00:03:46in the morning, in this studio, we are waiting for Andrey Kozlov
00:03:50and near-sports
00:04:27for you such a small digest of events of our region, well, I want to remind you,
00:04:31the new school year, yes, is just around the corner, of course, schools
00:04:34in Mogilev region are actively preparing for it, with an emphasis on
00:04:37major repairs, for example, as in school number 15
00:04:41of Mogilev, it is already 63 years old and therefore
00:04:44repairs were necessary. Here, the roof was replaced on the buildings of the junior and
00:04:48senior schools, central heating pipes, and the
00:04:51facades were renovated. The classrooms, corridors,
00:04:55and gym are ready to receive students. In addition, in the
00:04:5915th school, the fire safety system was completely updated and
00:05:02an automatic access system was implemented, which is very,
00:05:06very important. This year, the second, fifteenth,
00:05:09fortieth, and nineteenth schools of Mogilev were included in the
00:05:12capital repair program. In the fourth school of our regional center, work was mainly of a
00:05:16cosmetic nature, but in fact, a lot has been done,
00:05:20floors and walls were painted, the gym was renovated, and
00:05:23new tiles were laid in the dining room. In addition, of course,
00:05:27equipment was updated in schools, new computer classes, robotics kits,
00:05:31school canteens were traditionally modernized,
00:05:34renovations and major repairs are underway in all schools
00:05:38of the Mogilev region, there are 309 of them in our
00:05:41region, both urban and rural, and
00:05:44now we will have news from the district
00:05:48center, which in 2025
00:05:51won the republican competition and was named the most
00:05:54green. These news from the urban-type
00:05:58settlement of Dribin. We invite everyone to
00:06:01an unusual festival, it is a regional festival
00:06:05of folk art, folk crafts and
00:06:08trades, it is called Dribin's Treshki, this
00:06:11year it will be held for the fifteenth time. So, the festival
00:06:15will last 2 days. For these days, a huge
00:06:18number of events have been prepared, and some of
00:06:21them, we will tell you about them. On August 14 and 15, guests will be
00:06:25met by the festival customs, where they will have to pass certain
00:06:29tests, well, in order to get to the main venue of
00:06:32the holiday. Traditionally, the city of masters,
00:06:35the market stalls and the hospitable farmsteads will work.
00:06:39And on the second day, that is, August 15, a parade of participants
00:06:42of the Dribin's Treshkov festival will take place. Of course,
00:06:46concert venues will also work. The theme "Year
00:06:49of the Belarusian Woman" will also be revealed at the festival.
00:06:53At each farmstead, at each concert, its own
00:06:56hostess will be presented. Also, during the Dribin's Treshki festival,
00:07:00you can learn the history of authentic Belarusian clothing. The organizers
00:07:04have prepared a special show. Well, on Saturday
00:07:07evening we will have a fire show, and
00:07:11a big fireworks. concert by Victoria Oleshko, and
00:07:14of course, a big festival disco, so
00:07:18come to Dribin, yes, it will be bright, loud and definitely
00:07:22fun, we invite everyone, well, I suggest talking about the most important thing, about
00:07:25our health, the fact is that recently, medical institutions
00:07:29in Mogilev region have been replenished with young specialists, yes,
00:07:32the guys came to their first
00:07:36jobs, they were very nervous, our
00:07:39colleagues met with them, and to find out, as they say, firsthand
00:07:43about their impressions. So, we have
00:07:46a story. Konstantin Nikolaevich, thank you very much for this morning
00:07:49inclusion, for the good Mogilev
00:07:52news, well, right now, let's get acquainted with
00:07:55young specialists.
00:07:59Artyom Mankov is a young man, but he is already
00:08:02addressed by his first name and patronymic. The aspiring
00:08:05surgeon was assigned to work in Bobruisk.
00:08:08He completed his internship at the Mogilev Regional Clinical Hospital.
00:08:42at a young age they do what you thought only
00:08:46super experienced surgeons do.
00:08:49Young people are provided with housing, each has a mentor assigned
00:08:52to them, and this helps them smoothly transition from training to
00:08:55independent work, according to the hospital. Kristina Botchenko,
00:08:59a nurse in the cardiology department, agrees with this. The girl
00:09:03had a free distribution. She came to Mogilev from
00:09:06Klimovichi, got a job in the hospital, and
00:09:09stayed. And one of the reasons for the place.
00:09:22it was the turn for another building, the management
00:09:25understands how important it is to create home conditions,
00:09:29I've been living here for the fourth year, I lived here for 2 years, then
00:09:33they did repairs, we were moved to another dormitory, now we are
00:09:36here again, I like it, good repairs, well, of course,
00:09:40good, I like it. This
00:09:44year, 22 young specialists were assigned to the Mogilev Regional Hospital.
00:09:4849 interns will study
00:09:51at the hospital's internship. Housing and
00:09:54mentorship reduce stress, increase
00:09:57beginners' confidence in their abilities, which contributes to their professional
00:10:01growth and successful work. Providing comfortable
00:10:04housing conditions is very important for young
00:10:06specialists.
00:10:09We observe a retention rate of over
00:10:1270% due to this factor alone. We have three
00:10:16dormitories, and we provide comfortable
00:10:19conditions to everyone in need, without
00:10:22exception. This year, in the Mogilev region, most
00:10:26of the applications in the healthcare sector have been satisfied. Of course, there is
00:10:29a shortage of specialists, but there is a simple explanation for this:
00:10:32life, weddings, moves,
00:10:36maternity leave, retirement. Therefore, such great attention
00:10:40is paid to retaining young
00:10:42specialists in their places. The conscious choice of
00:10:45profession also plays a role, not just getting an education for the sake of a diploma,
00:10:49but the desire to do
00:10:51what you love.
00:15:19who are planning a trip. From August 29, a direct regular
00:15:23flight between Shanbe and Minsk opens. Flights will be
00:15:27operated weekly on Saturdays by the national
00:15:30airline of Tajikistan. Passengers will be able to purchase
00:15:33air tickets, including through the official website of the airline.
00:15:37Well, we continue to travel virtually for now and
00:15:41go to Argentina, at the southernmost
00:15:44tip of the planet, in the Argentine city of Ushuaia,
00:15:47they again held a spectacular show in honor of Alpinist
00:15:50Day. 120 skiers with burning torches
00:15:54simultaneously skied down the snow-covered slope of the Martial Glacier.
00:15:58The bright ceremony ended with a traditional ritual of burning
00:16:01a large paper doll, made by local
00:16:03students. The ritual symbolizes the changing seasons and...
00:16:25how interesting it turns out, how far we are from Argentina, it's hard to imagine how many
00:16:29kilometers, several thousand, certainly, but the traditions are very
00:16:32similar, in order to mark the transition from one season to
00:16:35another, something is needed. and these are not calories and these are not
00:16:39calories, yes, but although I think that descending from the mountain you can
00:16:43burn a lot of calories and those very pancakes would also be
00:16:47in place, so if anyone hears us in Argentina, know that before this
00:16:50descent you can have a good meal of pancakes, then the new
00:16:54season of the year will definitely come, well, and we also have one interesting
00:16:57fact: Ushuaia, this city is considered the southernmost on
00:17:01Earth, and the Martial Glacier, where this
00:17:04spectacular show takes place, is located right above the city, and local residents
00:17:07even joke that they have a unique opportunity to ski and
00:17:10at the same time admire the ocean, I would add here, in a swimsuit
00:17:14to ski down to the sea, the main thing is not to
00:17:18freeze, although it seems to me that the body heats up during the descent, I
00:17:22think everything will be fine with them, well, and it will be beautiful for the eyes, well,
00:17:25and there is also a burning torch, so they definitely won't freeze, warm,
00:17:29bright, and comfortable, beautiful, that's how
00:17:32they ski there, well, and we continue our broadcast, now
00:17:36we suggest going on a walk around the city of Minsk, our
00:17:39correspondent Irina Fominok has prepared three unusual
00:17:43routes that will reveal the city from a completely new side.
00:17:46Let's take a look, and then we'll definitely take a real
00:17:50walk.
00:17:54You can explore the history of Minsk not only along well-known
00:17:57tourist routes, for example, to get acquainted with typical
00:18:01post-war buildings, you should go to the Tractor Plant
00:18:05district of the city. Among. this
00:18:23is a whole city within a city, these are wide squares, quiet
00:18:27streets and houses built in the Stalinist Empire style.
00:18:31Walking through the Tractor Plant village, pay attention
00:18:33to the abundance of decorative elements.
00:18:38balconies, bay windows,
00:18:40openwork stucco, these are forged
00:18:44fences, balconies, decorations of the houses themselves,
00:18:47to get acquainted with a completely different Minsk, you should
00:18:51take a walk along the former part of the Lutheran
00:18:54settlement, Northern Lane. Today it is one
00:18:58of the most hidden corners of our city. And in
00:19:011870, the most important western railways
00:19:05passed through the city of Minsk.
00:19:14Northern Lane is a living example of wooden
00:19:16architecture: carved friezes, platbands, openwork
00:19:20cornices, overlays, decorative inserts, patterned
00:19:23front gardens, as if transporting us a century back. And in
00:19:271960-80, some of these wooden
00:19:31houses, alas, were lost, local historians have long
00:19:34talked about such...
00:19:47Another amazing space of the old city of Minsk
00:19:50is Rakovskoye Predmestye, this is a unique
00:19:53quarter that has preserved the features of 19th-century factory
00:19:56buildings. The settlement itself began to form
00:20:00as early as the 11th century, along the road leading to Rakov, along
00:20:03this very highway we are walking now. centuries,
00:20:14uniquely, surprisingly, combining
00:20:17residential parts, tenement houses, houses where workers lived,
00:20:21and an industrial zone. Today, this
00:20:24unusual, but already recognizable part of Minsk, is inscribed not only
00:20:27in the history of our city, but in its bright, modern
00:20:31life. Rakovskoye Predmestye is also an unusual
00:20:34example of the reconstruction of the historical center of Minsk.
00:20:37A professional scientific approach at the site of the former
00:20:41bread factory, new bright spaces
00:20:44appear on the tourist map of Minsk.
00:20:47Any walk around the city can become.
00:20:52behind every street, behind every building and courtyard
00:20:55hides its own unique history, so don't be
00:20:59afraid to turn off the beaten paths, maybe there you will
00:21:03find a completely different Minsk.
00:21:17Belarus is a country with a rich and interesting. The fence of
00:21:20the church, please note, is not
00:21:24specially restored, and lovers of history and architecture
00:21:27will find it very interesting, it dates back to
00:21:301715. Unique
00:21:33sights are found literally at every step. It was
00:21:37unusually important that there was maximum proximity to
00:21:40nature, because the owners, of course,
00:21:43lived in urban conditions, noise,
00:21:46industry, transport, so, of course, they wanted.
00:24:50such a pleasant, comfortable, summer morning, although it's quite fresh in Molarity right
00:24:54now 8.5 degrees,
00:24:56near Gomel they are already recording 13.5,
00:25:00the sky is watercolor, but I
00:25:03hope the watercolor won't drip today, it won't drip today throughout
00:25:07the country, we expect cloudy with clearings and no
00:25:10precipitation, indeed the morning turned out to be so fresh,
00:25:14hinting a little to us that autumn is approaching, but
00:25:18it will get warmer during the day and it will be quite comfortable. So, in
00:25:21the capital +22 is expected today during the day, in Brest it will be
00:25:25traditionally warmer, up to 24 degrees, the air will warm up,
00:25:29in Vitebsk it is traditionally cooler, there is +21. In Gomel
00:25:33today it will be +22, in Grodno +24, in
00:25:36Mogilev 22 degrees Celsius. Well, what kind of
00:25:40average summer continues? Yes, that's when I,
00:25:43never cold, never hot, when it's comfortable, when it's
00:25:47just right. Yes, let me also add that in the morning,
00:25:51a light fog is observed in places, the wind today is expected to be northwest
00:25:54at 4.9 m/s, with gusts in places
00:25:58up to 14 m/s, well, and if you are waiting for that very
00:26:02moment... when you can again take off your
00:26:05windbreaker and put on a T-shirt, then know that this time
00:26:08will come very, very soon, namely on the weekend, Belhydromet meteorologists
00:26:12promise us up to +30.
00:26:15So let's plan the fading summer days brightly, I
00:26:19hope that not only the coming weekend will be warm, but also beyond, but
00:26:23we cannot look that far ahead yet. Nevertheless, we can predict something else,
00:26:27that from August 21 to 23 in the Brest Fortress
00:26:30the sixth festival of military historical reconstruction
00:26:33"Unconquered Bastion" will take place. The large-scale event is dedicated to the First
00:26:37World War and the actions that unfolded at the fortress
00:26:41forts in the summer of 1915.
00:26:43Guests and participants will enjoy a reconstruction of combat operations with
00:26:47the participation of military historical clubs, and for those who want
00:26:50to fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere, accommodation is provided
00:26:53in the casemates of Fort Five on army
00:26:57beds with a field shower and authentic
00:27:00conditions, I think those who have visited Fort
00:27:04Five understand that there you truly immerse
00:27:07yourself in the atmosphere of the last century, well, and the organizers
00:27:11even provided a bus from Minsk, remember, departure
00:27:14on August 21 at 17:30, return
00:27:17on August 23 at 16:00, of course, you need
00:27:20to submit applications, because we assume that there will be many interested people,
00:27:24so that everyone has their own place,
00:27:27applications are accepted until 22:00 on August
00:27:3018, well, all the details and the application, in fact, for
00:27:33registration, can be found on the Brest Fortress website, so
00:27:37hurry to become part of history. Well, we continue
00:27:41our broadcast and now we invite you to immerse yourself in the world
00:27:44of art. Today we will talk about Rubens
00:27:47in particular about his famous triptych The Elevation of the Cross.
00:27:51Why this particular work became one of
00:27:54the main masterpieces of Baroque, we will find out right
00:27:58now.
00:28:03Peter Paul Rubens is one of the main painters of the Baroque era.
00:28:06He painted The Elevation of the Cross shortly after completing
00:28:10his studies in Italy. The artist returned to his homeland at
00:28:13a favorable moment. Flanders and the Northern
00:28:16Netherlands concluded a truce, after which they began
00:28:20to restore destroyed churches. In 1609,
00:28:23a wealthy merchant and patron ordered Rubens an altarpiece triptych to
00:28:26donate it to the Church of St. Walburga. The brilliant painter
00:28:30completed this work in less than two years,
00:28:33incredibly fast given the size of the triptych.
00:28:37Instead of the traditional depiction of an already crucified Christ, the artist
00:28:40captured the very moment of raising the cross, turning the religious
00:28:44subject into a physically palpable, tense action, as if
00:28:48it were happening here and now. All the power of the central
00:28:51panel is built along a sharp diagonal, which visually
00:28:54emphasizes the heaviness of the burden and the titanic efforts of the
00:28:57executioners. Nine muscular men, exerting effort, try
00:29:01to lift the wooden cross. By virtue of the tension of their bodies, Rubens
00:29:04demonstrates his brilliant talent as a graphic artist and impeccable knowledge
00:29:08of anatomy. Against the background of a crimson sky and dark rocks, the figure of Jesus
00:29:11Christ literally radiates light, and his gaze is directed
00:29:15upwards with an expression of deep faith and readiness to make
00:29:18the sacrifice. Such a monumental approach in painting on the verge,
00:29:22contrasting and majestic, is due to a new style in
00:29:25art that came to Europe after the Renaissance, this is
00:29:29Baroque. Religion played a significant role in
00:29:32the development of the Baroque style, especially in Catholic countries in Europe.
00:29:36The Baroque period was marked by a strong emphasis on the Catholic
00:29:39Counter-Reformation, which sought to restore Catholic
00:29:42influence, in response to the Protestant Reformation.
00:29:46The Catholic Church used the Baroque style to convey its power
00:29:50and authority, creating complex, richly decorated
00:29:53spaces that were meant to inspire awe and
00:29:56piety in believers. The side panels of the Triptych expand
00:30:00the narrative and create emotional
00:30:02balance: the left panel shows deep sorrow of the Virgin Mary,
00:30:06Apostle John, and weeping women with children, frozen in silent grief.
00:30:10The right panel depicts preparations for the execution,
00:30:14where a Roman officer on horseback commands the process, while in
00:30:17the background soldiers crucify two thieves. Rubens'
00:30:21painting strikes with the contrast between raw earthly power and
00:30:24divine tranquility, making the viewer a direct
00:30:28witness to biblical events. The finished work was
00:30:31placed above the altar, where it was visible from afar. The triptych
00:30:34made an overwhelming impression and quickly made
00:30:37the author famous. During the Napoleonic Wars, this work
00:30:41was taken to Paris, but returned a few years later. The Church of St.
00:30:45Walburga had been destroyed by that time, so The Elevation of
00:30:48the Cross was placed on the altar wall of the Cathedral
00:30:52of Antwerp. It remains there to this
00:30:55day. Rubens' The Elevation of the Cross represents
00:30:59not just a religious subject,
00:31:01but a true manifesto of an entire Baroque era, where physical
00:31:04tension of human bodies merges with supreme spiritual
00:31:08triumph and knowledge, combining dynamism, dramatic
00:31:11chiaroscuro, and deep psychological depth, the painter was able
00:31:14to involve the viewer events to make him
00:31:18empathize with what is happening.
00:31:48Today we will be showing a game of two captains,
00:31:52which develops qualities such as strength, speed, endurance,
00:31:55because children in this game throw
00:31:58the ball, dodge this ball, that is, agility
00:32:01is absolutely necessary in this game.
00:32:15The game is that two teams
00:32:18stand opposite each other and the captains
00:32:22of the team must, together with their team, knock out other
00:32:26members of the opposing team. The game ends
00:32:29when all players and the last captain
00:32:32are knocked out. When the captain is knocked out, then
00:32:35the victory of the other
00:32:37team is counted.
00:32:48I let children choose the captain themselves, because it
00:32:51develops their logic, intuition, that is, they themselves
00:32:55know who will cope best with this situation, who will cope best
00:32:58with knocking out the same, who is stronger, who is
00:33:02smarter, more agile, for this game, 12 people are enough,
00:33:05divided into two, two teams of six people, even less,
00:33:09in
00:33:09principle.
00:33:20This game is designed for third to sixth grade,
00:33:24since children really like it, it is a
00:33:28kind of dodgeball, it makes the class itself
00:33:31very cohesive, that is, it makes children think in difficult
00:33:34situations,
00:33:43to win the game, I think that... strategy, since they can
00:33:46pass among themselves, give passes, think how
00:33:49best to knock out someone, that is, in what
00:33:52situations, well, and so on,
00:34:05children like to play the most, of course, because they work with
00:34:08each other, they learn to work in a team, that is,
00:34:12it is not just doing exercises, well... it
00:34:15is already teamwork and very active and interesting,
00:34:32we use outdoor games quite often, perhaps even
00:34:35every lesson, we try to, preferably, since it
00:34:39develops children's interest, curiosity, passion
00:34:43for playing the same sport, that is...
00:34:45they have fun, they are interested, and I think this is very important,
00:34:48because now it is such a time that children
00:34:50are sedentary, and this needs to be corrected somehow, possibly with the help
00:34:54of games.
00:35:02children can play this game for hours, because
00:35:05they really like it, even if they win in a short period of time,
00:35:09then they ask for more, more,
00:35:10more.
00:36:23in advance, especially since we really hope that the weather will be good. So, we have
00:36:27news for... lovers of gastronomic experiences. A large festival
00:36:30will gather cheese lovers in Grodno, where they want
00:36:33to break a record. The cheese festival beloved by Belarusians
00:36:37returns with a rich program. The celebration
00:36:40will take place in Grodno, we remind you, on September 5th and will turn
00:36:43the historical city center into a real cheese-making capital.
00:36:47The main event will be the creation of the largest cheese plate. And
00:36:51I hope it's not just creation, but also a tasting of that very cheese plate.
00:36:54Otherwise we won't go. Yes, that's right. It will indeed be
00:36:58a real gastronomic show: dozens of varieties of cheese from leading farms
00:37:02of our country will be collected on a giant dish. At the festival, a large fair will also
00:37:05unfold, where you can buy your favorite
00:37:09cheeses and fresh dairy products directly from
00:37:12manufacturers. For guests, culinary master classes
00:37:15from famous chefs, contests, quizzes and
00:37:18drawings of delicious prizes will be organized, we hope, of course,
00:37:22it will be cheese. Little visitors will find a children's zone with
00:37:26animation games. everything will happen, I remind you, on September
00:37:295th, starting at 11:00, admission
00:37:32is free, that's how it turns out that we are already planning September
00:37:36weekends, but we won't rush ahead, and let's tell you
00:37:39right now about what is already happening in our
00:37:42country, about how sports unite people with different levels
00:37:46of health. Olesya Boyarskikh visited the inclusive platform of the Sport
00:37:50for All project in Pavlov Park in the capital and is ready to show
00:37:53how training takes place, and we are ready to watch.
00:37:59The inclusive platform of the Presidential Sports Club's
00:38:03Sport for All project is the main novelty of this summer. Since mid-July,
00:38:07it has been operating in Pavlov Park. Project Sport for All,
00:38:10so the idea was to create a location for people with disabilities where they can play
00:38:14basketball, volleyball, streetball, wooden games. Simple rules and
00:38:18easy adaptation of distance allows playing sitting or standing. On
00:38:21the inclusive platform, all classes are conducted by specialists with
00:38:25specialized education. They take into account
00:38:28the characteristics of each participant, select
00:38:31the optimal load and accompany the person throughout
00:38:34the entire training. What benefits does inclusive
00:38:37mini-football bring? It is a health-improving effect, both thinking and
00:38:41coordination develop. We raise our leg to the knee and
00:38:45pass with the inside of the foot. Give me
00:38:48a pass and run forward.
00:38:52Op. Did you like playing mini-football?
00:38:55I liked it the most. a regular pass, how often do you
00:38:59come to such trainings?
00:39:01every weekend with my sister, I have a sister
00:39:05in a wheelchair, good job, last
00:39:08time, three, we relax,
00:39:11we rest, adaptive physical culture is suitable
00:39:15for everyone, for children who are ready to start from one year old,
00:39:19for adults, and of course, the main thing is strengthening muscle
00:39:22mass, working with knee joints, with the back
00:39:25and flat feet, we take... our hand and start
00:39:29circular movements, there you go, there, good girl, it's good that
00:39:32we have a good mood, and how are you doing, and what other
00:39:36training sessions do you plan to attend today, I give you
00:39:40the white ball, you throw it within the blue
00:39:42field,
00:39:47now take the colored one and as close as possible to
00:39:50the white one,
00:39:52that's the end of it, two green
00:39:55ones in play, earlier in childhood. I quite often played this game,
00:39:59rolling a large ball to a small ball, quite
00:40:02simple, the opponent clearly is not very experienced,
00:40:05but he feels the ball quite well, what do you
00:40:09feel after the end of the match, I just have no words,
00:40:13super, I would like to master football first,
00:40:16handball, filled tennis, put
00:40:20the ball in the tunnel, good job, hurry
00:40:23up, I understand that this is where
00:40:27sensory integration classes take place,
00:40:30absolutely right, this platform is specially designed for sensory
00:40:34integration of children and adults, these exercises
00:40:38are designed to help a person better perceive their body in
00:40:41space, how they are positioned, how they move, what they
00:40:44say, what they see at the same time, you need to stand
00:40:48on the balance beam, good girl, now
00:40:51take the hoop with your right hand, take the stick
00:40:53and make rotational movements outwards, good.
00:40:58For now, I have cerebral palsy, I really enjoyed everything, I wish everyone to visit
00:41:02this location, in the future I will go to
00:41:05basketball, darts, pinball, novus, and so
00:41:08on. The inclusive playground in Pavlov Park
00:41:12is open on weekends from 11:00 to
