00:00:50headlines:
00:00:59A shortage of gasoline and diesel, and their disappearance from most
00:01:03gas stations in Aleppo and Idlib governorates.

00:01:25Syria TV correspondent
00:01:31temperatures and the increasing pressure on
00:01:38and difficulty and it was affected by this
00:01:41reported a severe shortage of fuel, especially diesel,
00:01:44in the cities of Aleppo and Idlib, which led to
00:01:47the closure of most gas stations due to the depletion of their stock of
00:01:51diesel and gasoline. Our correspondent explained
00:01:56This man was ambulated that the stations that are still operating are experiencing severe congestion
00:02:00of cars due to the scarcity of gasoline and its availability
00:02:04in limited quantities. In this context,
00:02:07local sources spoke of the cessation of gasoline supply due to
00:02:10the poor quality of the available
00:02:14the elderly, on and caused many quantities at the stations, amid anticipation of the arrival of new supplies.
00:02:30I have been waiting in line for two hours. We went to the gas station before this one.
00:02:33It has no diesel, no gasoline.
00:02:39patients, on as illogical that happened this This one has gasoline, and the queue week, related to them standing in extends to the roundabout of
00:02:40queues and the arrival of quantities of death. The problem is that the gasoline is not
00:02:42regular gasoline.
00:02:44is yellow, Many cars are getting damaged.
00:02:48Some engines are failing, and some cars are experiencing
00:02:51damage, and they are replacing engines. This has caused
00:02:54damage to people. To discuss this issue, I welcome Ibrahim
00:03:01residents not to leave that can be blown away on Suwaid, Syria TV correspondent, directly from Idlib, and Ibrahim Al-Khatib
00:03:04from Aleppo. Welcome to you both. I'll start with Ibrahim
00:03:08Al-Khatib to tell us about the fuel situation in
00:03:12Aleppo city. How does the situation look?
00:03:15مدينه حلب كيف يبدو
00:03:17Good evening, Dima. Actually, there is a complete
00:03:20outage of diesel.
00:03:22saying that it was out of concern Most of the gas stations in Aleppo city have run out of diesel,
00:03:25in addition to the public stations
00:03:29in the Aleppo countryside, after diesel-powered cars
00:03:32headed to these stations to refuel.
00:03:35Today, effectively, since the morning hours until this moment, most
00:03:39gas stations that provide citizens with diesel
00:03:43have stopped supplying
00:03:46caused harm to many the material after the quantity ran out. And indeed, after
00:03:48citizens, and we are currently seeing our conversations with a number of owners of these stations, they said
00:03:51that they had registered for quantities last week, but these quantities did not
00:03:56especially when driving on arrive. They blame the lack of supply, the weak
00:03:58supply from the source mainly, while gasoline,
00:04:02which faced a problem last week, is experiencing pressure on
00:04:05the currently operating gas stations. A number of gas stations stopped operating this
00:04:09week after refusing to directly supply
00:04:13quantities of gasoline until the problem
00:04:16of the gasoline that arrived, which was an unusable batch,
00:04:20and actually caused damage to cars, is resolved. I will mainly
00:04:24open the floor to the camera to monitor the scene in this area where we are standing,
00:04:27and here is one of the operating gas stations in Aleppo city
00:04:31in the middle of the city. You
00:04:34a new phenomenon in can see all this congestion for gasoline at the area or
00:04:38section designated for selling gasoline, because the section designated for selling diesel
00:04:42fill up here in is completely stopped, and cars that come to ask
00:04:45here, the car owners who come to ask about diesel,
00:04:49the gas station owners here tell them that it is not available, and it is not actually
00:04:53available there is no room for them to
00:04:56queue up in line.
00:05:01With this queue, Ibrahim, how do car owners deal with the limited
00:05:05quantities currently available at
00:05:06the stations?
00:05:09Yes, first of all, allow me, Dima,
00:05:11countryside in general, and there to explain the queue. We are standing here in an area, for those who know Aleppo, between
00:05:15Al-Fayd roundabout and a roundabout known as Qala Tower. This queue stretches for
00:05:18a kilometer. Since early morning, the queue began to form and has actually
00:05:22become more crowded, extending almost to
00:05:26Qala Tower roundabout, formerly known as Death roundabout.
00:05:29Therefore, it actually takes about an hour
00:05:33the station to
00:05:35refuel. So far,
00:05:39there has been no rationing. A little while ago,
00:05:42we asked the gas station owners, and they said that gasoline is available,
00:05:46but if the pressure continues like this, they will start rationing
00:05:49and filling 20 liters per car,
00:05:53in order to serve as many cars as possible
00:05:57that are queuing at this station. And there is a real problem related
00:06:00to the operating stations in Aleppo city
00:06:03after the problem that occurred with regard
00:06:07to the gasoline that the residents here describe
00:06:10as "damaged" or "adulterated" or "bad" gasoline.
00:06:14The names are actually numerous. So far, no specific
00:06:17results have been found to prove what this gasoline that arrived at these
00:06:21gas stations is, and it actually caused damage to hundreds
00:06:24of cars,
00:06:27gasoline, this "damaged" batch, actually caused
00:06:30great damage to cars, which actually prompted owners
00:06:34of some stations to actually refuse to refuel last
00:06:38week, until this
00:06:40is resolved.
00:06:47Hello, sir. Hello. Welcome.
00:06:50It's only been half an hour, but why are we standing
00:06:53for half an hour for what? To get bad gasoline that harms our ears?
00:06:57All these cars are ruined because of what? Because of what are you telling
00:07:01us about the batch of gasoline that arrived previously?
00:07:05Last week, we were harmed. Yes.
00:07:08We spent a lot of money. We have enough bread.
00:07:20Ibrahim, we apologize for these
00:07:23terms, these words on Syria TV.
00:07:26Ibrahim, to tell us if there was
00:07:30any support from the concerned authorities,
00:07:33the responsible authorities, or even if there were any promises
00:07:37from the officials to resolve this problem and resume
00:07:40supplies.
00:07:42Yes, Dima, actually, the residents here are upset. There is
00:07:45actually a scene that the residents describe
00:07:52gasoline that actually caused damage and harm to the residents,
00:07:56and also, there is no clarification so far
00:07:59regarding the results of the investigations that the committee that was actually
00:08:03formed by the Ministry of Energy and the directorate
00:08:06of the Syrian Petroleum Company was supposed to
00:08:10conduct to actually find out what happened and the circumstances of the arrival of these
00:08:13quantities of gasoline, which were supposed to pass through
00:08:17chains. I previously spoke with one of the station owners,
00:08:20who said that the chain was supposed to start with the Syrian Petroleum
00:08:23Company, which is responsible for inspecting the quantities received
00:08:27from perhaps the main supplier,
00:08:30and then there would be an intermediary responsible for supply,
00:08:33and then the gas station owners would also verify the type of fuel
00:08:37that reaches them, and then the gas station owners would sell these
00:08:41quantities to the public after the gas stations cool
00:08:44the quantity or, as they say here in colloquial Arabic,
00:08:47let it settle, so it is suitable for use.
00:08:51The gasoline found in the market actually caused direct damage
00:08:54to engines and also
00:09:00this scene as part of the previous crisis related to gasoline, because these
00:09:04stations currently operating in Aleppo that agreed to supply
00:09:08gasoline this week are few in number, which created a great
00:09:12deal of pressure that you are currently witnessing. The second problem that has not
00:09:15yet been clarified is the problem of the lack of
00:09:19diesel. The sudden disappearance of diesel has also become a real
00:09:22problem facing car owners who are now starting
00:09:26to go to Azaz city in the northern Aleppo countryside. Some go
00:09:30to Al-Atareb city, to relatively distant areas, to get
00:09:33small and insufficient quantities just to move
00:09:36their cars. We are talking today about a situation that, if it continues for several days, will cause
00:09:40a complete paralysis of life. We apologize for some of the words
00:09:44that came from the worker, but it seems that he is also upset
00:09:48after a long period of waiting and also due to the damage he suffered, as he said,
00:09:51from the batch of gasoline that arrived previously and which also actually led to
00:09:55financial costs during the repair of the car. I will now move to Idlib to monitor
00:09:58the fuel situation in Idlib with you, Ibrahim Suwaid.
00:10:02Is the situation similar to what is happening also in Aleppo
00:10:04city?
00:10:08Yes, actually, Dima, it differs and
00:10:11it differs in some cases,
00:10:15especially regarding gasoline. A little while ago, I
00:10:18filled my own car. Gasoline is available in the Idlib
00:10:24are no
00:10:28do not actually have gasoline, but
00:10:32the similarity I was referring to with Aleppo governorate specifically
00:10:35is the diesel, which has been missing almost since
00:10:39yesterday evening, and even at this moment,
00:10:43diesel is still missing from most of the gas stations located
00:10:46both inside Idlib city and on the Syrian-Turkish borders
00:10:50and even in areas of the southern Idlib
00:10:53countryside. Some gas stations contain quantities that their owners call
00:10:57"strategic reserve," and it is primarily designated,
00:11:00Dima, for coupon holders who are always designated
00:11:03for operations, meaning ambulance vehicles,
00:11:07police, security, and even the Ministry of Defense.
00:11:10Transportation operations that occur between Syrian governorates,
00:11:14but almost from Hama governorate,
00:11:17all the way to Aleppo city, specifically the road connecting
00:11:21them, there is no diesel. Some gas stations had some
00:11:25of this material, but there was congestion,
00:11:29and this material was emptied
00:11:33basically.
00:11:36But the information we also obtained a little while ago, which is circulated
00:11:40by the media here,
00:11:44government relations in Idlib said that there is
00:11:47an unloading operation for fuel, especially
00:11:51diesel, taking place in the Syrian coast region, and it is
00:11:55expected that these quantities will reach
00:11:58the governorates that have a shortage, especially Idlib
00:12:02and Aleppo governorates, and there will be a supply operation during
00:12:05the coming hours, and I am talking here about diesel primarily, Dima,
00:12:08because the region suddenly experienced
00:12:12this crisis in terms of diesel, especially since
00:12:15the areas of Idlib and the areas of northern Syria, most of the vehicles that
00:12:19operate here operate on diesel.
00:12:21Therefore, this is what perhaps differs from Aleppo city in
00:12:25terms of pressure on gasoline, because gasoline here,
00:12:28the same thing happened in other Syrian governorates, and in Idlib,
00:12:32the same thing happened. The quantities that arrived and were of poor quality
00:12:37malfunctions to the vehicles of the residents here.
00:12:40Indeed, the matter was annoying to the residents, and there
00:12:44were many complaints. Some gas stations
00:12:47refused to unload quantities of this gasoline,
00:12:50but a little while ago, when I filled my car here
00:12:53from the southern Idlib countryside, I found
00:12:57that the gasoline had returned to a yellow color.
00:13:00In the beginning, the quantities that arrived here were very bad,
00:13:04red in color and even had a bad smell. Today, the color
00:13:09somewhat better than the previous types, but it still has
00:13:13strange smells, and this is something that perhaps specialists
00:13:16explain the reason for these materials that
00:13:20come to most Syrian governorates, but actually,
00:13:23the residents have suffered great losses from the gasoline.
00:13:27Diesel, perhaps, according to the information we have,
00:13:31during the coming hours, the necessary quantities
00:13:34will be resupplied to Idlib and Aleppo governorates
00:13:37to meet the basic needs, because the main reason,
00:13:41according to one of the gas stations here, when I asked him about the main reason,
00:13:45he said that they were expected to receive supplies
00:13:48and delivery operations at their usual time, but they were delayed by almost
00:13:5148 hours. And now,
00:13:55is there any information about
00:13:59the arrival? Is there any information or details regarding the timing of the arrival of these
00:14:02supplies?
00:14:06Yes, even at this moment, the information
00:14:08that we have obtained, which is not
00:14:12completely confirmed, is that there is an unloading
00:14:15of diesel taking place in the Syrian
00:14:19coast region. The supply operation, as we learned, may be
00:14:22in the coming hours, meaning approximately within the past 24
00:14:26hours, and perhaps the fuel crisis will be resolved
00:14:29primarily in Idlib and Aleppo governorates specifically,
00:14:33as they are the areas that primarily rely here, Dima,
00:14:36on diesel. But as for gasoline primarily
00:14:40in Idlib regions, I confirm, based on what I saw, that
00:14:44gasoline is available, but
00:14:47the residents' fear of filling this material is
00:14:51a result of the arrival of poor quality quantities in the past,
00:14:55and therefore there are ongoing tests. Some residents are actually
00:14:58many are trying this gasoline. If
00:15:02the vehicles run normally, then the rest of the residents will definitely
00:15:07the governorate. But there are no queues except
00:15:11only in Idlib city for diesel, which was found
00:15:14in the morning and had run out by noon.
00:15:18Okay, I'll go back to you, Ibrahim Al-Khatib, regarding this step.
00:15:21To what extent did it affect transportation prices?
00:15:25On the prices of basic commodities related
00:15:29to both food and services?
00:15:33The impact of this step and the shortage of supplies and fuel.
00:15:38Stations.
00:15:41Certainly, Dima. The problem is related to a previous period and
00:15:45still is. The increase in diesel prices during the past period from
00:15:49about 125 Syrian pounds to 175 Syrian pounds,
00:15:52and also the increase in gasoline prices,
00:15:56contributed significantly to the increase in most
00:15:59commodities, whether food, transportation, or even generators
00:16:02and so on. But currently, we are talking about a shortage of the product,
00:16:06and therefore there are also aspects related not
00:16:09only to the increase, but also to the stoppage of some
00:16:12minibuses, some means of transportation, even public generators
00:16:16and so on. In fact, ampere generators and so on have stopped working due
00:16:19to fears that the outage will be longer.
00:16:22We are talking about the period between March of this year
00:16:26until approximately June, the supply process was unstable, and the residents faced
00:16:30great difficulties in obtaining the product, whether diesel or
00:16:34gasoline, throughout all the governorates of Syria,
00:16:38including Aleppo. Therefore, the residents are actually afraid of
00:16:40a repeat of the situation primarily. So far, actually, after
00:16:44the last increase, the public authorities have not re-adjusted
00:16:48the pricing to actually match the new
00:16:51price. Therefore, there is actually also still a state
00:16:54of disruption in the services provided. Some generator owners
00:16:57raised the prices of amperes more than they should have, and the public authorities
00:17:01did not set a specific price, unlike the pricing that used to be in
00:17:05place previously. Also, even public transportation, which raised prices randomly,
00:17:08there is no specific pricing yet from the government authorities that actually
00:17:12determines that the percentage of increase matches
00:17:15the percentage of increase that occurred in diesel directly. We are talking
00:17:19today, as I mentioned, about a current shortage of the material that may affect,
00:17:22if it continues for a longer period, the movement of life in
00:17:26a city like Aleppo and other Syrian governorates, where
00:17:30fuel is considered the lifeblood of movement and transportation, and also even
00:17:33at the level of electricity, generators, and other matters. Thank you
00:17:40very much, Ibrahim Al-Khatib, Syria TV correspondent. You were with us from Aleppo.
00:17:43And thank you, Ibrahim Suwaid, who was with us from Idlib. Thank you both very much.
00:17:57Syria TV correspondent reported that a dust storm hit
00:18:01Deir ez-Zor province, which led to a decrease in visibility in
00:18:04large areas of the province.
00:18:08In the early morning hours, a dust storm covered the skies
00:18:11of Deir ez-Zor province, causing a sharp
00:18:14decrease in visibility amid warnings
00:18:18about the dangers of movement under the prevailing
00:18:21weather conditions. The Ministry of Emergency
00:18:25and Disaster Management warned the residents of Deir ez-Zor not to
00:18:28go out until the storm subsides.
00:18:31It also called for securing objects
00:18:36rooftops and high places, including
00:18:40solar
00:18:42panels.
00:18:44The Directorate of Education in Deir ez-Zor province announced
00:18:48the suspension of classes in all schools in the province due to the prevailing
00:18:52weather conditions and to ensure the safety of students and teaching
00:18:55staff. The decision comes in conjunction with a dust
00:18:59storm that hit the province and caused a decrease in visibility,
00:19:02according to our correspondents.
00:19:04The Al-Hasakah Media Directorate
00:19:09reported that Al-Hasakah province and its countryside are experiencing
00:19:13dusty weather
00:19:16due to the activity of dust-stirring winds.
00:19:20The directorate added that these weather conditions led to the spread
00:19:23of dust in the region and a decrease in horizontal
00:19:26visibility in some areas. The directorate called
00:19:30for caution,
00:19:33roads that are experiencing low visibility. For its part, the Civil
00:19:41Defense warned of hazy and dusty
00:19:45weather in Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor, and Al-Hasakah governorates, with
00:19:48reduced horizontal visibility.
00:19:52The Civil Defense called on citizens, especially those with
00:19:55respiratory illnesses, to exercise caution and follow preventive
00:19:58guidelines, and the necessity of using medical masks
00:20:02and protective glasses, in addition to calling on drivers
00:20:06to reduce speed and turn on vehicle lights.
00:20:50We are joined from Deir ez-Zor by Syria TV correspondent Musaab Al-Hant.
00:20:54Welcome, Musaab, to give us more details about
00:20:57the dust storm, and it seems
00:21:01to have subsided, as we can see from behind you. How is the situation
00:21:04now?
00:21:12The storm around 9 AM.
00:21:15Of course, Deir ez-Zor governorate witnessed, after dawn hours,
00:21:20morning, a dense dust storm
00:21:24that completely covered the skies of the governorate,
00:21:27causing a significant decrease in
00:21:31visibility, reaching almost
00:21:34zero at times in some streets and neighborhoods
00:21:37throughout Deir ez-Zor governorate, which led to disruption
00:21:41of traffic at times, and also the mobilization
00:21:44of the relevant authorities that are dealing with this
00:21:48storm and its repercussions.
00:21:50Of course, the storm started after dawn prayers and continued for
00:21:54about three hours amid a dense
00:21:58spread of dust in the skies of Deir ez-Zor
00:22:01city and scattered and wide areas of Deir ez-Zor
00:22:04governorate. Of course, horizontal visibility
00:22:07decreased by about 80%
00:22:10at times, while it completely disappeared
00:22:14in some main streets and neighborhoods,
00:22:18which increased the risks of movement, especially for
00:22:21car and motorcycle drivers. The storm
00:22:25recorded cases of suffocation
00:22:28in breathing, especially asthma
00:22:31patients, which required the ambulance of some of them to the hospital
00:22:35to receive the necessary treatment. A motorcycle accident
00:22:38also occurred due to low
00:22:41visibility at times.
00:22:46and taken to the hospital to receive medical care, and
00:22:50he appears to be in good health with some minor
00:22:53scratches and abrasions. Also,
00:22:56there were
00:22:59preemptive warnings from
00:23:03the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management, Civil Defense,
00:23:06and the Red Crescent. Also, Deir ez-Zor governorate has a
00:23:10response and emergency room. They all warned the residents
00:23:14of Deir ez-Zor about the dust storm and had previously
00:23:17warned of several storms for about a month. They said that it would
00:23:20last for about a month and a half, meaning there are two or three weeks left
00:23:24for these storms. They said that there might
00:23:27be rainstorms accompanied by thunder
00:23:31and lightning, and also there might
00:23:34be very strong winds, and also there might be
00:23:37a dust storm, as we saw this morning.
00:23:40They warned residents who live on high roofs to secure any
00:23:44object that can be blown away, especially solar panels,
00:23:47water tanks, any object that can be blown away, and also advised
00:23:51their homes unless absolutely necessary until
00:23:55the storm subsides, whether it is a rainstorm, or there is thunder or
00:23:58lightning, or a dust storm. Also, today, the Directorate
00:24:02of Education suspended classes in the early morning hours, around
00:24:046:30 AM, suspending school attendance
00:24:08generally in Deir ez-Zor governorate,
00:24:12for students and fear of the repercussions of the dust storm, which
00:24:15subsided around 9 AM and headed north-east
00:24:19of the governorate towards Al-Bukamal city and the surrounding towns and villages,
00:24:23and also headed to Al-Hasakah governorate around
00:24:269:30 AM. Several cases of suffocation in Al-Hasakah
00:24:30governorate were ambulated. Most of them were asthma patients
00:24:34who were taken to hospitals in Al-Hasakah governorate. Perhaps
00:24:37the storm has now subsided from Al-Hasakah governorate
00:24:40and headed to southern Syria
00:24:44and also towards the east towards the Syrian-Iraqi borders,
00:24:47towards Al-Bukamal, passing through
00:24:51Iraq. Thank you very much, Musaab Al-Hant, Syria TV correspondent.
00:24:54You were with us from Deir ez-Zor. And we are joined now
00:24:58from Dubai by Kamil Shams El-Din, engineer and
00:25:01environmental consultant. Welcome, Mr. Kamil.
00:25:04Let's talk initially about the causes of this storm,
00:25:08and the source of the dust mass. What are the meteorological and environmental
00:25:12factors that explain the formation of this
00:25:13storm?
00:25:16Yes, first of all, greetings to you and to the esteemed viewers. Yes,
00:25:20indeed, what we saw today in Deir ez-Zor is not
00:25:24the region, but the intensity of the dust this time
00:25:28and the decrease in visibility and horizontal range specifically made
00:25:31its impact clear on the lives of the residents of the region, and also, as
00:25:35the correspondent mentioned, it reached the point of suspending official working hours. If we look
00:25:39at the nature of the region, we find that Deir ez-Zor
00:25:42and Al-Bukamal and the desert stretching north and south of the Euphrates River towards
00:25:45the Iraqi borders have
00:25:48vast areas of dry,
00:25:51exposed land, and these
00:25:54actually lack vegetation cover that can help
00:25:58stabilize the soil. So when there is activity in wind movement over these
00:26:02areas, fine particles specifically begin to lift from the
00:26:05surface of the earth and can be carried over long
00:26:09distances. Wind is not solely responsible
00:26:14of the land also plays a key role in this issue. You said it is
00:26:17not a new phenomenon, so is it related to perhaps reflecting
00:26:20a change in weather
00:26:24the region, or what? Yes,
00:26:26in fact, yes, the region is an area with vast
00:26:30dry areas, especially with the past
00:26:33years of drought, poor land management
00:26:36specifically, and the lack of vegetation cover in this region.
00:26:39This reduces the cohesion of the soil, so any strong
00:26:44this type of storm. Hmm, what is the extent of the relationship
00:26:48between the recurrence of dust storms
00:26:51the region? Are there any evidence or are there
00:26:55perhaps steps that should be taken
00:26:58before monitoring if there is any storm, whether
00:27:02it is rainy or dusty? Yes,
00:27:05first of all, I would like to clarify an important point. In fact,
00:27:08I would like to clarify three points so that the picture
00:27:11is clear. We have weather, and this weather is what we experience today:
00:27:15wind, rain, and dust. The climate,
00:27:18which is what we study over ten years, and there is the condition of the land itself in terms of vegetation
00:27:21cover, soil moisture, and how susceptible it is
00:27:24to degradation. Syria is definitely affected by climate change, and this is not
00:27:28just an impression. In fact, international reports indicate that the increase in
00:27:33water resources in the Middle Eastern region had an impact on Syria,
00:27:39climate change. So today, according to international reports,
00:27:42whether in 2024 or
00:27:452025, rainfall was low in fact during the past
00:27:49levels on the rainfall level, and this in some areas reached
00:27:53below its levels. But we cannot say that this storm we are witnessing in Deir
00:27:57ez-Zor or the heavy rainfall in some areas is solely due to climate change.
00:28:00No, in fact, there are integrated factors. Wind
00:28:04and atmospheric disturbances are actually a direct factor, while
00:28:08drought and land degradation may contribute to increasing the soil's susceptibility to releasing
00:28:11more dust. What is the impact of this storm on children, on
00:28:16those suffering from respiratory
00:28:19illnesses, or even
00:28:21asthma?
00:28:25Yes,
00:28:28it seems we lost the connection. Can you hear me, Mr.
00:28:30Kamil?
00:28:33Yes, yes, Mr. Kamil, I wanted to talk about
00:28:37the impact of this storm on asthma
00:28:41those also suffering from respiratory
00:28:44illnesses, and children and the elderly.
00:28:48Yes, indeed, these storms have a great impact,
00:28:52especially this dust, which is loaded with fine particles. These fine
00:28:56particles can reach the respiratory breathing and cause eye irritation,
00:29:00severe coughing, and can also directly affect the lungs,
00:29:03especially in children and the elderly, as they are more susceptible to these
00:29:07diseases and asthma.
00:29:11Well, are there any procedures that should be followed, any
00:29:14advice or even procedures? Yes,
00:29:16the truth exactly. The truth is, currently,
00:29:20avoiding or as much as possible staying indoors during this dust period,
00:29:24this severe dust. Use masks and you know the type N92.
00:29:27Use glasses for protection in case you need
00:29:31to go out, but it's better during this period, the storm period. According to
00:29:34local news,
00:29:38may continue until tomorrow, Tuesday morning,
00:29:41this period, it is preferable to stay indoors
00:29:45as much as possible until this sandstorm subsides.
00:29:49Thank you very much, Kamel Shams El-Din, environmental engineer and consultant.
00:29:53You were with us from Dubai. Thank you
00:29:55very much.

00:30:15AIDS cases referred by the pre-marital
00:30:18examination clinic, blood bank, hospitals, and doctors to
00:30:22conduct the necessary tests to confirm infection
00:30:25or absence of the
00:30:28disease.
