00:11:12Self-Government. Representatives of OIDHR and OSCE pointed out
00:11:16the insufficient transparency of voters who
00:11:19come from these areas. What we know is approximately
00:11:23how many people vote on those days when parliamentary
00:11:26elections are organized, and those from the area of Kosovo and
00:11:30Metohija can vote in four cities: Vranje, Kuršumlija,
00:11:33Raška, and Tutin. Last year,
00:11:37that is, in 2023, there were 23,000
00:11:41of these voters. That voter list is truly
00:11:44catastrophic. Over a million people compared to the
00:11:48census, meaning over a million more people compared to everything.
00:11:51We expect about 60,000 voters
00:11:54only from Bosnia and Herzegovina to be brought to our western
00:11:58border towns. We expect some voters to be brought from
00:12:01Bulgaria to Bosilegrad. We expect voters from Macedonia who will vote
00:12:05in Vranje, in Preševo, people from Kosovo, from
00:12:09the Albanian minority, will increase the number of votes. We don't know who they will
00:12:12vote for, meaning the system itself is non-transparent
00:12:15as to how they were even included in the voter list, and it is even
00:12:19more non-transparent who gives them ID cards
00:12:22and how they will appear at the polling station. Manipulation can
00:12:26begin with duplicate voter
00:12:29lists, meaning with people who will vote in Ribariće, or
00:12:33in Tutin, or in Raška, and then continue to some
00:12:37of the cities where they are still registered and try to duplicate those
00:12:40votes. That is one of the ways of manipulation, that is something we will
00:12:44try to prevent. You heard how in some previous
00:12:47election cycles for parliamentary elections in
00:12:50Serbia, voting looked like for people living in Kosovo and
00:12:54Metohija, in the cities where voting is organized

00:14:34voting for suicide. That means
00:14:36not
00:14:38forming some lists from Belgrade
00:14:41and suitable desirable
00:14:44Serbs who will blindly follow the disastrous
00:14:48policy of Belgrade, but authentic
00:14:52representatives
00:14:55of the Serbian people. That means the most respected, most prominent
00:14:58people who are in this hall, who
00:15:02for years have been burning while fighting for
00:15:05Kosovo and Metohija, fighting principledly for Kosovo and
00:15:07Metohija.
00:15:10Four members of the REM Council informed representatives
00:15:13of the European Union about what they called
00:15:15the inability of that body, REM, to carry out
00:15:19its legal duties during the election campaign,
00:15:22because it did not make decisions on two
00:15:26complaints against Informer television within 72 hours.
