00:11:11very much that it will be a strategic ending the conflict,
00:11:15but at the same time we understand that it can
00:11:19be one the following steps leading to
00:11:22this ending the conflict for for. now currently we see
00:11:26not the situation when we meet a
00:11:30finalized peace document or
00:11:32finalized settled agreement on the peace
00:11:35between the United States and Iran, but we see a limited
00:11:39attempt to establish a certain, I would say certain
00:11:43regime of sea trade where which will
00:11:47allow to open the ormus

00:11:54back. the peaceful negotiations that will include

00:14:30seen them collapse because of different things and different factors, so how would we
00:14:34make sure that there are certain mechanisms in place in order to
00:14:38for us to realize that these future agreements, whatever happens between both these
00:14:42countries remain in place? there
00:14:45are certain, there are certain factors and there are certain
00:14:48evidences that the the the
00:14:52basis the, I would say the basis the UA. United
00:14:55States negotiation process and actually their basis was their
00:14:59military um the military part
00:15:03there the aggression military part is not in the
00:15:07condition as it was in the beginning the conflict,
00:15:10we have we have various
00:15:13sources of information that are telling that President
00:15:17Trump is very unsatisfied with the current status the
00:15:20American not only
00:15:22like at potential, I would
00:15:26say, but the potential that will that can help the United
00:15:29States to dictate its
00:15:32own, let's say, it's
00:15:36own view. and its own needs during the current
00:15:40negotiations process, so Iran now if if we if we have
00:15:44an example of like a chess party if it's possible, Iran
00:15:48now in the position where it can maybe
00:15:52not on 100%, but it would it can
00:15:55dictate its rules especially using the
00:15:58negotiators, negotiation parties like Oman or any
00:16:02other parties that can join the process, Iran now is in the
00:16:06situation where... can it can state its own needs
00:16:09and uh every actually every need that Iran will stay these
00:16:13days will be much better than the position it had beforehand like it would
00:16:17say a month a month ago or a month and a half ago
00:16:21right. Mr. Shofer, latest diplomatic momentum
00:16:25comes after lot of military confrontation. Do you think strategically
00:16:28speaking the military confrontation can really complicate
00:16:32these kind of matters? I mean, how do you see diplomacy after
00:16:35deterence? It will, the military, the military part will,
00:16:39of course, it will continue to happen, unfortunately, we've seen a lot of
00:16:43examples on that happening last few months, but
00:16:47we see that the level of this military confrontation between
00:16:51Iran, between the United States and between the United States satellites
00:16:55in the Gulf region is declining, is declining very much, not
00:16:58only because the decline on the military potential the both
00:17:02sides, but at the same time because the decline in the
00:17:06need the... the military usage, we've seen
00:17:10a very hard stage the military
00:17:14conflict, the open fire on the attacks on Iran territory
00:17:17or united states satellites territory, the gulf states, and
00:17:21now this politic have shown, it's actually it's
00:17:25useless, it's it's it's useless in the current situation, it's
00:17:29again if if we go back to the chess terminology,
00:17:33it's the situation when none the parties can win moving its
00:17:37own like rockets at the same time, so
00:17:40now actually now we see that the potential for the
00:17:44peaceful negotiations for the diplomacy is much higher than it was a month
00:17:48or two, especially two month before, now we are waiting for
00:17:52the move from the Iranian side and we
00:17:55have to wait how this move will be taken and what the reaction will be on the
00:17:59United States side. Mr. Shaffir, how
00:18:03long do you think this conflict is going to go? At one hand we see economy
00:18:07of Iran. really going downwards at the other hand, there are reports
00:18:10that stock pied ammunitions are really
00:18:14reducing to a dangerous level, so how long do you think this
00:18:18conflict is going to go? of course it's a critical reduction,
00:18:22of course it's a critical reduction in the net trading in
00:18:26the not only in the gal but in the net trading the

00:18:39the the one the most important things that that can pressure or I would say
00:18:43that can influence the peaceful negotiations is that the

00:18:51settlement of this conflict and interested in final settlement the

00:18:59um some might say that hopefully in in the next
00:19:03few weeks we will see something like pe
00:19:08peaceful um settlement the conflict, I would not be such optimistic
00:19:12in this situation, unfortunately we see that no
00:19:16matter how how how high high this decline the
00:19:19military potential the both sides, but still they can continue the
00:19:23military confrontation situation. um,
00:19:27modern conflicts are lasting longer than a conflicts,
00:19:31unfortunately then a conflicts that used to happen
00:19:34like 20, 30, 40 years ago, they are not uh... they they may be
00:19:38on not on the very high level the confrontation, but
00:19:42they are a very long level of confrontation,
00:19:45but let's put it this way, let's let's
00:19:48hope that a half of year we will see the
00:19:52actually the draft the
00:19:53peaceful
00:19:56um agreement between the between the both
00:19:58sides, right? mr shafir, saudi
00:20:02arabia announced the naval

00:21:19action. is intended to combat those sorts of organized
00:21:22practices, uh, we look very heavily at denying visas
00:21:26uh to people that we have reason to believe are coming here for that
00:21:29purpose, visas both for uh putitive parents, but
00:21:33also for the people organizing these rings, uh, there's also obviously a law
00:21:37enforcement component, we'll have a full fac sheet released on this soon, but what
00:21:41we're doing is taking uh legally validated
00:21:45means that are clearly within our disposal and targeting them
00:21:48square on - to this birth tourism industry, there's
00:21:52absolutely nothing in here that runs a foul of any the Supreme Court's opinions on
00:21:56the subject, this is frankly it's action that's overdue, and I'm thankful that
00:22:00President Trump is finally taking decisive action to combat this this
00:22:04issue of birth tourarism now that it's been cued up in the way that it has
00:22:08uh as result the Supreme Court's opinion. This should have been done a long
00:22:12time ago, this should have happened years ago, but we're taking care of it

00:28:42unlimited supply, we have others where it's a little bit tighter and
00:28:46we're getting them in a daily basis. As you know,
00:28:50our defense companies are building more plants right now than any point in history, they're
00:28:54building plants for the patriots, for the tomahawks for everything, but we
00:28:58have uh certain types of munitions which are very
00:29:02uh..." They may not be as accurate, they may not be, they're not as
00:29:05elite, we have elite too, but we're we're
00:29:09watching that very closely, but we have certain types which
00:29:13are very powerful and very good, and
00:29:16we have an unlimited supply, and so
00:29:20we're in great shape, but with that being said, we
00:29:24always want more, we have to have more, we have other things maybe come up, you
00:29:28maybe come up and maybe don't come up, hopefully nothing else does come up, but
00:29:32in very good shape, we have literally massive amounts of ammunition.

00:29:49when Biden gave him so much, Biden gave
00:29:53$300 billion dollars worth of ammunition. you know, when I
00:29:56left, this, it was full, and he gave lot of it away, now we're
00:30:00rebuilding it, and we're using.
00:30:04that are very powerful, very good, but we wouldn't have been using
00:30:08them, we could have used something else, but these are
00:30:12a little bit older type, equally as
00:30:14effective, and we it's things that
00:30:18we have so much, plus we have supplies of munitions
00:30:22all over the world that if we ever needed them, we take that, we
00:30:26supplied all over the world, but we have, we're in very,
00:30:30very good shape, russia seems to have increased.
00:30:32their attacks on, that must be a
00:30:36concern, well it's look, we're not involved from the
00:30:39standpoint, it's uh was separated by an ocean, but
00:30:43hate to see 25,000 young people a month get killed, and
00:30:47that's what's happening, between Russia and Ukraine, they're losing average
00:30:5125,000 mostly soldiers a
00:30:54month, and you're working on it and I
00:30:58think we're making progress, but
