00:19:59a graduation project. Its journey began from the university
00:20:02benches at Sudan University of Science and Technology.
00:20:06The idea began with
00:20:09why research projects were always formulaic,
00:20:13routine, known things, every time, every
00:20:17year, they followed the same pattern.
00:20:20So I looked for a benefit for a product that is
00:20:23both economical and nutritious at the same time, and we didn't
00:20:26give it the two values at the same time. Okay,
00:20:30which is millet. We know millet in our Sudanese nature
00:20:34as porridge and starch, nothing else. And for us to
00:20:38benefit from its value, today, if I told you to
00:20:41eat this millet every minute, eat it as porridge, you wouldn't

00:20:48why millet couldn't be in a different
00:20:51form, a product that is appealing
00:20:54to all segments of society. Well, it's
00:20:57jam. So we made millet jam,
00:21:01and it was a wonderful experience. I faced
00:21:04many difficulties from all sides, that in the end,
00:21:08this is not a porridge. So I insisted that this product and that
00:21:12this project I would fight for it and reach graduation

00:21:24university testified to it. So we produced two types of millet jam:
