00:00:00an unfaithful couple pro max, that's it, forgive me, I didn't say it,
00:00:03it's just that the facts are proven. So,
00:00:07tell us everything, Runda, you've heard about this story? Well,
00:00:11yeah, it's already hot on social media right
00:00:15now. It's hot, we're witnessing the 2nd season
00:00:18of Balthazar, but Balthazar in faith, Balthazar in the house
00:00:22of God. So this pastor is Balthazar number 2, because he had
00:00:26relationships with more than 20 women in his church.
00:00:38He also had relationships with these women. So what happened? Well,
00:00:42continue. So instead of stopping, he brother, what nationalist is he? This is an important detail for
00:00:44us. Yeah, he's Ivorian. He's Ivorian, he lives in France, we
00:00:48assume. His church is in France, in France, yes, yes, his ministry is in
00:00:51France. He was also removed from his duties
00:00:55because of it. It exploded into
00:00:57allowed himself to take revenge in public view on a Sunday. In the middle
00:01:00of the service, a furious husband went
00:01:04the problem to the elders of to the church, he burst in all upset, accusing the
00:01:07pastor of having relationships with his wife. Wait, wait, wait,
00:01:11relationships,
00:01:13intimate relationships with certain women of verses to say that the of having had
00:01:16ideal would have been to gather the elders of intimate, intimate relationships
00:01:19with his wife, with his wife. Because there can be friendly
00:01:22relationships, family relationships.
00:01:25Here, we're talking about intimate, intimate relationships, squarely with his
00:01:29wife who prays in the same church. So he
00:01:31arrived,
00:01:34it, I think I will expose the situation to the members of all upset, which is totally normal. At first, people
00:01:38thought maybe it was defamation. Did the
00:01:41gentleman show his evidence? Oh yes, he came
00:01:44well-equipped with his evidence because he couldn't just accuse him
00:01:47like that. It went wild. What evidence? Messages, videos. Yes,
00:01:51yes, appointments. But she also confessed to her husband
00:01:55that, well, if you've already been caught, why deny it? He already had messages,
00:01:59so she had to admit and acknowledge
00:02:02the facts. And through that, we thought it was just a sister from the church,
00:02:06but after the matter became public,
00:02:09others, feeling it, denounced themselves,
00:02:12by other husbands started coming forward. So we
00:02:15ended up with more than
00:02:1920 women from the church, married women, married
00:02:23yes, married, single. So all that
00:02:27change in the system of thought. What brings even outside the church. It's really wow.
00:02:32Breathe a little because you'll be even
00:02:35the pastor makes advances to you, you look at him, he more surprised. While the the Internet users, so on the web,
00:02:38uh, demanded justice for the wife, his wife, so the
00:02:42gentleman's wife, oh, the poor lady, how to live with a husband
00:02:45who stabs you in the back like that, by having
00:02:48intimate relationships with the church members. It must
00:02:52be horrible for this poor lady to live with
00:02:56this story. And you know, the gentleman didn't want to fall alone, Gutel, and
00:03:01he also revealed his wife's secret, because the pastor also , what did he do? His
00:03:05wife was also unfaithful. So it's a couple. The gentleman
00:03:09cheats, cheats, but they live
00:03:12together. They are married. Each one does their
00:03:15own thing. That's it. So they are an open couple, in
00:03:19a way. So you can go. The wife also, nationality? Yes, you can
00:03:23go and do your part of gen.
00:03:25Well, there you go. It's allowed.
00:03:30So the wife, since the gentleman came
00:03:34to apologize publicly, he acknowledged the facts, and
00:03:37uh, they excommunicated him, certainly, from the
00:03:41He was a great servant of community. Yes, and what further angers
00:03:44Internet users is that the gentleman's
00:03:47preaching was mostly about the sins of the
00:03:51flesh, about fornication. In any case, he really
00:03:55took the time to preach about
00:03:57uh, his name is not that, saying, no, you must preserve yourselves. He himself established the rules in
00:04:00his church. So if you are weak, well, you can't see each other as a couple, as is done in most
00:04:04of our churches here in Congo. You cannot
00:04:08skip this step until you are married. There
00:04:12were really strict rules that needed to be followed. A wandering pastor. When we talk
00:04:16about men of God, I often try to hold back, but frankly, uh, the one
00:04:19who denies himself, well, we who are watching won't be ashamed. In your
00:04:23opinion, René, what is shocking about this story? He's a man, he remains a
00:04:27man, even if he's a pastor, he remains human. What is shocking? What hurts the most
00:04:31is that as a servant of God, he is supposed to
00:04:34guide, edify, win souls, but also
00:04:37set an example. The problem is he finds himself
00:04:40in infidelity. That's
00:04:43wandering.
00:04:46Not only that, I think it's a form of adultery, the act of having
00:04:50relationships with married women from his church, and it's shocking. It
00:04:54really hurts to see a man of God who should be serving as a temple,
00:04:57yet he finds himself in situations that are
00:05:01not normal at all. Frankly, it's
00:05:04deplorable. And where it hurts even more is that the wife
00:05:08also, at one point, cheated. She cheated continuously.
00:05:11This was during a
00:05:15period. Uh, the lady,
00:05:17uh, according to the lady's explanation,
00:05:21she had cheated on her husband after discovering
00:05:24that the gentleman was having another
00:05:27relationship. That had deeply hurt her, which led her to
00:05:31that, to also be adulterous. But afterwards, she had pulled herself together, and since then, she
00:05:35swore never to cheat again. No, as
00:05:39she had cheated, he forgot that it was he who had started it, right? That's it.
00:05:46So it was his wife's betrayal that shocked him the most.
00:05:49It shocked him the most, pushed him to
00:05:54said, no, my wife cheated on me. No, it was
00:05:58adultery already, you shouldn't continue, it's said, because
00:06:01of that betrayal that came from his wife. That's it. He could
00:06:05have, he could have continued with, it's not a reason. He shouldn't have
00:06:10that way. If he wasn't supposed to keep,
00:06:13uh, keep this woman, he would have perhaps exposed
00:06:17the church.
00:06:21to that, he allowed himself to have
00:06:25the church. But I think that the
00:06:29the church.
00:06:32Trying with me. I want to know if the wife cheated on her
00:06:36husband with a church member too, or with a person. She said
00:06:39it wasn't
00:07:06does God approve of your life? And you don't
00:07:08realize that when you are sons or daughters who lead dirty lives, you
00:07:12open doors in your father's life. Sometimes we complain about having
00:07:16hypocritical Christians, but they were begotten by someone. And it's very possible
00:07:20that some leaders, some officials, are the cause of the hypocrisy of
00:07:24some members of their department, because they don't see sincerity in the life of the
00:07:27official. We are a generation where even if you don't say
00:07:30it, many young people, you are like perverts in thought. When God allows us
00:07:34to address this kind of topic, it's to work on a
00:07:40joy to my heart is knowing that my life is pleasant. But we
00:07:43have a generation of Christians, you agree to have servants, and
00:07:47God
00:07:48exalts you.
00:07:52Among about twenty women with whom Pastor Axel
00:07:55Lévis had relationships, both inside and
00:07:58outside the church, you have Pastor Débora
00:08:02Christo, with the exception of Naomi, whom we already
00:08:05know. Pastor Débora Christo is a married woman who
00:08:08serves in the church, alongside her husband, and... imagine
00:08:12that their marriage was blessed by that same pastor, Pastor
00:08:16Axel Lévi. When you see this poster that was published
00:08:20on Pastor Débora Christo's page, you have
00:08:23here, on the other side, the Lévi couple, and here you
00:08:26have Kristo, a couple of pastors. Meanwhile, this
00:08:30Pastor Axel is dating Debora
00:08:33Christo. Because when you see this, you say to yourself, are
00:08:37we going to church or are we going to a nightclub?
00:08:41Debora was described as
00:08:44mistress number one of Pastor Axel Levis. She
00:08:47is, in a way, the assistant pastor alongside Pastor Axel in his
00:08:51church, mission disciple maker. Also, you haven't
00:08:55healed certain wounds, that's your state,
00:08:59that's what I represent. But what does the
00:09:03Bible say?
00:09:07Axel Lévi, you who say that all those who have perceived
00:09:10tattoos come in. It's you now, we
00:09:14come like that in the middle of the service because you're fooling around with all the
00:09:17sisters in the church, you're cheating on your wife, you're hitting your
00:09:21wife, you're paying with
00:09:22pepper.
00:09:28You too, help yourselves, help
00:09:31yourselves. After that, when we say we want to go to churches, you'll
00:09:35say, oh no, don't mix up the
00:09:37pastors.
00:09:40You see me, you see me when I came
00:09:44to speak, oh, why are you speaking there? You are in
00:09:47sin. And the hands of Jehovah, I
00:09:50raised the hands of Jehovah, I raised.
00:09:53Pastor Lévi, you, you see, I
00:09:57saw your sermon that made me want to listen to you. Now,
00:10:08images. Pastor Axel, I remembered the original name.
00:10:22In fact, it would have been just one person.
00:10:55him, or rather it was him who perhaps used his religious authority
00:10:58or his position as a religious leader to potentially seduce
00:11:02these women. Is it right to proceed like that if it was done
00:11:06in this way? For me, the fault is shared. I'll start with the
00:11:10women, because the women actually, it's up to them to
00:11:13refuse a man's advances. But if they ended up in some
00:11:17room with the man of God, it's because they wanted it. They could have told
00:11:21their complaints, denounced the facts to the officials,
00:11:25or to their husband, saying, "Look, I have
00:11:28the pastor." But they preferred to keep it a secret, they gave in.
00:11:31So, but if the pastor used biblical
00:11:36the pastor is holy, he is anointed, if you come
00:11:40with me, you are supposed to bring the person to reason. As long as he is a man of God,
00:11:44the fact that he makes advances to you, you should simply,
00:11:46if you are a married man of God, you should first be aware
00:11:50that you are a servant of God. You cannot allow yourself to make advances to me, and furthermore,
00:11:54I am a married woman, it is not worthy. And if you continue to do
00:11:59the church. And I think that if you have this reaction, there will be
00:12:03and he will simply, if the first victim refused, the
00:12:07second, the third, I believe he could have stopped. But well, they were
00:12:10they were, but the whole Bible, how can you find verses that will
00:12:14convince you to go? Things happen in
00:12:16churches.
00:12:19Like you, church is complicated. The holy book, that's complicated. Some
00:12:21use it badly. Yes.
00:12:35What should a woman do who is a victim of abuse
00:12:38of spiritual authority? She was abused
00:12:41by a man of the church. What should she do? Denounce it.
00:12:45Yes, to the police. Yes.
00:12:49It's a rape, so we denounce it so that he is punished. But
00:12:53if you are harassed at home,
00:12:55if you were seduced, you were seduced, ah, the reasons why
00:13:00pleases you. This is a man, a
00:13:04man of God who is married, he is
00:13:05supposed to, you too, and married women
00:13:09too. That means the B, we could allow ourselves to say
00:13:13that they perhaps lived in the place of my pastor, because we saw the couple
00:13:16and everything, they wanted to be in his place. You're already married in the morning, you're married to a pastor, if
00:13:20you still want to give yourself to another pastor. Thank you very much. What
00:13:23message would you like to give to women who fall into the trap
00:13:27of pastors, who allow themselves to be seduced by pastors, also to
00:13:30women who, in view of the number of infidelities
00:13:34of their husbands, also find themselves in situations of infidelity? You see, there are
00:13:38women who, because "my husband cheated on me, he cheats on me so much, I want to
00:13:41let off steam, well, I'm going to look elsewhere too." What can we say to these
00:13:44women? I think it's not normal. As soon as you realize
00:13:48that your partner is cheating on you, it is not worthy of a woman to go
00:13:51and have intimate relationships with other men. And I think it's not
00:13:55serious for a woman. A woman, no matter the
00:13:58number, if you think you're not comfortable, you're free to leave,
00:14:02you're free to legalize,
00:14:04simply, instead of allowing yourself to have relationships with
00:14:08infidelity. Married, that soils her, in fact, it soils the
00:14:11woman more than the man. He can cheat, he is
00:14:15still in his position, but a married woman who cheats is like impurity
00:14:19on herself, and it's not pleasant at all. So what should
00:14:22you do when you have been abused or?
00:14:25What should we say to women who allow themselves to be
00:14:28seduced by men of the church? Uh, he's not a
00:14:31man of God. She can't say he's a man of God, no, no, no, he's a man of the church, a
00:14:35man of God. But well, listen, if, when
00:14:39you're a woman, you find yourself in this kind of situation, you generally know how to deal with
00:14:43it. I say women know how, it's because she wanted to. Yes,
00:14:46the pastor perhaps, at a
00:14:49certain level, that's why she wanted to accept. But you know very well that it's not good,
00:14:53especially when it's a man of God who is... married, he has a wife. If he is still
00:14:57single, you can allow yourself to
00:15:00think that he will marry you and all that. But it still
00:15:03remains, do not contribute to his sin, because he is a man of God, he was
00:15:06consecrated, he has his own things. But from the moment you go
00:15:10and contribute to his sin by doing the same thing as him, oh, I assure you it's
00:15:14very bad. So stay firm, do not give in
00:15:17to the advances of these married men of God.
00:15:20And you have a choice. Are you obliged to pray even in? You can simply change churches.
00:15:24If it persists, change churches. If it reaches another level,
00:15:28denounce, denounce. Talk about it. When a pastor stops
00:15:31you, talk about it to your spouse, to your partner. If you don't want to go to court, you can
00:15:35denounce him to his superiors. Exactly. There you
00:15:38go. Exactly, with wisdom, without denigrating him, because if he is a true man of
00:15:42God, it can happen that a man of God falls. It can happen. We can't say they are
00:15:45saints. If it had been only one woman, I could understand. But up to
00:15:4920 married women? Oh, no, there's exaggeration
00:15:52too. When we go to church, we don't, we don't, in fact, we don't covet the
00:15:56pastor. The pastor is a man we should look at with human eyes, like, oh, he has nice
00:16:00legs, oh, he has a nice chest. No, no, we don't go to church for that. When we go to
00:16:04church, we listen to what the pastor says, we close our
00:16:07eyes. When we have finished listening to what he says, we take our
00:16:25in the presidential election in the first round with
00:16:29Flavio Bolsonaro leading.
00:16:33tête
00:16:54Pastor Balthazar, no, don't glorify, don't even
00:16:57give him that name. Pastor Balthazar flirted with women. Hmm, he
00:17:01was with his mouth,
00:17:05with his argument. He convinced the women, he
00:17:08did what he could, and that's someone who has
00:17:11authority who abuses that authority, and
00:17:14married women who do not respect the principle of marriage. That is,
00:17:18there are people today uh, finally, these
00:17:21are, especially the pastors, and you haven't talked about these things
00:17:25here, we see them everywhere. Pastors have become
00:17:29thought leaders for people. That is, you are in a family,
00:17:33in a couple, in a home, and it is the pastor who has the
00:17:36last word on this. Because if you get to that point, you
00:17:40have let your private life be governed by the
00:17:43pastor, we are human. When someone has some kind of ascendancy over
00:17:47you, over your own
00:17:58about the presidential election.
00:18:01The first round with Fabio Bolsonaro in
00:18:04the lead. The two will face each other just for the second
00:18:08round. Having come out on top in the presidential election, the conservative
00:18:11candidate Flavio Bolsonaro, son of the former
00:18:13president, uh, Bolsonaro in prison today, will face the
00:18:17outgoing president Lula, the former
00:18:20Lula, on October 25th. The first
00:18:24round holds a surprise, a big surprise, I would say, for
00:18:28Sander, and the conservative candidate is well on his way to
00:18:31becoming president. How
00:18:34to understand this reversal of the situation?
00:18:38The first, so before saying a word about that, I wanted to first pay tribute to
00:18:41Mr. Ngongo. Oh yes,
00:18:45who a few days ago was near the capital
00:18:48city of Brazzaville, so from the department of Brazzaville, and
00:18:52uh, who uh,
00:18:55uh, unfortunately suffered a crisis and during
00:19:00the inauguration here, he passed away. And uh, I think he
00:19:04was supposed to have an inauguration today, but it was certainly
00:19:08uh, postponed, uh, reported in relation to that. We
00:19:11extend our deepest condolences to his family, to the entire republic,
00:19:15to the department of Brazzaville.
00:19:19the state who left us
00:19:22in full function, in full action for the republic.
00:19:25And I hope that everything will be done to ensure that his
00:19:29memory is well celebrated and that
00:19:35forgotten in the annals of the history of our country.
00:19:40And that the legacy lives up to what he was. Exactly. In any case,
00:19:44thank you very much for this tribute. May he rest in peace. That's it. To come back to
00:19:48Bolsonaro, it's really a surprise because Lula already beat his father,
00:19:52uh, and his father was all-powerful. Bolsonaro
00:19:56followed the years of Bolsonaro's power
00:19:59and Lula, who was a bit
00:20:03deified in Brazil, so to speak, and
00:20:06uh, was uh, beaten in the first
00:20:10round. They went to the 2nd round, Flavio at 47%, Lula at
00:20:1345%, and uh, Flavio
00:20:16Bolsonaro already in the first round had
00:20:19the the, how do you say, the support of the other
00:20:23candidates who had between 5.3 and 3
00:20:27%, and so all these candidates have already
00:20:30shown their colors to vote for Flavio
00:20:34Bolsonaro, and uh, Lula and...
00:20:37Vioux are people who have been in politics, so there are always
00:20:41controversies around their
00:20:44persons, but there is
00:20:47today a kind of division emerging
00:20:51in Brazil. There are the state
00:20:53uh, that takes care of the most
00:20:57vulnerable, that deals with the means
00:21:00and there is Bolsonaro who comes with a spirit like his
00:21:04father, a little less state, a little more authority.
00:21:08So that's roughly uh, uh, what
00:21:11divides these two candidates. We know that in
00:21:14Brazil, the evangelical vote matters
00:21:18enormously, as it's a small
00:21:20extremely Christian country. And these evangelicals are a
00:21:24bit for Bolsonaro
00:21:26because of homosexual marriage, things like
00:21:30that, which makes it work. So in South America, or
00:21:34America today, we are going through, or America is
00:21:38going through a phenomenon, that of Trumpism. That is,
00:21:41the new president who claims a bit to be like Donald Trump
00:21:45has the Argentine
00:21:47president, has Colombia. So all these countries are countries that
00:21:51want to do a bit of Trumpism. And Brazil
00:21:54was the last touch that Donald Trump wanted to have and
00:21:58couldn't get. So Brazil is also an important element
00:22:01in the global economic landscape, because Brazil has
00:22:05uh, oil. Brazil has rare
00:22:09earths, and you know that rare earths are extremely sought after by
00:22:12Americans, given the fact that they have had a huge delay compared to
00:22:16the Chinese in this matter. It should be remembered that rare earths allow
00:22:20to do everything related to technology, electronic
00:22:22chips, etc. They are uh, of course, and
00:22:26very, they want to capture this wealth.
00:22:29And so the second round which will take place on October
00:22:3225th will hold many surprises for us, to see who
00:22:36will truly take the lead
00:22:50the influences at play in this presidential election, because what
00:22:54is happening is very important with the reversal of this situation. The former
00:22:58president Lula, who had returned, and now who seems to be leaving,
00:23:01because Lula dominated Brazilian political life
00:23:05with an almost extreme-left
00:23:08ideology. And uh, everything that was a bit in the center
00:23:12couldn't compete with him. It was when Bolsonaro
00:23:15arrived, it's true that he didn't beat Jair, he didn't beat Lula, but
00:23:19he beat Dilma Rousseff, he took power.
00:23:22And so today you have this division between the extreme
00:23:25right and the extreme, well, that doesn't exist, so we're in
00:23:28the extremes on the
00:23:32sides, and I would say the personalities, because Flavio is a senator,
00:23:35Lula is a Lula
00:23:38is a demigod in Brazil. So somewhere, uh, it's
00:23:42this fracture that, of course, between the future and the
00:23:45present, which, of course, is playing out. So Lula,
00:23:49with Bolsonaro, his record of fighting
00:23:53deforestation, better distribution
00:23:55of wealth, and the acid fight against
00:23:59uh, poverty. And Bolsonaro,
00:24:02in his program, it's the fight against
00:24:05violence, the castration of rapists because he says that every rapist must
00:24:09be castrated and the opening of the economy
00:24:12less damage, I said and
00:24:15of course a support, uh, less in a
00:24:19certain measure, to public companies which contributed to
00:24:22bringing one back to power with the Brazilian oil company Petrobras. So
00:24:25uh, he also
00:24:29simply takes these Christian values there. So
00:24:32between all that, there is also the struggle for influence.
00:24:36Now, what direction will Brazil
00:24:40take? Will Brazil be pro-China like
00:24:44with Lula? Because with Lula, China and Brazil
00:24:47were working for de-dollarization. The world
00:24:50economy, that is to say today, purchases and the economy, half
00:24:53of the world economy revolves around gas and oil
00:24:57and all oil purchases are made in dollars and what the Chinese wanted
00:25:00was that we no longer buy oil in dollars when we
00:25:03buy perhaps in local currency or a specific
00:25:06currency that the BRICS will create
00:25:09and in power, it will be this project that
00:25:13will be strengthened but if we
00:25:16gain power, Bolsonaro will return, some of
00:25:20them with, of course, a significant influence from
00:25:23Trump. So
00:25:26here, between the candidates, there is a problem of legacy
00:25:30that arises. Lula knows everything he is, we know what he
00:25:33does, but Lula has not been able to have heirs, which means he is
00:25:37sometimes like a phoenix that always returns and he was
00:25:40forced to return to power after he had left
00:25:44power to Dilma Rousseff and Dilma Rousseff was
00:25:47accused of manipulating public accounts.
00:25:50She couldn't really hold on and she was defeated. Lula, who had
00:25:54contracted cancer and was in
00:25:57prison, had to get out of prison, be cured of his cancer to return to
00:26:01affairs again. An election on Bolsonaro's side, it's
00:26:04different, practically all the Bolsonaros are well placed in the
00:26:08political landscape,
00:26:11many are senators, many are representatives, many are governors and
00:26:14so on, instead of Jair, today
00:26:18Flavio is already competing with and surpassing Lula in
00:26:21the polls, that proves that they at least have been able to
00:26:25build the legacy that instead
00:26:28of his father, someone is there.
00:26:32And so the ideology, the ideology
00:26:36of Bolsonaro after Bolsonaro is already
00:26:39starting to live better and Lula's ideology
00:26:42existed after Lula, so
00:26:46it's a bit of a legacy that's being made there, they will face each other on
00:26:49October 25th for the second
00:26:52round, it's about the presidential election in Brazil, that's what
00:27:07A crowd bath for the president
00:27:09in his political stronghold of Campo, that's where it all
00:27:13began in the 70s for the former metalworker, who became a historic
00:27:17leader of the Brazilian left, I am the
00:27:19first president of the republic to have been elected three times, there is no
00:27:23one else like me in the history of this country, many people
00:27:27wonder why he wants a new term?
00:27:29Relying
00:27:32on favorable growth and an
00:27:42historically low level, the 80-year-old
00:27:45outgoing president launches his 7th and last presidential campaign,
00:27:49focused this time on Brazil's sovereignty in a context of increasing
00:27:52tension with
00:27:53Washington.
00:27:57His right-wing rival Flavio Bolsonaro is supported by Donald Trump
00:28:00and for the first time, the Brazilian president.
00:28:04The 45-year-old senator, son of former far-right president Jair
00:28:07Bolsonaro, was launched into the deep end of the campaign after his father's incarceration,
00:28:11however.
