00:13:29current counter terrorism strategy in preventing the attacks before
00:13:32they occur because you are a military man as well, you are defense analyst, how do you look
00:13:36at the current situation where we have seen the intelligence based operations are
00:13:40quite complex, quite different, quite advanced as compared to the previous
00:13:44operations, you see the problem is federal government
00:13:48was trying best cooperate with provincial government and they wanted
00:13:52to have a good coordination between federal and provincial
00:13:55government to carry
00:13:57out counter terror operation along with the security forces of pakistan, but the problem
00:14:01was there was very leuk warm response from the side of provincial
00:14:05government, they were not giving support, then they were not
00:14:08improving the the capacity building the police, then
00:14:12counter terrorism for lot of funds have been given then even
00:14:16then they couldn't find anything, no broad for vehicles, no
00:14:19latest equipment same goes for counter terrorism and that was the
00:14:23problem was coming up and then the problem was a good governance
00:14:27because the chief minister of KPK was always worried

00:29:38them, we are proud their parents were proudly saying
00:29:42that we have sacrificed our sons, our brothers and husbands
00:29:45and fathers for the for the motherland,
00:29:49unfortunately the political ownership of this fight was
00:29:53liking till that, now hope yes there is a change in
00:29:56command in khibar pakhtunkha political seat, so now i
