00:00:00that the industry begins to recover lost
00:00:03time, it needs to reinvent itself with a very
00:00:07high speed. Brazil has many opportunities
00:00:10for this in terms
00:00:13of looking
00:00:16internally, right? We are living in a moment where the tax reform
00:00:20brings a very strong concern,
00:00:23that is, there should be,
00:00:26if everything remains as it is today, until 2032.
00:00:30There should be a great concentration of industries
00:00:33in the Southeast region, or even we can say in the South-Southeast region,
00:00:37and why? Because in the North, Northeast,
00:00:40and Midwest regions, the tax incentives that are vital for
00:00:43the permanence of these business units, these
00:00:46industries in these regions, they will succumb
00:00:49from 2032. There will no longer be
00:00:52tax incentives, right, for these industries to remain
00:00:56in these regions, except, of course, the
00:01:00Amazon state region, where you have the free trade zone, the
00:01:04companies that are part of the Suframa system, right, but
00:01:07excluding Western Amazon, all other
00:01:10states, Amapá, Pará, Rondônia,
00:01:13right, the Midwest, the Northeast, above all, so,
00:01:16that is, this is a very big concern about how the
00:01:20next ruler, right, or the next government,
00:01:23regardless of who is elected this Sunday,
00:01:27the 25th, how it will deal with ensuring that companies
00:01:30continue to be encouraged to maintain employment,
00:01:34generate income, right? Otherwise,
00:01:37there will be a process of deactivation or
00:01:40decrease in companies moving to large consumer centers,
00:02:45thank you very much for receiving our team here. Thank you all, the
00:02:48business vision program continues in the studio with Jangue
00:02:52Diniz. Dear determined friends, I want to thank

00:03:03knowledge and his vision about the business
00:03:05world. A trajectory that certainly brings
00:03:09important lessons for those who want to understand and
00:03:12build successful businesses. And don't go
00:03:15anywhere, we're going for a quick break and when we come back, there's a
00:03:19special episode of the startup battle. We'll be right back, it's at the
00:03:23end of the comfort zone that the zone of success,
00:03:26prosperity, and wealth begins. Entrepreneur, prepare your company to

00:09:20Dear persistent people from all over Brazil, we are back
00:09:23on the program Vision and Business, entrepreneurship
00:09:26lessons. And now let's go to the battle
00:09:29of Startups. Have
00:09:32you ever thought about the importance of defining the responsibilities of
00:09:35each partner even before starting a
00:09:38company? Many businesses arise from the union
00:09:42of... friends, family or professionals
00:09:45who share a great idea, but a
00:09:48partnership cannot depend only on trust and
00:09:51friendship. It is fundamental to establish from the
00:09:55beginning, who will be responsible for management,
00:09:58for finances, for operations, for strategic
00:10:02decisions. It is also important to define the
00:10:05corporate participations, the rights, the duties
00:10:09and how possible conflicts will be resolved.
00:10:13When these rules are clear, the company gains
00:10:16organization, security and better conditions to
00:10:19grow. After all, a successful
00:10:23partnership needs shared objectives,
00:10:27but also well-defined responsibilities.
00:10:30Let's follow another episode of the startup battle
00:10:34and now it's time for us to
00:10:37hear from the determined Márcio Rodrigo, determined entrepreneur, Márcio
00:10:41Rodrigo here at our pitch table, who is the entrepreneur, creator,
00:10:44founder, you are the founder
00:10:47of Startup Arca, right? The time has come, so present Arca to
00:10:51Brazil in 60 seconds, go!
00:10:55Hello, I'm Márcio Rosa, I'm the founder of Arca. Arca is a platform
00:10:58that connects companies that need to offset their reverse logistics to
00:11:02reverse logistics credits. You at home,
00:11:06you consume an average of about 3 kg of
00:11:09waste per day. This waste ends up going
00:11:13to landfills. Arca's mission
00:11:16is to recover 100% of this waste
00:11:19directly from landfills. Before this trash is
00:11:22buried, is uh. generating problems for health,
00:11:26for society, in general, we will treat 100%
00:11:29of this waste, transforming it into
00:11:32value, into energy, into fuels, into gas and
00:11:36also generating the reverse logistics credit necessary for companies
00:11:39today that have a legal obligation to
00:11:43compensate 30% of the packaging they use and
00:11:47put on the market. This recovery will be done through the purchase of
00:11:51credits that are traded through the Arca online platform.
00:11:55Congratulations Márcio, that was also very good, right? Which
00:11:59pain of mine would you solve? Well, legally, each
00:12:03company has to compensate 30% of all the waste that is
00:12:06generated, it has to treat this waste. Today, a company that generates more than 8
00:12:10kg of waste per day, it has to treat it, it cannot
00:12:13discard it, this trash. We are recovering 65
00:12:17billion in value of waste that is currently
00:12:20buried every year in Brazil, so that this waste
00:12:23returns to the market, is recycled, recovered and that
00:12:27all this credit is available to companies or
00:12:30individuals who want to make their environmental footprint and
00:12:34want to make their compensation, but are not earning yet, not earning, because
00:12:38today we sell solutions to other countries, Germany, China
00:12:41and where they treat it
00:12:45there, here in Brazil we still haven't managed to put this into
00:12:48practice.
00:12:52That's right, persistent ones, we're reaching the end of another... business vision
00:12:55show, entrepreneurship lessons. And
00:12:59as we said at the beginning of the program, today's
00:13:02theme was leadership and strategic vision, the
00:13:05decisions that build great companies. Throughout the
00:13:09trajectory of any company, moments arise when it is
00:13:13necessary to make important choices:
00:13:16invest or wait, expand or
00:13:19consolidate, change strategy or maintain a
00:13:22path. These decisions... require
00:13:25knowledge, planning and, above all, a clear
00:13:29vision of where you intend to arrive.
00:13:32A good leader is not just one who makes decisions,
00:13:36it is one who knows how to listen, identifies opportunities,
00:13:39prepares their team, assumes responsibility for the
00:13:43results. Solid companies are
00:13:46built by people who can transform challenges into
00:13:50learning and decisions into opportunities
00:13:53for growth. And I want to leave you two tips,
00:13:56persistent one: first, develop your leadership
00:14:00capacity, value your team, know how to delegate
00:14:04responsibilities and build an environment of
00:14:07trust and commitment to results. Second
00:14:11tip: have strategic vision, do not make
00:14:14decisions thinking only of immediate results,
00:14:17plan for the future, evaluate risks and

00:15:00The federal police are investigating how Flávio Bolsonaro reached the border with
00:15:03Argentina and left Brazil without going through immigration
00:15:07control. From Argentina, the senator traveled with his family to
00:15:10Miami, disregarding a decision from the Supreme Federal Court
00:15:14that ordered the surrender of passports to the Federal Police.
00:15:17Despite the cancellation of the documents, Flávio managed to
00:15:21enter the United States and received humanitarian authorization
00:15:25to remain in the country. Hours later, he published a letter
00:15:29in which he declared himself president of Brazil.
00:15:32Given the negative repercussion, including among allies,
00:15:36he altered the text and then began to present himself as a political
00:15:39leader of Brazil, but maintained the accusations of fraud in the
00:15:43elections, without presenting any
00:15:46proof. After the publication of the letter, the president
00:15:49of the TSE, Minister Nunes Marques, reaffirmed that the electoral
00:15:53process occurred with total
00:15:55normality. The trial of the luxury car driver
00:15:59who caused an accident, killing an app driver in São
00:16:03Paulo, enters its second day today. According to witnesses,
00:16:06you remember. Fernando Sastre Jr. was drunk. This
00:16:10accident was in 2024.
00:16:13Important topic for us to talk about live with Douglas Dias who brings
00:16:16us live information from São Paulo. Hi Douglas, good
00:16:20morning.
00:16:24Good morning Fabiano, well, the forecast is that the trial will end today. The
00:16:27public prosecutor wants the defendant to be sentenced to more than 20 years in
00:16:31prison. Yesterday, the jury began to hear the witnesses for the
00:16:35prosecution and defense.
00:16:37Vinícius Rocha, who was in the car with Fernando Sastre Filho, said that his
00:16:41friend had been drinking before the accident and that his girlfriend didn't want him
00:16:45to drive. His ex-girlfriend Giovana Pinheiro did not appear
00:16:48and the judge ordered her compulsory attendance to
00:16:52testify. Fabiana. Thank you Douglas for the live
00:16:56information. And pay attention, folks! The National Institute of Meteorology
00:16:59warns of the risk of heavy rain in 12
00:17:03states. This is for today, you see? The orange alert for storms
00:17:06includes. São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro,
00:17:10Goiás, Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul. The forecast is
00:17:14for up to 100 mm of rain, which is a lot, folks,
00:17:18and winds that can reach 100 km/h. Of course,
00:17:21our journalism will keep an eye out to update you on the
00:17:25weather conditions as well. With this information, I conclude this edition of the

00:17:45Hi, good morning to you, Record News Rural is on air.
00:17:49A research by Embrapa carried out in the interior of São Paulo, shows that
00:17:52recovering degraded pastures with adequate
00:17:55management, can increase livestock productivity and
00:17:58help combat climate change.
00:18:02The researchers discovered that the best strategy is
00:18:06balance. The research found that it is possible to reconcile
00:18:09the increase in animal performance, economy, productivity
00:18:12with adequate environmental
00:18:15parameters. In addition to improving soil fertility and
00:18:18reducing costs, the technique can open the way for producers
00:18:22to earn money with carbon credits, without needing to
00:18:25deforest new areas. The carbon, in fact, is part of the organic
00:18:29matter that is essential for soil fertility, for
00:18:32water retention, for biodiversity. So
00:18:35what we did at this stage of the project
00:18:38was to measure carbon stocks, so we compared from
00:18:412011 to 2020 and showed that for
00:18:44this particular area you are increasing more
00:18:48than 2 tons of carbon per hectare
00:18:51per year, which is a very expressive value. It shows
00:18:54that the management is conciliating well the animal stocking, several
00:18:57aspects, and it is bringing this, this, this context
00:19:01of you increasing carbon and being able to put this into carbon
00:19:05credit projects uh if... this is the desire
00:19:08of rural producers, the researchers also developed a
00:19:11cheaper method to measure carbon in the soil, with the use of a
00:19:15near-infrared equipment, to be able to with a single measurement measure
00:19:19simultaneously, in fact you use the traditional method to calibrate this
00:19:23technique, but then you simultaneously measure the
00:19:26carbon, the bulk density which is already carbon stock and have
00:19:30this number, in this result we reached these values of more than 2
00:19:34tons of carbon per hectare per year, which gives more than
00:19:387 tons of CO2 equivalent, which is an avoided
00:19:42emission parameter, right? So, it is a result
00:19:46of value, it has a
00:19:49component of overcoming a scientific challenge. In this system,
00:19:52the soil accumulated more carbon than in areas of very
00:19:56intensive management. This happens because the grass grows
00:20:00better, develops roots and incorporates organic matter into
00:20:03the soil, which retains carbon for longer. In this project,
00:20:07some production systems were tested, from a
00:20:10degraded pasture to a pasture with highly
00:20:14intensive management, with irrigation, high amounts of fertilization, but from
00:20:18an environmental perspective, conciliating production, carbon
00:20:21accumulation, the most efficient system was what we called moderately
00:20:24intensive, right? It is nothing more than promoting pasture
00:20:28recovery, doing soil analysis, right? Recomposing,
00:20:32recomposing fertilizer, doing nitrogen fertilization, so that this
00:20:34step is to accumulate, accumulate biomass. Produce
00:20:38roots and this system was the one that most provided carbon accumulation in the
00:20:41soil, and the researchers emphasize that the result is very
00:20:45promising for Brazil. Brazil has approximately
00:20:48160 million hectares. pastures, uh, something
00:20:52around 30% of this area presents some degree
00:20:55of degradation, pastures of low vigor, which is where you
00:20:59can promote pasture recovery, a recovery based on soil
00:21:03management, on fertilization, right?
00:21:06This will promote an increase in the production of this pasture and an increase in the
00:21:09production capacity of this pasture to support animals to produce more
00:21:13meat, more milk per daily unit. With the support of the
00:21:17Federal Institute of Piauí, the producers of the settlement. with relief
00:21:20are investing in the creation of black-legged chickens.
00:21:24In addition to receiving training and financial help,
00:21:27the settlers will have technical assistance until the end of
00:21:31next year. Dark plumage,
00:21:34black legs and a value that goes far beyond the
00:21:38backyard. In the Bom Sossego settlement in Teresina,
00:21:41this free-range bird became a symbol of pride and
00:21:45a new beginning for many people. The residents
00:21:49adopted a new activity, the breeding of the
00:21:52black-legged free-range chicken, which is native
00:21:55to Piauí, totally adapted to the heat of the
00:21:58semi-arid region and known for its rusticity. It
00:22:02hardly requires any expenses with industrialized feed and
00:22:06is resistant to diseases, not to mention
00:22:09the unique flavor of the meat. Looking at it, you already
00:22:13notice that it is harder, much harder, you know?
00:22:16It is a small animal, unlike the yellow
00:22:20one, but it is much
00:22:24harder, much more resistant. To make the breeding successful, the
00:22:27breeders participated in a 10-month course
00:22:31for technical training, offered by the
00:22:34Federal Institute of Piauí, the
00:22:37IFPI. The initiative is part of a
00:22:41large project in partnership with Banco do
00:22:44Nordeste, which guarantees financing lines of
00:22:47up to R$ 35,000.
00:22:50per producer and the Ministry of Development and
00:22:53Social Assistance, Family and Fight against Hunger,
00:22:57which benefits more than 1,500 family
00:23:01farmers registered in the single CAD, and already
00:23:04reaches several municipalities in Piauí. The
00:23:08objective is to transform the black chicken into a
00:23:11profitable business and consolidate the breed
00:23:15as a symbol of Piauí cuisine. From the training
00:23:18that the producers received and
00:23:21also from the knowledge regarding these breeds and especially the black-legged
00:23:25breed that was heavily worked on during the course, they can
00:23:29produce more efficiently
00:23:32and this preservation is not by chance. In October
00:23:362021, state law
00:23:397,615 formalized the black-legged
00:23:43chicken as a historical, cultural and
00:23:47genetic heritage of the state of Piauí, a
00:23:50cement that helps to protect the breed and
00:23:53open doors in the market for small
00:23:56producers. It was all about the theoretical part of how to really raise chickens
00:24:00in a commercial production scale. They
00:24:04also promised the cooperative that all
00:24:07production is absorbed by the cooperative. It's a pilot project here
00:24:11of ours, it was the first one being implemented here in our community, the other
00:24:15communities came here to take the course, but the first projects being
00:24:19done are these here. In addition to the investment we
00:24:22got from the bank, they showed us how to invest, we
00:24:26raise chickens, but we raise them in a rustic
00:24:29way, right? And with the project, they gave us all the instructions on
00:24:33how to raise them and have success, because when we raise them
00:24:36alone, sometimes something or other comes along and we don't know how
00:24:39to fight against what comes by disease, some things
00:24:43like that, and with the course, no, the course gave them all the
00:24:46instructions on how to fight against what appeared. So
00:24:50you can have
00:24:50success.
00:24:58Negotiations for paddy rice are still slow, we explain to
00:25:02you. In the domestic market, rice
00:25:06prices remain stable, this is because due to low demand from
00:25:09industries that are supplied and due to the weakening of
00:25:13exports, rice businesses in Rio Grande do Sul remain
00:25:16sporadic. For companies, the difficulty remains
00:25:20to pass on the costs of raw material to processed
00:25:22rice, which has led some companies to reduce
00:25:26purchases or temporarily withdraw from the market in
00:25:29recent days. According to Cepia, the demand for rice for
00:25:33export decreased after excessive purchases made by the
00:25:37foreign market in previous weeks. The fall of the
00:25:40dollar reinforced this movement, by reducing the attractiveness of
00:25:44shipments. On the selling side, producers are also still reluctant
00:25:48to negotiate and the... occur mainly to cover
00:25:51new crop expenses, since attention is focused on
00:25:55planting. After the break, you will know why the
00:25:59bell pepper crop thrives well in the Federal
00:26:03District. Record News Rural returns in

00:26:45Brazilian small businesses are increasingly connected and
00:26:48oriented to use data in day-to-day management. This is what a
00:26:52Sebrae survey indicates, which registered a 10% growth in the
00:26:55last 2 years, jumping from 35 points in
00:26:582024 to 39 points in 2026. The
00:27:02study. a significant drop in the proportion of companies with
00:27:05low digital maturity, the group of ventures
00:27:08considered beginners plummeted from 17% in
00:27:122024 to just 2% in 2026.
00:27:15On the other hand, the share of digital leaders almost doubled in the
00:27:19period, rising from 5% to 9% of
00:27:22companies in Brazil. And these data show that
00:27:25digitalization stopped being a differential for
00:27:28a few, it became a survival requirement for most.

00:30:15considered ideal for growing bell peppers, the sun and
00:30:19low humidity are favorable to the crop, the use of
00:30:22fertigation ensures good plant
00:30:25development.
00:30:28Here the green takes over the crop. It's bell pepper.
00:30:32that grows among the leaves and requires constant care
00:30:36until it reaches the ideal point for harvest. Here in the rural
00:30:39nucleus of Pipiripal, in Planaltina, Manuel plants the
00:30:43Monalisa variety which has good resistance, isn't
00:30:47that right, Manuel? And it also has a larger size, a standard
00:30:50size. You've been planting here for over 30 years, why did you
00:30:54decide to plant bell peppers? Because bell pepper at this time, it's a good
00:30:58time to plant, especially this variety because of the
00:31:01climate, right? It's a very good variety, because there are other varieties, but this is one
00:31:05of the best.
