00:06:30in Nanning, Guangxi. Ding Xuexiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier
00:06:33of the State Council, attended and delivered a speech. Ding Xuexiang stated
00:06:37that the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area is an important part of building a shared future
00:06:41community between the two sides. In November 2021,
00:06:44President Xi Jinping proposed to promptly launch the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area
00:06:56Free Trade Area has been operating steadily, achieving fruitful results,
00:06:59effectively promoting regional economic integration and development, and bringing tangible
00:07:03benefits to the people in the region. Ding Xuexiang pointed
00:07:07out that after the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area Version 3.0 upgrade agreement
00:07:11comes into effect, it will inject continuous new momentum into regional economic development.
00:07:15He proposed four suggestions. First, to promote
00:07:18the comprehensive improvement of regional opening-up, establish a more complete cooperation
00:07:22framework and institutional arrangements, and accelerate the construction of a regional
00:07:26integrated large market. Second, to promote the upgrading
00:07:30of trade and investment cooperation, further expand the depth and breadth of cooperation,
00:07:34and jointly maintain the stability of industrial and supply chains.

00:09:08ecological environmental protection and governance, and other work. Reporters learned that
00:09:23this year's summer grain purchase is mainly market-oriented, with policy-based purchases at the bottom.
00:09:27Currently, various entities across the country have cumulatively purchased more than
00:09:30100 million tons of wheat.
00:10:25Entering the interior of this granary, the space inside this granary
00:10:28is very large, and the airtightness is also good. Because our sealing is very good,
00:10:32it isolates the air from the outside, keeping its dryness and the quality of our
00:10:36corn and wheat. To welcome the concentrated harvest of autumn grains,
00:10:40various regions are stepping up the promotion of intelligent reduction equipment, relying on railways
00:10:44and sea transportation for multimodal transport to open up outbound channels. The national equipment renewal
00:10:48and "two new" special funds this year will include grain drying machines
00:10:52and intelligent weighing machines in the scope of support, allowing autumn grains to be harvested,
00:10:55stored, and transported. Currently, grain storage capacity,
00:10:59acquisition funds, personnel, equipment, etc. are already in place.
00:11:03It is estimated that the autumn grain acquisition volume this year will be around 350 million tons.
00:11:07We will strengthen market monitoring and information dissemination, effectively leveraging
00:11:11the roles of grain market service centers and other organizations to help farmers reduce losses
00:11:14and increase income. The State Council Information Office
00:11:17held a press conference today for the "Start of the 15th Five-Year Plan" series of
00:11:21themed press conferences. The National Radio and Television Administration introduced relevant
00:12:26applications in the radio and television industry. We will also
00:12:29build new types of radio and television networks, accelerate the development of ultra-high definition,
00:12:33and promote the popularization of integrated television, so that ordinary people
00:12:36can watch TV more conveniently
00:12:43its mountain, water, forest, field, lake, grass, and desert resources into cultural and tourism
00:12:47products, actively developing distinctive tourism and regional tourism,
00:12:51striving to build an international tourism destination.
00:12:55During this period, Shizuishan City, Ningxia, and the Shitanjing scenic area welcomed
00:12:59a large number of tourists. As part of the filming location for the movie "Welcome to Longmen Inn",
00:13:03with the popularity of the movie, this place has become a popular domestic tourist
00:13:18coal mining industrial base. Later, due to resource depletion and ecological protection
00:13:21of Helan Mountain, the mining area was gradually shut down. But here,
00:14:13it is touchable and interactive. Yinchuan Minning Town this year focused on creating "Seeing Minning,"
00:14:17a drama village. Visitors can experience the "Mountains and Seas"
00:15:37Recently, the first batch of funds for this year's new policy-based financial instruments
00:15:41has been launched. A batch of intelligent manufacturing and infrastructure
00:15:45projects have successively received the first batch of financial support,
00:15:49accelerating implementation and promoting
00:15:56energy vehicle key project, intelligent chassis industrialization project,
00:16:00has already begun to accelerate its advancement, making up for the short board in the domestic
00:16:04new energy vehicle chassis industrial chain. Previously, the project was still in
00:16:07the investment stage,
00:16:09but just a few days ago, 100 million yuan from the Export-Import Bank became the first batch of projects this year,
00:16:19all of which were used for project funds, with more sufficient self-owned funds and significantly improved ease of use,
00:16:25so we can also use this as a springboard for the next step, to get this project moving, because it is not only efficient, but also low-cost, which is what the country needs.
00:17:08Achieve coordinated cooperation between investment and new generation. In Wuhan, Hubei, this
00:17:12private enterprise's high-speed railway also became one of the first batch of
00:17:16new policy-based financial instrument support projects. After the project is completed,
00:17:19it will further strengthen the connection between cities in the Wuhan metropolitan area,
00:17:23reducing logistics time and costs. It can leverage
00:17:27a total investment of about 7 billion yuan for construction projects.
00:17:31After the funds are in place, it will ensure that this year's investment and construction
00:17:34targets are completed with high quality. Currently,
00:17:43this year's total investment scale has increased from 500 billion yuan last year
00:17:47to 800 billion yuan. According to calculations, it is expected to leverage a total project investment
00:17:50scale of approximately 10 trillion yuan.
00:17:52Since the beginning of this year, China's logistics industry
00:17:56has continuously increased investment in digitalization research and development, and intelligent scenarios
00:18:00are accelerating their implementation, promoting
00:18:29improvement in efficiency stems from investment in research and development. Data from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing shows that in the first seven months of this year, key logistics enterprises'
00:18:33expenses for digital transformation increased
00:18:37year-on-year.
00:19:00At the same time, the depth of digital collaboration in the logistics industry continues to expand, breaking information barriers through digitalization. A single waybill manages the entire process,
00:19:04and multi-city joint transportation.
00:19:17AI intelligent application scenarios have been implemented by leading logistics enterprises.
00:19:21Relying on intelligent scheduling and demand forecasting, some logistics enterprises
00:19:25within industrial clusters are providing factory-side delivery and line-side replenishment
00:19:29to achieve hourly response, precise matching of high-tech
00:19:32manufacturing production rhythms, ensuring efficient operation of the industrial chain.
00:19:36In the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan,
00:19:40various regions continued to promote urban renewal, improve livelihood facilities, and create
00:19:43new consumption scenarios, making cities more beautiful
00:19:52communities is continuously advancing in various places. In the Bajiao Zhongli Community
00:19:56in Shijingshan District, Beijing, a boiler room that had been abandoned
00:19:59for more than 20 years was just renovated and transformed into a community service
00:20:03facility. It integrates community cafeterias and convenience stores.
00:21:05In the Yihe Historical and Cultural Block in Nanjing, Jiangsu, a batch of newly repaired
00:21:09and completed cultural heritage courtyards have successively opened to the public.
00:21:13This place completely preserves the original appearance of the cultural heritage buildings,
00:21:17introducing cultural exhibitions, physical bookstores, characteristic leisure, etc.
00:21:50Taiyuan, Shanxi, is accelerating the renovation of its underground pipe network. This year,
00:21:54102 rain and sewage diversion pipe network road renovation projects
00:21:58have been carried out. Currently, 80% have been completed.
00:22:02After completion, it will not only reduce the hidden danger of water pollution, but also reduce the risk of road
00:22:06waterlogging, continuously making up
00:22:13for "The Striver in the New Journey," where five representatives of the first secretaries
00:22:17stationed in villages discussed supervision.
00:22:56from January to August this year, national railway fixed asset investment reached
00:22:59511.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of
00:23:021.5%. A batch of major projects for the "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed rail network,
00:23:06such as the Xiongan-Shangqiu High-speed Railway and the Changsha-Jiujiang High-speed Railway,
00:23:10achieved breakthrough progress, effectively driving
