00:00:14Welcome back to News Headquarters after the break, and now let's turn to
00:00:17the big news. The BJP's protest continues in Delhi today.
00:00:21Police have taken action against the protesters in Connaught Place. Many
00:00:25protesters have been detained. There was also a clash
00:00:28between the police and the protesters.
00:00:39is a passion that is lived.
00:00:56in the world of sports, with
00:01:01have been revealed to the entire state. Earlier, the protest was
00:01:06need to be disappointed at all. The Congress carried out by sitting in front of this bus. The SFI's allegation was that
00:01:10the women protesters who had come here in Delhi
00:01:14to demand the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar
00:01:17were mistreated and behaved rudely by
00:01:20the Delhi Police. In protest of this, a march will be taken out by
00:01:24the SFI. But when the protesters
00:01:27who were here
00:01:30were detained and tried to be removed from here,
00:01:34you will see the women protesters
00:01:37here, especially those associated with the SFI, sitting
00:01:41on the ground. If we show you the picture on this side,
00:01:44right in front of the bus, you can see this picture.
00:01:48Here, the women
00:01:51protesters will be seen sitting on the ground. Delhi
00:01:54Police has formed a complete cordon, and you will currently
00:01:58see the situation of a clash as to how
00:02:02the Delhi Police is forcibly removing
00:02:05these women protesters from here.
00:02:08So this picture in itself becomes very important. You can
00:02:12see the picture in front of you, how the women protesters
00:02:16who had arrived here were associated
00:02:18with the SFI, and the SFI alleges
00:02:22that when the women protesters arrived here demanding the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar,
00:02:26the Delhi Police allegedly misbehaved and were rude to them.
00:02:30And against this, let's move forward. The country is vibrant with Sharadi Navratri.
00:02:33Crowds of devotees have gathered outside the temples, and let's show you some pictures
00:02:37related to this. Four pictures are in front of you. See

00:02:44Navratri, a flood of faith poured into Pavagadh. A large number
00:02:48of devotees arrived from the morning to have darshan of Maa Mahakali.
00:02:52In Pitambara Peeth, located in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, a huge crowd of devotees
00:02:56was seen on the very first day. A long queue of devotees for darshan started

00:04:00from 5:00 AM to manage the huge crowd, a good number
00:04:03of police personnel were deployed.
00:04:04These are
00:04:08the pictures of Udaipur, Rajasthan. From the morning, devotees started flocking
00:04:11to the ancient Bedla Mata Temple. The enthusiasm of the people is worth
00:04:15seeing. The prayers are continuously going on.
00:04:18In
00:04:22Jodhpur, a huge crowd of devotees also gathered at the court of Maa Chamunda Devi.
00:04:25A large number of devotees are offering prayers.
00:04:29Sharadi
00:04:34Navratri started today. Maa Shailputri was worshipped in the temples.
00:04:38See the long queues of devotees.
00:04:39On
00:04:45the first day of Navratri, a huge crowd
00:04:48permission of devotees gathered at the Siddhapeeth Dakshin Kali Temple in Haridwar.
00:04:51Long queues for darshan of Maa Dakshin Kali
00:04:53how the young man gets dragged started from the morning, and there is also great enthusiasm
00:04:56among the devotees for the 16-day special sadhana of Swami Kailashanand Giri.
00:05:00The most terrifying attack till date
00:05:43at the International Airport was carried out.
00:05:46Missiles were fired near domestic terminals three and four of the airport.
00:05:49In these attacks, twelve people have died
00:05:53so far, and more than 300 are injured. This is considered
00:05:57the biggest attack in any Gulf country since the beginning of the Iran war.
00:06:00After this attack, there was a stir all over the world. Among the dead
00:06:04was an American citizen
00:06:05as well.
00:06:08it's terrible. Well, you're going to find out. But I think it's terrible.
00:06:46America will join the war against the Houthis.
00:06:47The
00:06:50danger of another major war in the Gulf.
00:06:52The
00:06:54horrific attack in the capital of Saudi Arabia has caused a stir in West Asia
00:06:58and across the world, leading to a very dangerous
00:07:01turn in tensions. Saudi and Houthi rebels have been
00:07:05at loggerheads for a long time, but this attack has made
00:07:09the situation extremely serious. US President Trump has also given strong indications
00:07:42about joining the war. About 20 percent of the world's crude oil passes
00:07:46through, but today the same ocean is reeling from flames
00:07:50and the smell of gunpowder.
00:07:56Big explosion in the Strait of Hormuz,
00:07:58Super
00:08:02tanker engulfed in flames.
00:08:03The
00:08:06waters of the Gulf are once again smoldering. Iran's
00:08:10Revolutionary Guards claimed that a super tanker
00:08:14hit a naval mine,
00:08:17fire with a huge explosion. According to the IRGC,
00:08:21this tanker was trying to pass through an unauthorized
00:08:24route. This tanker was filled with crude oil and was moving
00:08:28forward with its navigation and GPS systems turned off.
00:08:32This route is already declared high risk. Whoever ignores
00:08:35Iran's rules, their tankers will meet the same
00:08:39fate. The IRGC also warned and said that ships that do not
00:09:16comply with the rules will face consequences. A speeding car in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu,
00:09:20caused such havoc that it sent chills
00:09:23down the spines of onlookers.
00:09:27This young man was standing by the roadside at a tea stall
00:09:31with his bike and looking at his mobile
00:09:34when a speeding SUV car came from behind and hit
00:09:38the bike hard. The collision was so terrible
00:09:42that the bike went several feet away,
00:09:45and the young man standing
00:09:47by it was thrown onto the road.
00:09:51In this terrible collision, this young man survived, but the dragging
00:09:55bike hit another young man sitting on a chair by the roadside,
00:09:59trapping him.

00:10:09It is being said that he has suffered serious head injuries.
00:10:16Today is the birthday of Bollywood emperor Amitabh Bachchan. On this special occasion, supporters
00:10:20gathered outside his bungalow Jalsa in Juhu, Mumbai.
00:10:24Big B
00:13:14but the story is not over yet, because
00:13:18the Pacific Ocean is still warming up, and
00:13:22India may also have to pay the price for it.
00:13:25This year's monsoon was the driest monsoon
00:13:29in more than a decade. Rainfall
00:13:32was 12.6 percent less than normal.
00:13:35But the force behind this entire upheaval
00:13:39is getting stronger. Thousands
00:13:42of kilometers away from India, a vast part of the Pacific
00:13:45Ocean is warming abnormally.
00:13:49This is El Nino,
00:13:53and by mid-September, the temperature of that important
00:13:57area of the Pacific Ocean by which the strength of El Nino
00:14:00is measured had reached 3 degrees Celsius
00:14:03more than normal. According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
00:14:07Administration of America, there is a 75%
00:14:10chance that by the end of the year, this El Nino will become so
00:14:14powerful that no other El Nino has
00:14:17been this powerful since 1950.
00:14:20By October, this El Nino had surpassed every
00:14:24major El Nino that occurred after
00:14:551982. Due to the situations,
00:14:56315 districts
00:15:02will march to the Supreme Court tomorrow. India Bloc leaders will give
00:15:05a memorandum to the Chief Justice against alleged vote rigging and Gyanesh Kumar.
00:15:09Rahul Gandhi appealed to people to join the march without fear. Police said
00:15:13for the protest has not been
00:15:16sought.
00:15:23In Lucknow, there was a fierce fight between two factions of the Congress
00:15:27party at the headquarters, with shoes and slippers also being thrown. Supporters
00:15:31of Councillor Mamata Chaudhary flared up over her statement regarding Ajay Rai.
00:15:34Pramod Tiwari was seen intervening. BJP said that those who cannot handle their
00:15:45workers, how will they fight for the people? BJP's sharp retort to Rahul Gandhi's allegations
00:15:49regarding Tamil. Sudhanshu Trivedi said that the opposition leader lied about the Tamil language
00:15:53and culture. Rahul wants to incite people in the name of language. PM Modi
00:15:57has always respected the Tamil language and culture. Recently, a Tamil
00:16:01scripture was presented to Putin. Patanjali
00:17:10to the 25th anniversary of his tenure,

00:17:16Modi @ 25,
00:17:20every day on NDTV India.
00:17:23The Jabalpur
00:17:26bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has quashed the law made
00:17:29in 2019, under which OBC reservation was increased
00:17:33from 14 percent to 27 percent. The court has completely
00:17:37quashed the 2019 law of 27% reservation given
00:17:41to OBCs in state government jobs and admissions, declaring
00:17:45it unconstitutional. The court has clearly stated that the reservation
00:17:48for Other Backward Classes in the state will remain 14%.
00:17:52Along with this, a strict order has been issued to fill
00:17:55the pending recruitments on the 13% disputed quota after September 29, 2022,
00:17:59from the unreserved category within 3 months. Now
00:18:02you should understand what the implications of the court's
00:18:06order are and what this whole matter is.
00:18:09Let's understand it in simple language. Suppose there are 100
00:18:13vacant posts in a government department. Before 2019, OBCs
00:18:16(Other Backward Classes) had 14% reservation in government jobs.
00:18:20That means out of 100 seats, 14 seats would go to OBCs.
00:18:24But in 2019, the Kamal Nath government increased OBC reservation
00:18:28to 27%. That means 27 seats out of 100
00:18:31seats started going to OBCs since then, while the SC
00:18:35quota of 16% remained
00:18:37the same. The ST quota of 20% also remained the same.
00:18:41If we add this up, before 2019, the social quota
00:18:45was within the 50 percent limit set by the constitution. But
00:18:48after increasing the OBC reservation limit to 27 percent, the total
00:18:52reservation became 63 percent. After adding the ES quota
00:18:56to this, the total effective reservation limit reached
00:18:5873%. Because after adding SC, ST
00:19:02and OBC reservations, the total reservation was going well above
00:19:06the 50% limit. On this basis,
00:19:37not a single person was appointed in Madhya Pradesh for several years.
00:19:41Now, after this decision, the High Court has said
00:19:44that they have fixed a date by which
00:19:48you should declare their results. This was based on the
00:19:511992 Indira Sahini rule, by which a nine-judge bench
00:19:55of the Supreme Court had decided that social reservation cannot
00:19:59exceed 50 percent, unless there is an extremely
00:20:02extraordinary or remote unusual situation. This
00:20:06is not
00:20:37the case because there are no extraordinary circumstances
00:20:41in Madhya Pradesh that would warrant increasing
00:20:44the reservation. The court, while granting relief on humanitarian
00:20:47grounds, clarified that appointments
00:20:50made under the 27% quota between March 2019
00:20:54and September 29, 2022, will remain
00:20:56safe and will not be canceled. But when this matter
00:21:00got stuck in court, the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission
00:21:03came up with the formula of 87 and 13,
00:21:06meaning results were declared for 87% of the posts,
00:21:10and the remaining 13% of the posts were put on hold
00:21:14until the court's decision. Now the High Court has ended
00:21:17that 13% hold and has said that these posts should now
00:21:21be filled within three months on an open merit basis
00:21:24without reservation, i.e., unreserved. Now that the decision has come,
00:21:27politics has reached its peak. The Congress is targeting
00:21:31the BJP over this, and the BJP is attacking
00:21:35the Congress over it. The Congress is saying that they will take
00:21:38the fight to the Supreme Court, and the BJP has deliberately
00:21:42done this and stopped 27% reservation. Due to this,
00:21:46the intentions of the Bharatiya Janata Party
00:21:51My OBC friends in the state, there is no
00:21:56party will go to the Supreme Court for your rights and
00:22:00I want to urge all of you with a promise
00:22:04that when our government is formed after two years,
00:22:07when our government is formed after two years,
00:22:10we will implement your 27% reservation
00:22:14in every situation. Spreading rumors, telling lies,
00:22:17this is an old habit of the Congress. Whatever mistakes are there,
00:22:21the fault lies with the Congress and Kamal Nath. At that time, in 2019,
00:22:25Kamal Nath's government was there. Kamal Nath ji brought this without prior preparation,
00:22:29and the ill effects of that incomplete preparation are being suffered
00:22:33by Madhya Pradesh and the entire backward class society today.
00:22:36When Goldy Hing's seasoning is added, everyone eats with relish. Goldy Hing
00:22:39is in every particle.
00:22:41The
00:22:45monsoon is over, but the story is not over
00:22:49yet because the Pacific Ocean
00:22:53is still warming up, and India may also have
00:22:56to pay the price for it. This year's monsoon was
00:23:00the driest monsoon in more than a decade.
00:23:03Rainfall was 12.6%
00:23:06less than normal. But the force
00:23:09behind this entire upheaval is getting stronger.
00:23:13Thousands of kilometers away from India,
00:23:16a vast part of the Pacific Ocean
00:23:19is warming abnormally. This
00:23:22is El Nino, and by mid-September,
00:23:26the temperature of that important area of the Pacific Ocean
00:23:29by which the strength of El Nino is measured had reached
00:23:323 degrees Celsius more than normal. According to the
00:23:36National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of America,
00:23:39there is a 75% chance that by the end of the year,
00:23:43this El Nino will become so powerful that
00:23:47no other El Nino has been this powerful
00:23:50since 1950. By
00:23:53October, this El Nino had surpassed every big
00:23:56El Nino that occurred after 1982. India
00:24:02to assess its impact. In India,
00:24:06out of the 18 El Nino years recorded so far,
00:24:09monsoon rainfall was below normal in 13.
00:24:13This year too, 38% of India recorded
00:24:16less rainfall. By September, more than half of the country
00:24:50will not be. The strength of El Nino is usually
00:24:53most intense between October and February,
00:24:56and it is feared that
00:25:00it will remain very powerful throughout the winter
00:25:03this time.
00:25:05What is the probability of it remaining until February 2027?
00:25:08100%. According to the forecast of the Climate
00:25:11Impact Lab, the Earth's temperature can remain
00:25:151.2 degrees Celsius above normal,
00:25:18and the number of extremely hot
00:26:33Signature finish cardamom seeds.
00:28:35Hello, I am Vikas Bhadauria and you are watching NDTV, that is,
00:28:39India's trust. You must remember that wound of the 1971
00:28:44to tamper with the map of India, was divided into two
00:28:48pieces and a new country named Bangladesh came into existence
00:28:52on the world map. But today, exactly 55
00:28:55years later, the news that has filtered out from the
00:28:59army headquarters in Rawalpindi across the border has created
00:29:03a stir in the political circles of the subcontinent, because
00:29:06this time Pakistan does not have any enemy, but rather
00:29:10the supreme commander of the Pakistan army, General
00:29:14Asim Munir, is going to create such a map of Pakistan,
00:29:18which perhaps no one had ever imagined. It is claimed
00:29:21that full preparations have been made to divide Pakistan into 160
00:29:25small pieces. The four-province Pakistan will be broken into
00:29:2812 to 15 new provinces, thereby turning the entire country
00:29:32into municipal corporations. The argument is being given that terrorism
00:29:36and separatism have to be ended, but the truth is that
00:29:40behind this mastermind, behind this master plan,
00:29:43is the hunger of military dictatorship that wants to wipe
00:29:48governments forever. So, has this master
00:29:52plan of Asim Munir already written the script for the end
00:29:55of Pakistan? Is a second partition and civil war now
00:29:59certain in Pakistan? Watch our special exclusive.
