00:00:52of Good evening
00:00:56from Tehran, I am Bahman Roy and this is Press TV
00:00:58a news. of Iran's

00:01:12suffered an engine room explosion in the southern sector
00:01:15of the water bay. It said the vessel turned off all
00:01:18identification and navigation systems before attempting
00:01:21to pass through unauthorized waters. This marks the third

00:01:29fire. attempting illegal transit, the IRGC Navy
00:01:33reiterated that any vessel operating in the straight of hormos with

00:01:47in Iran's top security official tells Press TV an exclusive
00:01:50interview that the US has suffered defeat after defeat against
00:01:54Iran and that is why Washington has turned to economic war
00:01:58against the country.

00:02:30Even to end the board, the secretary
00:02:32of the Supreme National Security Council says an end is in the hands
00:02:35of Iran and they will not stop their resistance until they get what is
00:02:39rightfully theirs. Razi added that the US is the root
00:02:42of the problem concerning the straight of
00:02:45in hormos, the general said Iran seeks management
00:02:47of the straight to ensure regional
00:02:50of security,
00:02:50of especially in the Persian Gulf. He also rejected the US's claim that
00:02:54it is transporting major amounts of oil through the keep water
00:02:57bay. The general said the US is only used.
00:03:24a
00:03:25of
00:03:30Secondly, over
00:03:30a the past few
00:03:31of months, we have been hitting five
00:03:33of the ships used by smugglers every night. The sendcom
00:03:37commander leads the smuggling work. He also uses
00:03:41the UAE's military. They use five or six small
00:03:44vessels for transportation of oil to larger tankers, but
00:03:48we also hit five or six
00:03:50of them every night. This is smuggling job along the southern
00:03:53side
00:03:54of the straight that costs dearly and has numerous risks.
00:03:58Then Trump says the straight is open. Then again, he says, I
00:04:02transport oil, but natural gas is not transiting, the
00:04:05same goes for helium and
00:04:07fertilizers.
00:04:11Also war that American
00:04:13a assets, including key data and AI centers will be struck if the
00:04:17US vages another act of aggression against Iran. He said Iran
00:04:20still has untouched targets in the UAE and
00:04:23a straight of musda will be hit in case of new aggression. He said
00:04:27those targets are worth nearly two trillion dollars. and formed the beating
00:04:31heart
00:04:31of the US's
00:04:32economy.
00:04:36The Yemen Armed forces spokes person says a major wave of
00:04:40long-range missile and drone strikes has targeted key airports and
00:04:43energy infrastructure across Saudi
00:04:45Arabia.
00:04:49The armed forces carried out for qualitative operations in the past 24
00:04:53hours using ballistic and cruise missiles and drones. The
00:04:57first operation targeted in three phases king. international airport in
00:05:01Riad, resulting in the disruption of air traffic and the complete closure
00:05:05of the airport. The second operation targeted the sugar dam
00:05:08gas facility belonging to Arenco in the eastern province
00:05:11of
00:05:12of and resulted. in large fires breaking out at the targeted
00:05:14site. The third operation targeted the Arenco
00:05:18tanajib oil refinery in the eastern province and resulted an ignition in
00:05:22it. The fourth operation targeted King Ford International
00:05:26Airport in Damma.
00:05:30Bricateer general Yahya Sari added Yemani forces deployed six
00:05:33ballistic missiles and two drones against Saudi back troops in Bapal
00:05:37Mandab. He said the attacks are in response to over 124
00:05:41Saudi backed. strikes across Yemen in 24 hours
00:05:45(24 hours) Yahya Sari reiterated the
00:05:49warning against using Saudi airports accept them potential
00:05:53targets. He said operations would continue to escalate under the
00:05:56principle of escalation for escalation and blockade for
00:06:00blockade until Saudi military aggression and the siege are brought to an
00:06:04end. Military and
00:06:08strategic analyst Ali Hamiah believes Saudi Arabia is losing the war
00:06:11in Yemen. and is now begging other countries for
00:06:14help,
00:06:18the saudis are losing the strategic war, why? because
00:06:22the yemanies are not in need of water passes or
00:06:26to pass through babel mandab or somewhere
00:06:30else, they are the they are very
00:06:33close to to Africa, they are at the edge of
00:06:37oman sea,
00:06:39at the shore of sea, at the shore of oman. red
00:06:43sea and also the Arabian sea, Saudi
00:06:47Arabia is in short
00:06:50strategy, luck of strategy to go into war
00:06:54against Yemen for exp,
00:06:57you know they experienced such war for eight years
00:07:00with huge allies and
00:07:03more more effective and strongest allies
00:07:07ever for eight years before, and they did not
00:07:11succeed,
00:07:11now they are trying. some mercenaries, they are trying to
00:07:15help for the triple agreements in Mikistan,
00:07:19theystan they you know it gets
00:07:23to port of algilani to send some port of
00:07:26algilani to send some mercenaries to al yeman to
00:07:30fight on behalf of Saudi Arabia, so we
00:07:34see that Saudi Arabia for such
00:07:37escalation, it's exactly remind us
00:07:40of what happened during Yemen
00:07:43supporting gaza saying escalation
00:07:47against escalation uh airport against
00:07:51airport and this is exactly what happened and it's
00:07:55all still the allie, the resistance
00:07:58ally for the benefits of Palestine against
00:08:02the abstin allies for the
00:08:06benefits of
00:08:06Israel.
00:08:12responded to American President Donald Trump's call for Ukraine to pick
00:08:16new
00:08:16leader.
00:08:20President Trump said
00:08:23that um that we need Ukraine needs new president. So first of all
00:08:27with all respect to president Trump -
00:08:30it's up to our society, up to our
00:08:34people to choose one or another
00:08:37leader. In an
00:08:41interview with ABC news. Zelensky said, conducting such an
00:08:44election violates Ukrainian law and constitution, his remarks
00:08:48came day after Trump said Ukraine needed a new president who would agree
00:08:52to end the war. The exchange is the latest and long history of tensions
00:08:56between the two presidents, which previously included a heated oval
00:09:00office
00:09:00confrontation.
00:09:06The American president Donald Trump says Ukraine and Russia have agreed to immediate
00:09:10energy cease fire. Trump did not. any more details about the
00:09:14deal, he has both sides to refrain from violating the agreement
00:09:17though, following Trump's remarks, Ukrainian president Voladimir
00:09:21Zelensky said he was surprised about the announcement, describing
00:09:25it as unheard news, but said he would agree to it if his Russian
00:09:29counterpart did the same. Russian president Vladimir Putin is yet to make
00:09:33a comment, the deal comes a day after Trump said Moscow agreed to
00:09:36release 300,000 tons of diesel immediately to the
00:09:40American and global marketplace estimate. suggest the US could
00:09:44estimate suggest the US could consume that amount of diesel in
00:09:48less than 13 hours, raising questions about whether the announcement
00:09:52is aimed more at influencing the upcoming midterm elections than
00:09:55addressing the country's actual fuel
00:09:57needs.
00:10:04Press TV is Maria Mazar is with me to discuss
00:10:06this issue of further. Mari I'm very good to have you on this news bulletin.
00:10:09Well, President Trump has highlighted Russia's promise to release. 300 thous tons
00:10:13of diesel, while critics question whether this would
00:10:17meaningfully address US's actual fuel needs, is
00:10:20Washington prioritizing domestic political gains ahead them?
00:10:25elections over sustainable solution to the energy
00:10:28crisis? of course,
00:10:30I mean that's
00:10:30a very good question and that's typical America for you, because of
00:10:34course we have the situation between Russia and Ukraine as
00:10:37result the US efforts to actually weaken Russia
00:10:41uh and
00:10:42the the color revolution of course they had in in Ukraine and trying to
00:10:46start this war and of course during the course of this war
00:10:50they you know as
00:10:51a as result of this war uh they basically put lot of... on
00:10:55Russia and we saw uh the Russian uh President Putin was not even
00:10:59allowed to attend the UNGA because of
00:11:02course uh of this war between Russia and Ukraine that
00:11:06absolutely did not happen need to happen and did not need to take place
00:11:10had it not been for the US and NATO and we see
00:11:13now if if the the problem was really moral
00:11:17problem if the problem was really ethical problem then
00:11:21the sanctions on Russia should not have been lifted but we saw just this
00:11:25Trump actually signed the legislation some three weeks ago, it was only
00:11:29three weeks ago that he signed legislations to actually
00:11:32impose more sanctions on countries that buy uh
00:11:36and import uh diesel from Russia and now he's lifted
00:11:40those sanctions because of course Trump himself is uh underwater in
00:11:4439 states - in 39 states uh
00:11:48he he wants to vote for the midterm sudden morality doesn't mean anything,
00:11:52ethics don't mean anything because really if you know Russia. was the aggressor,
00:11:55then American elections should have had nothing to do with that, but
00:11:59let's see if that even helps Trump, if that even helps America at
00:12:03least, because what happens, we're talking about 300
00:12:07thousand uh tons of uh basically
00:12:11tons of diesel a single month. now Trump is saying that that
00:12:14amount is going to help uh the US and global
00:12:18markets, but the global markets, they need
00:12:21about 115 million uh...
00:12:25tons in tons in a single
00:12:29month and that that Russia would
00:12:32provide would be about 11 minutes of a single day uh
00:12:36and clearly that's not enough, that's about
00:12:395% the US export,
00:12:43actually daily export and so that might, I
00:12:47mean in rhetoric it might help and that could be so starting his
00:12:51media prop so starting his media prop no word uh
00:12:55from President Putin, no word uh from President Putin, no word uh
00:12:59from President Putin uh that Trump is, it seems
00:13:02unilaterally announcing a ceasefire
00:13:05uh an energy cease fire between the two countries, and of course he
00:13:09needs that energy cease fire uh on one hand, because
00:13:13if uh Russian infrastructure is targeted by
00:13:17Ukraine that that reduces the chance of Russia being able to
00:13:20provide, but also it's that even if Russia
00:13:24can provide. It's not enough uh, but Trump's
00:13:27claims uh Trump's post on uh the uh
00:13:31you know the social media uh it actually that's a signal to
00:13:34potential voters to feel better to think that their problems are
00:13:38solved and
00:13:39you now of course he's talking about how it's going to help the ranchers
00:13:43and the farmers who are actually, I mean the
00:13:46agriculture industry is gonna is taking the hardest hit as result
00:13:50the fuel prices and of course uh in big
00:13:54parts the whole country suffering as result the
00:13:57unprovoked aggression on Iran and so uh what the
00:14:01US did basically getting the you know with this
00:14:05war between Ukraine and Russia and then Ukrainian men being hunted
00:14:09down like animals by Zelensky's men and they're being
00:14:13sent to the frontlines uh handcuffed because of course they don't want to be
00:14:17fighting this war because they understand it's an absolutely unnecessary war but
00:14:20just as Trump started this war now he's saying that Zelanski should
00:14:25actually target uh Russian infrastructure anymore
00:14:28and in fact the reports that he has threatened uh
00:14:32Zelensky saying that uh basically if you target Russian
00:14:36infrastructure energy infrastructure uh we're going to stop sending you arms
00:14:40and everybody knows without the US help
00:14:44Ukraine would not be able to actually stand against Russia a
00:14:47major military and so this is very much very eye opening for the
00:14:51world and you know uh it's also very important for
00:14:55when to do negotiations because of course you know the
00:14:59US is lifting sanctions on Russia not because Russia
00:15:03was able to convince the US of anything but because the
00:15:07US is in hot water so if you want to win negotiations with the US,
00:15:10just make sure you have the right leverage and you won't even have to talk about
00:15:14anything, you will win the negotiation if the US is under enough
00:15:18pressure. Mayam, focusing on this so-called energy
00:15:21cease fire between the two countries, president says he was
00:15:25surprised by the announcement, but he would comply if Russia
00:15:28reciprocates. This just suggest genuine opening for
00:15:32deescalation between then two countries or could this agreements over the details
00:15:36and terms the agreement. quickly derailed the
00:15:39initiative. I mean, considering that the whole problem
00:15:43that started this, Ukraine Russia war was the
00:15:47US and NATO, obviously whenever the
00:15:50arming of Zelinski's forces by the
00:15:54NATO, by the US stops and whenever, then there
00:15:57obviously the the conflict would stop, because there was no
00:16:01conflict, before this, before the color revolution,
00:16:04before, NATO basically causing. uh this
00:16:08problem and of course we know that uh lot of people also in Ukraine they
00:16:12have very close kinship with Russian people, it's not as though they're
00:16:16very extremely different
00:16:18you know people, extremely different cultures, it was another
00:16:21unnecessary war that started because the US needed to
00:16:25make sure that other powers are not as strong, the
00:16:29US wanted to weaken Russia uh and to basically for
00:16:33brushan to not be able to compete, and as result that's...
00:16:38so naturally, if the US needs this war to be stopped,
00:16:42the the war would be stopped, if the US will stop arming
00:16:45Zelensky, then
00:16:47you know, and of course we know that for the longest time Russia tried to actually not get get
00:16:51into this war, but that's not what unfortunately the US
00:16:54allowed for. Maria, joining us from Artron
00:16:58Studios, thank you so much, Maria. Donald
00:17:02Trump's announced deal to buy diesel from Russia is not gone down well with
00:17:06the Americans. Social media reactions reveal growing anger over Trump's
00:17:10move, especially after his repeated statements insisting that
00:17:14European countries should stop buying Russian oil. Users on are
00:17:18arguing that the surge in US fuel prices is the result of Trump's
00:17:21failed war against Iran, not the war in
00:17:24Ukraine.
00:17:30If you're going to win you're going to have to not buy oil from Russia. Europe is, they're
00:17:34my friends, but they're buying oil from Russia. so we
00:17:38can't be expected to be the only ones that are full full
00:17:41bore. I put a 50% tariff on India because
00:17:45they're buying oil from Russia. I was unhappy with the European
00:17:49Union or let's say NATO when I saw that they were buying oil
00:17:53from Russia. So he has to criticize other countries for buying
00:17:56Russian fuel, because he understands that buying Russian
00:18:00fuel and means that you're giving feel to Putin, who will then use the
00:18:04money after selling said oil to buy more weapon? and
00:18:07manufacture more weapons to then use inside Ukraine, which
00:18:11then just prolongs the war, so he understands the concept, but he
00:18:15doesn't want to follow his own
00:18:16words.
00:18:20so it turns out Trump's plan to buy Russian diesel is blatantly illegal.
00:18:24There's the law right below, and it basically says, it can't
00:18:28happen until Congress certifies with 30 days notice that the
00:18:32war in Ukraine is over, which is absolutely not. This is how
00:18:36stupid they are. Trump is evil, this is
00:18:39absurd, and there are all a bunch of damn traits, because remember, we're at
00:18:43war with Iran, and the Iranians are using Russian satellite
00:18:47intelligence to kill American
00:18:49soldiers.
00:18:56Russia attacked Ukraine for years and a half ago. Russian oil was
00:19:00sanctioned since then, prices of diesel were fine in America, prices
00:19:04went up only after the war in Iran started. Stop blaming
00:19:08Ukraine, blame Trump and
00:19:09Corporations.
00:19:15It's a massive amount of massive oil coming into our country, and it's
00:19:19diesel. It's actually 300,00 tons. The
00:19:23US uses 500 thousand tons per day, so it's about
00:19:2716 massive our
00:19:28supply.
00:19:33Trump is making American taxpayers send cash to Putin, no
00:19:37diesel. fuel will ever come from Russia, prices in the US
00:19:40won't go down because the cause of fuel inflation is Trump's disastrous
00:19:44war against
00:19:45Iran.
00:19:50Russia and Ukraine have been at war for years and diesel prices didn't
00:19:54hit record highs until after Trump attacked
00:19:56Iran.
00:20:02Trump got 300 thousand tons of diesel from Putin, that's
00:20:062.5 million. barrels, the US consumes
00:20:103.5 to for million barrels of diesel a day.
00:20:13Trump got one half a day's worth of diesel off Putin, paying more for
00:20:17fuel so Israel can kill its neighbors. Isn't something I'm interested
00:20:20in?
00:20:28The European Commission has presented new integration road maps for
00:20:32four candidate nations, for four candidate nations, but
00:20:36Georgia has been left. out of domain document, EU en large
00:20:40stated that Georgia currently remains the candidate only on
00:20:43paper drawing sharp criticism from leaders in
00:20:46Tability.
00:20:50reports,
00:20:57the European Commission published its pre-enlargement policy review
00:21:00outlining steps to gradually integrate candidate countries into EU
00:21:04structures prior to full membership. While concrete road maps were
00:21:08drawn up to Montenegro, Albania, Moldova and Ukraine, the
00:21:12primary 25 page document made no mention of Georgia.
00:21:15Georgia has always been part of Europe. We, Georgian people, are
00:21:19European. It's unfortunate that we aren't recognized among EU candidate
00:21:23nations and that needs to change. An accompanying working document
00:21:27confirmed that while Georgia technically retains its formal candidate
00:21:31status, its accession process has been defacto halted. European
00:21:34officials points to legislative steps taken in Tibilises
00:21:382024 and law foreign policy alignments as key reasons
00:21:42behind the stand still. Georgia has always been a member the European
00:21:46Union, everything else is just a formality.
00:21:50holding georgian dream party swiftly pushed back against Brussels, framing the
00:21:54criticism as political pressure that undermines national
00:21:57sovereinity. officials argued that economic performance and domestic
00:22:01stability take priority, stating that Georgia six European
00:22:04integration with dignity rather than compliance any
00:22:08cost. I just heard Georgia isn't on the EU candidate
00:22:11list. Personally, I don't think we care or need it. Having
00:22:15lived in Europe, I moved back to Georgia escape their strict tax and
00:22:19business. regulations and high expenses here, doing business is
00:22:23simple and our potential for growth is much better,
00:22:27we shouldn't focus on the EU. As candidate countries like
00:22:31Moldova and Ukraine advance along the accession path, the widen
00:22:34policy gap between Brussel's highlights a fundamental
00:22:38disagreement over the terms of Georgia's European
00:22:41integration.
00:22:47And that brings us to the end of this news bulletin. Thank you so much for staying with us on
00:22:51Press TV, thank
00:22:54you.
00:23:15One morning, the balance of power in West Asia was
00:23:18shattered. October 7th was not simply another day
00:23:22of war. It was the moment, decades of assumptions,
00:23:26alliances and security doctrines began to
00:23:29collapse.
00:23:37And as the battlefield expanded from Gaza to the heart the
00:23:40region, one question became impossible to
00:23:43ignore: what was Iran prepared to risk, and how
00:23:47far would it go for Palestine? This is the...

00:26:33and I'm assad, we have the pleasure of having with us Dr. Mohsen
00:26:36Rizai, now he's major general Mohsen Ri, he is the
00:26:39secretary of Supreme National Security Council, also not is that he
00:26:43was the former commander and chief the Islamic Revolutionary guard core,
00:26:47among some the other credentials that he has, which is quite lengthy, he's also
00:26:51member the Expediency Discernment council, secretary the Supreme
00:26:55Council for the economy of coordination of
00:26:59nature and also the secretary the government's economic Committee. joins us
00:27:03in this edition the program unscripted. Dr. Mohsen Razay,
00:27:07welcome to the program. Thank you, I appreciate it.
00:27:10Thank you so much for joining us. My first question, given the fact that you have a
00:27:14military background concerns the fact that there's a
00:27:18amassment of troops that's building in the straight of hormos and the
00:27:22Persian Gulf area in particular. The US is
00:27:25claiming through various reports that it may go through
00:27:29with attack on the Islamic Republic.
00:27:33However, the numbers don't add up in terms of what's been
00:27:36analysed uh as what's required for for example a
00:27:40ground operation? give us your overview of what
00:27:44you think about the fact that the US is amassing its military arsenal
00:27:48along with the troop deployment, possible troop
00:27:51deployment to the region for possible attack on
00:27:54Iran. Bisم الله الرحمن

00:28:11Iran was one the most foolish wars in human history, it was
00:28:14unjust and extremely vicious war waged an
00:28:18inhumane manner against Iran. Donald Trump's administration
00:28:22blindly handed over the rains to Netanyahu, along when
00:28:26Netanyahu's uneducated secretary of
00:28:29war, Mr. Pete Hagzeth and his. secretary of
00:28:33state who has mistaken the state of department for the
00:28:37FBI, they entered a war with Iran without making a
00:28:41proper assessment or carrying out precise calculations,
00:28:44they thought they could bring the war to an end a short period of
00:28:48time, allowing Donald Trump to be celebrated as one
00:28:52the great heroes of American history and have his
00:28:56name written into the history books, now
00:28:59because of that same foolishness. they cannot find
00:29:03a way out of this war, they need sensible people in
00:29:07America to step in, take them by the hand
00:29:11and lead them out of this, otherwise their own recklessness
00:29:15will prevent them from finding a proper way to end this
00:29:18war. From the very beginning, however, we had made our own
00:29:22calculations for this war and adopted the right
00:29:25approach for managing it, we thought things
00:29:29through and adjusted our military. posture in
00:29:33line with how the war was developing. now because
00:29:37of that same foolishness, they cannot find a way out of this
00:29:40war. they need sensible people in America to step in, take them
00:29:44by the hand and lead them out of this, otherwise their own
00:29:48recklessness will prevent them from finding a proper way to end the
00:29:52war. from the very beginning, however, we had made our own
00:29:56calculations for this war and adopted the right approach to
00:30:00manage it. we thought things. through and adjusted
00:30:03our military posture in line with how the war was
00:30:07developing, for example, during the 12-day war, we
00:30:10revealed only very small portion of our
00:30:14capabilities, as result we did not deploy many of
00:30:18our resources during those first 12 days, we
00:30:21saw to demonstrate and use more of our
00:30:25capabilities as the United States escalated this
00:30:28war, the 40-day war was different, we brought... far
00:30:32more resources into the field and
