00:00:00In your opinion, to what extent does this step, the step of accrediting
00:00:03new ambassadors in Khartoum, represent
00:00:07practical recognition of the continuation of Sudanese state institutions
00:00:11Also, the purpose of and their ability to exercise their sovereign
00:00:14and diplomatic
00:00:15competencies?
00:00:18Yes, as I mentioned, Sudan
00:00:23witness an expansion in has entered a stage of recovery, and this has been proven by the military field transformations,
00:00:27as well as the political transformations. There are some who
00:00:30spreads is that anyone who returns from work to challenge the legitimacy of the Sudanese government,
00:00:33but through the accreditations of some
00:00:38to start their activities from ambassadors presenting their credentials
00:00:41we can establish this from Khartoum, it denies the fact that Port
00:00:43Sudan is the government,
00:00:46Turkey views dealing with or it is the center. The government and forgetting many has moved to Khartoum because
00:00:47personal rights are not some parties that
00:00:50were stuck in history or stuck in the past are trying to describe the Sudanese
00:00:54government as the Port Sudan authorities, as some parties hostile to Sudan
00:00:58and rebellion and join use it. The Sudanese government has begun to operate from
00:01:01Khartoum. The international community has begun to move towards Khartoum
00:01:05and interact with Khartoum and with the legitimate government in
00:01:08Khartoum
00:01:10diplomatic missions in as a fixed fact, and that the legitimacy of Sudan is taken from
00:01:13to achieve
00:01:15the parties with which it is allied the diplomatic recognitions carried out by
00:01:18some important countries such as Turkey, Egypt, and the Sultanate of
00:01:22Oman, and before that,
00:01:25of course, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which
00:01:28their relations with sent its ambassador to Khartoum
00:01:31to present his credentials from Khartoum. This is one fact that is firmly established:
00:01:35Sudan has entered a stage of recovery. The recognition of
00:01:38the Sudanese government has become clear from
00:01:41Darfur and war in external parties and countries that send their ambassadors, which
00:01:45confirms this fact. So, how
00:01:48can this step be utilized, Professor Ibrahim, by
00:01:51Sudan to enhance its regional
00:01:54Sudan. Also, Turkey and international presence?
00:01:56Yes, first, there are some international and regional
00:02:00transformations that
00:02:02to eliminate the rebellion. the Sudanese state is closely following. What is happening in Sudan's vicinity
00:02:06is a serious matter that affects the geopolitical landscape. There is a state of
00:02:09internal conflict in Ethiopia, and the civil war in Ethiopia
00:02:13may have repercussions in the region's vicinity, or in Sudan's vicinity, or in
00:02:17the Red Sea region. Sudan's presence in
00:02:20international and regional interactions confirms that Sudan
00:02:23is a key state in the issue of establishing security and stability in
00:02:26this region. The other matter is that there are countries and there are
00:02:30entities that are working to establish a new reality for Sudan through
00:02:33accepting separatist groups, or recognizing them, or granting them a kind of
00:02:37tolerance, legitimacy. This is rejected, as the Sudanese
00:02:41government has said repeatedly in all forums. The parties that support the rebellion
00:02:44and ally with the parties that violate the rights of Sudanese people, or
00:02:48those that reject Sudan's rights to sovereignty, have lost all
00:02:51their bets. Therefore, what is happening now is a major
00:02:55change in favor of the Sudanese state, and the international community
00:02:58the People's Armed Forces on sees in Sudan a strong ally for the sake of
00:03:02investing in the state of
00:03:04Port Sudan or staying stability that Sudan may create through its active
00:03:09other tribes. role in its regional and international environment.
00:03:11Therefore, Sudan is a key state, as recognized by these countries that
00:03:15sent their ambassadors for accreditation.
00:03:17Uh-huh. Regarding the security situation, what
00:03:20with the martyrs messages can this
00:03:22allow it. And now there is step send by accrediting these ambassadors in
00:03:24Khartoum?
00:03:27Yes, there are some parties that are trying to obscure the facts in Sudan,
00:03:31trying to show that Khartoum is unstable, that the security
00:03:36operate from situation is unstable in Sudan, and that the Sudanese
00:03:39government will not be able to provide
00:03:43the elements of security in Sudan.
00:03:45the ability of native administrations to
00:03:45and that the situation in However, these steps refute these claims and confirm that
00:03:48Khartoum has become a stable, prosperous capital,
00:03:52where life has begun to return after the fierce war waged by the terrorist
00:03:56see in Rapid Support Forces group with regional and international support. Therefore, these
00:03:59steps confirm or consolidate in the minds
00:04:02of observers that Sudan has begun to recover,
00:04:05and that the capital of Sudan, Khartoum, has returned to
00:04:11contact with Sudan as an economic normal, and that ambassadors have begun to flock to Khartoum to be
00:04:13Yes, there is a state of accepted or accredited as ambassadors in Sudan. This matter,
00:04:15of course, will change a lot in
00:04:18Greetings to you. Let's watch this missions in the minds of everyone who follows the Sudanese issue, which has been distorted by the actions of some political
00:04:22parties that tried to change
00:04:25and commercial relations with the facts or obscure the facts before regional
00:04:28and local public opinion, as well as international public opinion. Therefore, these
00:04:32steps refute the facts that the groups that allied
00:04:36with the terrorist Rapid Support Forces group that transferred to the Sudanese
00:04:40people tried to promote, or the claims that they were promoting. Uh-huh. Well, Mr.
00:04:44aims to develop its economic relations with Ibrahim, what is the difference, in your opinion, between accrediting a new ambassador
00:04:47to Sudan and taking an actual decision
00:04:52of recovery or development in for this ambassador to resume his work from Khartoum?
00:04:56Yes, the situation in Sudan
00:05:01is improving every day,
00:05:04and I was in
00:05:06between Sudan and Saudi Arabia in should come and start their activities from Sudan a short time ago and I noticed the improvement in all aspects,
00:05:09the service aspects
00:05:13as well as the security
00:05:16aspects, and also at the social and living levels. There is a state
00:05:19of recovery in the Sudanese scene.
00:05:22And also, the state has begun to regain its keys or to regain
00:05:25its health through the performance of
00:05:28the service agencies in the Sudanese state, and also
00:05:32the security agencies performing their duties
00:05:35sufficiently. Therefore, for diplomatic
00:05:39missions to come to Khartoum and for their ambassadors
00:05:43or heads of these missions to present their
00:05:46credentials to Khartoum proves the fact that Sudan has entered
00:05:49a stage of recovery and we have overcome the state of war that tried
00:05:53to implant in the Sudanese citizen's
00:05:56convictions, and also to implant in the surrounding
00:05:59area of Sudan the view of war. Sudan
00:06:03has overcome this stage. There is a state of political recovery. There are efforts
00:06:07to move Sudan from a state of conflict to a state of
00:06:11social integration.
00:06:13All of these are efforts made by the Sudanese government
00:06:17through its various tools. The activation of
00:06:22Khartoum consolidates this narrative
00:06:26and confirms the fact that Sudan, that
00:06:29Khartoum is the capital of Sudan, and that the previous designations that
00:06:33tried to attach to the legitimate Sudanese government are not
00:06:36true. They called it the Port Sudan authority,
00:06:40as I mentioned, and they sometimes called it
00:06:43the Facebook authority, as some claim or some say,
00:06:47but in reality, things have changed and shifted in favor of the Sudanese
00:06:50people and the Sudanese state, according to what they perceive.
00:06:53Uh-huh. Well, Mr. Ibrahim, in your opinion, how will this
00:06:56step, the step
00:07:00of accrediting ambassadors in Khartoum, affect
00:07:04the countries that have not yet opened their embassies and moved their diplomatic
00:07:07mission headquarters to Khartoum yet?
00:07:11Perhaps, if I answer this question, I might
00:07:15reveal a secret that some of my brothers told
00:07:18me: that there is an ambassador of a North African country
00:07:21who claims that the situation in Khartoum is unstable, and
00:07:24there
00:07:26was an ambassador who intended to come to Khartoum, but he was told that the situation was unstable.
00:07:30This is the head of ambassadors or
00:07:32foreign diplomatic missions or the diplomatic mission
00:07:36or the head of ambassadors
00:07:39in Khartoum. The ambassador who narrates this
00:07:43story said that when I told him that I would come to
00:07:46Khartoum or go to Khartoum, he told
00:07:49me that the situation was unstable. This is an attempt
00:07:52by some parties within the diplomatic corps to
00:07:56instill the belief that Khartoum is not safe. However, when
00:07:59the concerned ambassador came to Khartoum and presented his
00:08:03credentials, it confirmed one fact: that Sudan, or
00:08:07Khartoum, has become stable. This may
00:08:10embarrass some countries that insist that or some diplomatic missions
00:08:14that insist on staying in in some
00:08:18regions in Sudan. This contradicts
00:08:22the current reality and data. Therefore, these
00:08:25steps will compel some diplomatic missions to move
00:08:29to Khartoum and perform their duties, given that the government
00:08:32has started its activities in Khartoum and that Khartoum
00:08:35has entered a state of recovery in all aspects.
00:08:39Therefore, I believe that countries will gradually
00:08:42come to present or diplomatic missions will gradually
00:08:46come to Khartoum to
00:08:48Khartoum, establishing legitimacy and confirming that
00:08:52Sudan,
00:08:55the capital of Sudan, Khartoum, has recovered,
00:08:58Sudan is moving towards or heading towards
00:09:01more recovery in all aspects, including political
00:09:04and diplomatic aspects. Okay, what
00:09:07are the implications of this statement, Mr. Ibrahim, that you talked about, that there are
00:09:11diplomatic entities
00:09:13that still consider Khartoum unsafe at this moment, despite all
00:09:17the changes and despite, I mean, all the instances
00:09:20of security stability that the country is witnessing?
00:09:25rigidity among some diplomatic
00:09:30Sudan, and they are dominated
00:09:32by the narrative of the enemy, or the narrative of the parties
00:09:36that are working to sabotage the situation of
00:09:40Sudanese people in the capital, and through
00:09:43drones and targeting through the psychological warfare
00:09:47waged by these parties that are hostile to the Sudanese people. These
00:09:50parties or these diplomatic missions are dominated
00:09:54by or their narrative was dominated by
00:09:57these parties. But in reality,
00:10:01the situation is not
00:10:04what some perceive. We, as Sudanese, and everyone
00:10:07who holds Sudan in high regard, acknowledge
00:10:11that Khartoum is the capital of Sudan, and
00:10:15all diplomatic missions
00:10:18Khartoum. These parties also have
00:10:21contacts with Western parties that are working to establish
00:10:25a strange reality in Sudan and are hostile to the Sudanese state.
00:10:29These parties have not come
00:10:32or have accredited their ambassadors in countries neighboring
00:10:35Sudan, in Kenya, in Ethiopia, to start
00:10:38or follow the situation in Sudan from these angles.
00:10:41Therefore, communication with these
00:10:44parties is what influences the convictions
00:10:48of these diplomatic missions that are currently in Port Sudan.
00:10:51Therefore, the Sudanese government
00:10:54must urge these parties, either through persuasion
00:10:58or through clarification,
00:11:03Khartoum so that
00:11:06reality that we are living in now, which is
00:11:09undoubtedly in favor of the Sudanese state and the legitimacy
00:11:12of the Sudanese state. Mr. Ibrahim, do you see any
00:11:16justifications for what these diplomatic missions
00:11:19have done, and their remaining
00:11:22until now in Port Sudan instead of the capital, which has
00:11:26witnessed complete stability?
00:11:29Yes, when he says it is the capital, perhaps
00:11:32they perceive it as such, or perhaps they are serving the narrative
00:11:35of the government or the narrative of
00:11:40abroad. There are many intersections in the Sudanese
00:11:43scene. The Sudanese government is cautious in dealing with
00:11:46these situations. It believes that
00:11:50anyone who wants to develop
00:11:53Sudan in all aspects, from the political side,
00:11:56from the economic side, from the security and military side, must come to
00:12:00Khartoum. These missions may be overtaken by time by
00:12:04their insistence on staying in Port Sudan, because Khartoum is
00:12:07the capital of Sudan, which the Sudanese army
00:12:10has clearly regained,
00:12:14and the situation has greatly improved.
00:12:17Everyone who comes to Khartoum notices this.
00:12:20Therefore, the claim that or the justifications provided by
00:12:25these parties are flimsy and cannot
00:12:28be relied upon. As I mentioned, the Sudanese
00:12:31government must expedite urging these diplomatic missions
00:12:35to start their activities from Khartoum to confirm or establish
00:12:38this improved reality in favor of the Sudanese
00:12:42people. The justifications also provided by these
00:12:45parties, claiming that there is no security in Sudan,
00:12:49is the issue of drones. The drones that this terrorist
00:12:52group, the terrorist Rapid Support Forces, uses. The Sudanese army
00:12:56has a sufficient air defense system
00:12:59that was able to shoot down, during the past
00:13:03days alone, and today also, drones coming from Ethiopia and other
00:13:07drones coming from the western strategic
00:13:10border from Chad. Therefore, the Sudanese
00:13:14army was able to
00:13:16impose security in Khartoum, and the security
00:13:20forces are performing their role sufficiently, and Khartoum's skies
00:13:23have become safe. And the Sudanese army has air
00:13:27superiority, according to all data. Therefore, there is no justification
00:13:30for these parties to remain in Port Sudan until now. Uh-huh.
00:13:33Well, Mr. Ibrahim, how will the resumption
00:13:37of diplomatic activity reflect
00:13:40on boosting trade, economic activity,
00:13:43investment, and Khartoum?
00:13:47Yes, Sudan is rich in great capabilities,
00:13:50and the world needs Sudan, and the region also needs Sudan. Sudan needs
00:13:54Sudan from the agricultural aspect. It was rich
00:13:56in its resources, mineral resources, and Sudan is rich
00:14:00in its human cadres.
00:14:03The problems we are facing now in the region are primarily economic problems,
00:14:07and Sudan's recovery
00:14:09will undoubtedly contribute to the recovery of economic
00:14:13stability in all countries that suffer from economic
00:14:17problems. Therefore, countries that
00:14:21Sudan an opportunity to develop their
00:14:25economic relations with Sudan are calculating their options carefully.
00:14:27For example, the Arab Republic of Egypt
00:14:31views
00:14:34partner. There are some obstacles
00:14:37that we are witnessing these days from
00:14:40some of the attacks that targeted miners. Discussing
00:14:44these issues directly is essential. Therefore, stimulating
00:14:48relations or strengthening economic
00:14:50Sudan is a key matter for the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as
00:14:55Turkey, which sees Sudan as a great opportunity. Therefore, it is working
00:14:58to develop its relations and has not delayed
00:15:01in sending its new ambassador to present his
00:15:05credentials in Sudan. Turkey
00:15:09Sudan greatly. Also, the Kingdom
00:15:12of Saudi Arabia, perhaps in the coming days, we will see a state
00:15:17trade and investment relations between the two countries
00:15:21in issues related to common interests. There are Saudi companies that have begun
00:15:24to come to Sudan, and also, perhaps
00:15:27an investment trade forum will be held
00:15:31Khartoum. This is a new development. Therefore, all countries view Sudan
00:15:35as an opportunity to build trade
00:15:38relations that primarily serve Sudan's interests, and also the countries
00:15:42that support Sudan in this
00:15:43critical stage.
00:15:46Okay, Mr. Ibrahim, you talked
00:15:50about economic relations with Turkey and
00:15:54Saudi Arabia, specifically regarding the Turkish issue. In your opinion, what
00:15:57are the areas that can
00:16:00Sudanese-Turkish
00:16:02cooperation?
00:16:04Yes, Turkey is a key country in this region. Relations with
00:16:08it are important and strategic.
00:16:11The current Sudanese leadership sees relations with Turkey as
00:16:15a priority for considerations related to regional interests
00:16:18or the difficult regional situation. Therefore,
00:16:24Sudan at this stage as a key and necessary matter
00:16:27that serves Turkey's interests and primarily Sudan's interests.
00:16:31Sudan views the relationship with Turkey as
00:16:35a relationship of equality, not a relationship of handouts
00:16:38and grants. Therefore, Sudan is working to develop its
00:16:42investment relations with Turkey. There are Sudanese companies
00:16:46operating in the Turkish market, and also there are Turkish companies
00:16:49that have started operating in Sudan in the field of energy, as well as in agriculture,
00:16:53and in various fields, including
00:16:56industrial and agricultural industries.
00:16:58Therefore, or agricultural industry. Therefore, I believe
00:17:01that it is in Turkey's interest to support Sudan,
00:17:05and that Sudan benefits
00:17:07from the Turkish market, as it is one of the largest markets in this region.
00:17:10Sudan is a promising country with its immense capabilities,
00:17:13and also the state of stability that it has begun to witness may
00:17:16encourage Turkish businessmen to come to Turkey,
00:17:20and all of these are opportunities
00:17:23for Turkey and also opportunities for all
00:17:26countries that are working to develop their relations with
00:17:31undoubtedly has an opportunity
00:17:35through entering the Sudanese market to be able to
00:17:37address other markets, including African
00:17:41markets and other Arab markets, because
00:17:45Sudan, due to its geographical location and its geo-economic interconnections
00:17:49with the countries of the region, may encourage Turkey and Turkish
00:17:52economists and investors to benefit from Sudan's immense capabilities
00:17:55that it possesses. Professor Ibrahim Nasser, political
00:17:59analyst, thank you very
00:18:07Tonight, after the break.
00:18:36Welcome back. In light of the ongoing Battle of Dignity and its security
00:18:40and social repercussions, the native administrations in Darfur
00:18:43and Kordofan are moving to enhance their national role in supporting the armed
00:18:47forces and the supporting forces, and working to
00:18:50restore social cohesion and confront hate speech
00:18:53and division. A comprehensive meeting for the coordinations in the North
00:18:57Bahri region, during which the native administrations announced their support
00:19:01for the armed forces, and the commander who defected from the militia, Ali
00:19:04Rizqallah Al-Safna, renewed his call to the sons of the tribes
00:19:07who are involved in the rebellion to lay down their arms and return
00:19:11to the embrace of the homeland,
00:19:14based on the amnesty declaration issued by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
00:19:17These movements open the door to questions about
00:19:22influence the course of the war and to bring back
00:19:25their sons from the ranks of the rebellion and contribute to
00:19:28uniting the internal front and protecting the social
00:19:31fabric in Darfur and Kordofan. Welcome
00:19:35and I welcome my guest,
00:19:38King Yaqoub Muhammad Quraida, King of the Masalit
00:19:49at Sudan
00:19:50TV.
00:19:55report and return to our discussion on Sudan
00:19:59tonight. The coordinations of the native
00:20:02administration in Darfur and Kordofan announced their unlimited support for the armed
00:20:06forces and the forces supporting
00:20:09them in the Battle of Dignity. This came during the comprehensive meeting
00:20:13of the coordinations in the North Bahri region, which was addressed
00:20:16by the commander who defected from the rebellious militia, Ali Rizqallah
00:20:20Al-Safna, who renewed the call to all sons
00:20:23of the tribes involved in the ranks
00:20:26of the rebellion to return to the embrace of the homeland and prioritize
00:20:29the supreme interest of the country. We appeal to all our brothers
00:20:33who are there, on the side of the militias,
00:20:36they must exert themselves and they must confront and
00:20:39they must break the barrier between
00:20:43the militia and the areas of the armed forces
00:20:46and free their other people. We came here, by God, we did not come to appear on
00:20:50the media every day. We came to tell you that, by God, brothers, we
00:20:53came from your hand to your hand. We and you
00:20:57are all under the umbrella of the armed forces, and we will advance tomorrow.
00:21:00Our battle is in Kordofan, and after
00:21:02Kordofan, our battle will be in Darfur. This is our first message.
00:21:06We say return to the embrace of the homeland, and this
00:21:10is the path that resembles you, and this is what will bring justice to your people, and this is what will make
00:21:14our homeland safe and stable. We need
00:21:17to cooperate. We need to collaborate. We need
00:21:21to oppose.
00:21:25And we need every one of our sons who are with the militia
00:21:29there. We strive that all our children come from
00:21:33their side. A number of chieftains, sheikhs, and nazirs
00:21:37in the states of Darfur and Kordofan affirmed their
00:21:39keenness for their sons to respond to the declaration of the Commander-in-Chief
00:21:43of the Armed Forces of amnesty for all who lay down their arms
00:21:48the national ranks. We
00:21:51and our efforts and all the people
00:21:53with us are supporters of the armed
00:21:57forces and supporters of any party that supports
00:22:01the armed forces
00:22:03the greater and desired goal,
00:22:07which is to defeat this rebellious
00:22:10militia. Sudanese army, brothers, a country without an army will not
00:22:14remain. It is impossible for them to convince us that without an army,
00:22:17the country will rise. No country will rise without an army. And brothers,
00:22:21we are 58 tribes. The right
00:22:25thing is that we stand with our army so that there
00:22:28is no new war in
00:22:31Sudan. Brothers, we must be humble
00:22:35and respect each other and appreciate each other
00:22:39and accept that we live with
00:22:42each other. The leaders of the native administrations
00:22:45pointed to the importance of ending hate speech
00:22:48and the necessity of working to unite the ranks
00:23:20Welcome back. I welcome again my guest, Mr.
00:23:24Yaqoub Muhammad Quraida, King of the Masalit
00:23:26in South Darfur State. Welcome. First, what are
00:23:30the political and social implications of this meeting, Mr.
00:23:34King? In the name of God,
00:23:45opportunity to congratulate
00:23:48the great victories in the Blue Nile and in Kordofan,
00:23:51and we hope soon, God willing, that Darfur will be completely liberated
00:23:55and Sudan will be completely liberated,
00:24:17the meeting that took place yesterday. The first
00:24:20in Bahri city, Al-Zakyab,
00:24:24north of Bahri. The main
00:24:26purpose is unity and rejecting
00:24:29hate speech and unity
00:24:33and supporting the armed forces completely
00:24:37and sufficiently until
00:24:40the armed forces are able to liberate
00:24:44Darfur in the near future.
00:24:47And perhaps the People's Armed Forces are performing
00:24:50their role in the framework of liberation,
00:24:54but we also need
00:24:57people to close ranks
00:25:00and support these forces with money,
00:25:04men, and moral support.
00:25:07All of us, as Darfur tribes and native
00:25:09administrations, agreed to play our role, even
00:25:13though some native
00:25:16administrations had a negative role in this
00:25:20and took a path of rebellion and the wrong
00:25:24path, because the message and function of the native administration
00:25:28is a social function and its primary task
00:25:31is to lead all the people
00:25:34to peace, stability, and reassurance, and not
00:25:37to lead them to war and not to lead them
00:25:39to hatred and hate speech, as we
00:25:43saw. The fighting doctrine and the
00:25:47moral support based on it and the rebellion are all
00:25:50about racist speech and hate speech
00:25:53and incitement in the hearts
00:25:56of other Sudanese. They also adopt
00:25:59hate speech, which is about actions
00:26:02and words that indicate
00:26:05racism and belittling
00:26:09individuals or groups.
00:26:13the meeting yesterday was for people
00:26:17to welcome anyone who returns to the embrace
00:26:21of the homeland and encourage others to return
00:26:24to the embrace of the homeland, because in the end,
00:26:27the malicious propaganda that
00:26:29the militia
00:26:33the rebellion
00:26:35to the embrace of the homeland will be treated badly, and the opposite is entirely true.
00:26:39I mean, anyone who returns will find respect
00:26:41and appreciation
00:26:45of the tragedies and crimes, even though
00:26:50lost with general amnesty and are preserved,
00:26:53and anyone who suffered personal harm has the right
00:26:56to pursue others and claim their right.
00:26:59But we intended by
00:27:02participating in that meeting that people
00:27:05send a positive message from two aspects:
00:27:09first, encouraging and congratulating the people who
00:27:13returned, and the second message to the people who are still
00:27:16in the ranks of the rebellion
00:27:19to return to the embrace of the homeland, and you will find all
00:27:22respect and all appreciation and all
00:27:26love and you will find
00:27:29everything that benefits you, God willing. I will return to this point. Let me ask an important question
00:27:33in this topic specifically, Mr. King,
00:27:36how can the native administration achieve popular
00:27:39support for the armed forces? What are the mechanisms
00:27:43for achieving this work? The mechanisms of the native
00:27:46administration are, first of all, that it must
00:27:50adopt a discourse
00:27:54reconciliation among all tribes
00:27:58so that people's hearts unite in love for
00:28:01the homeland. And working within the framework of building
00:28:05moral
00:28:10conditions and mobilizing
00:28:13its people, and it is certain that the native administration has
00:28:16a strong social impact on its people,
00:28:19and if intentions are sincere and all native administrations
00:28:23start with themselves and their people, they can provide great
00:28:27assistance, whether it is material assistance, human
00:28:30assistance, or moral assistance. We must
00:28:34reject hate speech
00:28:37and focus on brotherhood,
00:28:41and peace. And these
00:28:44are the ones who lead the native administration to succeed in its mission
00:28:48and unite the Sudanese
00:28:50people.
00:28:52And there are many examples in Darfur
00:28:55of reasons for people's
00:28:58unity. In the past, native administrations
00:29:01would appoint leaders from different native administrations and choose
00:29:05ambassadors from among themselves to represent these
00:29:08tribes in
00:29:11And so this cultivates
00:29:15affection and respect among people. True,
00:29:18these were primitive experiences in a society
00:29:21whose circumstances did not
00:29:24strong communication, whether
00:29:28it's the internet or other means.
00:29:40Organize visits to each other and hold
00:29:44meetings and seminars and reject hate
00:29:47speech and call for a speech
00:29:50of tolerance and a speech of the other. So, regarding the issue of
00:29:54reintegrating fighters from the ranks of the militia, how
00:29:58does this native administration
00:30:02convince these fighters from the ranks
00:30:05of the militia to return to the embrace of the homeland?
00:30:07The native administration
00:30:11convinces them through direct
00:30:14field leaders
00:30:17and by providing guarantees that
00:30:19if a person returns, they will receive full
00:30:22respect, full appreciation, and full evaluation,
00:30:25and will be a respected and honored person. If they want to be
00:30:29absorbed into the armed forces, it will be
00:30:33done in a proper and dignified
00:30:35manner. After that, he must
00:30:39explain to them during his address that
00:30:41the rebellion
00:30:44is nearing its end and has no
00:30:47project for people
00:30:50to fight for. Its project is looting,
00:30:54killing, dragging,
00:30:57and all abominations.
