00:00:38Hello everyone, this is CCTV News Channel. Welcome to
00:00:42the News Live Room at 10 AM. First, let's look at the latest
00:00:45international developments. Here's a set of news headlines. According to the China
00:00:49Earthquake Networks Center, at 1:56 AM Beijing time
00:00:53today, a 7.6 magnitude earthquake occurred in Panama.
00:00:56Panama City and other areas felt the earthquake. The provinces of Los Santos
00:01:00and Veraguas were the most severely affected. The earthquake caused damage
00:01:04People remain on the ground floors or to infrastructure and buildings in many parts of Panama. Currently, there are no reports
00:01:07of fatalities, but a small number of people were injured.
00:01:11In addition, our reporter learned that the Chinese
00:01:15Embassy in Panama stated that as of now, they have not received any reports of casualties
00:01:18among Chinese enterprises or overseas Chinese. The Chinese Embassy in Panama
00:01:22reminded Chinese citizens in Panama to take precautions against earthquake disasters.
00:01:26Now let's turn to the situation in the Middle East.
00:02:00There were huge explosions in the urban area. Saudi Arabia has not responded to this
00:02:04yet. Houthi armed spokesperson Yahya al-Sari stated
00:02:08that their forces continuously repelled Saudi military forces
00:02:11in a series of attacks within hours. The
00:02:15Prosecutor General of the United Arab Emirates, Sham Si, said on the 9th that the investigation
00:02:19into the incident of
00:02:23showed that the suspect attempted to crash the plane into Ben Gurion International
00:02:27Airport in Tel Aviv, Israel. The official website
00:03:06issued a statement saying that during a phone call with US President Trump that day, Russia confirmed that it would supply oil and petroleum products to the US and global markets.
00:03:10On the same day, US President Trump announced that US and Russian leaders had
00:03:14reached a consensus on Russia supplying diesel to the US and global
00:03:17markets. The US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control announced
00:03:21on the 9th that it would relax sanctions on Russian
00:03:25energy trade in the coming months. Ukrainian President Zelensky
00:03:29on the 9th said
00:04:00that a closed-door hearing will be held at the White House on November 5th
00:04:03to review the evidence and accusations against Cook. Cook himself is required
00:04:07to attend. Cook's lawyer issued a statement saying that he seriously doubted
00:04:11whether the hearing was reasonable and legal.
00:04:14Yesterday, 41
00:04:18non-governmental organizations from Okinawa, Kyushu, and other regions in Japan
00:04:22held discussions with representatives from the Japanese Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
00:04:26and other departments at the House of Councillors building in Tokyo and submitted a petition, expressing
00:04:29their doubts and dissatisfaction with the Japanese government's continuous
00:04:33expansion of defense budget and promotion of military deployment.
00:04:37The news live room will bring more detailed reports later.

00:04:47News Live Room.
00:04:51At 10 AM today, the State Council Information Office held a press conference
00:04:55on the 15th series of themed news. According to relevant officials from the Ministry of Human
00:04:59Resources and Social Security, from January to September this year,
00:05:0210.52 million new jobs were created in urban areas, completing
00:05:0687.7% of the annual target.
00:05:09In the first 8 months, the average urban surveyed unemployment rate was
00:05:12two, and the employment situation was generally stable.
00:05:16Yesterday, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued opinions on developing new productive forces,
00:05:20proposing 19 key measures around five aspects of innovation
00:05:24to establish a unified thinking and action standard for developing
00:05:27new productive forces.
00:05:31The document focuses on five aspects: scientific and technological innovation, industrial innovation, development model innovation,
00:05:35institutional and mechanism innovation, and human resource management innovation,
00:05:39proposing 19 key measures.
00:06:59Solving the problem of difficulty and high cost of AI technology implementation, making experimental
00:07:03technology mature in real industrial products, greatly reducing
00:07:07the trial costs for enterprises, and also accelerating the application
00:07:11of technology in traditional industries.
00:07:42in chess, at that time I believe your answer was the powerful
00:07:46AI could possible even within our
00:07:49lifetime, and now over 10 years later, what is
00:07:53your evaluation of AI math now? yeah, yeah, really
00:07:57faster than I expected, but in fact the same my older
00:08:00brother who introduced mathematics, he
00:08:03he used for like maybe 10 years work on
00:08:07very long time ago in laboratory of artificial
00:08:11intelligence in Moscow. it was very different
00:08:14period kind of essentially before
00:08:18computers yeah yeah but but we
00:08:21discuss a lot so kind of kind of
00:08:24got exposed to this ideas and in fact
00:08:27it's poster it's not really
00:08:31surprising because in mathematics
00:08:34there is some kind of like mechanical
00:08:38and and maybe say democratic aspect of mathematics actually a long
00:08:42time used to think that in fact anybody can be
00:08:45mathematician just to have interest and
00:08:48and and concentration, yeah, but in principle is
00:08:52it's kind of like some
00:08:54rules
00:08:57which some logical rules and which restrict
00:09:00your harness
00:09:04harness you, yeah, so you see you can check
00:09:07yourself - do mistakes and so on, yes, which aspect of
00:09:10mathematical research do you believe can be advanced and enhanced
00:09:14by AI agen, let's see, but which part you believe that cannot
00:09:18be replaced? i don't, i have no idea, maybe
00:09:21everything, yeah, yeah, but definitely it's good to do
00:09:25complicated arguments
00:09:28which hard to follow, it's it's really
00:09:31similar to chess in this level, yeah, it's like
00:09:34winning complicated just in complicated position, and this
00:09:38complicated proof, it's it's more or less the same stuff, but
00:09:42to make simple proof, but with new viewpoint,
00:09:46it's something what i like it, it's and it's
00:09:49a different part of activity, but who knows, maybe
00:09:53i will learn this as well, yeah, and then our task will be to understand what
00:09:57if yeah, what is
00:10:00going on here, and some award winning mathematicians, let's say
00:10:03jacob shimmerman, and he has made this
00:10:06prediction that AI will surpass massmitations in doing
00:10:10mass within two years, so...
00:10:17what is your stands on who knows, maybe it's a board of its capabilities, but the progress was
00:10:20really amazing just last few months, yeah, i have to say, yeah, if it's...
00:10:55no human lives lost or missing, but we can see in the
00:10:58images that there are greater material damages to these buildings, which
00:11:01are also fortunately a little more precarious and less
00:11:04strong inside. Here in Panama City, it was barely felt, however, the
00:11:08congestion and chaos in the city were immediate as offices gave the rest of the
00:11:12day off to their employees due to the earthquake contingency, thus
00:11:16crowding bus stops and public transportation, as well as
00:11:19vehicular traffic. There have been around 30 aftershocks, with the last one
00:11:23we felt recently being one of the strongest, with more intensity and duration.
00:11:29outside their buildings because they still feel it is not safe to return to their
00:11:32homes. After the earthquake in Panama City, terminals 1 and 2 of the Tocumen International Airport in Panama City were temporarily closed.
00:11:39Operations were suspended for a period
00:11:46and gradually resumed after inspection.
00:11:48The Panama Electric Power Company stated that due to the earthquake, six areas in Panama
00:12:11The US Tsunami Warning System issued a warning after the Panama earthquake,
00:12:15stating that some coastal areas of Panama might experience tsunami waves
00:12:19of one to three meters above tidal levels after the earthquake. Currently,
00:12:23the agency has canceled the relevant tsunami
00:12:26warning. According to local media reports in Panama, a hotel on Venao Beach in Los Santos Province
00:12:30experienced a partial collapse of its facilities. The extent of casualties is unknown.
00:12:34Eyewitnesses claimed that many people were trapped. Official information regarding the situation has
00:12:38not yet been released. Rescue and civil defense teams in the area
00:12:42have gone to the hotel complex and coastal communities to conduct
00:12:46safety assessments and ensure the evacuation
00:12:49of guests and residents in case of new disaster
00:12:53risks.
00:13:01After the strong earthquake in Panama, the Panama Canal Authority issued a statement saying that Panama Canal operations remain normal and have not been affected for the time being. The statement said that after the earthquake, the canal authorities have
00:13:05activated emergency plans. Technical personnel are inspecting relevant facilities
00:13:09to determine if they have been affected. The Canal Authority
00:13:13will release the latest and most accurate information
00:13:16as the assessment work progresses. Let's look at the situation in Russia. Local
00:13:20time on the 9th, the UN Security Council held an emergency open meeting on the situation in Ukraine.
00:13:24会 。
00:14:04Sun Lei, China's Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, said that recently,
00:14:07both sides of the conflict have continuously launched large-scale attacks, causing
00:14:11a large number of casualties and damage to facilities. The spillover effects of the crisis
00:14:15continue to impact global energy and food security.
00:14:18。
00:14:22Sun Li emphasized that China advocates firm pursuit.
00:15:39For days, Russia has launched missile and drone attacks on many places in Ukraine.
00:15:43It has launched long-range attacks on large Russian oil refineries
00:15:47and other infrastructure. The data center of the largest search
00:15:51engine service provider was also attacked by drones.
00:15:54The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on the 9th that from the 3rd to the 9th,
00:15:58the Russian armed forces launched one large-scale strike and seven
00:16:02cluster strikes on Ukraine. The targets of the strikes included
00:16:05defense industry enterprises.
00:16:22The announcement also stated that in the past week, the Russian army attacked 14 dry cargo ships
00:16:26and one cruise ship used to transport weapons, equipment,
00:16:30fuel, and supplies to the Ukrainian army. Yandex, Russia's largest
00:16:33search engine service provider, announced on the 9th
00:16:46that some infrastructure of its data center in Kaluga Oblast was attacked by drones, and multiple modules were completely destroyed. Emergency rescue personnel and experts are working on site. There are no
00:16:49casualties reported. Some of the company's services may experience temporary
00:16:53interruptions. The losses are currently being assessed. The General Staff
00:16:57of the Ukrainian Armed Forces released battle information on the 9th, stating
00:17:01that 211 battles occurred in the frontline areas in the past day.
00:17:05The Ukrainian army repelled attacks in multiple directions.
00:17:39US Presidential Envoy Kurt Volker said on social media on the 9th
00:17:43that representatives from the US, Ukraine, and Europe held a meeting
00:17:47in Miami, Florida, to conduct constructive discussions
00:17:51on promoting the easing of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and achieving lasting peace
00:17:55before winter. Volker said that representatives from the US, UK,
00:17:58France, Germany, the European Commission, Ukraine, and NATO
00:18:02attended the meeting. The topics discussed included
00:18:06energy and food security.
00:18:19All parties also discussed supporting Ukraine's post-war reconstruction and achieving economic prosperity, including its accession to the European Union.
00:18:22Volker said that this exchange was fruitful and helped to
00:18:26identify areas for further discussion before the next
00:18:30US-Russia contact.
00:18:31。
00:19:07Located within the protection scope of the No. 1 National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit,
00:19:11a villager named Shi was cleaning tree roots in his courtyard
00:19:15when he discovered an ancient tomb. He then excavated it and found
00:19:18eight bronze artifacts, including bronze tripods, bronze jue, and bronze gu.
00:19:22After appraisal, all the bronze artifacts were found to be cultural relics of grade
00:19:26three or above. The Xi'an Intermediate People's Court tried the case
00:19:30and held that the defendant Shi, knowing that his residence was within
00:19:34the scope of a national key cultural relics protection unit,
00:19:52China's cultural relics protection law stipulates that ancient cultural sites
00:19:56belong to the state, and their ownership will not change due to changes in
00:20:00the ownership or right of use of the land to which
00:20:03they are attached. Another typical case shows that
00:21:21all kinds of so-called clever tricks to create storage space for miscellaneous items.
00:21:25Some owners believe that since they have purchased the property right to a parking space,
00:21:29this space can be freely disposed of by themselves. In fact, this
00:21:33act of using public garages to create private storage spaces may face
00:21:37legal disputes. Not long ago, the Shanghai Minhang District People's Court approved
00:21:40a civil dispute caused by the installation of storage cabinets
00:21:44in a garage.
00:21:47Ms. Li from Minhang District, Shanghai, bought a parking space in the community's
00:21:51underground garage when she bought a house. After moving in, she placed a set of
00:21:55storage cabinets next to the parking space. Half of the storage cabinets were outside
00:21:59the parking space line, and half were inside the parking space. They were usually used to store
00:22:03wine, toys, clothes, storage boxes, and other items, becoming a small private
00:22:07warehouse. However, not long after, the property management company found Ms. Li
00:22:10and asked her to move the cabinets away. When government departments
00:22:14inspected this underground garage,
00:22:17they found Ms. Li.
00:22:54Since Ms. Li had not moved the storage cabinets, the property management company had no choice but to temporarily move the storage cabinets
00:22:58to the company's warehouse for safekeeping, and informed Ms. Li to pick them up
00:23:02as soon as possible. However, Ms. Li delayed, which resulted
00:23:06in some items in the cabinets getting damp and moldy. So, Ms. Li
00:23:10sued the property management company in court, demanding that the property management
00:23:13company compensate her for 14,500 yuan in losses.
00:23:17However, she stopped the infringement and stopped.
00:26:02At the same time, the court clearly ruled against Ms. Li's request for the property
00:26:06management company to compensate for the losses caused by the moldy items.
00:26:09If miscellaneous items such as storage cabinets
00:26:13are piled up, after the property management company fulfills its duty of persuasion
00:26:16and notification, if the owner still fails to collect them,
00:26:20the property management company may legally exercise its corresponding
00:26:24service management power and temporarily move the storage cabinet
00:26:28to its warehouse for safekeeping. In fact, it has reached a
00:26:31reasonable.
00:27:32But the first
00:27:34question here
00:27:37is how large your ownership is. This part is your exclusive
00:27:40ownership, but for the parts outside of this, including
00:27:44the common passageway and other spaces, these are the parts
00:27:48that all owners share. If you say that your parking space is against the wall,
00:27:52strictly speaking, you have already exceeded the boundary of your ownership and
00:27:55infringed upon the common rights of other owners. At the same time, experts
00:27:59pointed out that even within the marked area of a parking space, the owner's
00:28:03ownership is legally bounded. The Civil Code is very clear when defining
00:28:07ownership. An owner has the right to possess, use, profit from, and dispose
00:28:10of their real or personal property in accordance with the law. They can only enjoy
00:28:13it within the scope stipulated by law. For
00:28:17example, if you say you own this house, but you change the residential
00:28:21property to commercial use, then this may constitute an infringement,
00:28:25and others may ask you for compensation. Therefore,
00:28:29ownership definitely has connections. The reporter
00:28:32noted in the interview that currently, some shopping platforms promote
00:28:36and sell parking space storage cabinets, which also play a role in
00:28:40encouraging owners to change the use of parking spaces. Many businesses,
00:28:44when describing products, also deliberately use "parking space," "garage,"
00:28:47"customized," and "special use" as selling points for promotion.
00:28:51Experts said that such behavior is suspected of misleading
00:28:53consumers.
00:28:56After the reporter entered "parking space special storage cabinet" on several
00:28:59shopping platforms, a large number of related products appeared below. These
00:29:03cabinets vary in size. The most common are large iron
00:29:07or stainless steel cabinets, one meter wide and two meters high,
00:29:11with prices ranging from several hundred to several thousand yuan. Many
00:29:15people buy them in sets. Businesses said that if the cabinet
00:29:18needs to be fixed to the wall, they can arrange for a师傅 to install it.
00:29:22In the buyer's comment section, the usage scenarios of the storage cabinets are all
00:29:26in the public space of the underground garage, some occupying as much as three or four
00:29:29square meters of space. In a store with over ten thousand sales, when the
00:29:33reporter asked if the installation of storage cabinets in the garage would be removed by the property
00:29:37management, the customer service said that as long as it does not occupy the fire escape
00:29:41and the emergency exit, the property management will not care, after all, it is behind their own parking space.
00:29:45These improper advertisements online have also greatly misled many
00:29:49consumers. So, on some e-commerce platforms,
00:29:53they put up these iron cabinets or storage cabinets, using "garage
00:29:56storage" as a selling point to induce consumers to buy,
00:30:00and even induce consumers to
00:31:44Local time on the 9th, the UN Security Council deliberated on the Yemen issue,
00:31:47expressing concern about the recent escalation of the war and calling for renewed
00:31:51diplomatic efforts to ensure safe humanitarian access
00:31:55to Yemen. The Chinese representative pointed out that it is necessary to consider the issue
00:31:59comprehensively against the backdrop of the overall situation in the Middle East
00:32:03to thoroughly resolve the Yemen conflict. China's
00:32:06Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Fu Cong, stated that the ground situation in Yemen
00:32:10has undergone significant changes since September, with the battlefield entering
00:32:14a new stage of high-intensity confrontation.
00:32:45and property losses. The Yemen issue has been
00:32:48ongoing for more than ten years and is closely related to other issues in the
00:32:52region. To thoroughly resolve the Yemen conflict,
00:32:56it must be considered against the backdrop of the overall
00:32:59situation in the Middle East. The conflict within Yemen,
00:33:03maritime navigation safety, and the relationship between Yemen and
00:33:07regional countries are the three major important aspects of the Yemen issue.
00:33:11They are interrelated and influence each other. A comprehensive approach
00:33:18is necessary. Fu pointed out that not long ago, China proposed a four-point
00:33:22initiative to promote common security in the Middle East, calling for
00:33:25promoting comprehensive governance of common security in the region and supporting
00:33:29regional countries in exploring the establishment of a new security framework
00:33:33for the Middle East, providing new ideas for solving regional hotspot
00:33:36issues, including the Yemen issue. According to the Palestinian official
00:33:40news agency's report on the 9th, the Palestinian President's Office has instructed its Ministry of Foreign Affairs
00:33:44and its representative to the United Nations
00:33:48to request an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council, calling on the international community to intervene urgently and take practical measures to stop the Israeli army and Jewish settlers'
00:33:52increasingly escalating attacks and provide international protection
00:33:56to the Palestinian people. The Palestinian President's Office issued a statement that day,
00:34:00pointing out that recently, Jewish settlers and the Israeli army's
00:34:04attacks on Palestinian cities, villages, and refugee camps
00:34:07have been severely and rapidly escalating,
00:34:11posing a serious threat to the lives, safety, and property of local
00:34:15citizens. This is pushing the regional situation towards further deterioration
00:34:19and instability, thus producing extremely dangerous consequences.
00:34:22The statement emphasized that the violence of Jewish settlers, coupled
00:34:26with the military incursions of the Israeli army, forcing Palestinian civilians to flee their homes
00:34:29and other actions occurring simultaneously, urgently requires the international community's
00:34:33urgent intervention. On October 10, 2025,
00:34:37the two sides reached a temporary ceasefire under the mediation of all parties
00:34:41of the international community. For a year, although large-scale conflicts have temporarily
00:34:45subsided, for tens of thousands of displaced people in Gaza,
00:34:48returning home is still an elusive dream.
00:34:52Because the Israeli army actually controls most of the land in Gaza, unilaterally
00:34:56delineating the military ceasefire line (yellow line), and strictly restricting
00:35:00Gaza residents from approaching, a large number of Gaza residents are not only unable
00:35:04to return to their homes, but are also trapped in a desperate struggle for survival
00:35:07with no source of livelihood and a severe shortage of supplies.
00:35:11Vehicles passed through the continuous Gaza Strip, and outside the car windows, there were dozens of
00:36:15and we thought we would live a good life. I thought I would go back to
00:36:19my school and meet my friends and that
00:36:22we would live a good life and that my father would go
00:36:25back to work.
00:36:58We heard about the truce and thought that within a month building materials would enter and
00:37:01construction would begin. We would rebuild in Gaza for us and for
00:37:05the people, we would build houses.
00:37:08But what we've found is that the truce has been going on for a year now
00:37:12and we are still
00:37:15under the corner, a few stones built into a simple stove, a broken pot and a gas canister are all the cooking utensils for the whole family.
00:37:23A few dirty white plastic containers are all they have for water.
00:37:28Due to the lack of income, a barrel of clean drinking water and three
00:37:32meals a day have become the heaviest burden for this family
00:37:35every day.
00:37:38I'm satisfied
00:37:40for
00:37:44the family of Muhammad and the others, the so-called ceasefire not only
00:37:47did not bring new homes and new lives, but even the right
00:37:51to survival was taken away by the high prices.
00:37:54。
00:37:57A little food that makes people laugh and some drinks, meaning things that have no
00:38:01relation to building or the necessities
00:38:05of life.
00:38:12On the 9th, the US President posted on social media about conservative arguments, saying that currently, the special body technology
00:38:57The index value is 44.7, lower than 50.9 in
00:39:00September. The consumer expectation index value
00:39:04is 47.3, slightly higher than 46.3% in
00:39:07September. At the same time, consumers' inflation expectations for the next
00:39:10year rose from 4.6% in September
00:39:13to 4.7%. Long-term inflation expectations also
00:39:17rose from 3.4% to 3.5%,
00:39:20both reaching the highest level since May. The survey indicated that
00:39:24due to rising living costs, consumer dissatisfaction
00:39:28continued to deepen, especially among low-income consumers, whose confidence declined sharply.
00:39:32In addition, American consumers generally believe that since this year, the US
00:39:35economic growth momentum has weakened. From October
00:39:394th to 8th, the joint counter-terrorism exercise code-named "Eurasian Counter-Terrorism

00:41:28Sichuan is one of China's major rice producing areas. This year, the rice
00:41:32planting area is 28 million mu. Santai County, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province,
00:41:36is located in a hilly area, and rice cultivation faces the problem of fragmented
00:41:47plots. In recent years, the local area has continuously promoted the construction of high-standard farmland, improving the level of mechanization and soil fertility. This year's autumn harvest, the widespread use of large
00:41:51machinery has greatly improved the efficiency of rice harvesting.
00:41:53。
00:41:55In Baolin Village, Tashan Town, Santai County, harvesters are shuttling back and forth
00:41:59in the rice fields, cutting, threshing, and bagging, all in one go.
00:42:03With mechanized harvesting, operational efficiency has been greatly improved.
00:42:07But in the past, the rice in Santai County.
00:43:48From March to May every year, the agricultural department of Santai County conducts a comprehensive soil test. The main purpose is to test
00:43:52the soil's pH, organic matter content, and the content of oxygen,
00:43:55phosphorus, and calcium.
00:43:59Only by understanding the soil's oxygen content can precise fertilization
00:44:03be achieved. In response to varying oxygen content, the local government has formulated
00:44:07scientific fertilizer formulas and dosages to guide farmers in scientific fertilization.
00:44:11If the soil has high oxygen content, our formula will only add 5%
00:44:15and 70%. If the soil has low oxygen content,
00:44:18we will add 10% and 12% of oxygen, phosphorus, and calcium respectively.
00:44:22In general, we add what is lacking and prescribe different solutions for
00:44:26different situations.
00:44:33Now we are prone to waste. Our goal is
00:44:36to be easily managed, and its yield.
00:45:11In the corn germplasm base in Xinji Town, Wuhe County, Bengbu City, harvesters
00:45:15are operating efficiently, threshing mature corn kernels directly
00:45:18into transport vehicles. Mechanized operations have greatly improved the efficiency
00:45:22of autumn harvest.
00:45:25Reaching 1.1 million mu, the current estimated yield per mu is
00:45:29about 1,100 jin. It is expected to be harvested
00:45:32in about 6 days. During the autumn harvest, the local area scientifically
00:45:36divides the operating areas and coordinates agricultural machinery to orderly advance
00:46:10the autumn harvest process. As of now, the corn harvest progress in Anhui
00:46:14Province has reached 80%. Various regions have implemented multiple
00:46:17practical measures, such as mechanized operations, stalk recycling, and grain drying
00:46:21support, to comprehensively protect the autumn grain output and increase income.
00:46:25Currently, 1.195 million mu of corn in Hebi City, Henan Province,
00:46:29has entered its final harvest period. The local area has strengthened agricultural machinery dispatch to fully ensure
00:46:33autumn harvest production.
00:46:35In Xunxian County, Hebi City, large combined
00:46:39harvesters are shuttling in the fields,
00:47:01they organized agricultural machinery cooperatives in advance, connected with farmers one by one, clarified operational needs, and rationally divided operational areas to ensure that mature crops are harvested immediately.
00:47:02。
00:47:11The reporter learned from the Hebi City Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau
00:47:14that for this year's autumn production, Hebi City has dispatched a total of
00:47:1889,000 sets of various agricultural machinery and organized 25 agricultural
00:47:22technology teams to go to the fields. They carried out full-city machinery
00:47:26demonstrations, harvesting loss reduction, and technical guidance services. As of October
00:47:309th, the corn harvest progress in Hebi City's 1.195 million mu
00:47:32of corn has reached 96.69%.

00:47:44Today is the 35th World Mental Health Day. The theme is "Embrace
00:47:48Emotions, Sunshine in Your Heart." Experts suggest that adolescents.
00:48:03For adolescents in their growth stage, mental health issues are often overlooked. A fluctuation in grades, a conflict with classmates, an exam, or even a common family
00:48:07dispute can all trigger emotional changes. So, how
00:48:11can we protect adolescents' mental health? Let's watch the report.
00:48:14。
00:48:16Besides not being able to sleep, what other discomforts does your child have?
00:48:20Sometimes my heart races.
00:49:52Another characteristic of adolescent mental health problems is that children may
00:49:56not directly express their inner feelings. Some children manifest
00:49:59as silence or school refusal, while others manifest as irritability. Some
00:50:03even experience physical symptoms such as headaches, stomachaches,
00:50:07and chest tightness. If we can detect, assess, and intervene early,
00:50:11many children can gradually recover through standardized psychological treatment,
00:50:14family intervention, and necessary medication. However, if neglected
00:50:18for a long time, it may lead to decreased learning function and damaged
00:50:23social function. Adolescence is a period of rapid brain development, so
00:50:27our emotional control center is relatively immature.
00:50:30First, as parents, we must take seriously the problems
00:50:34our children exhibit. If a child tells you "I don't want to go to school anymore,"
00:50:38we as parents should not simply and rudely assume that not wanting
00:50:42to go to school means the child is being unreasonable, rebellious, disobedient,
00:50:46or lazy. This easily leads to missing the opportunity for treatment.
00:50:50。
00:51:05In the Mental Health Center of Qingdao City, Dr. Tian Bo,
00:51:09who has been engaged in research on children and adolescent psychological diseases for more than 30
00:51:12years, showed reporters the hospital's accumulated treatment cases over the years.
00:51:16Dr. Tian Bo introduced that compared with past treatment records, it can be
00:51:20seen that the incidence of adolescent
00:51:52Children's self-control and judgment rates are very low,
00:51:56so it is easy to fall into cognitive deficits. Their thinking
00:52:00is very one-sided. Experts said that affected by family education methods,
00:52:03campus competitive environment, and the impact of internet information,
00:52:07adolescent psychological problems are shifting from single emotional distress
00:52:11to more complex composite behavioral disorders. In response to
00:52:15these new characteristics, the hospital continues to iterate treatment plans,
00:52:18adding psychological assessment, psychological therapy, physical therapy, and
00:52:22psychiatric rehabilitation and other multi-intervention methods. This is our
00:52:26biofeedback therapy, which is a non-invasive physical therapy. The core is to let children
00:52:30perceive their physiological state through audible signals, thereby
00:52:34establishing control over tension
00:53:06is the Qingdao Social Psychological Health Public Service Center, in deep cooperation with the Qingdao Art Museum, jointly explored and launched an innovative
00:53:10public psychological service model that combines art therapy
00:53:14and psychological support, opening up a new path for adolescent
00:53:18mental health education.
00:53:22Can you tell me what it feels like here?
00:56:37step by step with the child,
00:56:40。
00:56:43bit by bit, it's
00:56:45time.
00:56:51Those difficult and windy clothes
00:56:55are all playing, with one root
00:56:58and one harvest.
00:57:00Fruits in hand.
00:57:05Confidence in heart.
00:57:09In autumn, return with a full harvest.
