00:09:02misconception because the women's game actually generates revenue as
00:09:05well, so we generated 1.7 million pounds last
00:09:08year, you know, so in terms of where we on
00:09:12where we want to get to, it is a strategic
00:09:15priority uh, commercial growth within the women's game,
00:09:19because that is our that is our growth area of rugby in
00:09:23general, so if we look at the men's game, we are hitting ceilings in terms
00:09:27of where a commercial growth opportunities are, there's only so much
00:09:30more we can charge for tickets, there's only so many people we can get into the ground
00:09:34etc. whereas our women's game provides us an
00:09:37opportunity to really bring some serious
00:09:41cash - and into wealth rugby as a
00:09:44whole, but like I explained earlier, isn't just about that
00:09:48commercial growth, it's about providing the community the
00:09:52pathways and opportunities that any girl can play, but it's also bringing a new
00:09:56audience into welsh rugby, so it's bringing people that
00:10:00don't traditionally watch man's rugby into women's rugby and again it leans
00:10:04into that commercial growth where we're selling more

00:11:16Hello there to North America first of all, and it's still very hot across much of
00:11:20Texas, that heat will build its way into the plains across to the
00:11:24Mississippi. and Ohio Valleys, generally to the south of this weather front, which
00:11:28could bring some thundery downpours, actually all driven by wet and windy weather
00:11:32that's sweeping its way into eastern Canada, out to the west, there'll be some sunshine, there
00:11:36will be some heavy thundery showers moving into the desert southwest
00:11:40from Mexico, with more downpors developing here, also seeing
00:11:44some wetter weather coming into central America and more showers
00:11:47which will be heavy and thundery working their way into the Caribbean as well,
00:11:51similar thundery downpors to come in the northwest of South America. so we got some
00:11:55rain around Rio and all the way from this area across
00:11:59to Bolivia and southwards, it's quite cool for the time of
00:12:02year, mostly dry, mind you, it will be warming up over the week
00:12:06ahead. Across Europe, we've got some cooler fresher air to come into the northwest
00:12:10of Europe on Tuesday and bring some further wet and windy
00:12:14weather into - Scandinavia. These are showers that we've got in the
00:12:17east, particularly through the Mediterranean, those are going to be heavy and
00:12:21thundery, drifting their way towards parts of Greece, the other side the... teranan
00:12:25looking dry and sunny, and much of northern Africa will be dry,
00:12:29quite hot and sunny as well, we've got the seasonal rains focused
00:12:33on central and western parts of Africa, to the south it's mostly
00:12:37dry and sunny, but another dose of wet and windy weather will come into
00:12:41southern and then eastern parts of South Africa. the middle east
00:12:45by contrast, very quiet, generally dry, it's hot,
00:12:48still sunny as well, and the winds are quite light too.
00:12:52there is some more rain though to come across. India, particularly in the
00:12:56north, this rain here is tending ease. The main focus the heavy
00:13:00thundery rain will be more towards eastern parts of northern
00:13:03India and into Bangladesh and onto the Himalayas threatening some
00:13:07further flooding. We got some wetter weather still affecting the main islands
00:13:11of Japan on Wednesday. Sunnier skies though for the cream peninsula,
00:13:15at the moment still dry for eastern parts of China. There is rain further
00:13:19west, lot of rain to come across Southeast Asia, particularly across northern
00:13:23parts of Vietnam, that will lead to... further flooding here as
00:13:26well, we'll end up though down under where we've got mostly dry weather
00:13:30in Australia, cooler conditions though here across southeastern
00:13:33parts the country but generally dry, the wetter windy weather is
00:13:37beginning to work its way into New Zealand, mostly in the south island on
00:13:41Wednesday, but heading northwards on
