00:00:00the the terror the terror basis
00:00:02of the high douts on the Afghan side. Pakistan has also reserted to kyotic
00:00:06operations like air strikes, on the terror hide outs in the
00:00:09terror support infrastructure on the Afghan side. I think at the moment there is
00:00:13lot of sensitization
00:00:14of the international community. Almost every country have this
00:00:18understanding and this feeling that Afghan is a threat for the
00:00:22regional peace, not only for Pakistan, for the regional peace and
00:00:25of stability and then for the international peace and stability. It is the headquarter
00:00:29of.
00:00:30It is the headquarter of Alqa Indian subcontinent,
00:00:33it is the headquarter of ISKP, the
00:00:35local affiliate of
00:00:38ISIS, it's
00:00:39of the headquarter of TTP, it's the headquarter of IMU, it is the headquarter of
00:00:43ETIM, so almost all the international, what you call
00:00:47it, these these terror networks,
00:00:50a they are concentrating and have established the basis inside
00:00:54Afghanistan, now I think Pakistan need to continue further
00:00:57sensitizing the international community at least. to agree
00:01:01on one, if they are not, i think taking
00:01:05kyotic actions as Pakistan has taken, at least suspend their
00:01:09relation, at least reduce their level of relation with them,
00:01:13don't encourage, i think those those what you call
00:01:17it, those actions which are benefiting the regime
00:01:21in in inside Afghanistan, so i think and you very
00:01:25me comprehensively explained it to our audiences as well, and while we are having this conversation, i'm
00:01:29just going to
00:01:30kind of move towards our other neighbor as well, since Mark we have seen, we have
00:01:34spoken about fit as well and how they are assisting probably
00:01:38afghanistan in or you know for all
00:01:41of of these terrorist organizations to disrupt
00:01:43you know what Pakistan alhamdulillah has successfully created, may be the diplomatic
00:01:47assent that we see, may be our economy which is which we have seen
00:01:50booming, and Pakistan to be recognized as a global
00:01:54power to bring peace, to prioritize peace, to bring warring parties to the
00:01:57table, how do you think that neighbor? "unfortunately is
00:02:01trying to disrupt the peace and the international
00:02:05recognition that the political leadership and the
00:02:07of military leadership has got for Pakistan.
00:02:11look, I think without any fear of exaggeration, I can
00:02:15say that as you
00:02:17of mentioned the marike huck, the May 2025
00:02:21clashes with India, you know that has been again I will use the world
00:02:25universally acknowledge that Pakistan have given
00:02:28a crushing defeat to..." the to to to the forces and
00:02:32to the air force 10 time larger than the Pakistani forces
00:02:36and everybody is recognizing except India
00:02:40and just like the Taliban Taliban
00:02:42in a state of denial India is also denying the same however
00:02:46instead of now fronting
00:02:50in in confronting Pakistan on the
00:02:51in battleground or on the air or in the water they have resulted to the
00:02:54mistevious ways like as you might have heard Ajit dewal saying
00:02:58that why we why we fight with Pakistan
00:03:01of forces on frontally are either engage them in waters or
00:03:05engage them in
00:03:06of air or on the ground, why not use the Afghan Taliban, why
00:03:10not
00:03:10of the money which we are spending here, that money should be given to them less,
00:03:14of much less and he even said that if somebody give them
00:03:18of thous, you give them 1500, you gave them
00:03:20of 200, so they will fight for them, and these are things are, I think now
00:03:24establish
00:03:25of that afghan that India, you know the how the Afghan
00:03:29Taliban. "they were they were called terrorists by the
00:03:32Indians by Indian government and
00:03:34of India was opposed for 20 years when they were fighting against the
00:03:38international forces are the former republic but the day
00:03:42Taliban proved their animity with Pakistan the next day
00:03:46they were taken by the by the Indian now
00:03:50India
00:03:50is financially supporting materially supporting and you know
00:03:54statements like we have a share
00:03:57a DNA when an Afghan talib minister said" " that we have a share DNA
00:04:01with the Hindutwa like the Modi government and
00:04:04the the Modi leadership, so I think this quite unfortunate, you know this
00:04:08what happened in in Kandahar when Pakistan severely
00:04:12beaten
00:04:15a that this BLA and those who are fighting inside Balochistan, so who came to the rescue, it was the
00:04:18Indian and it was the the the the the local Taliban
00:04:21leadership who set all these terror networks together and ask them
00:04:25to contribute something to the BLA in the shape of men in the shape of
00:04:29material. and there were reports Pakistan intelligence confirm reports
00:04:33that Hafiz Gul Bahadar was asked to provide certain
00:04:36people fighters to the BLA because they were facing shortage
00:04:40of people the the they don't have the what we call it
00:04:43of now the recruitment process
00:04:45of is quite difficult for them as like the same is for the TTP TTP is now
00:04:49trying more recruits from the Afghans and you know 70%
00:04:52of the attacks are now being conducted by the Afghans there are
00:04:56270 260 afghans.
00:05:00confirmed uh were killed
00:05:03in in in fight against the security people
00:05:07so now there is this nexus you know this TTP
00:05:11the BLA the... other they can't stand for a single
00:05:14day if they were not having the support of two states like one is
00:05:18the Afghan Taliban as I said earlier, not only providing
00:05:21a permissive environment, logistic support, but they are also working as a
00:05:25supervisor if they face any what you call it problems
00:05:29in organizational problems or financial
00:05:32problems or strategic strategy problem so the afghan
00:05:36talibans enter and help them and also that in also the
00:05:40al-qaeda and this is not me who is saying it "this is the UN
00:05:43reports, especially the report 38 which was
00:05:47released on August 10, this is listed in that report, so I think
00:05:51India and for how long they will do it, because I know
00:05:55now I think Pakistan's fight against this, the new efforts
00:05:59which Pakistan is launching now, I think they will be eliminated, they
00:06:03will be eliminated on the Afghan side and they will be eliminated on the Pakistani
00:06:07side, so this is exactly,
00:06:10and Mr. Hasan, which is why I think..." "now okay, I think
00:06:14let's envision is this way as well, because as of now Pakistan
00:06:17enjoys very dominating diplomatic assent, the
00:06:21world has seen it, the world recognizes that Pakistan always
00:06:25played role of bringing peace to the region,
00:06:27that there is more prosperity, for bringing waring parties to the table, making sure that they
00:06:31are sease fires, the kind of relationship that we enjoy with the people's
00:06:35republic of China, may be United States of America, may be kingdom of Saudi
00:06:39Arabia, the landlock reg countries right next. to Pakistan,
00:06:43Tajakistan, Kazakistan, if you are to speak about all of this diplomatic
00:06:47assent, how do you think Pakistan can now take advantage or probably leverage its
00:06:51political ability and not just political ability but rather the
00:06:54diplomatic leverage that they can get while knowing where the world
00:06:58recognizes that we are hub of peace, that we want to prioritize
00:07:02peace as well and we want to bring peace to the region, how do you think that we
00:07:06really need to kind of work on on some diplomatic fronts to
00:07:10make sure that if only the military relations cannot solve the solution
00:07:14alone, probably you know such diplomatic conversations and
00:07:17relations should actually help Pakistan.
00:07:21Look, I think this is again, this is very important subject that yes,
00:07:25Pakistan has got international recognition almost every
00:07:29capital the world, because Pakistan saved the world from a third
00:07:33world war, particularly
00:07:35in in the when the west west Asia where the
00:07:39entire middle east and gulf countries were under. the threat of war and you
00:07:43know that affected each and every home, each and every
00:07:47kitchen, the reason was the straight of homos in the straight of
00:07:51mandab and this in this in this entire gulf countries, you
00:07:54know, so I think Pakistan was Pakistan's role
00:07:58has been recognized internationally in a faraway countries, a
00:08:02faraway homes, a faraway I think villages also that it is Pakistan
00:08:06which is playing role, God has given that opportunity to
00:08:10Pakistan and I think Pakistani leadership. whether it was the military
00:08:13leadership, whether it was the political leadership, they have exploited that that
00:08:17opportunity, proven their skills, proven their what you call
00:08:21it intelligence that they are capable
00:08:25to negotiate,
00:08:26the are they are capable to mediate between the countries and the powers
00:08:30much biggers, which which even organization like the un
00:08:33avied to interven, i think the group of
00:08:37countries like the nato european union away to interven, it was
00:08:40Pakistan which single handedly has
00:08:43tackle the that fight, no yes and then
00:08:46you know then later on Pakistan engagement with the arab arab
00:08:50friends in culminating at this
00:08:54maka defense alliance, so I think now Pakistan is a
00:08:58different pedestal as far the international diplomacy is concerned, as far the
00:09:02international relation is concerned, but now this is what I am saying,
00:09:06there is another challenge for the Pakistani leadership now to what you call
00:09:10it to to exploit it.
00:09:13in in favor of Pakistan economy in particularly
00:09:17because in in in Pakistan's security
00:09:21threats which is facing particularly from the Afghan side or from the
00:09:24Indian side because India is using the Afghan
00:09:27it is not the Taliban because the Talibans are pinless what they have to
00:09:31give to these terror networks it is the it is India and now certain reports
00:09:35are coming that Israel is also assisting them so I think it is here
00:09:39Pakistan need to sensitize to carry along these international
00:09:43friends are sympathizers and convinced them that look,
00:09:47taliban Afghanistan is a threat, yes, but it's not only a threat to
00:09:50Pakistan, because every country is saying that 20 to 20 for
00:09:54being with us, thank you so much for voicing your opinion as to what really needs to
00:09:58happen and the kind of condition that Pakistan is going through, thank you so much sir for your
00:10:02time, thank you so much for being with us and thank you so much for speaking on
00:10:06such a pressing issue now for all of my audiences who are out there now as to you
00:10:10from where i started from where i am you know to take you further ahead, I
00:10:14think this is exactly what each and every Pakistani is thinking as of now, because
00:10:18today the challenge actually goes beyond Pakistan's borders,
00:10:22our relations with Afghanistan have deteriorated. "the cross border
00:10:26strikes have intensified and civilian casualties have raised serious
00:10:29questions and humanitarian concerns as well, because it's
00:10:33all human rights violations
00:10:34on every front. meanwhile, Balochistan and Khabar Pakhton kwah continue to
00:10:38face
00:10:39you know such distinct but significant security challenges and we do know
00:10:43for fact how in retrospect we really need to look at this
00:10:46situation, we really need to look at how us as Pakistanies
00:10:50really need to come together and make sure that we fight and that we fight in the
00:10:54f'. of such tany which has been taking place as well, which is goes
00:10:58against the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our nation. first of
00:11:02all, i would want to give, i'm really proud of our armed
00:11:06forces for fighting so valiantly, fighting with so
00:11:09much bravery making sure to defend Pakistan's territorial
00:11:13integrity at every front. now the question before us is not simply
00:11:17whether Pakistan can strike militant target, it is whether the country
00:11:21can build a sustainable strategy that protects its citizens.
00:11:25dismentles militant networks, strengthens governance and prevents
00:11:28another cycle of violence and making sure to to
00:11:32avoid it near future and where does Pakistan grow
00:11:36from go from here is the question and what will it take to
00:11:40turn the years of sacrifice into lasting peace? we have seen how
00:11:43Pakistan is always made sure to
00:11:46you know give diplomacy a chance, we've always seen where how political leadership and
00:11:50our military leadership have always
00:11:52you know kept this very promis to themselves that there
00:11:56will be no harm to the territorial integrity and sovereinity and keep on
00:12:00saying or using the word territorial integrity and sovereinity because the kind of
00:12:04situation that we were raised in imagine if i am going to start from where
00:12:08in 2001 early al-qaeda and you all of that and when it
00:12:11started to happen and unfold the kind of lies we had for
00:12:15for any international audience is watching me right now imagine that if
00:12:19we left for school early in the morning our parents would never know
00:12:23if we are going to come back home or not and that was the cost of war on
00:12:27terror which Pakistan actually took to itself
00:12:31just unfortunately because the fact that they that we have had
00:12:34neighboring countries who certainly do not want
00:12:38Pakistan to be there and Pakistan alhamdulillah have always
00:12:41made sure to
00:12:42you to come back to emerge to to be more resilient to come
00:12:46together and to have that very positivity
00:12:49amongst the the nationals of Pakistan all Pakistanis that
00:12:53no matter what. "we are going to stand together till the last drop of
00:12:57our blood and make sure that we face you know the whatever
00:13:01tyrany is going on or against Pakistan and that's exactly what we did,
00:13:05imagine that from that situation from billions of dollars lost to war on
00:13:09terror from millions of lives lost you know
00:13:12for war and terror for our military to make sure that
00:13:15you know that on every front that whatever you know we
00:13:19were facing that they are going to go out there and fight against
00:13:22it as well and make sure that Pakistan continues to grow." and then we saw
00:13:25that, imagine that, fast forward to 2025, the kind of
00:13:29diplomacy that Pakistan obtained, that Pakistan made sure
00:13:33that Pakistan is going to go, speak right in front the world, may be
00:13:36Markkah after which
00:13:38that there was where the world recognized that how Pakistan has
00:13:42actually made an effort and and while I speak about all these
00:13:46efforts that Pakistanis have made, now is the time, imagine after two
00:13:49decades where Pakistan now is actually recognized as the
00:13:53as hub of peace. as hub of regional peace, giving
00:13:56diplomacy a chance, giving dialogue a chance, bringing waring parties to the
00:14:00table and avoiding another world war, which would have been
00:14:04catastrophic, imagine to speak about you know where how Iran
00:14:08and United States of America were brought onto one table, one table, then
00:14:12first of all we saw sease fire because of Pakistan's mediation role, then
00:14:16we saw an indefinite cease fire, then we saw the Lake Lusan summit
00:14:20and how Pakistan alhamdulillah is now being recognized as a hub of
00:14:23peace, to speak more about very lucky that we've been joined by a senior journalist
00:14:27happy mr farfi. hello, mr. patafi, assalamualaikum, how are you doing
00:14:31today? salam, thank you very muchah, thank
00:14:35you so much mr. patafi for joining us, but mr. patafi, i've had quite a lot of
00:14:39conversation with our guest where they have spoken about as to what the adverseries
00:14:43are trying to do with Pakistan and Pakistan's peace, we have spoken
00:14:46about tarike Taliban Pakistan, we have spoken of fitnah,
00:14:50but if we if we are to look into retrospect, I would want to speak
00:14:54about what the provincial governments should have
00:14:57done in the face of terrorism?
00:15:00please. thank you very much. shad. i think that
00:15:04it is very important to remember that the provincial government is
00:15:08also part the federation and one important aspect
00:15:11is when there is a comprehensive
00:15:15consensus based national election plan, they should
00:15:18also stand with the center in fight against
00:15:22terroritism. unfortunately we have seen in past 10
00:15:25years, that wasn't the case, remember the
00:15:28earlier while you were talking about Pakistan's fight on
00:15:32terror, I heard you were mentioning 20
00:15:35years, it has been... quarter of a century
00:15:39since the 9/11 incident and since
00:15:42then Pakistan has been part of this world right? so the
00:15:46important thing to remember is that last time when
00:15:50we checked there were around
00:15:5382000 casualties that we had actually sacrificed
00:15:57to this war and that was the last time I think we
00:16:01counted I don't think we are still counting but with
00:16:05that kind of sacrifice that this country... has given not
00:16:08only for Pakistan but also for the entire human
00:16:11civilization. I think one all
00:16:15of our you know hands must be on deck and
00:16:19everybody must be singing from the same hind sheet.
00:16:23Unfortunately what we have seen is that there was
00:16:25a lot of you know
00:16:29terror apology that was give offered
00:16:32repeatedly by that province particularly
00:16:36has. leadership and that is why
00:16:40unfortunately we have seen demortalization especially in
00:16:43police and other local
00:16:46authorities and they have been actually subjected
00:16:50exactly and these are all facts and thank you so much for sharing it with us
00:16:53and our audiences as well and since you know the conversation is now moved into
00:16:57a juncture way we are speaking about you how to
00:17:02ask see things in retrospecti let you if you are to speak about you know the
00:17:06progress that we have made so what measurable progress do you think we have made in the
00:17:10quarter of a century on this war on terror? number one, what verificable
00:17:14mechanisms
00:17:14do you think have been adopted or probably needs to be adopted in order to make
00:17:18sure that you that we
00:17:20get get rid of this menas and then how do you think that we can move towards
00:17:23a stronger civilian governance
00:17:26system? right? and that is beautiful
00:17:30question, thank you very much for asking that. there are two
00:17:32dimensions to the situation, one is external,
00:17:36of course the... country is fighting terrorism beyond its border
00:17:40as well, but inside the border, the one thing that you have
00:17:44to appreciate is that over past
00:17:47decade we have seen that Pakistan
00:17:51has actually removed any pockets of resistance
00:17:55sort of terrorism, now whatever they are actually
00:17:58deploying is godzilla tactics and
00:18:02that continues unabated, but the country is fighting
00:18:05back and earlier you spoke about ibuos, i
00:18:08think that is covered, intelligence based operations
00:18:12that actually go because the terror also now
00:18:16hiding in regular
00:18:19communities, that's why intelligence based operations are
00:18:23very important where intelligence actually is gathered and
00:18:26then you take out the that, so that is
00:18:30continuing out also, one aspect that is very
00:18:34important and you asked about that also improve. doing the
00:18:38quality of governance, especially in the
00:18:41merged parts the
00:18:44provinces very important, why? because those are the
00:18:48areas there you used to have semi tribal
00:18:52system, actually travel system, and then now we are
00:18:56trying to mainstream that, and while
00:19:00about 15, 20 years ago, what we saw was that there was
00:19:03influx of taliban terrorists. they
00:19:07actually came and they you know
00:19:11killed most the tribal elders, so there was, thank you,
00:19:15thank you so much, thank you so much mr. patafi for sharing your opinions as
00:19:19to how Pakistan really needs to progress ahead and making sure that you that
00:19:23there's lesser concentration, but rather what we are able to achieve
00:19:27is to make sure that the land is safe, that the
00:19:30sovereinity, that the territorial integrity, ladies and gentlemen is
00:19:34maintained and that to making sure that you that certainly do
00:19:38not get into any other you know further more
00:19:41you know such sort of kinetic exercises to make sure
00:19:45that we you know protect our civilians may be the property of civilians
00:19:49and certainly we have seen that in the past as well so the question stands how can
00:19:53Pakistan actually achieve you know the border security without allowing the
00:19:57conflict allowing the conflict to actually expand into
00:20:00another permanent confrontation because Pakistan certainly does not want any
00:20:04other sort of confrontation but if
00:20:06it is to come down to our territorial integrity and sovereinity, each and every
00:20:10Pakistani is actually going
00:20:12to stand united, may be our political leadership, may be our military
00:20:15leadership, we stand, honerable depty prime minister of Pakistan,
00:20:19Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar Saheb,
00:20:23honorable ambassador Khalid Mehmoud Saheb, chairman Board of Governors,
00:20:26Institute of Strategic studies Islamabad, ambassador Minhaq
00:20:30Sahib, director general Institute of Strategic studies
00:20:34Islamabad, my Very
00:20:37dear foreign guest speakers, Mr. James Watt, Mr. Georgio, Mr.
00:20:41Joseph, honorable Nasim Zera Saiba, renowned
00:20:45international relations expert and the professor. It is
00:20:48my pleasure and honor to be
00:20:52here at this all important international
00:20:55conference on Pakistan's evolving
00:20:59counter terrorism landscape and regional peace and
00:21:02security. i think this conference couldn't have come
00:21:06a better time and this is the most pertinent
00:21:10issue that we are faced with. pakistan
00:21:14for the past many decades has been fighting the good
00:21:18fight with at the forefront of
00:21:22this war against terrorism and
00:21:25this status of being at the
00:21:28forefront has come at an immense
00:21:31cost. other nation in the
00:21:34world can claim that they have lost
00:21:38more than 90000 lives in the war against
00:21:41terrorism. other nation in the world
00:21:45can claim that they have suffered economic
00:21:49losses. over hundre billion
00:21:51dollars, when we represent
00:21:54Pakistan at conferences,
00:21:58like this one, we stand before you
00:22:02as ambassadors of peace, as harbengers
00:22:06of regional security, we
00:22:09stand as a symbol
00:22:12of defiance against violent extremism, we
00:22:16stand as a symbol of resistance, against
00:22:20terrorism and terrorists across the
00:22:23globe. Ladies and gentlemen,
00:22:26Pakistan has been a
00:22:29shield between the terrorists and the rest the
00:22:31world, when one Pakistani lays down
00:22:35his or her life fighting against terrorism,
00:22:39yes it's to make Pakistan safer
00:22:41place, but it also
00:22:45contributes to global peace
00:22:49because "the world is safer place when we
00:22:53fight this good fight.
00:22:56pakistan's role recently in
00:23:00the mediation process between the United States and Iran has once
00:23:04again proven that we believe in peace and we
00:23:08genuinely want to bring peace to the world.
00:23:11immense efforts have been made under the able leadership of prime
00:23:15minister shahbas sharif the way deputy prime minister.
00:23:44bring peace to the entire region, it would
00:23:47enhance our trade with central. Asia, it would
00:23:51enhance our foreign investments, it would
00:23:55lead to more cooperation and connectivity between nation states
00:23:59of this region, and pakistan has
00:24:03not only been part of
00:24:07negotiations in different parts the world in which the deputy prime minister has been there, the
00:24:10defense minister has been there, our national security advisor has been
00:24:14part these plays and Pakistan has tried to
00:24:18explain to the inter Afghan government
00:24:22that we believe in peace and prosperity and we want to
00:24:25bring peace to the people of this region and especially the people of
00:24:29Afghanistan, but
00:24:32unfortunately our advice has fallen on deaf
00:24:35years. Pakistan has been a generous
00:24:39host to over four million Afghan
00:24:42refugees for over four
00:24:43decades and we've paid a
00:24:47very high cost. of being generous
00:24:51hosts, but our hospitality and our
00:24:54generosity, unfortunately has
00:24:58been has never been repaid in
00:25:00kindness, we've suffered because
00:25:04there is regime in Afghanistan which only believes in
00:25:08violence and only believes in extremism. if you look at the facts and
00:25:11figures, there are safe havens across our
00:25:15international border towards Afghanistan
00:25:19and the United nations and independent
00:25:22assessments have estimated that over
00:25:266000 TTP terrorists are there in Afghanistan with the
00:25:30total estimated terrorist presence of over
00:25:322000 and since the return the Afghan
00:25:36Taliban in 2021, the TTP
00:25:40has continued to exploit Afghan territory for
00:25:43recruitment, training, facilitation, planning and attacks
00:25:47against Pakistan using using Afghan soil.
00:25:52and in the recent
00:25:54past we have responded to these
00:25:57attacks, because one
00:26:01cannot allow, terrorists to use safe havens within
00:26:05Afghanistan to attack
00:26:07Pakistan. Pakistan's
00:26:11desire for peace must not be
00:26:14construed for its
00:26:16weakness. We believe in peaceful
00:26:20coexistence. We want to peaceful
00:26:22Afghanistan, but just look at
00:26:26the plight the Afghan
00:26:28people, in particular women in Afghanistan.
00:26:33"they have been denied the right to education,
00:26:37they have been denied the right economic empowment, and they are
00:26:41not part the productive workforce, because the
00:26:44regime believes in violent extremism and they have their own ideology and
00:26:48own brand of Islam, which has nothing to do with Islam,
00:26:52now regime which denies minorities and women,
00:26:56their basic rights and promotes violent
00:26:59extremism." " Pakistan has
00:27:03tried it best to bring them to common
00:27:06terms, but unfortunately in the recent past these
00:27:10palies have not been successful within
00:27:13Pakistan
00:27:16we have been
00:27:18successful in creating a narrative against these
00:27:22terrorists and I was recently in Khaber Pakhtunkhah, I
00:27:25visited Kohatt where terrorist
00:27:29strikes had taken place and I had the honor
00:27:33of interacting with the injured in the combined
00:27:37military hospital in cohart, the people of heber
00:27:40paxtunkhah are very very firm
00:27:44and resolute for fighting this war
00:27:48against terrorism, they want terrorism to be eradicated from that
00:27:52province and i
00:27:54think very welcome change yesterday has taken
00:27:58place which will now enable the people
00:28:01oftun and empower them to
00:28:05fight against terrorism and eradicate terrorism for all times to
00:28:08come. the 38th UN
00:28:12monitoring report has recorded the
00:28:16relocation of almost 2000 TTP terrorists and their families from
00:28:19border areas to deep inside
00:28:22Afghanistan. Ladies and
00:28:25gentlemen, if Afghanistan continues to provide
00:28:29safe Havens to these terrorists.
00:28:34How can peace be achieved?
00:28:38Pakistan government, the foreign office led by honorable
00:28:41senator, the
00:28:43military, there has been
00:28:47complete unity of thought and action between all stakeholders within
00:28:51Pakistan that come what
00:28:53may we will achieve peace
00:28:56inshallah and we will eradicate
00:28:59terrorism not only from face of
00:29:02Pakistan,
00:29:03but the from the face the region. The people of this region deserve
00:29:07better, the people of this region
00:29:10deserve prosperity, welfare
00:29:14and security. And on behalf the government of
00:29:17Pakistan, I would like to express this
00:29:20resolve that we are faced with the
00:29:23condandrom, but together with will
00:29:26power, with determination and with inner
00:29:30strength, we will inshallah over. these challenges because we
00:29:33understand them and
00:29:35we have the capacity to overcome them. the world has seen during
00:29:39Mark that when war is imposed upon
00:29:42us, we know how to respond back and we
00:29:46know how to win, alhamdulillah, and the world has seen that when it comes to
00:29:49negotiating peace, we have the
00:29:51capability of mediating peace,
00:29:55so Pakistan stands for peace and Pakistan is desirous of
00:29:59region which stands. for
00:30:02prosperity and security. Thank you very much. Pakistan
00:30:06Zindabad.
00:30:14I now have the honor of inviting the chief guest honorable Senator
00:30:18Mohammad Saqdar, deputy prime minister and foreign minister of
00:30:22Pakistan, to address the
00:30:23gathering.
