00:00:00but it insists that they have nothing to do with the
00:00:02of United States, is the Iran genuinely refusing direct engagement with the US
00:00:06or is Omand
00:00:08of quitely calling messages between both the sides? also Iran says an agreement with
00:00:12Oman would not automatically reopen Hormus and that US violations
00:00:16must first end. What specific American action would Tehran need
00:00:20to see before it
00:00:20of allows normal shipping to resume in this
00:00:23of area? well what the Iranians i'm
00:00:26assuming would need to see is for the United States
00:00:31to honor the
00:00:32of contracts of that they sign, and as I mentioned earlier, they're not
00:00:36very good at that, obviously they cancelled the JCPO, and
00:00:40now they entered very hardly,
00:00:43of in a very, very hurried matter, they entered into an
00:00:45of mou back in June 17th, and one
00:00:49of the articles, I think is article number four or number five,
00:00:52does talk about Iran having some
00:00:55of sense of control or being allowed to charge some sort
00:01:02in of of in a fee that the... other guest just mentioned also for environmental, for pilotage and so on so on and so
00:01:05forth services, so in
00:01:07of that aspect, Iran uh for all
00:01:10intents and
00:01:11of purposes, not approving what it does domestically, but internationally,
00:01:15it
00:01:16of appears that it is following with what the negotiations led to,
00:01:20which is the islam about mou. going back to whether or not
00:01:24oman
00:01:24of is playing
00:01:26of an active role in diplomacy or
00:01:32of of in indirect? diplomacy between Iran and the United States, I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case, because that was happening also
00:01:36in
00:01:37of secret during the
00:01:38of George W. Bush
00:01:40in of administration and Mahmoud Ahmedi Nijad administration
00:01:44several years ago, so in that aspect,
00:01:48Oman, I'm assuming is doing that, and at the same
00:01:51time, United States because of
00:01:55its behavior and because
00:01:57of the way it supports the state of Israel, cannot be
00:02:01an ultimate partner for Iran, those people who
00:02:04are uh basically
00:02:06of doing the negotiation
00:02:08of on the Iranian part know that, so they have to be very quiet, very,
00:02:11very careful about this, and that's why you don't see an
00:02:15advertisement that we are dealing with the United States again. One
00:02:19of the things, before I finish, one
00:02:20of the things that Khamenei mentioned time and
00:02:24again, and it has proven historically to be true, is that
00:02:27he uh warned everyone that have to be very careful how they
00:02:31deal with the United States, because the
00:02:33of United States essentially doesn't
00:02:35of respect its own signature when it's a piece of
00:02:39paper, let alone
00:02:41of ideologically, it's a colonial power that wants to bring the whole Middle East
00:02:45under is control and the Iranian revolution in essence in
00:02:491979 stands to make sure that that doesn't
00:02:52happen,
00:02:53in so we are truly again in a historic
00:02:56period where by huge miscalculation
00:03:00United States
00:03:01of and Israel on February 28th by attacking
00:03:04Iran and
00:03:06of by seeing the kind of defense that Iran has, as we say the cat
00:03:10is out
00:03:11of the bag and putting that genie in the bottle, it's going to be extremely different,
00:03:14so United States might have to come up with some
00:03:18sort of a unbelievable reality
00:03:22that it needs to face and that is accepting Iran as a
00:03:26local superpower that has proven. to
00:03:30be able to be quite violent against
00:03:32of his own neighbors to realities that need to be face and the genie that
00:03:36is out the bottle, these
00:04:00Seven years after India's illegal actions of August 5,
00:04:032019, the Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir
00:04:07remains under military
00:04:08of siege. of New Delhi may have scrapped articles 370 and 35A, but it cannot
00:04:12eraise Kashmiri identity, nor can it extinguish the right to self
00:04:16of determination. Pakistan stands firmly with the Kashmiris on the other side
00:04:19of the border, and the world must finally move beyond empty statements and whole
00:04:23India accountable as far as this is concerned. To
00:04:41Sir, seven years after India revoked articles 370 and
00:04:45of 35A, why has the international community failed to confront an
00:04:49action that has
00:04:50of violated united nations resolutions and has attempted to change the status
00:04:54of of a disputed
00:04:55territory.
00:05:07for having me, and you'll have to keep in mind
00:05:10that
00:05:11of the issue of Jammu. Kashmir was to be resolved back in the 1950s
00:05:15when the United Nations Security Council mandated a
00:05:18plebiscite to be held under the supervision the United Nations
00:05:22and from that point till August the 5th 2019 there has
00:05:26been no action, no meaningful action and the reason is
00:05:30not the international community, the reason is India's
00:05:33intrancigence and
00:05:35obduracy, the state of
00:05:39Pakistan was ready for a plebissit, so over the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
00:05:43and the United Nations at that time had made
00:05:46elaborate preparations, but India
00:05:49first included this this illegal
00:05:53article in its constitution in violation the United Nations Security
00:05:57Council Resolution, the article called article
00:06:00370. It was hoaks, as matter of fact, it were, it
00:06:04gave some conditional autonomy to the
00:06:08state of Jammu and Kashmir, to the occupied part the Jammu and
00:06:11Kashmir. and then
00:06:14appointed a president and prime minister
00:06:17and gave separate constitution to the
00:06:21territory, but then it resorted to what you would call
00:06:24colonialism, naked colonialism or settle colonialism,
00:06:28and when this article 370
00:06:32was resinded in 2019 it was
00:06:36already empty shell,
00:06:39and all the powers the... assembly
00:06:43of Jammu and Kashmir had been
00:06:46robbed and the writ
00:06:49the the federation was complete there and therefore
00:06:53they dismantle the autonomous structure that was there semi
00:06:57autonomous or casai autonomous structure that was
00:07:00there, but your question is different, why
00:07:04has the international community failed to take notice as a matter fact if
00:07:08you would go back to 2019 there
00:07:10was ' ground swell of support for the
00:07:14people of Jammu and Kashmir, the international media at that
00:07:17time, supported the people of Jammu and
00:07:21Kashmir, also think tanks, human rights organizations, they called
00:07:25out India for its egregious violations of human rights
00:07:29and international law, and
00:07:32everybody was surprised by this step that
00:07:36India had taken by occupying the already
00:07:40occupied territory and setting in
00:07:43motion pervasive lockdown
00:07:46and the media black out and then people were almost
00:07:50starved to death, there were enforced
00:07:52disappearances, young men and women,
00:07:56particularly young men and boys in their
00:08:00teams were imprisoned and sent to the most
00:08:03notorious prison houses in India in different parts
00:08:07of India, so
00:08:11but at that time I call that Pakistan had taken up this
00:08:14issue at the security council and there was
00:08:17support for Pakistan stance and there was
00:08:21concern that this move by India could
00:08:25prove to be catastrophic because Pakistan and India to
00:08:29nuclear weapon states and any war, any clash between them could
00:08:33escalate to the nuclear level. At that time China stood by
00:08:36Pakistan and then of course I mean the other
00:08:40veto wielding powers particularly the United States.
00:08:43"United Kingdom and France did not support any
00:08:47action on the reference made by Pakistan because we wanted resolution or a
00:08:51statement coming out of Security Council
00:08:54deliberations. You must also remember that in
00:08:572019 President Trump before
00:09:00august 5 had offered mediation which was
00:09:04rejected by India Narendra Modi, prime minist of India rejected
00:09:07it, but even last year after Marky Huck
00:09:11and there were many..." rights violations which were committed by Indian forces
00:09:15immediately after the Pahelgam incident, they
00:09:18incarcerated many young men, they demolished
00:09:22their businesses, their houses
00:09:24and so there was
00:09:28again this draconian
00:09:32actions that were
00:09:34taken, and what I'm pointing out
00:09:38here is that in October last year five
00:09:42special reporters comment into commented on
00:09:46those depredations and those actions illicit actions taken by India, they said that
00:09:50they were in violation of international law, international humanitarian
00:09:53law, and they designated them as crimes, crimes against
00:09:57humanity, all those incarcerations, torture and
00:10:01killings, but they said something more profound, and I
00:10:05want to share it with you, they said that India's
00:10:08allegation that Pakistan was involved in
00:10:13in the balkam incident were not
00:10:15table and it also said
00:10:19that India's decision to attack
00:10:21Pakistan on the sixth of... of may
00:10:25or the night of 6th and 7th May was also illegal,
00:10:29illicit, because India could not hide itself
00:10:33behind its it's reasoning or argument that it was
00:10:37doing so in self
00:10:40defense, because if it was self defense it would have invoked
00:10:44article 51 the charter and would have intimated the
00:10:48United Nations Security Council about his intent to attack
00:10:51Pakistan, so I would say... that these are
00:10:55two indictments against India given by United Nations
00:10:59special reporteurs and they have not been widely
00:11:02circulated, but
00:11:06well the evidence is there, but masoud sah, what you trying to say is that th
00:11:10these reports have given the evidence as to where the situation is, as far
00:11:14as the Indian Hill Valley is concerned. now
00:11:17Masud Sab, India has issued domicsile rights to outsiders, it has
00:11:21facilitated land acquisition and has tried to weaken Kashmir. a
00:11:25muslim majority identity, could this demographic engineering eventually
00:11:29make a just settlement far more difficult for the people the occupied
00:11:32valley? you agenda the
00:11:35know is agenda the the BJP and Russia swayam sevak sang is
00:11:39to amalgamate the people of Jammu and
00:11:43Kashmir, occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the
00:11:47territory itself in the Union Federation, they
00:11:51have so far failed to amalgamate artificially the...
00:11:55state into the federation, so this is
00:11:59backed by the Hindutva doctrine, they want
00:12:02saffronize the whole of India, in fact the whole the subcontinent,
00:12:06and they would not succeed because Kashmir has
00:12:10majority population is Muslims, you have
00:12:1368% today, but in back in 1947 the
00:12:17population of Muslims ranged between
00:12:2080 to 85%, so I think
00:12:24that... "this should not make the
00:12:28movement for the realization
00:12:31the right to self determination the people of Jammu and
00:12:34Kashmir kind
00:12:37of an unatenable
00:12:41objective, so I would say, I would argue
00:12:44that
00:12:45you know this is a forced union, this is an legal union, this is against
00:12:49the law of nature, had there been a
00:12:52natural complementarity between the people." of
00:12:56Jammu and Kashmir and India, then they would not deploy three
00:13:00cores and one million security
00:13:03forces in this territory, because they perceive it to be enemy
00:13:07territory, otherwise you do not concentrate
00:13:10such large
00:13:14large scale operative operational forces a
00:13:18territory like that. Let me also point out that you would
00:13:22recall that after Mark President Trump and his social
00:13:25post
00:13:26had suggested to
00:13:30India and Pakistan to meet on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir because everybody
00:13:34realized at that time that this was nuclear flash point not
00:13:38only for South Asia but for the entire world and then
00:13:41this secretary Rubio had suggested to Pakistan that Pakistan
00:13:45and India that they should meet in a third country Pakistan is ready for any form of
00:13:49diplomacy whether it is bilateral whether
00:13:51it is through third party mediation or whether it's
00:13:55is through the United Nations, the agency the United Nations or a group of
00:13:59countries, but I think that we must move to the negotiating table and
00:14:03must engage each other and the international community,
00:14:06extremely important sir, that is extremely important, any kind of process that could
00:14:10lead to the plebit in the Indian Hill Valley and the
00:14:14people finally deciding for themselves as to what they want in the Indian Hill Valley is what
00:14:18is extremely
00:14:28Gilani Sah, he is the President of Kashmir youth alliance. Thank you very
00:14:32much Dr. Gilani to have joined us. India claims its august 2019
00:14:36actions brought development and normalcy, yet kashmiris still
00:14:39face militarization, arrests, media restrictions and political
00:14:43repression. What is the reality behind New Delhi's carefully promoted
00:14:47narrative? Thank
00:14:51you, thank you for having me today,
00:14:55indeed one the most major and I
00:14:58believe among the dark days in the Kashmir history
00:15:02that today once again we are observing. As far as your
00:15:06question is concerned, let me put out some facts to you.
00:15:10One the most major important branding factor is the
00:15:13economics and the economics the indian in occupied
00:15:17Jammu and Kashmir. Post 2019,
00:15:20immediate after the abrogation of both the articles, the
00:15:24Kashmiri. company suffered more than two billion dollar
00:15:27loss, that was just because after the blanket curfew that India
00:15:31laid upon the total valley, both Kashmir and
00:15:35Jammu, not only that, we must also
00:15:38consider the trumpet that was beaten by India about
00:15:42employment, about development, but today the Pakistan
00:15:45say that Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir bases
00:15:49around 21 to 22% in unemployment,
00:15:53which is by far the greatest number or the larger
00:15:57number as compared to the mainland Indian dominion,
00:16:01so when we talk about development, when we talk about employment and the
00:16:05opportunities, we must also consider... "the domiciles that the
00:16:08Indian authorities are handing over to anyone who has spent
00:16:12five years or 10 years in Kashmir, making them or labeling them
00:16:16as far as the documentation is concerned as Kashmiris, so they get
00:16:20the opportunities now as compared to the Kashmiri who is actually
00:16:24living inside Jammu and Kashmir as compared to kashmiri
00:16:28who has been there for generations and who is a true
00:16:32kashmiri in the Indian illegally occupied jammu and Kashmir so the
00:16:36educational opportunity. that were reserved only for the
00:16:39people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and now being
00:16:43handed over in the plate Biharis, non
00:16:47kashmiris, to people from the mainland Indian dominion
00:16:51and lastly I will mention the household and the
00:16:54land grab that has been infationed by the NIA and
00:16:58the SiA, lately the land, the properties and the
00:17:02houses of Kashmir is living there since decades
00:17:06have been a actually usuped by nia and we are being
00:17:10handed over to
00:17:12non-resident, Hindus
00:17:16and Hindutva gun, they are being facilitated and
00:17:20encouraged to return back, come to Kashmir
00:17:23and in fact harbor the houses in which the
00:17:27Kashmiri had been living. This is a question that I
00:17:31have asked recently as well, but I want your opinion on that, Dr. Gilani,
00:17:35Faruk Abdullah, questions why killings... continue if India has
00:17:38eliminated militancy and sealed the border borders and why such incidents
00:17:42coincide with demands for statehood? he has also question
00:17:46why violent incidents occur whenever demands for restoring indian
00:17:49illegally occupied jammu and kashmir statehood gain momentum. do his
00:17:53remarks expose serious contradictions in the modi government's claims of any kind of
00:17:57normalcy in the region?
00:18:00absolutely, absolutely, and it's not just
00:18:03Farok Abdullah, I must say, in fact the whole opposition, the whole uh
00:18:08"in fact even Farok Abdullah Mufti, both them I
00:18:12consider as the puppets the Delhi, Delhi sarkar,
00:18:15but lately we have seen that both
00:18:19these Faruk Abdullah or Umar Abdullah and the family of Mahuba
00:18:23Mufti, her daughter
00:18:24mukti have been speaking a little bit truth about what's going on on the
00:18:28ground, and we have seen that the people
00:18:32over there have come out on the roads previously for even their
00:18:36civic rights as well." that is for electric
00:18:39meters, that is for the encouragement drive, that is for the
00:18:43overflow the water canals that are running through
00:18:47Sirinagar, the mainland city, so we must
00:18:50understand the fact that whenever the people come out on the road,
00:18:54India has to give something, India has to do something to show that,
00:18:58oh no, in Kashmir is integral part of India, and
00:19:02so the people need to be taken care of, and how does India take care of it by
00:19:06essentially ' dismantling the
00:19:09barkarwals by essentially dismantling the kashmiris
00:19:12living on their properties in Sirinagar and
00:19:16on the mountains by essentially doing
00:19:20false flag operations so that the people would be diverted
00:19:24towards something else and this is where India gains
00:19:28this momentum that oh no Pakistan is at the back
00:19:31of each and every miscreation that is taking place in
00:19:35the inside the illegally occupied Germany and and therefore Indian
00:19:39forces need to be there for the so-called protection
00:19:43the people living inside the
00:19:45Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Dr. Dr. Gilani, I'd like one last
00:19:48answer because we b short of time
00:19:51and I wanted your opinion on that as well. The all parties conference says
00:19:54seven years of siege have failed to crush the freedom freedom
00:19:57struggle. What message that does today's black day
00:20:01sent to India and to an international community that continues to
00:20:05ignore the Kashmiri's right to determine. their own future through a
00:20:08plebis, absolutely, absolutely
00:20:12ever since 5th of August 2019, more than
00:20:15one thousand kashmiris have been put to jail, and not only that,
00:20:19I must mention the Kashmiri Huriyat leadership that is behind bars for more
00:20:23than 10 years now, in fact people like shabir
00:20:27shah,
00:20:31but all these have been harbed in jail for more than 15 years, so even
00:20:35today the people of Jammu and are standing up,
00:20:38resisting, resisting, because that is what their existence
00:20:42depends upon. I believe this resistance in itself
00:20:46should be quoted to the world across to the movers in shakespeare so that... they would
00:20:50know that kashmir is not frozen in time,
00:20:54the issue of Kashmir is still exists, that the humans of
00:20:57Kashmir are still there, not waiting for genocide, but
00:21:01rather waiting for the world to hear them out, for what
00:21:05is their birth right, right to self
00:21:08determination, and I think that is very important for the
00:21:11world to realize the role the United Nations, the OIC and other important bodies
00:21:15becomes very important, Pakistan has taken this case so many times to all these
00:21:19fora. "But isn't is more important that all these bodies
00:21:23now at least unite in order to exert the necessary pressure
00:21:27on India so that if nothing else a plebiscite happens in the
00:21:31Indian Hell Valley.
00:21:34See, one the most important things in Kashmir
00:21:37is the choked life. When you don't have the right to religious freedom, you
00:21:40cannot go for the friday prayers, you cannot go to the market without being pressed
00:21:44and harass. The girls, Kashmiri girls cannot go to their colleges
00:21:48or pharmacies without the..." check a very irregular and a
00:21:52very demined manner, i think we
00:21:56really need to talk about this on the international program that plebist is our
00:22:00ultimate goal, but bringing life to the people living inside
00:22:04India illegally occupied jammu and kashmir, but you know think i think the
00:22:07responsibility or the owners also relies on important major
00:22:11global powers and important bodies like i said the united nations the UIC
00:22:15Pakistan has done as much as it could continues to do that and will
00:22:19be doing that in the... future as well, but it is also the the responsibility
00:23:07Pakistan has categorically debunked India's baseless and
00:23:10misleading remarks regarding US President Donald Trump's
00:23:14recent comments on nuclear testing. Once again, New Delhi
00:23:18has twisted facts. attempting to link Trump's words to
00:23:22Pakistan's nuclear program, a desperate bit to
00:23:25malign Pakistan's impecable record. see
00:23:28clandestine and illegal nuclear
00:23:31activities are in keeping with Pakistan's
00:23:34history that is centered around decades
00:23:38of smuggling, export control violations,
00:23:42secret partnerships, aq khan
00:23:45network and further proliferation
00:23:49in has always drawn the attention the international community to these
00:23:53aspects of Pakistan's record. In this backdrop,
00:23:57we have taken note of President Trump's
00:24:01comment about Pakistan's nuclear testing, but
00:24:04Pakistan's foreign office wasted no time in setting the record
00:24:08straight. It stated that US has already clarified its
00:24:12position and there is no connection whatsoever to Pakistan's
00:24:16nuclear activities. Pakistan reaffirmed that its last.
00:24:20and only nuclear test were in May
00:24:221998 and its stance remains consistent,
00:24:26responsible and transparent. after having lost that
00:24:30war, India is definitely desperate
00:24:34to reframe Pakistan as a state and they
00:24:37don't leave any stone unturn to
00:24:41you mel Pakistan. Unlike India, which has
00:24:44abstained from key UN resolutions, calling for a global
00:24:48ban on nuclear. testing exposing its ambiguous
00:24:52and dangerous intent. In today's world, no
00:24:56nuclear testing can go hidden because the very
00:25:00precise calculation of seasmic activity. Indeed,
00:25:03Pakistan's nuclear program operates under one the most
00:25:07secure and credible command and control systems in the
00:25:10world, with comprehensive export controls and
00:25:14zero violations of international laws. Meanwhile,
00:25:18India's own history tells a dark. story from radioactive
00:25:22material thefts to illegal sale of California link to
00:25:26Kaba atomic research center. The message is
00:25:29clear. Pakistan's nuclear posture is
00:25:32responsible, transparent and globally acknowledged
00:25:36while India's disinformation campaign only exposes
00:25:39its insecurity and deceat. Pakistan stands
00:25:43firm on facts, not
00:25:45fabrication.
00:25:54a job very well done by civil and military leadership and at the
00:25:58same time they were able to rally the support the people of Pakistan.
00:26:02you to stand firmly behind our arm forces policy the Israeli occupation
00:26:06regime which is to ethnically cleanse the palestinian people by ending
00:26:10any feature of life for them. Israel is a
00:26:13criminal stop, we can say any other
00:26:17thing. evidence should be shown about the palgam, india
00:26:21could never produce it, pakistan had to then respond that and
00:26:25pakistan did that with very very mad
00:26:28capacity. india has actually taken up fight. with
00:26:32all its neighbors, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka,
00:26:36Pakistan and even with China. Responsible power is
00:26:40not the absence of force, it is the disciplined and calibrated
00:26:43use of
00:26:44force.
00:26:51From the heart of South Asia to the cross roads of central Asia, from the turbulent middle
00:26:55east and North Africa to the power corridors the west. Iran has
00:26:59successfully demonstrated its
00:27:02ability not just to negotiate its
00:27:06term, but also to negotiate on
00:27:10each term for that amount of time that
00:27:13Tehran considers as strategically equivalent.
00:27:17article 3 the NATO treaty is all about
00:27:21self-defense and that's been a sore point between the United States of
00:27:24America and the other NATO allies since the foundation
00:27:28the the alliance. so what's happening now is burden?
00:27:32is going evolve to burden shifting Amit Shah, he
00:27:36is the one who is running the extortion,
00:27:39assassination and all these plots sitting a
00:27:43government office, being a minister of India, America knows
00:27:47it, Canada knows
00:27:48it.
00:28:21Pakistan TV is here in Beijing. Prime Minister Shahbaz
00:28:25Sharif will be landing here shortly at
00:28:27Beijing.
00:28:33Hello everyone, I'm here at the Vienna airport and we are expecting the
00:28:37arrival of Prime Minister Shahbas Sharif
00:28:39shortly.
00:28:54you can see behind me, we are at the Gultan Chark in
00:28:57Dhaka. It's the election day in Bangladesh, we are in Dhaka and we are right now
00:29:01headed to. report the fourth international water conference in the
00:29:05shambeist
00:29:12hello everyone, today is the day really looking people to
00:29:16people, we had very regional
00:29:20ecological summit 2026 in astana,
00:29:23kazakhistan.
00:30:46US president Donald Trump says he prefers deal with Iran over military
00:30:50action but wants that force remains an option if diplomacy
00:30:53fails.
