00:02:30ongoing negotiations between Iran and Oman regarding
00:02:33future operations, arrangements for straight hormoson and how it
00:02:37may seem logical to many, yet
00:02:40unbearable and unacceptable to the US and its
00:02:43friends. Well, I think we've
00:02:46been here many times
00:02:48of before, in various guises
00:02:51where there is a
00:02:52tantalizing appeal of some sort
00:02:56of settlement that is going to say the oil price. is first
00:03:00and foremost um, but as we know
00:03:04of there've
00:03:04been sires and agreements
00:03:08which have driven the oil price price down again,
00:03:12and then there's been a lot of insider trading, trading,
00:03:16probably associated with the US
00:03:19of administration of and Israel, that is
00:03:22then um taken advantage
00:03:26of the
00:03:26of the price move and and then started hostility. cities
00:03:30again, as you pointed out in your introduction, the
00:03:34fact that there is an agreement between Iran and
00:03:37Oman um is a good thing
00:03:40in a way, but that is not really the issue, the issue
00:03:44is
00:03:44of how are the other parties going to react, um,
00:03:48there's i saw briefly there was an
00:03:51of attack on an Indian tanker, not in the straight of
00:03:55mousse, but clearly the situation is volatile everywhere
00:03:59' "the thing is that Israel and the US
00:04:03seem intent on pursuing their current
00:04:07course, in Israel's case it seems to be a course of
00:04:10self-destruction and in the US's case um
00:04:14its military supremacy is clearly
00:04:17of been um
00:04:18of eclipsed
00:04:19of as not what they claim to be, um, I'm sure you're
00:04:23aware as I am, the
00:04:25a number of missiles they've they've used and how their
00:04:29of stop pile of weapons." is diminishing um, so
00:04:32I'm not sure where this where this gets us to from here
00:04:36on, but certainly the countries in the
00:04:40region, Oman, Saudi,
00:04:42of Kuwait and other gulf nations are
00:04:45in a difficult position where that they are clearly to
00:04:49some degree beholden
00:04:50a to Israel, as are many countries, not least through their
00:04:54infrastructure and um information
00:04:58technology ' which which is something
00:05:02of a blackmail lever, but
00:05:05they they would clearly prefer
00:05:10of to come to an
00:05:11of agreement with Iran if they... can uh, but they're being pulled in
00:05:14two directions, so I don't think it's possible to predict with any
00:05:18certainty what what happens from here on? great

00:05:29now your initial take on Iran and Oman sitting down for these discussions, which
00:05:33I should uh add clarify for our viewers, they're
00:05:37nothing new, they began in the very first days following the Iran
00:05:40a US seas far. back on April 8th, so they
00:05:44going on for a couple months now, and they've actually entered a more
00:05:47serious phase after the June 18th agreement known as the
00:05:51Apakistan mediated memorandum of
00:05:53understanding. Greetings to you, to your guest
00:05:57and all the viewers, starting this to
00:06:01see it from different dimensions. Well, first
00:06:05of all, according to the international law, we have so
00:06:09many treaties going on in the world.
00:06:13from Dofor to Montre
00:06:16to Jabaltar to Suas Canal,
00:06:20bosford
00:06:20the Neil and so many others are there is some kind
00:06:24of treaties and agreements under the
00:06:28international law and we see
00:06:31that they are getting fees under
00:06:34what so called service
00:06:37charge and I believe they
00:06:41Oman and have the right
00:06:45to to get so
00:06:48such agreements between both them in order to
00:06:52get what so called service charge, so this is
00:06:56from one point, from the other point we can see if there is
00:06:59no American pressure on the
00:07:02Gulf states and the Gulf states will
00:07:06put pressure on Oman not to go all the way
00:07:10along with the Iranian. benefits and
00:07:14Omani's benefits,
00:07:16from the legal point of view,
00:07:20we can see we are talking about two coastal
00:07:24countries, Oman and Iran, and the intervention coming
00:07:28from 8 thous mile miles
00:07:31away to interfere and who has right to
00:07:35do on his own water or
00:07:38land legal
00:07:41right? so I believe if we take it
00:07:45from all those dimensions, Iran and
00:07:49will get to a certain treaty, what whatever
00:07:53they want to call it, they will call it, as I said service
00:07:56charge or let's say a transit
00:08:00fees or so on, but there is another thing that it
00:08:04should be taken right now
00:08:07and you know under
00:08:10what the minister foreign affairs, the Iranian
00:08:14minister of foreign affairs said that the straight of hormos is
00:08:18open during peace time and it is closed
00:08:22during war time, so times, so you have
00:08:25to choose, he he's talking about the his talking with the
00:08:29American and he's talking with the whole world, if you want this
00:08:33straight of hormos to be open and normal, so
00:08:37it must bring, you must bring peace to this
00:08:40area and... f: do you think the US
00:08:43seeing um Iran and Oman too empowered
00:08:47uh by exercising their sovereignty and establishing this management
00:08:51system that they feel uh at least with with Iran you saw how they
00:08:54extended how Iran extended the leverage the Strater Hormos to protect the
00:08:58people of Lebanon how it gas stations
00:09:02in California people paying
00:09:04an access of six to seven dollars a gallon for gas and for our international
00:09:07viewers that might not know what a gallon of gas that's about what four to five
00:09:11liters of
00:09:12of uh gasoline so uh uh most of America was paying over
00:09:16four between
00:09:17four and $5 a gallon uh some states over six
00:09:21or seven dollars a gallon um do you think that that heads in
00:09:25a DC especially in the Trump cabinet not to mention how much a blowback Hexith got
00:09:29in front the the appropriations committee in front the senate with respect to rising gas
00:09:33prices, energy costs, how much you think uh that contributed to
00:09:37Trump saying forget about the mou, we got to take somehow take a
00:09:41control the street hormos. away from the
00:09:42Iranians? um,
00:09:45well, clearly that is, that may be an
00:09:49ambition, but um, that doesn't seem
00:09:52possible, in the context of what we've seen over the last few
00:09:56months, America doesn't have the way with all to do
00:09:59that. um, I think we need to make
00:10:03distinct distinction between those
00:10:07who are ostensibly in power,
00:10:10but not really, because there aren't... are answerable to much
00:10:14higher authority that that is pulling the strings,
00:10:18um, is the American government acting in the
00:10:22interest the American people, undoubtedly?
00:10:25it isn't otherwise this would never have started,
00:10:28so in many respects what is going on
00:10:32is one but one component the war on us
00:10:35all, this is this is the structure it
00:10:39in its death throats that is conducting a
00:10:42war across the globe against
00:10:45people, people of of Europe, people the
00:10:49UK, people the us and and people globally
00:10:53um and the structure has no... interest in reaching
00:10:56satisfactory deals and those that are
00:10:59ostensibly in power are occurring more
00:11:03well to insider trading and various
00:11:06deals, I mean there's a great land grab
00:11:10going on across across Gaza,
00:11:13Lebanon and beyond,
00:11:16um, the thing is in chaos,
00:11:19but um, nobody is really in control, they're responding to the
00:11:23incentives. 'um, but the
00:11:27they're now almost a position where they've gone so far,
00:11:31they have very little to lose by continuing the
00:11:34chaos. um, the only hope that we have is
00:11:38that the the populations the various countries
00:11:42withdraw all support, all cooperation and compliance with
00:11:46their governments, because this is obviously
00:11:49very visible and destructive
00:11:52and horrific ' situation with the
00:11:56number of deaths that occurring in the middle
00:11:58east, but there is a war going on
00:12:02domestically across Europe, UK and the
00:12:05US, and so it's really
00:12:09up to people to realize that in the main their governments are
00:12:13not acting in their interests, but they're playing the game with
00:12:16geopolitics and they seem to have no alternative
00:12:20but to keep doing what they're doing, otherwise we would have we wouldn't have got
00:12:24into. this situation and Ali, I'd like to
00:12:28also have you a way in on that, because Iran never exercised its
00:12:32control or leverage, you very well know pre February uh 28th
00:12:36until its leader, until its top commanders, its political elite,
00:12:40its teachers, its students, families, infrastructure, we're all targeted
00:12:44by the US and Israel, and now it does not want to hold global
00:12:47energy in um, as hostage, you very well know, it just wants to
00:12:51deter future attacks against this aggression or aggression against the country, so
00:12:55"in essence, the US opposing this new management system by
00:12:59Moscot and Tehran would only do it why? I mean if
00:13:02Iran is willing
00:13:02to establish a system that will streamline and allow full
00:13:05navigation to conclude and transpire
00:13:09through the straight, no one should object, unless they have more
00:13:13machinations, plots and plans for future attacks against Iran. I don't
00:13:16want to see Iran with that deterrance capacity.
00:13:20Well, let's see what's the outcome for United State and what's the
00:13:24benefit." of united state if the strate of horm
00:13:28was kept closed or
00:13:31blocked, what's the interest of unite of united state
00:13:35and what's the benefit of united state if to continue

00:14:56crise or crisis coming up to
00:15:00United States all because the United State wants to
00:15:04protect the Israelis and the superiority their
00:15:07security and not to protect Israel but
00:15:11because Israel is protected by the some Arab
00:15:14countries geographically
00:15:17and let's say some
00:15:21kind of strategy deep strategy geographically and
00:15:25politically and also economically, because we can see
00:15:28some state of
00:15:31normalizations in in the region, they are protecting Israel, they are
00:15:34supporting Israel, and they are also... participating with the
00:15:38Israel is against Palestinian and Lebanese, I'm talking military
00:15:42wise, the problem is right now is why
00:15:45United States should spend from 2001 to
00:15:482023 or 24 more than
00:15:5213 trillion dollar to protect the Israeli
00:15:55superiority in the region, what's what's for, if
00:15:59United State were was before attacking
00:16:03Iran, dominating or
00:16:06controlling. the oil
00:16:09export from
00:16:12Persian Gulf states, I'm talking about the
00:16:16Arab states, and they were free
00:16:20to go and to pass through
00:16:24straight of hormos
00:16:25or Babel Mandab freely, there was not, there was

00:17:15should do if they are grapped by the neck,
00:17:19Iran is grapping them by the neck economically, and
00:17:22still the big explosion not come yet,
00:17:26because if only the
00:17:30American and the Israelis and the Saudis are not
00:17:33allowed to either by Babel Mandab or straight of. almost
00:17:37to pass, so what's gonna happen if the petrol dollar
00:17:41will change, will switch to petro
00:17:45yan, then it will be a big
00:17:48step - deep in the heart
00:17:52the united state economy, so I believe right now they should
00:17:56change and they cannot refill their
00:18:00strategic reserve of oil which is like
00:18:03more than 400 million barrel and I
00:18:07believe they they need more time for that, but
00:18:11this is all connected to the 14 points that been
00:18:15agreed upon on Islam in Islamabad, and the first
00:18:19one is open straight of hormos
00:18:22against the stopping war and withdrawal the
00:18:26Israeli enemy from South Lebanon, this is didn't
00:18:29happen, so and I think the Iranian will
00:18:32still stubborn in such poem and the straight of
00:18:36hormones. will be kept closed or
00:18:40blocked until the American will
00:18:43let Lebanon free
00:18:47from the the
00:18:50K9 or from the Israeli
00:18:53aggression against it and then the state of hormones
00:18:57will be opened and after that we will have another 60
00:19:00days to to have negotiations over
00:19:04the nuclear program only nuclear. program
00:19:08only, not the percentage of enrichment, only

00:19:16what the Iranian has put on the table, the American

00:19:23their plans and they come in with the
00:19:27same results out the Iranian, because the Iranian

00:19:35power or much more powerful. in in
00:19:38strategy, in geography and in the logistic ways
00:19:42against the United States in the region. a great take the very

00:20:08fruits the US and Israelies wanted to see and there's no uh uh
00:20:11guarantee that continued or protracted aggression is ever going to reach
00:20:15us's objectives when it comes to Iran so and it's also no secret
00:20:18Clive that Iran is using the straight to protect its people and its
00:20:22allies in the region and by opposing this I mean the US is
00:20:26proporting it's opposing this because uh Iran's leverage over
00:20:30or a management system over the straight of hormose uh because it wants to
00:20:34protect international shipping but many uh critics feel no It wants to
00:20:38obstruct any deterrance Iran has to protect itself against
00:20:41future US and Israeli
00:20:43aggression. Well, there is much
00:20:46bigger context to this in terms the...
00:20:50economic system um which
00:20:53runs on money basically uh
00:20:56and that that system inevitably needs the
00:21:00reset and in 2008 there was not a reset all
00:21:04the debt that was driven up by banks and other
00:21:08financial player was socialized so we paying for it
00:21:12ever since um and this economic collapse
00:21:16is unfolding irrespective of what's happening in the oil world.
00:21:20um basically that the system works on the basis
00:21:23of people having the wear with all to buy goods
00:21:27and services for which they pay money,
00:21:31but the the increasing robotization,
00:21:34automation, AI, all these things are reducing the
00:21:38need for labor, so this this system, this structure that we've
00:21:42lived on under for some 3,000 years is
00:21:46now coming to the end of its useful life '
00:21:50and it's this is not the place to go into it, but an alternative is
00:21:54rising, but on the question the war, the reason that the
00:21:58war card is being played and there is no
00:22:01willingness on behalf the US, Israel and the
00:22:05other players to actually make peace, is that they are being forced
00:22:09into a position to play the war card, because they know
00:22:13that the game is up as far as a global economy is
00:22:16concerned, so we're we're a situation where the... have no
00:22:20choice but to keep doing what they're doing, which is why I say
00:22:24the power has to come from the people of America, your
00:22:28other guess mentioned maga make America great
00:22:32again, um, basically the whole maga movement was a
00:22:35big smoke screen for actually making
00:22:38America less great than it ever was, in fact
00:22:42destroying America as it was understood to
00:22:46be, so this is perpetual.
00:22:50war is something that has been going on since
00:22:522001, is partially to distract,
00:22:56it's to increase surveillance, increase control, but they're
00:23:00losing control, individuals around the
00:23:03world are, particularly
00:23:05in Europe, the US and the UK

00:23:20is that we have economic collapse which is in progress, it's

00:23:30choice but to keep continuing, continuing
00:23:34wars, not just in in the middle east, but we've got similar
00:23:38problems between Pakistan and
00:23:42India in Kashmir uh and
00:23:45elsewhere, um, so war is, war
00:23:49is something... that is always used to distract people from what's really
00:23:53going on in terms the way people are being
00:23:56abused and causing causing self
00:23:59abuse merely to survive, but that period is coming to an
00:24:03end and we're in the midst of a paradigm shift and this
00:24:07war like many the other madness that is going on
00:24:11at the moment are indicative of a transition to something
00:24:15new, don't have
00:24:18any choice in what? they do, because that's all they
