00:01:31The strategic meaning of the ANC lies in its very new
00:01:34status, comprehensive and fundamental,
00:01:38ensuring the main foundations of life, society and
00:01:41the state. This meaning was once clearly and concisely
00:01:44outlined by the President. The All-Belarusian People's Assembly
00:01:48is a stabilizer of society. This is its
00:01:51main role - to stabilize society at all stages
00:01:55of its development. Moreover, the ANC is the highest representative body
00:01:58of people's power in the country. The mechanism for electing its delegates
00:02:02leaves no doubt that all regions of our
00:02:06country, without exception, all social
00:02:09groups and strata of Belarusian society are represented in the assembly, that is, in the person of the ANC delegates,
00:02:13essentially, all of us, Belarusians, this
00:02:16is the strategic meaning: time chose
00:02:20everyone, time chose us. And
00:02:24for agents of foreign influence, the way to the ANC is forbidden, once
00:02:27and for all. Delegates are not allowed to have citizenship or nationality of another
00:02:31country, as well as documents of foreign states
00:02:33providing various rights to benefits, so with
00:02:37a Pole's Card in your pocket or with a stone in your bosom,
00:02:40pass by. But I would like to draw attention to something
00:02:43else, to the global phenomenon of the All-Belarusian People's.
00:02:47Yes, the legislation clearly states that the ANC ensures
00:02:50the inviolability of the constitutional system, the continuity
00:02:53of generations and civil concord. In other
00:02:56words, the main functions of the assembly are: three
00:03:00stabilizing, consolidating, and
00:03:03developing. But there is also another, fourth function, not
00:03:07prescribed in regulatory legal documents, but which has become
00:03:10clearly noticeable in the 20th century. Having acquired constitutional
00:03:14status, the ANC essentially rehabilitated the very concept
00:03:18of classical democracy, which seemed to have been completely
00:03:21discredited by a number of international institutions and countries
00:03:24of the collective West, where almost all manifestations
00:03:27of popular power, for many decades, have
00:03:30been merely a professionally directed spectacle, behind
00:03:34the scenes of which a non- public real policy is conducted in
00:03:38the interests of a minority, resulting in the most
00:03:41bloody and immoral European values, the gayest parliaments
00:03:45in the world, the stupidest European officials in history, the most
00:03:49anti-people domestic policy of these countries, the most caricatured
00:03:52democracy, while attempts to voice all of the above
00:03:56lead directly to a Western prison. The All-Belarusian People's
00:04:00Assembly proves to the whole world that true, even sacred, if
00:04:03you will, popular power can exist in the 21st
00:04:07century. Such popular power is not merely a phenomenon
00:04:10of hoary antiquity. I am convinced that this is
00:04:14the most serious contribution of the ANC to modern world
00:04:17political science, one of the best and brightest practices, as
00:04:21they say abroad, oriented, moreover,
00:04:24exclusively to the interests of our country and its
00:04:27people. The ANC is a powerful public and political shield against
00:04:31destructive influence from outside, one of the lines
00:04:34of defense, of national security, if you will,
00:04:37which it is, in principle, impossible to break
00:04:40with traditional Western master keys, all sorts of NGOs, NPOs,
00:04:44foundations and fronds, because it is not a fake made according to the patterns
00:04:48of Anglo-Saxons, and not a fake of popular power.
