00:30:10is the legitimate leadership and the legitimate government and legitimacy in general,

00:30:17and regional community? This is the question that should be posed
00:30:20to us in legitimacy and to the region, because
00:30:24this militia is not doing anything new when
00:30:26it targets Yemenis domestically, or when
00:30:29it targets marine shipping lanes.
