Sanchez Effect is a journalistic rebellion. RT’s flagship program is led by Rick Sanchez, the Emmy and Peabody Award-winning newsman who’s made a career out of defying the status quo.. “When only one side of a story is permitted, that’s when I push harder. If Moscow is deemed off-limits, it’s precisely where I want to be. Because more often than not, truth resides in the places we’re told not to look.”

00:00:28Okay, so this is what you need. Know about today, first of all, Trump just came out and he
00:00:32just said this about Zelensky.
00:00:35Watch, that's a war that should have never started,
00:00:39and I think it's time for Ukraine to get new president. Wow,
00:00:43time for Ukraine to get new president, is that crazy to
00:00:46of say, or is it the truth about what
00:00:48of even the people inside Ukraine are actually
00:00:51thinking? foreign secretary Trus and
00:00:55she told him that Britain's aim was for the war
00:00:59continue. for as long as possible to bleed out the Russians, the
00:01:03price of this brave warding is actually the nation of Ukraine,
00:01:07the price is the nation of
00:01:08of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, is is that what the
00:01:12actual uh real and
00:01:15of and and growing
00:01:16of national sentiment is these days in Ukraine? well, if it is,
00:01:19apparently nobody in the western media knows about it, because look at
00:01:23of how this reporter has you has the Zelensky on and
00:01:27then defends him with this question.
00:01:30of It's not just President Trump, we also heard from Elon
00:01:34Musk saying Zelensky has gone too far.
00:01:37Why are they blaming you for the continuation of this
00:01:41of war? Why are they blaming you, Mother Teresa? You've
00:01:45never done anything
00:01:46wrong. Can't
00:01:50make stuff up. This is the
00:01:58everybody, I'm Rick Sanchez and uh... "I want to thank you all for being out there,
00:02:02millions of people are watching our show now cuz we try and create
00:02:05a different kind of narrative for you and and and we're going to do it again today, okay cuz
00:02:09here's what I want to
00:02:09of talk of about, everybody out there is headlining the fact that Mr. Putin and Mr. Trump
00:02:13got together and they did this diesel deal and then Trump
00:02:17smacked Zelensky down again with big smackdown
00:02:20right, and look, I'm not saying that's not a big deal, I'm not saying that's not noteworthy,
00:02:24I'm not saying it's not newsworthy, obviously
00:02:26it is, but I just want you to know something else right cuz that's..." the only thing that
00:02:30happened over the weekend, so from a counter intuitive standpoint,
00:02:34because this is a counter
00:02:35of intuitive war, and this counter intuitive show, I'm going to
00:02:39begin with something else, something which is the complete opposite of that
00:02:43cooperation, you see, well everybody else was talking about the smackdown and the
00:02:47deal, Russia's data
00:02:49of centers were being bombed, three
00:02:52in of them, and one
00:02:52of them did quite a significant amount of damage, this drone attack at
00:02:56the
00:02:57of main
00:02:58of Yandex facility in, assavo knocked out
00:03:02two Russian supercomputers, so just think
00:03:05of about it right, while the United States president was doing a a
00:03:09diesel deal with Moscow in
00:03:11in Miami, my hometown, somebody else in the United States was
00:03:15bombing Russia's data centers, it's kind of like a
00:03:18stab in the back right, first I shake your hand and then boom
00:03:22right, one minute we're friends and then boom, you're you're under
00:03:25attack, which is this goes back to the question I
00:03:29asked. Mr. Putin when I met with him in Valdi.
00:03:32Listen. You've talked about Minsk, you are ready to
00:03:36deal. You've talked about Istanbul, you were ready to
00:03:39deal. We've talked about anchorage, you, I think, had
00:03:43deal or a compromise that you were all but ready to agree
00:03:46to, and uh, in all of those instances, you seem to be
00:03:50turned down.
00:03:51of So my question is, given how many times, sir, you have been turned down,
00:03:55and given what's going on right now in this conflict, why should you
00:03:59negotiate?
00:04:00the immediacy
00:04:09kind of reflective right of
00:04:12of what he really thinks
00:04:15of that the think one moment cuuse I as moment he in was in listening to my question what he seem to be asking
00:04:18himself
00:04:20is actually is yeah why do I
00:04:23of a continue to negotiate with these people that's kind of what I think he was
00:04:26saying now and so here's the
00:04:28of question. 'who is hitting Russia's data
00:04:32centers as the president of Russia and the
00:04:35of president of United States are shaking hands a deal? it's kind of weird
00:04:39right? the likely answer is
00:04:41of this guy, see this guy right here? that's Google's former
00:04:45CEO, Eric Schmidt. you're wondering, why is the
00:04:49former CEO of Google have anything to do with this? well, by no small coincidence,
00:04:53this guy's now
00:04:54of managing part of Ukraine's drone attacks against Russia,
00:04:58right? and he just...' and he's now hitting Russia's data
00:05:02centers,
00:05:03of Google, makes sense, right? Listen to what he said year
00:05:07ago, listen to what he said year ago about what may
00:05:11need to be done. in the future so
00:05:15that the US and its western allies
00:05:18can continue to have complete dominance
00:05:22over artificial intelligence in the
00:05:24future. so what i going to do? the first
00:05:28sabage. the first thing i'm going to do is try to steal all your code, and
00:05:32you've prevented that cuz you're good, and you you were good, so you're still
00:05:36good at google. second, then I'm going to infiltrate you
00:05:39with humans, well you've got good protections against that, we don't have spy, so what do
00:05:43I do? hm, I'm going to go in and I'm
00:05:47going to change your model, I'm going to modify it, I'm going to actually screw
00:05:51you up to get me so I'm one day ahead of you, and you're so good, I
00:05:55can't do that, what's my next choice, bomb your data
00:05:59center, wow, now do you think I'm
00:06:02insane, these conversations are
00:06:05occurring around nuclear opponents today in
00:06:09our world, there are legitimate people saying:
00:06:13the only solution
00:06:14to this problem is preemption, nuclear opponents, I
00:06:18wonder who he's talking about, let me see,
00:06:21China, Russia, oh, and whose data
00:06:25centers were bombed, his word last
00:06:29night and the night before, and the night before
00:06:31that, he said it year
00:06:34ago, and and it happened, I don't
00:06:37know, so while Trump is doing a deal with Mr. Putin for
00:06:41diesel, the admitted.
00:07:13now uh, but of course the big story was, as I mentioned at the
00:07:16beginning, Mr. Trump making this comment about Mr.
00:07:19Zelensky that really did go around the world in like half a
00:07:23minute. Listen to it, we said you can do
00:07:27whatever you want to Russia, don't hit the refineries, because that's a
00:07:30world problem that's caused, and he wants to make problems
00:07:34for the world, he wants to make problems for our farmers, our ranchers,
00:07:38that's a war that should have never started,
00:07:41and I think it's time for you. to get new president, I think
00:07:45it's time for Ukraine to get new president, yeah,
00:07:48wow, hell, right, the US president saying he
00:07:52is done with uh, with him, done with
00:07:55Zelensky, wants him out, wants to work with somebody
00:07:59else, not Zelensky, they need a new president,
00:08:03so by the way, here here's as
00:08:07expected by the way, you can set your clock by it, so what
00:08:10happened right after Mr. Trump. said that,
00:08:14well, as expected, Zelensky went
00:08:17running,
00:08:18you know, to his
00:08:21enablers, a, the western media,
00:08:25American media, for example, those elites who
00:08:28think that Zelensky walks on
00:08:31water, and be, the European
00:08:34elites, the politicians, who treat this guy like
00:08:38he's Churchill, so Zelensky's first stop
00:08:41was ABC. news, they're horrible uh, watch
00:08:45and listen to how this reporter or reporter
00:08:49want to be who, like many in the US media, probably
00:08:53has a Ukrainian flag hanging in his office, look how he
00:08:57frames this question to Zelensky. It's not just
00:09:01President Trump, we also heard from Elon Musk saying
00:09:04Zelensky has gone too far. Why are they
00:09:08blaming you for the continuation of this war?
00:09:12can you imagine talk about giving yourself away? why are
00:09:16they blaming you, you wonderful sweet man,
00:09:20you've never done anything wrong in your entire life,
00:09:24you're such a good guy, you shouldn't do this, this
00:09:28is terrible, mean, didn't that
00:09:31sound like that? this is a perfect example of why
00:09:35the American people are so stupid when
00:09:39it comes to anything outside their own borders, because... they've got idiots like
00:09:43this in the media who and by
00:09:46the way, the BBC does it too,
00:09:48and and and Lamon does it too, but they feed them this kind of stupid
00:09:52stuff. I mean, listen, listen again
00:09:56to how this question is is posed to to
00:10:00frame Zelensky as if he's Mother Teresa. Play it again,
00:10:03Jeene. It's not just President Trump, we also heard from
00:10:07Elon Musk saying Zelensky has gone too
00:10:11far. Why are they? blaming you for the
00:10:14continuation of this war? does this guy know what's going on in this
00:10:18war? has he does he? mean, does he watch anything other than
00:10:22CNN? i don't know, let's... see, should
00:10:26we talk about the provocation that maybe caused Russia
00:10:29to get involved in this thing? never mind that, never
00:10:33mind that Zelansky ran as a peace candidate and then
00:10:37took tons of money to become something very
00:10:40different, never mind that for at least the last five months,
00:10:44maybe six months, Ukraine has been lobbing,
00:10:48attacking
00:10:49you know drones and
00:10:52killing civilians in Russia. "and
00:10:55hitting civilian infrastructure. I mean, I think that's been in the news, right? I guess not
00:10:59in the United States. Never mind that there are
00:11:03huge corruption scandals, there's one going on right now.
00:11:07Nevermind the fact that Mr. Zelensky is being incentivized, we
00:11:11know this, and the people around him, to the tune of hundreds of
00:11:14billions of dollars to continue the war, not to
00:11:18stop, not to come up with deal, to continue the war. Never
00:11:22mind that he's already turned down.
00:11:30here is,
00:11:33my god, why are they blaming
00:11:36The real you, question you oh sweet, wonderful,
00:11:38gorgeous man,
00:11:40innocent, little you're
00:11:45it's so crazy, meanwhile leaders in France and Britain
00:11:49and Finland and Norway and Poland and Germany all boom
00:11:52immediately reached out to Zelensky. called him on the phone
00:11:56offering a shoulder so he can come and cry on that
00:12:00shoulder, and then there's the EU's
00:12:03kayalis, she said she would oppose Mr. Trump's
00:12:07deal with Russia because it helps
00:12:09Russia, that's literally what she said, this
00:12:13is crazy, it'll help Russia, well yeah, that's that's how deals
00:12:16work,
00:12:17when when when you have something you need in business, you do deal with
00:12:21somebody and both benefit from it, they have something you... you do
00:12:25deal, you and and and that, I don't, Mrs. Callice doesn't understand
00:12:29that, I guess, it's too sophisticated a concept for her
00:12:33brain, this is woman not exactly known for her
00:12:37sophisticated ideas, right, and she also has like
00:12:41a vinegar like hatred of Russia, and it knows no
00:12:44bounds, which is fine, I mean, you're
00:12:47everybody's allowed to hate whoever the hell they want to hate,
00:12:51the question is, is it good for the people of Europe? Of
00:12:55course it's not, of course it's not, just think about
00:12:59what happened this weekend, think about this scenario, let me let me
00:13:02explain, let me explain it to you again, right?
00:13:06Americans are now going to get cheap diesel,
00:13:10while European farmers and businesses are going to get
00:13:13screwed, right? That's it, that's the story a
00:13:17nutshell, and right about the same time, Ursela
00:13:21Vanderlian delivers her state the union speech at the E.
00:13:25you and says that the Europeans under her
00:13:29leadership are now economically so much better
00:13:32off that they were before, really? here,
00:13:35listen, if I look at Europe today,
00:13:39I would say the state of our union is the
00:13:43strongest it has ever been, and the stronger,
00:13:47more independent Europe is now emerging, that
00:13:51is a Europe that is securing its prosperity, one that is...
00:13:55breaking free from the toxic dependency on Russian fossil fuels.
00:13:59yeah, that's it. it's
00:14:02crazy. she she's basically goes if you listen to the whole
00:14:05thing, she's defending her decision to choose oil and gas from
00:14:09the United States and from the Gulf countries, even though those
00:14:13countries by by
00:14:14the way, even though it's way more expensive, and now there's none of
00:14:17it. there is oil and gas to give her,
00:14:21especially when it comes to diesel, and it's about to get worse because... no end
00:14:25in sight for this shortage, so so what is she
00:14:29talking about again? uh, let's see, you get one guess, yeah, you
00:14:33got it right, sanctioning Russia, we got to punish
00:14:37Russia some more, ding, ding, ding, right, you are correct,
00:14:40sir, it's kind of lunacy, right,
00:14:44talk about a self-inflicted wound, not for her, she doesn't give crap, she's
00:14:48got a driver, she doesn't go pump her own gas, but it's
00:14:51tough for the people who live in Europe, it's got
00:14:54to be,
00:14:54I don't... there, but I mean, I'm hearing and reading the stories,
00:14:58it's no wonder that more than half the people in her
00:15:02own body in the EU, right, stood and applauded
00:15:06a couple of years ago when a polish MEP stood up
00:15:10and said this about Vanderlion, look what this woman from
00:15:14Poland, this MEP said to Vanderlion back
00:15:17then.
00:15:21It is high time that someone told you directly what the vast majority. of
00:15:25Europeans think
00:15:26of you, your election to the position of president the European commission in
00:15:30the previous term was huge mistake, and some people are still
00:15:33suffering the consequences of that decision, you are the face of all the
00:15:37EU's climate madness, which is leading to the fact that we, the Europeans
00:15:41are becoming increasingly poorer, and you know what we think of your
00:15:45European green deal,
00:15:47this
00:15:50now, wow, by the way, the
00:15:54diesel deal that uh, Russia just did with the United
00:15:58States is going to be worth about 7 billion dollars right away for
00:16:01Russia, boom, right, by the way, and and that's not that
00:16:05much for economy, the size of Russia, but... but then again it isn't bad and
00:16:09it also isn't bad for the United States consumers who are likely going to see their diesel prices
00:16:12drop 20 22 cents uh something
00:16:16like that? well again European consumers are going to continue to
00:16:20pay through the nose. why? so that Vanderlayan
00:16:24and Ruta and all these guys can help Mr.
00:16:28Zelensky, but here's the question that we have to
00:16:31ask. yeah, they may be helping Zelensky, he's loving
00:16:35it. more money, more money, more money.
00:16:47Yeah, the money is going to Ukraine, but is the average Ukrainian being helped by
00:16:51this? Listen to what Yulia mendel over the weekend, I saw this, I
00:16:54wanted to share this with you, this is Zelinsky's former spokeswoman, you remember she was on with
00:16:58Tucker, and she's on again this time with Danny Davis, look what she has
00:17:02to say uh, to to Vanderlion and to Ruta and to
00:17:06Murt and to Macron and these. guys and other European
00:17:09elites who count how to
00:17:12Solensky. One journalist met
00:17:15with at that moment,
00:17:19foreign secretary lease trusts and she told him that Britain's
00:17:23aim was for the war continue for as long as
00:17:27possible to bleed out the Russians and
00:17:30this is
00:17:31you know something that is very offensive for the Ukrainian people
00:17:35because the price of this brave warding is actually the nation of
00:17:38Ukraine, I just want to tell to your people, to
00:17:42to your audience that um, you know, if any western
00:17:46country or western leader appeared in the situation in which Ukraine is
00:17:50now, they would never never continue the stragedies that are failed and
00:17:54that do not work. She paints a really horrible picture
00:17:58of what's going on right now in Ukraine, and
00:18:02you know, by the way, when I say horrible picture of what's going on in Ukraine, I mean this is not a game
00:18:05right, horrible for the people. are actually living inside of that
00:18:09frame that she just painted, but
00:18:12you know, for the European and the
00:18:15Americans and the elites who make these
00:18:18decisions, she she just said it, she said, it doesn't matter to them, they don't
00:18:21care, right, the the people of Ukraine
00:18:25don't matter to them because that is not what this
00:18:28war is about for them, that's pretty
00:18:32clear, it's sad,
00:18:36good people in Ukraine. joining us now to talk about this as ambassador Craig
00:18:40Murray, he's a Scottish author, he's a human rights activist, he's
00:18:44a blogger, known most of all for telling the truth about how the
00:18:47British used in information that was obtained
00:18:51using torture in Uzbekistan. Mr.
00:18:55Ambassador, you're so kind to join us and give us your time, I hope you're doing
00:19:05what you think of my... of what's going on
00:19:08right now with this situation in Ukraine, it it does seem doesn't it,
00:19:12like the Europeans are doing everything they possibly can to
00:19:16continue this war without really thinking of what the effect it's
00:19:20having, especially on the Ukrainian
00:19:21people. I think you have to
00:19:25understand that for the elite for war itself is the point, they want
00:19:29for war to continue, they don't want it to end,
00:19:33the billions of pounds of profit being made out of
00:19:36this. or huge amounts of money are slushing
00:19:39around, that's huge amounts of money going to the
00:19:43weapons manufacturers, huge amounts of money going to security and
00:19:47intelligence contractors, and of course Ukraine is probably the most
00:19:51corrupt country in the world, money is
00:19:54being ripped off uh, an
00:19:58extraordinary percentage the money that's been given
00:20:02by the European Union, the United Kingdom, United States and others has simply
00:20:06been been st. to the extent that we've all
00:20:09seen countless pictures by now of beef cases full
00:20:13of dollar bills, the you
00:20:17have the deputy head the state audits department in
00:20:21Ukraine flaunting a Lamborghini and the Bentley, that's the
00:20:24auditor,
00:20:30but this is making huge amounts of money both in so-called
00:20:34legitimate ways and in obviously illegitimate ways for. european
00:20:37elite and at the same time it's weakening Russia because these
00:20:41people are russophobic
00:20:43and and they have that as a name as well, so they they just want the war to continue, they
00:20:47don't want it to end, but comparatively speaking. It's not uh
00:20:51weakening Russia, I mean I'm sure it is, anytime you're at war, your country
00:20:55is is is going to be hurting, but
00:20:57the the numbers we just heard uh Miss Mandel talk about, a country
00:21:00of that used to have 50 million people, now has 20 million people, a
00:21:04country that used to be this big is now this big uh, I
00:21:08mean those things are not happening in Russia, as matter of fact,
00:21:11you know where the biggest mass population flow of immigrants from
00:21:15Ukraine is now living, Russia, right, Germany's
00:21:19two, is three,
00:21:21so the reason I'm posing it
00:21:25this way and asking you this question, Mr. Ambassador, is you right, they do this
00:21:29because they make money off of war, but do they not have eyes, do they not see
00:21:33the country is shrinking, do they not see the country is all about to
00:21:36become something much smaller than what it used to be, and that the people in that
00:21:40country
00:21:40is are suffering, do they not see
00:21:42that? well, they don't care, I mean they
00:21:46don't care at all, it does, it doesn't hurt the European elite for the people. of
00:21:50Ukraine to suffer,
00:21:52um, that's the most important thing I think
00:21:56to um get your headround in studying international
00:21:59relations, but the idea that the western
00:22:03alies work for the good the ordinary people their countries
00:22:07is, just obviously wrong, they do things that are terribly help,
00:22:11hurtful to the ordinary people their countries, when
00:22:15Ukraine and and the United States blew up the northstream
00:22:18pipeline, it caused direct,
00:22:21it directly caused about half million unemployed people in
00:22:25Germany for example, and yet the German government
00:22:28supported it, first of all they pretended to believe it was the
00:22:32Russians that did it, and
00:22:33then even after it's now been plainly established
00:22:37that it was Ukrainians that did it with American help, the the
00:22:41German elite still support it despite the massive
00:22:45damage it did to the German economy leading
00:22:49to total... loss in German GDP of five to six
00:22:53percent at least, um, and they don't care, but
00:22:56they really don't, the welfare the ordinary people their countries
00:23:00isn't important to them, what's important to them is that
00:23:04the the rich can make money,
00:23:06that the people who control the politicians can make money, and there's nothing
00:23:10like a big war for making money, and you
00:23:14got you, you're not just some guy who I invited
00:23:18to my backyard barbecue. spouting your
00:23:21opinions, you know this, you you've worked
00:23:24inside the system, did you have, do they
00:23:28know that we know what they're doing, and do they not
00:23:32care? I'm wondering, when when you talk to your your fellow, your
00:23:35colleagues when you were there, even maybe today, if you reach out and talk to
00:23:39some these guys, do they know we figured this
00:23:42out? I think
00:23:46um, part the difficulty is for the percentage of...
00:23:50population who have figured it out though that percentage is
00:23:52growing is still not the majority the population because of course
00:23:56the same people also control the western media, they
00:24:00control the television channels, they control the newspapers, they control
00:24:04hollywood, the same people have bought tik tok and
00:24:07facebook and
00:24:11there is still a very large degree of narrative
00:24:14control, and although
00:24:17it it is true that there's a growing percentage of a population have seen through
00:24:20it, thatly the majority of people still haven't, the majority of people still
00:24:24accept what they are, they are forcefed in effect, every time they
00:24:28turn on their television or their radio or every time they look at social media,
00:24:32so um they feel happily in in
00:24:36control, and they they are worried about about popular
00:24:40perception throughout all the western countries pretty
00:24:43well, there has been an epidemic of
00:24:47limitation on freedom of speech, an epidemic
00:24:50authoritarian legislation um and so they they are
00:24:54bringing in extra measures to control the population, that's true, but by
00:24:58and large, but they they are fairly confident in their control
00:25:02the mechanisms of narrative.
00:25:05hm, i saw documentary yesterday, i was bored,
00:25:09i've always wanted to know about this, so i watched a documentary
00:25:13about what the brits did in kenya with the
00:25:16mau-mou, and i was flabbergasted.
00:25:20horrified watching this, and not only what they
00:25:24did, but what they then very carefully did to make sure
00:25:27that nobody knew that story, and you know, I knew I was
00:25:31going to be interviewing you today, so I wanted to ask you about that, cuz I was, as I was watching that, I was
00:25:35thinking to myself, and I'll ask you the question, has anything
00:25:39changed, I know that was what, the 50s, 60s when they did
00:25:43that,
00:25:47nothing has changed in the merality or lack of... the british elite,
00:25:51but obviously what has changed is Britain has
00:25:54less physical control across the globe now, but it is
00:25:57astonishing the roots of how many
00:26:01modern conflicts. go back to British
00:26:04imperialism and there have
00:26:08been conflicts in in Kenya
00:26:10recently, in recent years, yeah, which
00:26:14go back to British disposition the land,
00:26:18britten ethnically cleansed large areas of
00:26:22Kenya to put in white farmers instead, and that
00:26:25caused um certain tribes to be moved from
00:26:29their land cleared into urban areas where the... became
00:26:33in conflict with other tribes who were already there, and that is
00:26:37actually the direct cause of of recent conflict in Kenya.
00:26:41If you look at Yemen, it was a British occupation
00:26:45of Aden, and the south of Yemen, which caused an ident, much
00:26:49the identity conflict between the north and south of those
00:26:51countries, but the number of current
00:26:55conflicts witten of course invented the very concept of Saudi
00:26:58Arabia and installed the royal family.
00:27:03the the number of conflicts which go directly back to the
00:27:07British Empire and and the extent, you're right, we we are not told
00:27:11the crimes of British empire at all, it's still portrayed as this rather
00:27:15beneficient place, civilizing and being
00:27:19civilization to the natives in fire off
00:27:22lands, was the truth is something much more nasty and vicious
00:27:26and brutal. I'm so glad you mentioned Yemen, I'm so glad you mentioned
00:27:30Yemen, because
00:27:31you know... most the European countries, including the brids, are
00:27:35condemning the hoothies uh for the attacks on the
00:27:39Saudi airport etc. they've released statement, they've they've
00:27:43called the actions the huties uh barbaric, and I'm
00:27:47thinking just like the ma, the same thing they called them, the same thing they called a lot
00:27:50the liberation groups in Africa when they went there and stole their land
00:27:54and raped them and killed them and chopped up their arms and everything, they said
00:27:58they were the barbaric ones, what are you talking about, right? so...
00:28:02I'm I'm looking here to your point uh, Mr. Ambassador,
00:28:06so the Brits and the Europeans are complaining about the Houties, I i
00:28:10think the hoothies are kind of an honorable bunch, even though they do
00:28:14fight wars and sandals, which I don't understand, so we did a little
00:28:18research here, do you know how much money uh
00:28:21the uh Europeans have made so far in armed sales
00:28:25to the Saudis, which again goes to your point about why they do these
00:28:29crazy things, right? I'm going to read it to you,
00:28:32Right, 17 billion france,
00:28:36UK made 7 billion dollars in arm sales to
00:28:40the uh saudis, right? Germany, two
00:28:44billion, spain, two billion, so to your
00:28:47point, of course they're calling the houti
00:28:50savages, they're they're bought and sold by the other
00:28:54side, I think that's that's
00:28:57true, and and the extraordinary thing is that with this
00:29:00incredible. of weapons because the
00:29:04i think those can't be all time totals because they've been individual
00:29:08deals that have been bigger than the total you gave for the UK for
00:29:12example this must be a recent period
00:29:16um well this was during this was during this was during the
00:29:19specific sorry i should have i should have clarified that thank you though
00:29:23for for for correcting me this was only during the first
00:29:27Saudi Yemen war that these numbers they've gone probably above
00:29:31that since then yes 'yeah, they've gone way up
00:29:35past that, and the amount the total amount of weapons
00:29:38the the alal people have ever possessed, it's
00:29:42probably you, 5%
00:29:45of that, um, the and yet the Saudis with
00:29:49all of that firepower, all of that modern equipment are
00:29:52unable to defeat them and in fact continually
00:29:55lose, the war has been over 20 year
00:29:58period, a continual process'.
00:30:02'the Saudis losing ground because they may have all the
00:30:06weaponry and all the money, but they have no belief in the
00:30:10in their own cause, and I i was doing a little research
00:30:14yesterday, I was trying to talk up in the last 12 years
00:30:17since Anstal have controlled
00:30:21the airports in Senat, um, I i
00:30:25found 27 different times the Saudis have
00:30:29bombed San airport, and not on one of us'. 27
00:30:33times, did the European Union condemn
00:30:37this the Saudis for bombing sana airport, which is a civilian
00:30:40airport, n nor did the BBC
00:30:44lead the lead the newscast, nor did the BBC lead their
00:30:48newscast with it, I bet right, absolutely not,
00:30:51no, and some of those killed, there been instances where there were 50
00:30:55children killed in bombing the school bus for
00:30:57example,
