00:02:04a Donbas launching a drone into one of its wards. One woman was
00:02:08killed and two others were wounded, while according to
00:02:11of federal authorities, fragments found at the scene suggest that the

00:02:21of the scene, it was determined
00:02:23that the attack
00:02:24of resulted in extensive damage to the medical facility building, including destruction of

00:02:35attack and at least two others sustained injuries of vary in severity. They

00:08:37violent forced mobilization, the European Union has decided to
00:08:41help by closing its door. to ukrainian men eligible for
00:08:44military service, they're now going to have to prove that they're not
00:08:48hiding from conscription in Ukraine by submitting military
00:08:51papers. RT contributor Rachel Marston looks into how the new
00:08:55EU policy is practically sending Ukrainian men to their
00:08:59deaths. So the European Union has just made
00:09:03a quiet adjustment to its temporary protection policy
00:09:07for Ukrainians, not a big dramatic announcement, more of
00:09:11a little tweak. the legal text that changes the
00:09:14reality completely for Ukrainians fleeing war.
00:09:18As of August 5th, protection now depends on whether you can prove that
00:09:22you're in compliance with your military obligations back
00:09:26home. Here's the official version. To this end,
00:09:30without prejudice to union law and fundamental rights, temporary
00:09:34protection should only be granted to individuals who can provide proof to
00:09:38member state authorities that they are, where applicable in compliance with their
00:09:42military. obligations: so protection is no
00:09:45longer just about getting your behind out of a war
00:09:49zone, it also now means that you have to demonstrate
00:09:52that you're not getting out of it too effectively by
00:09:56avoiding the front line, and the EU is very clear about
00:10:00why they don't want to weaken Ukraine's ability to defend
00:10:04itself. now that part sounds like this: it is
00:10:08therefore essential that the union continue to apply temporary
00:10:11protection. a way that, while benefiting displaced persons does
00:10:15not negatively affect Ukraine's overall ability to best defend
00:10:19itself against Russia's war of aggression and to decide freely on the
00:10:23organization of its defense. forces, okay, so in other words, you
00:10:27can leave, just not in a way that becomes obvious or
00:10:30worse, so popular, that everyone notices that
00:10:34reality contradicts Brussels narrative, because
00:10:37Ukrainians fleeing mobilization is really at odds with the
00:10:41messaging that we've been hearing over the past few years, according to European
00:10:45leaders, Ukrainians aren't just willing to fight, they're
00:10:49practically falling over themselves to get to the frontlines, and we
00:10:53all know that... "Ukrainians
00:10:56are ready to die for the European perspective. Ukrainians are
00:11:00very resilient, they are fighting for their freedom, their
00:11:03independence, their country, so they
00:11:07can't just surrender. We witness the resilience of
00:11:10Ukrainian people who have shown
00:11:13extraordinary strength in f in the face of
00:11:17aggression. Okay, so Ukrainians are eager, they're
00:11:21determined, highly motivated, so much so that the..."

00:11:29being psyched about fighting is apparently so badly in
00:11:33need of maintaining that Ukrainians now have to subject
00:11:36themselves to a Brussel's compliance
00:11:39exercise in order to prop it up, because if
00:11:43everyone's rushing to the front voluntarily, then you don't
00:11:47really actually need to check to see if they're dodging the
00:11:51draft, you just assume that they're going because they're so gungho.
00:11:55but instead, the EU has built a system for
00:11:59Ukrainians that now says, hey, look, we support you,
00:12:02but we'd also like some confirmation that you're not trying to
00:12:06dodge this war that we keep saying you're so psyched about
00:12:10fighting. turns out that the EU member states are
00:12:13already operationalizing all of this. in the Czech Republic, for
00:12:17example, applicants will have to verify their Ukrainian military
00:12:21service status through an app before getting protection.
00:12:25Here's how that is being framed. Our government has been
00:12:28pushing for tightening of temporary protection conditions for a long time,
00:12:32and I appreciate that we have managed to find agreement across member
00:12:36states. This decision will reduce the number of new arrivals by
00:12:40tens of percentage points. This will subsequently reduce the
00:12:43pressure on our capacities and relieve the check health and social
00:12:47system. Yeah, well, there it is. The bottom
00:12:51line, of course, the practical reality that no one likes to pretend.
00:12:55even exists, fewer arrivals, less pressure on the
00:12:58system, smoother administration, fewer
00:13:02headaches,
00:13:03uh, yeah, heart driven humanitarian policy meets

00:13:48meeting. The terrorist

00:14:30groups in the Sahel, they are once again trying to achieve their own goals through the hands
00:14:34of others. Ukraine
00:14:38was in the center of controversy in Africa after an ambush in
00:14:41July of 2025 by Tworig and Al-Qaeda
00:14:45fighters.
00:14:46That attack resulted in dozens of casualties, including among them the

00:14:53defense ministry later. revealed that Ukrainian and European mercenary

00:15:04cooperation with Russia with joint declaration signed last month,
00:15:08African countries are directing even more accusations against
00:15:11Kiev. As remote
00:15:15as it may seem, the war in Ukraine and terrorism in the sahil are connected.
00:15:19As reminder, after the terrorist attack against a Maleian defense and
00:15:23security forces patrol from end of July 2024 in the Kaidal
00:15:27region, Mali denounced this incident and condemned the attitude of Ukrainian
00:15:31officials who publicly claimed their participation in the set

00:19:27days now. i spent three of those days sleeping in the forest without food or
00:19:31water. we barely had enough food to
00:19:33survive. it's been seven days since we in
00:19:37the forest, me, my mom and my brother. I hope to become a police
00:19:41officer in the future and to be able to go to Spain so that we can be
00:19:45reunited with my dad, along with mom and my
00:19:47brother. God willing will be okay, they give
00:19:51us only one meal a day and look what's in it. Milk and small rond cookies and we're
00:19:55really surviving on just that. You always see infants with their mothers, so we're forced to give
00:19:59them our share of milk because it won't make difference for us, but it makes a big difference for
00:20:02them. You'll find a woman with a small child who has nothing to feed him. There
00:20:06aren't even... diapers, they haven't provided us with anything, it's as if all these
00:20:10people don't even exist. now the EU claims
