00:00:00more people watch RT in the United States, see, I did not
00:00:04know that, that's the Sanchez effect. tens of
00:00:08millions are now watching, and we're just getting
00:00:19of of started. This
00:00:22is
00:00:23a regular hospital here in Dunes, there isn't a single
00:00:26of military uh facility in the area.
00:00:30Yeah,
00:00:30this is right
00:00:31in the center
00:00:33of the city. Ukraine strikes a hospital in the Donietsk
00:00:36People's Republic, killing one
00:00:38of woman and wounding two other people. Local authorities say
00:00:42that the drone used in the attack was
00:00:44of of
00:00:44of western origin. There are
00:00:47in documented cases of western weapons supplied to Kieve ending up in the hands
00:00:51of militants in Africa as well as in Latin America and the Middle East. Russia's
00:00:55envoy to the United Nations says the West is using Kiev to
00:00:58wage a proxy. war against Moscow and Africa, that's amid
00:01:02increasing scrutiny of Ukraine's military presence in the
00:01:08of of region. With thousands of migrants remaining in Suta following last
00:01:12month's chaos, we delve deeper into the issue of border protection,
00:01:16as the EU
00:01:17of demands Morocco take responsibility for
00:01:19of the territory that Robot considers its
00:01:24of of own. That very first night, we were so scared, we were
00:01:28paralyzed with fear. Honestly say that for the first time I was afraid
00:01:32to go out alone the next morning. I made intensifying
00:01:36settler attacks on religious sites in Jerusalem, a Russian nun
00:01:39shares her plight with RT after assault on her own
00:01:43mission.
00:01:51of Coming of at you live from the Russian Capital. This is RT
00:01:55International. My name is Donald Corder. Welcome to the
00:01:57program. Now Ukraine has attacked hospital
00:02:01in Dunbas,
00:02:03a launching a drone into one of its wards. One
00:02:06of woman was killed and two other people were wounded, and according to federal authorities,
00:02:09fragments found at the scene suggest that the UAE had
00:02:13western
00:02:14of origins.
00:02:17of During inspection
00:02:17of the scene, it was determined that the attack resulted in extensive damage to
00:02:21the medical facility building, including
00:02:23of destruction of its exterior facades and shattered
00:02:27of glass. of Furthermore,
00:02:28of according of to
00:02:31of of preliminary information. one civilian was killed in the attack and at least two others sustained injuries of varying
00:02:34severity. they are currently receiving medical attention. further
00:02:38of more, fragments of what are believed to be foreign-made drones were found at the attack
00:02:42site. these fragments will be seized and sent for examination to
00:02:46determine the specific type and nature
00:02:47of the explosive device. information on casualties and damage is being
00:02:51clarified. now with the investigation underway and
00:02:55danyet garties roman konsor have managed to get to the scene
00:02:58of the attack. he sent a this report from the scene:
00:03:02one woman was killed and another two elderly women were wounded
00:03:06in this therapeutic department at one
00:03:09of of the hospitals here in Dunetsk in the Donetsk
00:03:13Republic. As you can see the room is
00:03:16completely destroyed as these women were
00:03:20receiving care here in Dunesc, according to the
00:03:24authorities, the drone that
00:03:27of flew into this
00:03:28of hospital is aircraft.
00:03:30a raft type, it's called a hornet, it was designed in the United
00:03:34States and as you can see right here,
00:03:38judging from the uh trapno holes
00:03:41in the walls, the drone
00:03:45was filled with trapnel, in other
00:03:48words, it was uh, the strike
00:03:52was designed in order to inflict as much damage as
00:03:56possible and of course as much death as possible
00:03:58of once again this is regular hospital here in
00:04:01of Dunes, there isn't a single military
00:04:05facility in the area, this is right in the
00:04:08center
00:04:09of the city, this is Wednesday afternoon
00:04:12and closer to the end
00:04:15of the work day, and of course the hospital is full of
00:04:19patients, but now this therapeutic swing is closed, as you can
00:04:22see volunteers are right here
00:04:26working to
00:04:28a rectify a this damage as much as possible. "We're sealing off the building's
00:04:32thermal envelope because our enemies have attacked the hospital. We
00:04:35rushed here and are slowly sealing it up. Only one window
00:04:39remains. There was blood on the floor, and literally two
00:04:42of wards were turned
00:04:43of into one. Many beds are under the rubble, lot of concrete is lying
00:04:47around and there's a lot of blood. My guys and I go out frequently to
00:04:51help those in need. Obviously damage was done not only to
00:04:55this particular room, but to other areas
00:04:58of of
00:04:58in this therapeutics. wing, Roman
00:05:01Cosrev, RT
00:05:03Dunetsk Republic. Meanwhile, Russia struck
00:05:07two cargo ships delivering military supplies in the Black Sea
00:05:10in near the Ukrainian coastal
00:05:12city of. Dessa. That's according to the latest statement from the Russian Defense
00:05:15Ministry. Russia also continues to carry out strikes with
00:05:19high precision weapons on Ukrainian military linked
00:05:23facilities. On just Wednesday Russia hit multiple targets in
00:05:26Keyev, most them military transport and logistics
00:05:30centers. Military analysts say that the attack demonstrated that
00:05:34Ukraine has no means of intercepting ballistic missiles as not
00:05:37a single one them was intercepted. Earlier, Donald Trump
00:05:41declined to give Vladimir Zelensky more patriot defense systems,
00:05:45citing their shortage due to the war with Iran. America Now show
00:05:49host Ben Swan delves even deeper into the issue of what the
00:05:53ammunition shortage could mean for Washington.
00:05:57United States and NATO and Ukraine find themselves a strategic
00:06:00nightmare. They may be losing two wars for the price of
00:06:04one, one in Europe and one
00:06:06in the Middle East, and both are competing for the same missile
00:06:10interceptors. By the way, that's not politic. "that is industrial
00:06:14math, and the math is not looking good. a single
00:06:17patriot battery costs around $1.1 billion, but the
00:06:21real expense,
00:06:22they aren't the launchers, it's the interceptors themselves. see each pack th
00:06:26missile costs about $4 million. again,
00:06:30that's each, and here's the part the few people understand, it takes more than two
00:06:34years to build just one them, two years, you
00:06:38cannot surge that overnight, you can't flip a switch, you can't order amazon
00:06:42prime." for missile defense, the supply chain is complex,
00:06:45advanced seekers, solid rocket mortars, high-end
00:06:48microelectronics, specialized composite materials. see, many
00:06:52of those components come from a small number of highly specialized suppliers
00:06:56that were already running the capacity before the Russia-Ukraine
00:07:00war, and that's why even Lockey Martin and Rtx are
00:07:03spending billions of dollars to expand their factories. Lockhead
00:07:07says it plans to triple Pack 3 production, but not
00:07:11until...
00:07:42pleeded fighting a war with Iran that hasn't made the Middle East one bit
00:07:46safer, and the hardest truth of all, you can't rebuild a
00:07:49missile stock pile with a speech, you can't surge defense
00:07:53industrial base with a press conference, and you cannot win a war
00:07:57if you cannot build the weapons fast enough to fight
00:08:00it.
00:08:10Ukrainian attacks on civilians and Russia have only prompted a more
00:08:14intense response from Moscow, with Kiev's Black Sea ports
00:08:18becoming regular targets for Russian
00:08:20forces and the economic impact the strikes are being felt across
00:08:24Ukraine. Head over to our website RT.com for more on this
00:08:28story. No
00:08:32more sanctuary for draft dodgers, amid Ukraine's lack of
00:08:35manpower and violent forced mobilization, the the European
00:08:39Union has decided to help, closing its door to... Ukrainian men eligible
00:08:43for military service. They'll now have to prove that they're not hiding
00:08:47from conscription in Ukraine by submitting military papers.
00:08:51Arty contributor Rachel Marston looks into how the new EU policy
00:08:55is practically sending Ukrainian men to their
00:08:57deaths. So the European Union has just made
00:09:01a quiet adjustment to its temporary protection policy
00:09:05for Ukrainians. Not a big dramatic announcement, more of
00:09:09a little tweak the legal text that changes the
00:09:13reality completely for Ukrainians fleeing war.
00:09:17As of August 5th, protection now depends on whether you can prove that
00:09:21you're in compliance with your military obligations back
00:09:24home. Here's the official version. To this end,
00:09:28without prejudice to union law and fundamental rights, temporary
00:09:32protection should only be granted to individuals who can provide proof to
00:09:36member state authorities that they are, were applicable in compliance with
00:09:40their military obligations. so protection is no
00:09:44longer just about getting your behind
00:09:47out of a war zone, it also now means that you have to
00:09:50demonstrate that you're not getting out of it too
00:09:53effectively by avoiding the front line, and the EU
00:09:57is very clear about why, they don't want to weaken
00:10:01Ukraine's ability to defend itself. now that part
00:10:04sounds like this: it is therefore essential that the
00:10:08union continue to apply temporary protection a way that while
00:10:12Benefiting displaced persons does not negatively affect Ukraine's
00:10:16overall ability to best defend itself against Russia's war of
00:10:19aggression and to decide freely on the organization of its defense
00:10:23forces. Okay. Okay, so in other words, you can leave, just not in a way
00:10:27that becomes obvious or worse, so popular, that
00:10:31everyone notices that reality contradicts Brussels
00:10:35narrative, because Ukrainians fleeing mobilization is
00:10:39really at odds with the messaging that we've been hearing over the past few years,
00:10:43according to European leaders, Ukrainians aren't just willing to
00:10:47fight, they're practically falling over themselves to get to the
00:10:50frontlines, and we all know that
00:10:53Ukrainians are... ready to die for the European
00:10:57perspective.ukrainians are very resilient, they are fighting for
00:11:00their freedom, their independence, their
00:11:03country, so they can't just surrender. we
00:11:07witness the resilience of Ukrainian people, we
00:11:11have shown extraordinary strength in in the
00:11:15face of aggression. okay, so Ukrainians are eager,
00:11:19they're determined, highly motivated, so much so
00:11:23that they're now required to... prove it. The EU's narrative about
00:11:27Ukrainians being psyched about fighting is apparently so
00:11:31badly in need of maintaining that Ukrainians now have to
00:11:34subject themselves to a Brussel's compliance
00:11:38exercise in order to prop it up. Because if
00:11:42everyone's rushing to the front voluntarily, then you
00:11:45don't really actually need to check to see if they're dodging
00:11:49the draft. You just assume that they're going because they're so
00:11:53gung-ho. But instead. EU has built a
00:11:56system for Ukrainians that now says, hey, look, we
00:12:00support you, but we'd also like some confirmation
00:12:04that you're not trying to dodge this war that we keep saying you're so
00:12:08psyched about fighting. Turns out that the EU member
00:12:11states are already operationalizing all of this, in the Czech
00:12:15Republic, for example, applicants will have to verify their
00:12:19Ukrainian military service status through an app before getting
00:12:22protection. Here's how that... is being framed. Our
00:12:26government has been pushing for tightening of temporary protection conditions for a
00:12:30long time, and I appreciate that we have managed to find agreement across
00:12:34member states. This decision will reduce the number of new
00:12:37arrivals by tens of percentage points. This will subsequently
00:12:41reduce the pressure on our capacities and relieve the Czech health and
00:12:45social system. Yeah, well, there it is. The
00:12:49bottom line, of course, the practical reality that no one likes to
00:12:53pretend even exists. A few. for arrivals, less pressure
00:12:57on the system, smoother administration, fewer
00:13:00headaches, uh, yeah, heart driven humanitarian
00:13:04policy meets cash driven capacity
00:13:07management, so the EU is now trying to manage two
00:13:11parallel tracks, you could say, one being a lot
00:13:14more detached from reality than the other, publicly,
00:13:18Ukrainians are committed, resilient, ready to
00:13:22fight, but administratively,
00:13:25policy-wise, well, they're going to need those same Ukrainians to
00:13:28upload actual proof of being in full compliance with the
00:13:32EU's public facing
00:13:34delusions.
00:13:38The West is using Kiev to wage war against Russia in Africa. That's
00:13:42according to Moscow's ambassador to the United Nations, Vasili
00:13:46Nebenzia a Security Council
00:13:48meeting. The terrorist
00:13:51activities the Kiev regime in Africa must be pointed out. This refers to
00:13:55the supply of UAVs and the direct training of terrorists by Ukrainian military
00:13:59instructors. There are documented cases of western weapons supplied to Kieve
00:14:03ending up in the hands of militants in Africa as well as in Latin America and the Middle
00:14:07East. U.S. oversight agencies have questions regarding how the
00:14:11military aid provided to Kiev by the Biden administration was used. The
00:14:15Kiev regime has long been in complete economic and military dependence on the EU and
00:14:19NATO countries which are using Ukraine to wage a proxy war against
00:14:22Russia. The same approach is being employed by
00:14:38Ukraine has been at the center of controversy in Africa after an ambush in
00:14:42July 2025 by Turag and al-qaeda
00:14:45fighters. That attack resulted in dozens of casualties,
00:14:49including among the Russian Africa core as the unit fought off the
00:14:53attack. Russia's defense ministry. later revealed that Ukrainian and
00:14:56European mercenary instructors were behind attempted coup in
00:15:00the country. That's uh, as earlier, Mali,
00:15:04Burkina Faso and Niger signed a joint declaration with Russia,
00:15:08condemning both western medaling and the activities of Ukrainian
00:15:12mercenaries in the Sahel region. And the
00:15:16Sahel is not the only African region where tensions with
00:15:19Ukraine have escalated. Multiple media reports have revealed
00:15:23Ukrainian troops operating. Libya, some claim even
00:15:27over 200 Ukrainian troops secretly operate in the North African
00:15:30country, and they're reportedly smuggling weapons to Africa and
00:15:34are also involved attacks on Russia. RT
00:15:38has requested comment on the matter from Libya's government of national unity and
00:15:42of course we will keep you up to speed regarding any response we
00:15:46get. Libyan political
00:15:50analytic and researcher says that Ukraine is seeking to
00:15:54export its conflict to other parts the
00:15:56world. We must
00:16:00establish a connection between the events. We clearly remember that in July
00:16:042024, Ukrainian intelligence was involved. battle of
00:16:07Tanzawatt in northern Mali. In this battle, Ukraine provided
00:16:11support to the rebels in their confrontation with the malian army and Russian forces
00:16:15located on Malian territory. All these facts point to Ukraine's clear
00:16:19intention to interfere in the internal affairs the African Sahel countries, amid
00:16:23its confrontation with Russia. These circumstances create an important interconnection
00:16:27between various reports which, incidentally, come from a single source and confirm the
00:16:31presence of active Ukrainian activity in such Sahel countries as well as in
00:16:35Libya. This certainly serves as an. additional indicator since the
00:16:39geographical link points to the interaction between the African Sahel and
00:16:42Libya, as well as to the characteristics the government controlling the western
00:16:46regions of Libya. The conflicts in the capital Tripoli arise from the
00:16:49presence of numerous factions and the intersecting interests of various western
00:16:53countries in these areas the city, where each faction answers to a particular
00:16:57side. Moreover, in western Tripoly, there is currently a struggle between these
00:17:01groups and traces the Ukrainian side are already evident, providing
00:17:04logistical support to these factions, including training. and supplying
00:17:08equipment. Today we will return again to the issue of Tajura east of
00:17:11Tripoli. According to information from the ground. Ukrainian experts are present
00:17:15in various camps of Libyan factions and characteristic drones are also being
00:17:19used. In addition, there are independent reports describing the transfer of
00:17:23drones from Ukraine to Libya with their subsequent dispatch to the African
00:17:26Sahel. Ukraine wants to demonstrate its ability to be a partner in exporting
00:17:30conflict. It's actions in Syria, along with the major confrontation between
00:17:34Iran and the United States, are part of escalating endanger. regional
00:17:38conflict with global consequences. All these actions create negative
00:17:42overall climate against Ukraine, which, instead of focusing its internal
00:17:45conflict seeks to export this unrest to other countries. What is
00:17:49happening in Ukraine is attempt to gain the support the United States and
00:17:53draw them into it struggle with Russia by any possible
00:17:55means. Since last
00:17:59week's chaos in the Spanish city of Suta, most migrants have returned
00:18:03to Morocco. However, between two and 5 thousand them. still
00:18:07remain in the city, according to local reports. The authorities there
00:18:11say that more than 1,00 of those migrants left are young
00:18:15people, hundreds them are living without their parents in dire
00:18:19conditions. Officials have requested assistance from the Spanish government
00:18:23citing a high risk to order and public safety, and here's
00:18:27what migrants had to say about their own current living
00:18:29conditions. I've been in
00:18:33Suda for seven days now. I spent three of those days sleeping in the fourth.
00:18:37without food or water, we barely had enough food to
00:18:40survive. It's been seven days since we've been in
00:18:44the forest, me, my mom and my brother. I hope to become a police
00:18:48officer in the future and to be able to go to Spain so that we can be
00:18:51reunited with my dad, along with mom and my
00:18:54brother. God willing will be okay, they give
00:18:58us only one meal a day and look what's in it, milk and small round cookies and we're
00:19:02really surviving on just that. You always see infants with their mothers, so we're forced to give
00:19:06them our share of milk because... make difference for us, but it makes a big difference for
00:19:09them. You'll find a woman with a small child who has nothing to feed him. There
00:19:13aren't even diapers, they haven't provided us with anything. It's as if all these
00:19:17people don't even exist. Well, the EU claims the crisis was
00:19:21resolved quickly, and conclusions drawn about stronger border
00:19:24protection, questions over whose border
00:19:27it is, and who should be responsible for it, remain. The EU wants to
00:19:31shift responsibility to Morocco, but Rabot considers Suta
00:19:34its own s sovereign territory, and rejects the
00:19:38plan. RT correspondent omema Ishahar delves deeper into the
00:19:41dilemma. Many consider Seeta to be Europe's southern
00:19:45border, but this widely accepted fact begs a few
00:19:49rarely asked questions. Why does Europe still hold territory on the
00:19:53North African coast, and how can Brussels expect Morocco to
00:19:57defend the border that Rabat has never recognized? A
00:20:00dispute shaped by centuries of complicated relations
00:20:04when tens of thousands of migrants crossed that contested. border.
00:20:08Spanish authorities in seuta blamed Robot insist in Morocco bears
00:20:12the responsibility of securing Madrid's border.
00:20:16We all want to have good relations, but if Morocco does not want
00:20:19this, then we will have to ask it to at least show respect. We cannot
00:20:23ask it to change its policy, not even its foreign policy. Its
00:20:27approaches are legitimate, but we can ask it to respect Spain's territorial
00:20:31integrity and the security of our borders. We must make this demand
00:20:34with the support the rest of Europe. People see this. not as a migration
00:20:38crisis, it was fundamentally attack, violation of Spain's
00:20:42territorial integrity. People felt that this, if not orchestrated was at
00:20:46least encouraged or permitted by Morocco. From Morocco's perspective.
00:20:50It's being asked to defend what it considers occupied Moroccan
00:20:53land, that position isn't new. Salut and Milia are among the
00:20:57last remaining traces of Spain's centuries long presence in North
00:21:01Africa, a presence that dug its heels in when Morocco gained
00:21:05independence back in 1956. Since then,
00:21:09Robot's policy has remained consistent. Both
00:21:12enclaves are part of its territory. Suta and
00:21:16Malila are integral part of Moroccan territory. and their
00:21:20return will be achieved through direct negotiations just as was the case with
00:21:24Tarfea, CD Iffne and the Moroccan sahara.
00:21:27Moroccan society, the institutions, and of course, the
00:21:31government agree that Suda and Milila are Moroccan. Regarding
00:21:35the status quo in Suta and Melila, which has persisted for nearly five
00:21:39or six centuries, the day may come when we reopen the file on Suta and
00:21:43Melila. While Spain continues to dismiss Morocco's claim to the
00:21:47land, Madrid wants rebot to remain. cooperative when it
00:21:51comes to controlling migrant flow. We have spoken with the
00:21:55Moroccan authorities, they are willing to cooperate to expedite the
00:21:58repatriation of citizens to their country of origin. We have made it
00:22:02clear to our neighbor and ally that we need to speed things up and provide much
00:22:06more decisive response to the events that have unfolded in the autonomous city
00:22:10of suter. I believe
00:22:11it is very important emphasize this, because among other things, the dialogue
00:22:15with Moroccan authorities was constant, fluid and very reasonable,
00:22:19unlike. what happened in 2021, therefore we hope that this
00:22:23cooperation intensifies and allows for the repatriation
00:22:26process to be expedited over the coming hours and days with the
00:22:30aim of restoring order. guard our borders, take back
00:22:34migrants and turn a blind eye while we disrespect your
00:22:38national interests. that's the tone Madrid has taken by court in
00:22:42Rabat's neighbor Algers. just weeks before the migrant surge,
00:22:45Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez visited Algeria to mend
00:22:50relations that had frozen in 2022 after Madrid backed
00:22:53Morocco's autonomy plan for the Sahara, the major bone of
00:22:57contention between Rabat and Algeers, adding insult to
00:23:01injury, Spain admitted the polisario front leader for medical treatment back
00:23:05in 2021, figure Morocco sees as the leader of
00:23:09violent separatist movement backed by
00:23:12Algeria. The decision the Spanish authorities not to notify their
00:23:16Morocken counterparts the arrival the leader the Polisario milicias is not a
00:23:20simple omission, it is a premeditated act, voluntary choice, and
00:23:23sovereign decision by Spain, of which Morocco takes full note and will
00:23:27draw all the consequences. Just weeks later, thousands of
00:23:31migrants crossed the sauta border. Spain's defense minister called the
00:23:35incident political blackmail. This was Rabot's short
00:23:39response. Morocco has no obligation to protect the borders
00:23:43of countries other than its own. Morocco does not have the vocation
00:23:47of being Europe's genderm or its concierge. Madrid wants
00:23:50it both ways, it demands that Morocco secure Europe's southern
00:23:54border and stam the flow of migrants all while
00:23:58repeatedly antagonizing Robot, the consequences of that
00:24:02approach just landed at Spain's
00:24:04gates. Attacks against
00:24:08Christians have doubled this year in Jerusalem, nuns
00:24:11belonging to the Russian mission in the city are the latest to fall
00:24:15victim. Arty correspondent Charlotte Dubinsky sat down with one the nuns to
00:24:19hear her story. "jewish youths spitting a monastery in
00:24:23Jerusalem's old city, then come the stones, thrown in an act
00:24:26of vandalism and intimidation. scenes like this have become all too
00:24:30common place, rarely the victims speak out mainly due to
00:24:34fear, but sister Elizabeta from the Russian Ecclesiastical
00:24:38mission has found the courage. the sisters were walking along the street,
00:24:42they were returning from night vigil back to their mission and they
00:24:46realize that something wasn't quite right.
00:24:49у нас закончила" We finished the night service at the tomb the Lord. We exited through the new
00:24:53gates. That's where we came across some policemen. We smiled at them and they
00:24:57smiled right back at us and literally after 200 meters on the
00:25:01crossroads near Notar Dame we started hearing rude screaming and swearing in
00:25:04Hebrew and we tried not to look at them to avoid aggression. They
00:25:08managed to get to this point, this corner here, and it
00:25:12was then the attack really began. But we had to
00:25:16stop at the intersection because there was red traffic light and while
00:25:19we were... waiting, they kept shouting and approaching us, but we still tried not to look
00:25:23at them to avoid making make it worse, but then the stone started
00:25:27flying, and thank god that the attack wasn't fatal, stones started flying
00:25:31past us, so many them, two them hit me and another one hit my
00:25:34sister, unfortunately striking her in the chest and causing great pain.
00:25:38incidents like this are not isolated, figures coming out from
00:25:42one jewish organization, the religious freedom data center
00:25:46show that this is a worrying trend. it says that's
00:25:50anti-Christian attacks, incidents against Christians
00:25:54have nearly dobled in the past three months. Between April
00:25:58and June, 83 incidents were recorded. That was up from
00:26:0144 reports.
00:26:02in the first three months of this year, so what's the root cause of this
00:26:06violence coming from a small but growing section of
00:26:10Israeli society? everything now is very tense and
00:26:13very oriented towards Jewish, unfortunately,
00:26:17I must say, supremacy. there's a feeling, especially in the
00:26:21last three years and since the Hamas attack
00:26:25on Israel, there's a lot of
00:26:29nervousness that turn... people's mind
00:26:33to see black and white, it's either
00:26:37Jewish, Israeli or enemies,
00:26:41the rest the world. Christianity is only learned through the traumas
00:26:44and the realistic traumas the Jewish people. The only
00:26:48thing you'l know about Christians is that they persecuted us, they
00:26:52shed our blood. add to it, the government who
00:26:56is really pushing towards a very
00:27:00halachic, religious. state, at least
00:27:04half of this country was taken captive and
00:27:07hostages by this mindset. In one the most brutal
00:27:11attacks caught on camera this year a none from another mission was slammed to
00:27:15the ground. That video sparked international outrage. The
00:27:19assailant has been charged, but most these
00:27:22crimes go unpunished. The police
00:27:25closing the files that I submit, it means not
00:27:29that the police couldn't catch them, they were not interested. enough
00:27:33in catching them, but they were not interested because the authorities above told the
00:27:37police, don't bother about it. The RFDC has volunteers across
00:27:40Israel ready to document potential anti-christian harassment and
00:27:44attacks, but even Yiska is aware that there are many
00:27:48incidents that still go unreported. The details the attack on
00:27:52the sisters though, reached the desk the Russian ambassador. He's now
00:27:55raised it with the Israeli police and told RT action was
00:27:59being taken. This is an
00:28:03absolutely unacceptable situation, as it has negative psychological
00:28:07impact on representatives the clurgy, calls into question
00:28:10inter-religious peace and harmony, the balance and status quo in
00:28:14interreligious relations, and generally sends bad signals to Christians about the
00:28:17supposed undesirability their presence here in the Holy Land. I have the
00:28:21impression that the Israeli authorities, including the police, realize the seriousness
00:28:25these incidents and are prepared to take measures to address them. During our meeting,
00:28:29General Ketsuni informed us those teenagers who were seen throwing stones at the
00:28:33sisters the gordinski monastery on July 23 were detained. while
00:28:37she's bravely spoken to RT, sister Elizabetter admitted to
00:28:41us that the attack left her scared to death. that very
00:28:45first night we were so scared, we were paralyzed with fear. i can
00:28:49honestly say that for the first time was afraid to go out alone the next
00:28:52morning. mean, we were never afraid before, never. her face may
00:28:56keep her strong, but she is only human. sister
00:29:00Elizabeth is courage to speak out will hope. hopefully now give others the
00:29:03strength to follow in her footsteps. Charlotte
00:29:07Dubensky for RT in
00:29:09Jerusalem. Stay with us because the
00:29:12Sanchez Effect with Rick Sanchez is coming up next. You're not gonna
00:29:16want to miss
00:29:16it.
00:29:35So Russia has responded to attacks its citizens, boy,
00:29:39have they ever? This is what you need to see and know about
00:29:43today.
00:29:51According to the Yale budget lab, the administration's tariffs cost families
00:29:55three times as much as they got back. You're saying one Jewish
00:29:59life is worth hundreds or thousands of. Palestinian
00:30:03lives, not million, it's 10 million.
00:30:07Okay, that just sounds racist. Yes, I
00:30:10know, he said
00:30:13it, the Sanchez Effect starts right
00:30:17now. Let's do
00:30:18this.
00:30:23Hi everybody, I'm Rick Sanchez. What would you do
00:30:27if somebody tried to kill your family while they're at
00:30:30restaurant, or your children? 'while they're building sand castle
00:30:35a beach, man, I know what I would do, you probably would
00:30:38do the same thing, right? now we also know what the Russian military would do,
