00:02:01Today is September 18. 95 years ago today, the
00:02:05September 18 Incident, which shocked China and abroad, broke out. The September 18 Incident
00:02:10very important what we are was not only the starting point of the Chinese people's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, but also opened the prelude
00:02:13to the World Anti-Fascist War. On the 95th anniversary of the September 18 Incident,
00:02:16all units of the army carried out various forms of activities.
00:02:20The vast number of officers and soldiers, looking back at the glorious years, commemorating
00:02:24the heroic martyrs, and strengthening the loyalty of the army,
00:02:28gathered the strength to fight and strengthen the army.
00:02:38and inspiring us to strengthen the army. From the front line of
00:02:42field training to historical memorial venues, officers and soldiers
00:02:46stood solemnly, bowed their heads in mourning, looking back at the 14 years of
00:02:50bloody struggle of the Chinese nation, and sadly commemorating
00:02:54the revolutionary martyrs who died for the country.
00:02:58It is a textbook, and also the best
00:03:02wake-up call. We will closely follow the actual combat standards, train and prepare for war,
00:03:05maintain a state of readiness, and shoulder the mission
00:03:09and responsibility of strengthening the army.
00:03:13In the cemetery of revolutionary martyrs, in front of the monument to revolutionary martyrs,
00:03:16officers and soldiers stood solemnly in silent tribute, their hearts
00:03:20more determined to strengthen the army and defend the country.
00:03:23。
00:03:25The revolutionary spirit of not fearing sacrifice deeply shocked and inspired
00:03:29me. As a revolutionary soldier in the new era, I will surely
00:03:33remember history, inherit the spirit of martyrs, hone my skills,
00:03:36and contribute my strength to guarding the peace and tranquility of the frontier.

00:03:54reviewed their oath to join the party, turning their patriotic sentiments and strong military aspirations
00:03:57into practical actions of training for war.
00:04:41We will transform our deep remembrance of revolutionary martyrs into practical motivation for training and preparing for war, resolutely defending national sovereignty, security, and development interests, and effectively fulfilling
00:04:51commemorated martyrs and inherited and nurtured the great spirit

00:19:42the headache is the environmental protection issue. Residents nearby dare not open windows because of the unbearable smell. But here, in this huge pig farm, there is no foul smell, thanks
00:19:45to the sterilization and deodorization process. Not only that, the pig farm's
00:19:49excrement has also become a treasure that can fertilize the land, generate
00:19:53electricity, and make money. A pig farm is a circular economy.
00:19:57The pig manure and urine produced during the pig farming process are
00:20:01separated into solid and liquid. The solid becomes organic fertilizer, and the
00:20:04liquid is processed into liquid fertilizer, all used in surrounding farmland.
00:20:37So far, we have already developed 39 kinds of crop cultivation methods. This
00:20:41sweet farming and pig farming circular economy not only realizes
00:20:45the sustainable development of the breeding farm, but also effectively promotes
00:20:49the efficient increase of agricultural production. This model has also been

00:20:57The China National Resources Recycling Association today released the China
00:21:01Renewable Resources Green Supply Chain Development Report 2026. According
00:21:05to the report, under the continuous guidance of national circular
00:21:08economy policies, China's renewable resources recycling industry continues to maintain
00:21:12a steady and positive development trend. During the 15th Five-Year Plan period,
00:21:16the renewable resources recycling industry will accelerate its transformation to
00:21:21According to reports, in 2025, China's main renewable resources recycling
00:21:25and utilization volume exceeded 410 million tons. In terms of
00:21:29the proportion of recycling volume, in 2025, waste steel and
00:21:32iron still ranked first, accounting for 60.9% of the total
00:21:36recycling volume of major renewable resource categories. Waste power
00:21:39batteries and lead-acid batteries, excluding, had the highest increase
00:21:42in recycling volume, a year-on-year increase of 36.8%. Since the beginning
00:21:46of this year, the storage and disposal of idle waste
00:21:50materials by enterprises has further extended to the front end and deepened
00:21:54throughout the entire process. Policies such as trade-in for consumer goods and
00:21:58equipment upgrading, as well as the development of the new
00:22:02energy industry, continue to release reverse logistics demand. Waste power
00:22:06batteries, waste home appliances, and consumer electronics have become key
00:22:10growth areas. The report points out that currently, some
00:22:13categories of renewable resources in China, such as scrapped
00:22:17motor vehicles, have experienced an overcapacity in dismantling.
00:22:21In the context of intensifying market competition, future industry
00:22:24competition will shift more from processing scale to
00:22:28the quality of recycled materials and resource utilization efficiency.
00:22:32Experts point out that resource regeneration involves multiple
00:22:35links such as reverse logistics, sorting, dismantling, and circular
00:22:39utilization, which cannot be completed by a single enterprise or

00:30:52spring water culture as its theme. It has
00:30:56been included in China's tentative list of World
00:30:59Cultural Heritage. The landscape covers 70 heritage
00:31:09elements of four types:
00:31:11springs, water systems, architecture,

00:40:51victims refused to compromise. However, no matter how
00:40:55it was handled, it caused great public
00:40:58opinion fear among business operators. Facing the
00:41:02blackmail of the "one official" criminal gang, some
00:41:06victims also refused to compromise. Mr. Li, a
00:41:10business operator of solid waste treatment in Faku
00:41:14County, Shenyang City, is one of them. In
00:41:172025, during a strong wind, a staff member
00:41:21of the "one official" account filmed a video
00:41:25of a company vehicle transferring materials causing dust.
00:42:10The police introduced that the videos within the "Yi Fu Dang Guan" account mainly focused on the junction of urban and rural areas or rural areas, and the update speed was very fast. The police simultaneously carried out offline visits. After collecting a large amount of evidence,
00:42:14the police confirmed that the questioning videos and negative
00:42:18articles published by the account had obvious characteristics
00:42:22of public opinion blackmail. He said that if you
00:42:26want the video, you can buy my
00:42:30reporting materials and other things.
00:42:33就 买 我 的 报 函 之 类 的 东 西
00:42:37。
00:42:40Through further investigation, the police confirmed that the actual
00:42:44owner of the online account named "Yi Fu
00:42:48Dang Guan" was Deng Moumou, who registered two
00:42:51media companies in Shenbei New District, Shenyang City.
00:42:55At the same time, he also had his own
00:42:59people scattered in many parts of Northeast China.
00:43:03Deng Moumou usually packaged himself as an envoy
00:43:07of justice, but in fact, he used public
00:43:11opinion supervision as an excuse to blackmail the
00:43:15parties by exposing negative content to seek illegal
00:43:18profits. After verifying the online clues with
00:43:22the offline investigation evidence, the police comprehensively judged
00:43:25and determined that the gang operating the "Yi
00:43:29Fu Dang Guan" account
00:43:37was carrying out organized blackmail and extortion criminal
00:43:41activities. After grasping the basic evidence, the
00:43:45police launched a net collection operation. The police
00:43:49searched the residence and company of Deng Moumou,
00:43:53the core member of the criminal gang. During
00:43:57the search, in addition to seizing various professional
00:44:00filming equipment, crime vehicles, and a large number
00:44:04of so-called interview permits, they also extracted
00:44:08a large amount of
00:44:31stored audio and video materials such as call recordings and chat records from electronic devices. Through careful analysis of these audio and video evidences, the police gradually understood the modus operandi and activity trajectory of the criminal gang. A large amount of evidence showed that since 2019, after the video
00:44:35was released, most companies would proactively contact Yi
00:44:39Fu Dang Guan, who
00:44:41would then ask the other party to pay
00:44:44a certain fee under the pretext of buying
00:44:48a publication. The gang would set the blackmail
00:44:52amount based on the company's scale and actual
00:44:56operating conditions. The amount involved in a single
00:44:59case ranged from tens of thousands to hundreds
00:45:03of millions of yuan. However, many victims did
00:45:07not receive the subscribed publication. In fact,
00:45:14this is also a means for the Yi Fu Dang
00:45:18Guan gang to
00:45:20try to escape
00:46:40legal sanctions. As of
00:47:06now, Faku police have arrested 21 criminal suspects of the Yi Fu Dang Guan gang, of whom five have been subjected to criminal detention coercive measures in accordance with the law. The verified amount involved in the cases is nearly 15 million yuan. The case is currently under further investigation. Saudi Arabia is also launching air strikes. The advance of the Houthi armed forces along the Red Sea coast is temporary, and the Yemeni government and its armed forces are fully capable
00:47:10of regaining the initiative along the Red Sea
00:47:14coast. Currently, the Houthi armed forces have not
00:47:17yet responded to this. In addition, on the
00:47:2117th, mutual attacks
00:48:24forces and Saudi Arabia are still ongoing.
00:48:28The Houthi armed forces launched a missile attack.
00:48:30And it's destroyed, I mean,
00:48:34even children, we can tolerate it, but children
00:48:38cannot tolerate just hearing the sound, even if
00:48:41there's no airstrike or
00:48:43bombing, just the sound
00:48:47itself, they grab me.
00:48:52Naswan in Yemen is also in the midst of war. After the escalation of
00:48:56the conflict, Naswan has been displaced many
00:49:00times. Naswan, who fled with his
00:49:04family, said he no longer knows what the future
00:49:09holds. The war is raging, and
00:49:13bombs are falling on us. We
00:49:16fled barefoot, with our children on our
00:49:20shoulders. This is the third time we
00:49:29have been displaced. The UK Maritime Trade
00:49:33Operations Office stated on the 17th that a
00:49:37westbound oil tanker 75 nautical miles east of
00:49:40Aden, Yemen, reported being pursued and attempted
00:49:44to be intercepted by a small boat. The
00:49:48incident is still under investigation. The
00:49:51UK Maritime Trade Operations Office advises
00:49:55passing vessels to navigate with caution and report
00:49:59any suspicious activities to the agency. Local
00:50:03time on the 17th, according to US media
00:50:06reports, US Secretary of Energy Rick
00:50:09Perry stated that the Saudi Arabian East-West
00:50:13oil pipeline, which was damaged by a drone
00:50:17attack recently, is expected to resume operation relatively
00:50:21quickly. The Saudi East-West oil pipeline
00:50:25was forced to shut down after being attacked
00:50:28by drones on the 10th. The pipeline
00:50:32helps Saudi Arabia export oil without
00:50:36passing through the Strait of Hormuz. Earlier,
00:50:40some media reported that it might take
00:50:43up to 5 weeks for the pipeline
00:50:47to be repaired and resume operation. Perry
00:50:51stated that three
00:50:53pump stations on the pipeline were attacked,
00:50:57and two of them were lightly
00:51:01damaged. It is expected that the
00:51:05pipeline will resume operation relatively quickly.
00:51:09In addition, according to foreign media reports,
00:51:12Saudi Arabia is exporting oil by ship-to-ship
00:51:16transfer through the Strait of Hormuz.
00:51:20Because international shipping
00:52:27companies' oil tankers are unwilling to risk passing through the Strait of Hormuz, Saudi Arabia's national oil company Unified Coordination and Arrangement Team uses routes through the Omani side, turns off radar, and navigates in stealth to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, transporting Saudi oil to the relatively safe waters near Sohar Port in Oman. There, Saudi oil is loaded onto oil tankers bound for other regions through ship-to-ship transfer. The Wall Street Journal reported that the amount of oil exported by Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia, through ship-to-ship transfer may reach 9 million barrels per
00:52:30day. Do not relax, respond to the most
00:52:34urgent humanitarian needs.
00:52:42China pointed out that September 21 will usher in the International Day of Peace, which embodies the international community's beautiful expectations for eliminating conflicts and wars. The restoration of peace and stability in the vast Middle East region, including Syria, is the inherent meaning of world peace and development.
00:52:46Canadian Prime Minister
00:52:48Carney continued his European trip on the 17th.
00:52:52On that day, he delivered a speech at
00:52:56the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France. Carney emphasized the
00:53:00long-standing shared values and partnership between Canada
00:53:04and the European Union,
00:53:07and called for deepening cooperation and strengthening strategy
00:53:10between the two sides. Carney stated in his
00:53:14speech at the European Parliament that day that
00:53:18Canada welcomes the EU's idea of making Canada
00:53:22an associate member of the EU. Canada and
00:53:25the EU are not allies who only stand
00:53:29together in good times. The two sides should
00:53:33deepen cooperation in a
00:54:25series of strategic areas to maintain and enhance
00:54:28their strategic autonomy. Carney emphasized at a
00:54:31press conference with European Parliament President Metsola that
00:55:04Canada has the right to make its own choices. The UK National Statistics Office announced on the 16th that the UK's inflation rate in August rose to 3.1%, higher than 2.9% in July, a six-month high. On the 17th, Swedish Prime Minister Kristersson announced that the results of the parliamentary election showed that the current government, supported by Sweden, won 173 of the 349 seats, losing its parliamentary majority. The opposition won 176 seats.
00:55:37It was like yesterday, from Northeast to North China, the Yellow
00:55:41Sea, and then south of the Yangtze River, the highest temperatures in many
00:55:45places rose above 30 degrees, such as Shenyang, Beijing, Jinan,
00:55:49and Nanchang. However, in the next two weeks, cold
00:55:52air will be more active. There will be
00:55:56four waves of cold air affecting our country until
00:56:00the end of the month, and the overall affected
00:56:04area will be in the north.
00:56:35Therefore, the temperatures in Jiangnan and South China are still
00:56:38stubbornly high, and the autumn tiger is showing
00:56:42its power. The highest temperatures in Jiangnan and
00:56:45South China will generally exceed 30 degrees, and
00:56:49some areas will even reach or exceed 35
00:56:53degrees. Cities such as Changsha and Nanning will
00:56:57also experience high temperatures. Moreover, due to the
00:57:01relatively high air humidity, especially in South China,
00:57:07the sensible temperature will go up another notch.
00:57:11Even at night, the
00:57:15lowest temperature will be
00:57:19around 25 degrees, so it will
00:57:22not be cool at night. Friends

01:01:51First, let's look at the current political highlights. Recently, Xi Jinping made important instructions on the development of advanced manufacturing, emphasizing the need to continuously strengthen advanced manufacturing to provide favorable support for promoting the modernization of China's affairs. From September 16 to 17, the National Advanced Manufacturing Conference was held in Beijing. Li Qiang attended the conference and delivered a speech. On September 17, Ding Xuexiang attended the opening ceremony of the 23rd China-ASEAN Expo in Nanning, Guangxi. September 16:

01:03:04On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the September 18th Incident,
01:03:07the Shenyang September 18th Historical Museum received a batch of precious historical materials
01:03:11from private collections. In
01:03:13the
01:03:16historical materials received by the Shenyang September 18th Historical Museum this time,
01:03:2014 pieces came from the collection of historical document collector Zhang Hongge.

01:04:50exhibition displays 256 sets of precious cultural relics from the collection,
01:04:54170 historical pictures, 18 charts and food
01:04:58symbols and paintings. Exhibits.
01:05:06Among them, many precious cultural relics are exhibited to the public for the first time.
01:05:10Including the combat heart and proof certificate of Huang Shengfa, a soldier of the Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army Instructor Academy,
01:05:14Zhou Baozhong's first
01:05:17letter in 1942 on the 11th anniversary of the September 18th Incident. At this
01:05:21special time node, the number of visitors in the exhibition hall
01:05:25has greatly increased compared to normal. Especially those who stop at
01:05:29these revolutionary cultural relics that are exhibited for the first time. The time
01:05:33is relatively long, and the impact it brings to the audience
01:05:36is relatively strong. As a narrator, I
01:05:39especially hope that after visiting, the audience not only knows this
01:05:43history, but also truly remembers this history.
01:05:47Let's
01:05:49look at the series of reports on inheriting the spirit of the Long March and striving for a rich new journey.
01:05:53Guangdong is the first province that the Central Red Army entered
01:05:57after leaving the Central Soviet Area for the Long March. In
01:06:30October 1934, the Central Red Army's main force crossed the Nanling Mountains
01:06:34and entered Yuebei. Ahead were the multi-island blockade lines set up by the Yuxiangui and other local warlords. Behind
01:06:38them were the pressing
01:06:41enemy forces. This is where the Red
01:06:45Army walked in Saoguang back then. In 21 days, they broke through layers of blockade here, walking
01:06:49on such narrow paths. This is
01:06:53Xintian Village of Aoguan. The Red Army's first battle
01:06:57to enter Yue during the Long March happened here. After the victory, the Red Army
01:07:00rested briefly in this village. They strictly
01:07:04adhered to discipline and did not take a single needle or thread from the masses. At that time,
01:07:08the Red Army soldiers themselves provided guidance. The common people
01:07:11also supported and loved our Red Army, so they invited our Red Army soldiers
01:07:15to our pool platforms. That night was still
01:07:19relatively cold, so our common people also took out some door panels,
01:07:23spread some hay, and covered them with cotton quilts
01:07:26for our Red Army soldiers to sleep on. During their rest, the Red Army
01:07:30spread revolutionary ideas through slogans, songs, and other forms.
01:07:34On the wall on the left side of the Xu Shici Ancestral Hall gate in Shangshu Village,
01:07:38there is still a song written by the Red Army at that time. At that time, our
01:07:42commanders and fighters wrote this Red Army song, which actually expressed the aspirations of the common
01:07:45people. To be a soldier is to be a Red Army, which means that our
01:07:49poor common people at that time actually believed in the Communist Party,
01:07:53believed in the Red Army, followed the Party, and followed the Red Army.
01:07:56Through this "Be a Red Army" song, our
01:08:00generation of Shangshou, including the entire Nankang generation, and many young
01:08:03people, were also inspired by this song and joined the Red Army.
01:08:07入 到 红 军 的 队 伍 中 去
01:08:09Let's
01:08:55pass on the revolutionary history and carry forward the red bloodline by singing red songs. As time passes, the spirit of the Long March has been continuously passed on in Yuebei. The construction of the Long March National Cultural Park
01:08:59in Guangdong section is progressing smoothly. The Long March historical
01:09:03route, the Tongguling Martyrs Memorial Monument, and the former
01:09:06temporary command post of the Red Army Long March are all places
01:09:10that bear witness to the history.
01:09:42Over 90 years have passed, and the thousands of mountains and rivers they once crossed with great difficulty
01:09:46have become wide and accessible. I am currently at the Shaoguan
01:09:50High-Speed Rail Station. From here, through the Jinguan High-Speed Railway,
01:09:54it takes as fast as 46 minutes to reach Guangzhou South Station. Shaoguan
01:09:58has already entered the one-hour living circle of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
01:10:01Currently, Shaoguan has built a comprehensive three-rail and two-air
01:10:05three-dimensional transportation network, with airlines, high-speed rail, and expressways
01:10:09and waterways extending in all directions. And the even more convenient present.
01:10:28A golden waterway connecting Yuebei and the Pearl River Delta is accelerating its formation. The Beijiang Bridge, built in 1983, has a navigable height of less than 5 meters, which means only hundred-ton vessels can pass. Next to it, the new Beijiang Bridge is under construction.
01:10:32高 只 有 不 到 5 米 , 只 能 通 行 百 蹲 级 的 船 博 。 而 在
01:10:36他 的 旁 边 是 正 在 建 设 的 新 北 战 大 桥
01:10:39So
01:10:44this section of the waterway in the Shaoguan urban area along the Beijiang River has seven such bridges
01:10:48that need to be renovated. When these bridges are all completed in 2029,
01:10:52hundred-ton vessels from Shaoguan and Lechang in the northernmost part of Guangdong
01:10:56will be able to directly reach the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The upgrading of waterway navigation
01:11:00has opened up Shaoguan's major waterway to the river and sea,
01:11:03while the integration of road and air new transportation infrastructure
01:11:07continues to expand Shaoguan's three-dimensional transportation to a new
01:11:11dimension. Located in
01:12:12Shaoguan, it has achieved second-level response to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and other places.
01:12:16At present, Shaoguan has signed 24 data centers,
01:12:20with a total computing power exceeding 45,000, becoming
01:12:24the largest intelligent computing power cluster in South China. During the 14th Five-Year Plan
01:12:28period, Shaoguan will also simultaneously promote the upgrading of traditional industries
01:12:32such as metallurgy and equipment manufacturing, vigorously develop green industries
01:12:36such as modern agriculture and cultural tourism, and build a modern
01:12:40industrial system. This year is the anniversary of the Long March.
01:12:43The great spirit of the Long March is deeply
01:12:47rooted in this old revolutionary area of Shaoguan. In the past 90 years,
01:12:50the old area has undergone earth-shaking changes, and the lives of the masses
01:12:54have improved.
01:13:08Let the old revolutionary areas shine with new contemporary glory.
01:13:25On September 16 and 18, the National Cultural Heritage Administration
01:13:28received two batches of 64 pieces/sets of cultural relics
01:13:31and fossils from the United States in Washington and New York, respectively.
01:13:35术 品 和 古 生 物 化 石
01:13:37The cultural relics
01:13:39and paleobiological fossils returned by the US side this time include "Bodhisattva statue on the north side of the west wall of Tianlongshan Grotto 17,"
01:13:43as well as statues, pottery
01:13:47figurines, dinosaur fossils,
01:13:51fish fossils, dinosaur egg fossils, etc. They are all.
01:14:25Those are cultural relics returned by the New York Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
01:14:28This is already the fifth time that cultural relics have been returned to China.
01:14:34This
01:14:38is another important achievement after our administration successfully received the bullet pants, the book of war, the battle of attack and defense, and the Warring States tiger token in the past two years. The two sides stated that this
01:14:42国 虎 行 排 事 等 珍 贵 文 物 以 后 ,
01:14:46取 得 的 又 一 个 重 要 的 成 果 。 双 方 表 示 , 此 次
01:14:50return cooperation is a joint implementation by China and the United States
01:14:53in the field of cultural heritage. It will further promote cultural exchanges between China and the United States and promote mutual understanding between the two peoples. In recent years, we have worked together to achieve what we know, whether it is cultural relics or chemicals, they all have a profound history and
01:15:55Let the international community see the common efforts of
01:15:59us to protect and inherit human civilization, and see the great
01:16:03responsibilities that China and the United States should shoulder.
01:16:06In 2009, China and the United States first signed a memorandum of understanding
01:16:10between governments to restrict the illegal entry of Chinese cultural relics into the United States. Since then,
01:16:13it has been renewed three times in 2014, 2019 and 2024.
01:16:17The government departments
01:16:21of the two countries actively carried out return cooperation. In the past two years,
01:16:32in April 2024, the United States returned 38 pieces of cultural relics
01:16:36to China, most of which were Tibetan Buddhist cultural relics,
01:16:39dating from the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. The categories are rich and exquisitely crafted,
01:16:43among which the ivory carvings, wood carvings, and fragments of frescoes
01:16:47are relatively rare and have important historical, artistic, and scientific
01:16:50value. In March 2025, the National Cultural Heritage Administration

01:18:07is the first cabinet reshuffle since its establishment. Members of the Japan Restoration Party, the ruling party's
01:18:11coalition partner, joined the cabinet for the first time in this reshuffle.
01:18:15The announced list of cabinet members shows that Chief Cabinet Secretary
01:18:19Murayama Shinobu, Foreign Minister Motegi Toshimitsu, Defense Minister
01:18:22Koizumi Shinjiro, Finance Minister Katsuyama Taketsuki and others remained in office. The former secretary-general
01:18:26of the Restoration Party, Nakasaka, served as the Minister in charge of regulatory reform.
01:18:30Why
01:18:32did Japanese Prime Minister Kishi Sanae reshuffle the cabinet this time? Let's hear what the experts
01:18:36have to say.
01:18:39One is to further deploy and consolidate power at the anniversary mark. This time, important positions, such as the Secretary-General of the Liberal Democratic Party, the Foreign Minister, and the Defense Minister, are basically unchanged, maintaining the current power balance within the party. On the other hand, those who are closer to Kishi Sanae

01:18:56have
01:18:59also received further care. Also, as Kishi's former main rival, Lin Fangzheng,
01:19:02Kishi also excluded him from this reshuffle to avoid
01:19:06him from challenging Kishi within the government.
01:19:10In general, one of Kishi's main goals in this reshuffle is to consolidate his power base
01:19:14within the party through various exchanges of interests, and to fully prepare for the Liberal Democratic Party's presidential election
01:19:18in the autumn of 2027 to win re-election and seek long-term governance. Another key point is that Kishi's reshuffle
01:19:22this time focuses on the Restoration Party joining the cabinet. At present, Kishi
01:19:26faces great pressure from the opposition parties on the reduction of consumption tax
01:19:29and the implementation of various bills to strengthen military capabilities. The Restoration Party's decision to support
01:19:33is a rigid requirement to ensure the smooth passage of the bills.
01:19:37We should note that the Restoration Party
01:19:41is a right-wing party with a hard-line stance on foreign policy.
01:19:45After Kishi Sanae took office, Japan's militarization process has been accelerating.
01:19:49After Kishi's cabinet reshuffle this time,
01:19:52his government's right-wing leanings will become more solidified and pronounced.
01:19:56With a more radical foreign stance, the Japan Restoration Party, which has long advocated for rearmament and military expansion, has joined,
01:20:00and Kishi has further marginalized the traditional moderate faction within the Liberal Democratic Party.

01:21:10drones, as well as about 7,500 drones for intelligence gathering, warning, and surveillance. Some of these 50,000 drones
01:21:14have a relatively long flight range.
01:21:17They can conduct fire strikes against fixed and mobile targets
01:21:21hundreds of kilometers or even nearly a thousand kilometers away. There are also a very large number
01:21:25of small and medium-sized drones. These small and medium-sized drones
01:21:28may be mainly equipped by the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force. They can not only be used
01:21:32for military operations in Japan and its surrounding areas,
01:21:36but may also follow its overseas military operations
01:21:40to other regions to participate in combat operations.
01:21:44There is also a part of anti-ship drones, mainly performing the task
01:21:48of blockading straits and sea lanes. It can be said
01:21:52that in terms of introducing drones, Japan has now begun
01:21:55to be ambitious. This shows that it wants to use these drones
01:21:59to support its large-scale
01:22:03operations in the Asia-Pacific region or in other regions.
01:22:06规 模 的 。
01:22:37conduct covert, long-duration operations underwater, and then
01:22:41reach the other side's coastal and island areas.
01:22:44By deploying mines, they can hinder
01:22:48the movement and assembly of the other side's naval
01:22:52fleet. They may even deploy these mines to other countries'
01:22:56ports and military ports,
01:22:59carrying out such a quiet attack. The second type of mission is to conduct
01:23:03long-range precision fire strikes. These large unmanned underwater vehicles
01:23:08will be equipped with some vertical launch systems, which can be loaded
01:23:11with land attack or anti-ship cruise missiles.
01:23:15These unmanned underwater vehicles with attack capabilities can be said to be extremely
01:23:19provocative.
01:23:32In addition, the draft also proposes to build a sustained response
01:23:35capability to respond to long-term wars, which is expected to cost about 10 trillion Japanese yen.
01:23:39The goal is to first ensure that materials can be sustained for one year
01:23:43of combat. To this end, ammunition, missiles, fuel and other materials
01:23:47will be stockpiled. The future Self-Defense Forces and Ministry of Defense.
01:24:23The pace of militarization is getting faster and faster. The introduction of a large number of long-range offensive weapons is not for defensive needs, but to strengthen offensive capabilities. This
01:24:27will impact regional peace and
01:24:31stability, and will also affect the security of the surrounding
01:24:35areas. It can be said that Japan's Self-Defense Forces
01:24:39。 可 以 说 呢 现 在 日 本 自 委 队
01:24:42their intention to use military force abroad has become increasingly
01:24:45obvious, which is worth paying attention to by relevant countries in the region.

01:24:52According to a report by Al Jazeera on the 17th, Yemeni government forces are blocking the further advance of Yemeni Houthi armed forces on multiple fronts. The two sides clashed in strategic areas such as the Jabal Kahbub mountains near the Bab al-Mandeb Strait.

At present, the Houthi armed forces have no response to this. In addition, on the 17th, the Houthi armed forces and Saudi Arabia continued to attack each other. A Houthi armed forces spokesperson said on the same day that Saudi Arabia had launched 37 airstrikes against Yemen's Taiz and Hajjah provinces in the past 24 hours, causing civilian casualties. The Saudi Civil Defense Directorate issued a statement on the 17th saying that a drone launched by the Houthi armed forces was intercepted and destroyed in Taif, Saudi Arabia, on the same day. Debris fell, killing one person, injuring two, and damaging multiple buildings and some vehicles.

01:28:14The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) stated on the 17th that a cruise ship sailing west,
01:28:2075 nautical miles off Yemen, reported that a small boat
01:28:23pursued and attempted to intercept it. The incident is currently
01:28:27under investigation. UKMTO advises passing ships to navigate with caution
01:28:31and report any
01:28:34suspicious activities to the agency.
01:28:37Local time on the 17th, according to US media
01:28:41reports, US Energy Secretary Wright stated that the Saudi Arabian East-West
01:28:45oil pipeline, which was attacked by drones and damaged recently, is expected
01:28:49to resume operation relatively quickly.
01:28:51The
01:28:54Saudi East-West oil pipeline was forced to shut down after being attacked by drones on the 10th.
01:28:57The pipeline helps Saudi Arabia bypass the Strait of Hormuz
01:29:01to
01:29:12export oil. Earlier, media reported that the pipeline might need up to 5 weeks of repairs before it could resume operation. Wright said that three pumping stations on the pipeline were attacked, and two of them were lightly damaged. It is expected that the pipeline will resume operation relatively quickly.
01:29:16In
01:29:20addition, foreign media reported that Saudi Arabia is transporting oil through the Strait of Hormuz
01:29:24by ship-to-ship transfer. Because international shipping companies'
01:29:28cruise ships are unwilling to risk crossing the Strait of Hormuz.
01:29:31Saudi
01:29:39Arabia National Oil Company unified coordination and arranged a fleet of oil tankers, adopted the route through the Omani side, closed the hard-to-reach areas for covert navigation, crossed the Strait of Hormuz, transported Saudi oil to the relatively safe areas near Sohar Port, Oman, and then transferred Saudi oil to other regions by ship-to-ship transfer. The Wall Street Journal of the United States said that Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia, passed through ship-to-ship transfer.

01:30:51Carney stressed that day in a press conference with European Parliament President Roberta Metsola that Canada has the right
01:30:55to independently choose its partners.
01:30:57。
01:31:03and that's what is on offer here and Canadians are

01:31:10language we speak, no one is going to dictate our culture

01:31:23It can be seen that against the backdrop of continuous escalation between the US and Canada, relations are rapidly warming up and accelerating towards
01:31:30.
01:33:32Against this backdrop, Ursula von der Leyen's proposal in her confidential document
01:33:36to make Canada the first associate member of the EU appears quite radical. Another phenomenon
01:33:40we've noticed is that after the European Commission put forward this idea,
01:33:44the response from EU member states was not enthusiastic.
01:33:47Some
01:33:50member states were surprised by this idea, and some European parliamentarians even
01:33:54expressed on social media that when the Canadian Prime Minister appeared at this event,
01:33:58another EU leader, the President of the European Council, Costa,
01:34:02was absent. This reflects the current political reality of the EU.
01:34:06In addition, at present, EU law does not have
01:34:09the formal status of associate member. This idea really means what kind of market access
01:34:13and policy participation.
01:34:45And they can just be each other's cards. This time, the EU-Canada
01:34:49relationship has warmed up significantly, which to some extent is also a mutual
01:34:52leveraging of forces. Canada hopes to expand its
01:34:56strategic maneuvering space with Europe, while Europe hopes to use Canada to prove that in
01:35:00issues of trade, security, and strategic resources, Europe can also
01:35:04find partners other than the United States. From the signals currently released
01:35:08by the EU, Brussels is trying to further
01:35:11integrate the existing trade, energy, and defense cooperation between the EU and Canada.
01:35:17Science and technology and Beijing cooperation further, but from the proposal to the real formation of the system, there is still a long way to go. Whether the EU and its member states are willing to accept this new type of cooperation status, and to what extent Canada can ultimately obtain market access and policy participation rights, all require further negotiations. In other words, von der Leyen opened a door today, but where this door will ultimately lead, there is no answer yet. Local time on the 17th, the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France, passed a resolution condemning the recent large-scale illegal immigration incident in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta.

01:36:09solidarity with the people of Ceuta. It condemned the use of illegal
01:36:13immigrants as a weapon against the EU.
01:36:53The European Parliament also called on Spain and Morocco to strengthen cooperation
01:36:56and accelerate the repatriation of illegal immigrants within the EU,
01:37:00including unaccompanied minors. At the end of July

01:40:55The
01:41:09reporter learned yesterday from the State Administration for Market Regulation that the list of food safety risk controls related to online food sales has been released. The control list sets risk indicators for live e-commerce, online electricity, and other online food sales. It marks the deepening of online food safety supervision from bottom-line defense to precise prevention and control.

01:41:22For
01:41:52operators of live e-commerce platforms, the control list specifically addresses false advertising and states that technical means should not be used.
01:41:56For
01:42:20third-party platform providers for online food transactions, in response to issues such as
01:42:24fake qualifications, misappropriation of qualifications, inconsistent certifications, etc.,
01:42:27the control list requires platforms to re-verify and update
01:42:31at least every six months on the basis of substantive review.
01:42:35For food production and sales enterprises that join the network, the control list warns
01:42:39enterprises to control the entire process from procurement to delivery.
01:42:43The three lists are all based on a risk closed-loop management model,
01:42:46requiring that when food safety risks are found, immediate preventive and control measures
01:42:50be taken, and that if there is a risk of food safety accidents, sales
01:42:54be immediately stopped and reported to the market.
01:43:10The reporter learned yesterday that market regulatory departments have recently continued to conduct spot checks on popular products in scenic spots across the country and high-speed service areas. As of the end of August, a total of 1499 batches were checked, and the qualification rate was 98.2%. The results showed that the food safety situation was good.

01:43:25This
01:43:28spot check project covered highly concerned items such as
01:43:32preservatives, sweeteners, colorants, and other food additives,
01:43:36as well as microbial indicators such as total bacterial count and coliforms, quality indicators such as peroxide
01:43:39value, and heavy metal items such as lead. The unqualified problems found
01:43:43were mainly excessive peroxide value and the use of food additives
01:43:47beyond the scope. In response to the unqualified food found in the spot check, market supervision
01:43:51departments in various regions have promptly carried out investigations and storage to control food safety
01:43:54risks.
01:44:40After the Chongqing Yuzhong District Cyberspace Administration staff found the post,
01:44:44they quickly linked with market supervision, public security and other departments to verify the
01:44:47situation. At present, there have been no relevant police reports
01:44:51or complaints in Yuzhong District, Chongqing. After verification, it was found that the
01:44:55online pictures were actually

01:46:03United Nations, Huo, stressed after the vote that China opposes the Security Council

01:46:33It voted against this draft resolution. China emphasizes that the United States unilaterally withdrew from the comprehensive agreement on the Iranian nuclear issue, exerted extreme pressure on Iran, and twice threatened military action during negotiations with Iran. Iran accepted the safeguards supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
01:46:37This
01:46:49is the root cause of the current crisis. Ignoring the above facts, forcing the Security Council to resume sanctions against Iran and proposing a clearly controversial draft resolution will only harm the unity and credibility of the Security Council, create obstacles to diplomatic efforts. China firmly opposes this. China stated that the repeated conflicts in the Middle East have caused suffering to the people of all countries, including Iran.

China pointed out that military means and sanctions pressure are not conducive to solving problems and will only exacerbate tensions, escalate the situation, and are not in the interests of any party. Equal dialogue and negotiation are the only right path. Any action by the Security Council should help all parties to negotiate on an equal footing, find the greatest common divisor that firmly addresses each other's reasonable concerns, and reach a solution that meets the expectations of the international community. China emphasizes that as a participant in the comprehensive agreement on the Iranian nuclear issue,

02:06:51The 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum concluded yesterday. Over the past two days,
02:06:55official representatives from nearly 100 countries and regions and international organizations,
02:06:59as well as domestic and foreign experts and scholars, held dialogues on topics such as
02:07:03world multipolarization and global security governance.
02:07:06At this Beijing Xiangshan Forum, Asian security became an important topic
02:07:10of concern for the guests. Around the security situation in Asia,
02:07:14regional cooperation, and security governance, parliamentary representatives and experts
02:07:18from various countries and regions conducted exchanges.
02:07:21In recent years, the security situation in the Asian
02:07:25region has continued to receive attention, promoting political mutual trust to extend
02:07:28to multi-level dialogue mechanisms.
02:07:38Asia is based on cooperation, not on the present.
02:07:42To protect the unity of Asia, we need to continuously carry out multilateral and multi-level dialogues.
02:07:49This includes both control and civilian exchanges.
02:07:56I believe we need dialogue, not confrontation, and cooperation,
02:08:00not division. This is the path Asia
02:08:03should take. This kind of appeal for dialogue to promote cooperation
02:08:07resonated widely among the guests. Faced with the different security
02:08:11concerns of Asian countries, how to enhance understanding and find common
02:08:14interests is also a major issue that needs to be addressed to achieve
02:08:24we also need peaceful negotiations, peaceful consultations, and to put everything
02:08:28on the table.
02:08:30As I mentioned at this forum's sub-forum, there is a kind of
02:08:34direct interaction between people. I would like to compare
02:08:38it to having a good friend with whom you can communicate well
02:08:41and interact smoothly, thereby enhancing mutual
02:08:45understanding. We certainly need to be sufficiently considerate of each other
02:08:49and at the same time deal with those issues that involve
02:08:52common interests. This way we can live in harmony
02:08:56and peace in this region.
02:09:01must be achieved through dialogue,
02:09:05based on mutual respect for legitimate interests
02:09:09From the construction of dialogue mechanisms
02:09:13to the exploration of cooperation models, the Beijing Xiangshan Forum is converging
02:09:17on the vision of Asian security, injecting more certainty
02:09:20from the East into global security governance.
02:09:24The China Marine Development Index is for a certain period.
02:09:28是 对 一 定 时 期 。
02:09:47Yesterday, the National Marine Information Center and the China Marine Development Research Association released the China Marine
02:09:50Development Index Report 2026. The report shows
02:09:54that in 2025, China's marine development index was
02:09:57132.3%, an increase of 5.5%
02:10:02from the previous year. The China Marine Development Index Report
02:10:062026 shows that the high-quality development of the marine economy is steadily advancing, and new achievements have been made
02:10:10in building a strong marine nation. In 2025, 5.5% of marine new stars and marine industry structure optimized. The number of people has increased by 0.9 kg from the previous year. The marine scientific and technological capabilities continue to be strengthened. Scientific and technological achievements
02:10:42The new index is
02:10:43138.5% and 2.5%.
02:10:51At the same time, the effectiveness of marine ecological environment governance is significant, and the ecological environment index is 128.3%, an increase of
02:10:542.8% from the previous year.
02:10:57in coastal cities remained above 99%, and the proportion
02:11:01of excellent and good water quality in offshore areas was 84.9%,
02:11:05an increase of 1.2 percentage points from the previous year. The overall
02:11:09marine ecological condition was stable. In addition, resource utilization was open to water.
02:11:48The C919, after being delivered to domestic airlines, is increasingly appearing on passenger routes.
02:11:55。
02:11:55There are also new developments regarding large domestic aircraft. At the Fourth China Aviation Conference, it was learned
02:12:03that the C929
02:12:04is steadily being developed.
02:12:08At COMAC, we saw many models of domestic aircraft displayed on site, from the C919
02:12:12all the way to the C929. The two C919
02:12:16aircraft models on my right hand side are actually new models under development. One is a shortened version,
02:12:20and the other is an extended version. This extended C919, its capacity
02:12:24can be designed to hold up to 240 seats, which is nearly 80
02:12:27more than the existing aircraft already delivered to the market. Unlike the extended
02:12:31version which mainly meets the demand of large capacity markets, the shortened version
02:12:35has a cabin layout of 140 seats, which can meet the
02:12:39civil aviation transportation needs of plateau areas. As a domestic commercial aircraft.
02:12:49The C919 has flown safely for 150,000 hours, carried over 8 million people, and served 26 cities.
02:12:56The C909 has flown safely for over 1.1 million hours, carried over 40 million people, and has become the main domestic route, connecting 13 countries.
02:13:06The C929 is undergoing detailed development.
02:13:12We continue to enrich our product portfolio, including the C909
02:13:16freighter, medical aircraft, emergency rescue command aircraft, business
02:13:19jets, delivered to customers, and firefighting aircraft to obtain
02:13:23commercial orders. We adapt to new energy
02:13:27and new technology changes and deploy
02:13:30hybrid electric and new energy aircraft to provide
02:13:34more intelligent and reliable products.

02:15:26It will be better
02:15:33to pass a draft resolution to extend the mandate of the expert panel of the Iran Sanctions Committee.
02:15:37China and Russia cast dissenting votes. China's Permanent Representative to the United Nations
02:15:41Fu Cong emphasized after the vote that China opposes the Security Council's
02:15:45forced reinstatement of sanctions against Iran.
02:15:49。
02:15:51China stated that it has always upheld fairness and justice. In order to safeguard
02:15:55peace and stability in the Middle East, and to resolve the Iranian nuclear
02:15:59issue through political and diplomatic means, it voted against this draft resolution.
02:16:03China emphasized that the United States unilaterally withdrew
02:16:06from the comprehensive agreement on the Iranian nuclear issue and exerted extreme pressure on Iran,
02:16:10twice using military force during negotiations with Iran, militarily attacking
02:16:14Iran's peaceful facilities under IAEA safeguards. This
02:16:17is the root cause of the current crisis. Without
02:16:21facts, the Security Council's forced
02:16:25reinstatement of sanctions against Iran,
02:16:29and its submission of a clearly controversial draft resolution, will only
02:16:33harm the unity and credibility of the Security Council,
02:16:37and create obstacles to diplomatic efforts. China firmly
02:16:41opposes this. China stated that the repeated
02:16:44turmoil in the Middle East region has caused severe harm and losses to the people of all countries, including Iran,
02:16:48and the spillover effects continue to expand, undermining the common interests of the international community.

02:17:16China pointed out that military means and sanctions
02:17:20and pressure are not conducive to solving problems, but will only intensify tensions
02:17:24and escalate the situation.
02:17:52China has always upheld fairness, promoted peace talks, not sought local interests.

02:18:06promote a political solution to the Iranian nuclear issue, safeguard the international

02:18:14According to
02:18:17reports from multiple US media outlets on the 17th, despite the US and Iran being in a state of conflict,
02:18:21the US government has agreed to allow Iranian leaders to participate
02:18:25in the high-level meeting of the United Nations General Assembly to be held in New York next week.
02:18:29According to US policy, the Iranian delegation's size is smaller than last year,
02:18:33and it will face travel restrictions within the United States. The 81st
02:18:37session of the United Nations General Assembly general debate will begin on the 22nd.

02:18:49The United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution on the 17th, deciding that during the 81st
02:18:53General Assembly general debate, Palestine can submit a pre-recorded
02:18:57speech by its president, Abbas, to be broadcast in the General Assembly
02:19:00Hall. The resolution also decided that if the representative of the State of Palestine
02:19:04is prevented from attending, the State of Palestine can submit pre-recorded
02:19:08speeches by its president and senior representatives at any high-level meeting or United Nations meeting,

02:19:19Abbas plans to travel to New York, USA, next week to attend the United Nations
02:19:23General Assembly, but the United States again refused to issue him a visa.
02:19:27This is the second consecutive year that the United States has rejected Abbas's visa application.
02:19:31In August last year, due to the US Department of State's refusal to issue a visa,
02:19:35Abbas could only speak at the General Assembly via video.
02:19:38According to reports from Al Jazeera on the 17th,
02:19:42the Yemeni government army is blocking the Yemeni Houthi
02:19:46armed forces from continuing to advance on multiple fronts, and the two sides are engaged in fighting
02:19:50in strategically important areas such as the Jabal Habashi Mountains near the Mandeb Strait.
02:19:53。
02:19:56According to reports, after the Houthi armed forces controlled large areas of the Yemeni Red Sea coast,
02:20:00they dispatched combat troops to try to capture the strategically important
02:20:03Jabal Habashi Mountains near the Red Sea. Currently,
02:20:07the Yemeni government forces are blocking the Houthi armed forces
02:20:11from continuing to advance in this area. Saudi Arabia is also
02:20:15launching airstrikes to provide support to the Yemeni government forces.
02:20:19The Jabal Habashi Mountains are located at the junction of Yemen's Lahij and
02:20:22Taiz governorates, northeast of the Mandeb Strait,
02:20:45to regain the initiative on the Red Sea coast. Currently, the Houthi armed
02:20:49forces have made no response to this. In addition, on the 17th,
02:20:53the Houthi armed forces and Saudi Arabia continued to attack each other.
02:20:57A spokesman for the Houthi armed forces stated that in the past 24 hours,
02:21:00Saudi Arabia dispatched warplanes to launch 37 airstrikes
02:21:03against Taiz and Hajjah provinces in Yemen, causing civilian
02:21:07casualties. The Saudi Civil Defense Directorate General issued a statement on the 17th, stating that a drone launched
02:21:11by the Houthi armed forces was intercepted and destroyed in Taif, Saudi Arabia,
02:21:15on the same day. The falling debris caused one death, two
02:21:19injuries, and damaged many buildings and some vehicles.
02:21:22Local time on the 17th, according to US media reports,
02:21:26US Energy Secretary Rick Perry said that the damaged East-West oil
02:21:29pipeline in Saudi Arabia, which was attacked by drones, is expected to resume operation
02:21:33relatively quickly.
02:21:38The Saudi East-West oil pipeline was forced to shut down after being attacked by drones.
02:21:42The pipeline can help Saudi Arabia bypass the Strait of Hormuz
02:21:46to export oil. Previously, some media reported
02:21:49that the pipeline might require up to 5 weeks of repair
02:21:53before it can resume operation. Perry stated that three
02:21:57pumping stations on the pipeline were attacked, two of which were lightly damaged.
02:22:00The pipeline is expected to resume operation relatively quickly.
02:22:04In addition, foreign media reported that Saudi Arabia is
02:22:10exporting oil through the Strait of Hormuz by ship-to-ship transfer. Because international shipping companies'
02:22:14oil tankers are unwilling to risk crossing the Strait of Hormuz, Saudi National
02:22:17Oil Company unifiedly coordinates and arranges a fleet of oil tankers,
02:22:21using routes through the Omani side and other methods to navigate
02:22:25through the Strait of Hormuz, transporting Saudi oil to relatively safe
02:22:29waters near Sohar Port, Oman, where it is then transferred
02:22:33by ship-to-ship transfer.
02:22:36,
02:22:41The Wall Street Journal reported that the amount of oil exported by Gulf countries,
02:22:45including Saudi Arabia, through ship-to-ship transfers could be as high as
02:22:489 million barrels per day. Canadian Prime
02:22:52Minister Carney continued his European trip on the 17th. On that day, he delivered
02:22:56a speech at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France. Carney
02:22:59emphasized the long-standing common values and partnership between Canada and the EU,
02:23:03and called for closer cooperation between the two sides to strengthen.
02:23:46and that's what is on offer here and Canadians are
02:23:49united that nobody is going to tell us what
02:23:53language we speak, no one is going to dictate our culture
02:23:57or with whom we can strike agreements
02:24:01internationally, thank you.
02:24:04Against the backdrop of escalating tensions between the US and Canada,
02:24:07relations with the EU are rapidly heating up. Canada is accelerating its move towards
02:24:11Europe. Let's watch the observation report from our reporter Zhu Xuesong.
02:24:15。
02:24:18Recently, trade friction between the United States and Canada has continued to escalate. In August
02:24:22this year, trade talks between the two countries broke down, and the United States announced
02:24:25tariffs of 50% on approximately 20 billion US dollars of Canadian goods. Canada
02:24:29subsequently announced retaliatory measures. Against the backdrop of constant pressure from the United States,
02:24:33Europe is becoming a way for Canada to promote trade diversification and reduce external
02:24:36risks.
02:25:07However, candidate membership is not an official status in the existing EU treaties.
02:25:11Carney stated that the relevant arrangements still need to be submitted to the Canadian
02:25:15Parliament for discussion and voting. Both sides also plan to further
02:25:19promote relevant cooperation at the Canada-EU Summit
02:25:22to be held at the end of October. From defense to trade, Canada and the EU
02:25:26are both facing pressure from the United States. When their respective development spaces are squeezed,
02:25:30both sides are looking for new strategic points of support, and strengthening their relationship
02:25:46At local time on the 17th, the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France, passed a resolution condemning the large-scale migrant influx that recently occurred in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta.
02:26:20The government's large-scale legalization policy for immigrants may become
02:26:24a factor attracting illegal immigrants. The European Commission should
02:26:27assess the possible impact of such policies on cross-border migration flows and
02:26:31the operation of the border region.
02:26:43Strengthen the construction of external border infrastructure, enhance the capacity of the European Border
02:26:47Management Agency, and ensure that relevant forces can be rapidly deployed
02:26:51in crisis situations. The European Parliament also called on Spain
02:26:55and Morocco to strengthen cooperation and accelerate the repatriation of illegal
02:26:59migrants within the EU, including unaccompanied minors.
02:27:03At the end of July this year, a large number of illegal
02:27:06immigrants entered the Spanish enclave of Ceuta from Morocco, triggering the most serious
02:27:10border migration crisis in Spain in recent years.
02:27:14The governor of Ceuta, Vivas, stated this month
02:27:17that a large number of illegal immigrants remain.

02:30:34to 18th, Beijing time, the National Cultural Heritage Administration received two batches of 64 cultural
02:30:37relics and artworks and paleontological fossils
02:30:41from the United States in Washington and New York, respectively.
02:30:45Among the cultural relics and artworks returned by the United States this time,
02:30:49there is a set.
02:31:02What returned this time is the body of the statue, and its Buddha hand is still
02:31:11is this stone sculpture from Tianlong Mountain Cave 17, west wall,
02:31:15north side, a Bodhisattva statue. But it only has a torso.
02:31:19This is the original intention. Today, another batch of Chinese cultural
02:31:23relics lost overseas has returned home. During the inventory, a statue
02:31:27attracted everyone's attention. It is about 80 centimeters high and carved from light gray sandstone.
02:31:31The lines are smooth, with hands clasped together, and the posture is elegant,
02:31:34typical of Tang Dynasty Buddhist statue style. Looking closely,
02:31:38the platform is slightly curved to the right. These details are highly consistent with a Bodhisattva
02:31:42statue photographed by Japanese people in Tianlong Mountain Grottoes in the 1920s.
02:31:46It can be confirmed as the Bodhisattva statue on the west wall of Cave 17 of Tianlong Mountain
02:31:49Grottoes. It's just that the head was added later,
02:31:53which means that what came back this time is its torso, and its original
02:31:57Buddha hand is still missing. Tianlong Mountain Grottoes began
02:32:01in the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi dynasties.
02:32:16But in the 1920s, under the instigation of Japanese antique dealers, Tianlong Mountain Grottoes suffered large-scale
02:32:19looting. Over 240 statues were stolen, and almost
02:32:23all the heads of the statues were severed and transported out of the country. The extent of the damage
02:32:27was the most severe among Chinese grotto temples. Do you remember
02:32:30the Western Spring of 2021?
02:32:44After the body of this Bodhisattva was stolen, it was exhibited at the Fogg Art Museum
02:32:48of Harvard University from 1935 to 1952, and has since been in the collection
02:32:51of American private collectors for a long time. In 2021, it appeared
02:32:55on an auction catalog, and the provenance clearly stated "Tianlong Mountain Grottoes,
02:32:59Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, Cave 17."
02:33:03This catalog's record of origin is also its roadmap home.
02:33:07Over the years, cultural heritage workers have collected 3D data of over 100
02:33:10lost Tianlong Mountain statues from museums in multiple countries, allowing
02:33:14the separated Buddha hands and fragments to be reunited in the digital world.
02:33:18But no matter how real the digital is, it's not a real homecoming.
02:33:22A hundred years ago, when the mountains and rivers were shaken, we couldn't protect the
02:33:25stone statues on the mountain. A hundred years later,
02:33:29we are bringing them back, one by one.

02:41:49The World Trade
02:41:53Organization 2026 Public Forum began on September 15th
02:41:57in Geneva, Switzerland.
02:42:00During this period, China held a special seminar on the 17th on "Service Trade Promoting Better Lives and Regulatory Practices" to discuss
02:42:04global service trade regulatory reform experiences and share
02:42:08China's good practices. The conference was organized by Shanghai
02:42:11University of International Business and Economics and attracted representatives from WTO
02:42:15members, media, and industrial and academic circles.
02:42:17Service trade regulation refers to the set of
02:42:21laws and regulations formulated by the government to regulate and manage cross-border
02:42:25service transactions.
02:42:30Administrative permits, industry rules, and related law enforcement activities. Yin Pingguang, Dean of the School of International Organizations and Trade Negotiation at Shanghai University of International
02:42:34Business and Economics, pointed out that openness
02:42:37can serve as a catalyst for promoting the modernization of domestic regulation, assisting
02:42:41in achieving inclusive and sustainable service industry growth. China
02:42:45has adopted a series of reform measures in recent years to promote the simplification of approval

02:44:04The week containing September 15th every year is China's Salt
02:44:08Awareness Week. Many people feel that they don't add much salt when cooking, so it shouldn't be a problem.
02:44:12But in fact, do you know that the salt we consume every day
02:44:16is far more than the pinch we add when cooking?
02:44:19So, how much salt is appropriate to consume daily? Will a high-salt diet
02:44:23harm the body? Let's find out more about health.
02:44:28Research shows that the harms of a high-salt diet are systemic.
02:44:32。
02:44:39The risk of incidence and death. Another possibility is damage to the gastric
02:44:43mucosa, which in turn increases the risk of chronic gastritis
02:44:47and gastric cancer. Of course, excessive sodium intake
02:44:51will be excreted by the kidneys, increasing the burden on the kidneys. At the same
02:44:55time, it may also promote bone loss.
02:45:38You can use a simple method to roughly estimate the average per capita intake of salt in a household. Each time you buy salt,
02:45:41record the purchase date on the salt package, and use the time it takes to finish a bag
02:45:45of salt to estimate how much salt each person consumes per day. After getting
02:45:49the statistics, you can set a household periodic salt reduction goal accordingly.
02:45:53For example, in three months, reduce from 10 grams per.
02:46:28So, the salt we eat every day is not just the pinch
02:46:32we add when cooking. If you include the hidden salt in soy sauce and processed
02:46:36foods, the salt content might exceed the limit.
02:46:51Eat less dry-fried, dry pot, boiled, stir-fried, fish-flavored dishes, etc. You can
02:46:55choose more steamed, cold, stewed dishes. Eat less
02:46:58vegetable soup with rice. Many friends like to eat vegetable soup with rice,
02:47:02but the salt content in vegetable soup is usually higher than that of the vegetables
02:47:06themselves. If you feel thirsty while eating, drink water instead.
02:47:40If a meal is relatively salty, then for the next few meals,
02:47:43we can consciously eat lighter.
02:48:09When making dried noodles, in order to make them resistant to boiling, manufacturers
02:48:13generally add appropriate amounts of salt and alkali. Every hundred noodles.
02:48:16contains 400 micrograms of sodium. Bread is made with
02:48:20salt added to ensure a good taste. Three slices of white bread
02:48:24contain over 4.5 grams of salt. Chocolate bread, pineapple bread,
02:48:28milk bread, etc., contain even more salt.
02:48:31Ice cream is generally considered sweet, but in fact, salt is also
02:48:35added during the production process to enhance the flavor. Every 100 grams of ice cream, depending on the flavor,
02:48:39contains 50 to 300 milligrams of sodium. To
02:48:43enhance the taste, popcorn has a very high sodium content. Popcorn sold
02:48:46in supermarkets and cinemas contains 5 to
02:48:507.5 grams of salt per 200 grams, which is almost the recommended daily intake for adults.
02:48:54A can of 600 milliliters of sports drink contains
02:48:58252 milligrams of sodium. Unless you exercise for a long time or sweat a lot,
02:49:01it is not recommended to drink it. Every 100 grams of biscuits contains
02:49:05500 to over 700 milligrams of sodium. We cannot
02:49:09choose food when
02:51:10The number of these practical eight corners is actually
02:51:14not a fixed number. Of course,
02:51:17most have 8. The number of its corners is usually 7 to 11. The number of
02:51:21"Mangcao" corners will be relatively more, usually 10 to
02:51:2514. So, from the number of these corners, if it
02:51:29clearly exceeds 11, it is definitely not
02:51:32a star anise. Another thing is the tip of our star anise. The tip of
02:51:36star anise is usually relatively blunt. However, the tip of "Mangcao"
02:51:42is not only sharp, but even has
02:51:46a hook-shaped structure that folds back, like a small hook.
02:51:50This structure is very easy to identify.
02:57:45The temperature will drop most sharply in some areas of central and eastern China, and also noticeably in the northeast.
02:57:54lower than the same period in previous years.
02:58:01For example, some parts of Inner Mongolia and Heilongjiang will experience
02:59:07Zhaohua cloudy with showers, 18 to 26 degrees.
02:59:11Nanchong light rain, 20 to 26
02:59:13degrees.

02:59:19Chongqing light rain, 22 to 24 degrees.
02:59:23Guiyang cloudy to overcast, 20 to 28 degrees.
02:59:26Kunming showers, 17 to 25
02:59:30degrees.
02:59:32Qujing cloudy to light rain, 17 to 26 degrees.
02:59:36Jinan overcast, 13 to 23 degrees.

03:00:06degrees.
03:00:09Hangzhou cloudy, 24 to 33 degrees.

03:00:43Hello everyone, this is CCTV News Channel, 9 AM.
03:00:47Welcome to News Live. Today
03:00:51is September 18th. 95 years ago today, the
03:00:55shocking September 18th Incident broke out. This was the beginning

03:01:03the beginning of the Chinese people's resistance against Japanese
