
00:24:46councillor, but adds that it is known that the relations between these two parties... In Knić,
00:24:50have not been the same for a long time. Honestly, it's a surprise to me
00:24:53that such a situation occurred as it did, that
00:24:56this coalition is breaking up, because they are all together at the state level,
00:24:59this, but I believe that the
00:25:03councillors, specifically of the SPS, or rather, the councillor who did not accept
00:25:06the mandate, did the right thing. Will any of the
00:25:10socialists accept the councillor mandate at the next session, or
00:25:13will the SPS remain without a councillor, leading to the
00:25:17breakdown of the coalition in Knić for it's not official now.
00:25:20confirmed. Nataša Lazarević, N1,
00:25:23Knić.
00:25:27The cult television show Kvadratura Kruga, by Branko
00:25:30Stanković, will be broadcast on N1 television
00:25:34from autumn. The show and its author have so far
00:25:37won more than 60 domestic and international awards,
00:25:41including 10 Grand Prizes, six gold and eight
00:25:45silver plaques, as well as the Milan Pantić award for courageous
00:25:48and professional journalistic work. The concept
00:25:51of Kvadratura Kruga essentially remains the same. Man is in the foreground
00:25:55as the measure of all things before and above all, says author
00:25:59Branko Stanković. After N1 Television announced
00:26:02this news, RTS reacted. They
00:26:05claim that the show is protected at the Intellectual
00:26:08Property Office, and that RTS is registered as
00:26:12the holder of the property rights to the name, concept and
00:26:15format of that show. Journalist Branko Stanković replies
00:26:19that the show was protected under that name at the agency 18
00:26:23years ago, at the Intellectual Property Office on June
00:26:2628 this year, with an explanation and submitted
00:26:29copies of shows from different time periods, where he
00:26:33signs himself as the author in the closing credits, and that the
00:27:42p.m., 40 degrees were measured, and that should be
00:27:45the peak of the current heat wave. There was rain in the afternoon,
00:27:49and what the meteorologists are announcing, we will find out from Radmila
00:27:53Mitrović. A short and
00:27:57temporary refreshment is coming. Slightly
00:27:59cooler air is descending from the northwest of the continent.
00:28:02It is covering Central Europe, and in the coming days, a slight drop
00:28:06in temperature will bring it to Serbia. This air
00:28:09is humid and unstable, so in most parts of the country, there will be conditions
00:28:13for precipitation. In the coming hours, scattered
00:28:16showers with thunderstorms are expected, especially in eastern
00:28:19Serbia, and strong winds may also occur in southern Banat.
00:28:23On Friday, it will be mostly sunny in the morning and forenoon,
00:28:27and variably cloudy in the afternoon, with scattered rain and local showers
00:28:31with thunderstorms. The wind will turn to northwesterly in the afternoon
00:28:34and strengthen in Vojvodina. The minimum temperature will be from
00:28:3715° to 24 degrees, and
00:28:40a tropical night is expected in most places. The maximum
00:28:44temperature tomorrow will be from 32 degrees to 37
00:28:47degrees. For the weekend, the temperature will mostly be
00:28:51up to 35 degrees. Conditions for showers accompanied
00:28:54by thunderstorms will be mostly in the mountainous regions
00:28:57of Serbia. From Monday, then dry again
