00:07:00Lai Ching-te delivered a speech in Taipei yesterday. Regarding the content of the speech concerning cross-strait relations, a spokesperson
00:07:04from the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, Zhang Han, responded by pointing out that Lai Ching-te's speech
00:07:08disregarded facts and distorted the truth, misleading the public with ulterior motives.
00:07:12This is his true colors as a pragmatic Taiwan independence worker.
00:07:16In his speech, he stubbornly adhered to the Taiwan independence separatist mindset,
00:07:19clearly fabricating the so-called "threat from the mainland" and advocating the false narrative of "democracy against authoritarianism,"
00:07:23attempting to use force for independence and foreign powers for independence,
00:07:27provoking cross-strait confrontation and undermining peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait.
00:07:31Zhang Han reiterated that there is only one China in the world,
00:07:34and Taiwan is part of China. This is the real Taiwan.
00:07:38The One-China Principle is a basic norm of international relations and a universal consensus of the international community, and it is also an important component of the post-WWII international order. The future of Taiwan can only and must be jointly decided by all Chinese people, including Taiwanese compatriots. According to reports, Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi recently stated in a policy speech at the extraordinary session of the Diet that Japan's surrounding security environment is complex
00:08:03and severe, and the security will be revised before the end of the year.
00:08:07At the same time, there are also reports that the Japanese government is considering including discussions on introducing nuclear-powered submarines when revising the three security documents. In response, a spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense
00:08:11yesterday issued a solemn response.
00:08:20Japan is a defeated nation in World War II
00:08:24and must fulfill its obligations as a defeated nation, such as eradicating militarism,
00:08:26destroying war capabilities,
00:08:28and prohibiting rearmament. However, the Japanese ruling authorities
00:08:32use the so-called "security threats in the surrounding area."
00:08:36The new militarism is accelerating out of control,
00:08:40becoming a prominent factor challenging the post-war international order,
00:09:01impacting the international nuclear non-proliferation system, and threatening regional peace
00:09:05and stability. This year marks the 80th anniversary
00:09:09of the Tokyo Trials. The judgment of history is not yet over.
00:09:12Japan should deeply reflect on its war crimes
00:09:16and thoroughly cut ties with militarism, stopping its dangerous actions
00:09:20of revising its constitution and expanding its military,
00:09:24otherwise it will only repeat the same mistakes
00:09:27and have no future.

00:13:09the stable scale and optimization of foreign trade.
00:13:13Shenzhen Huanggang Port is the only large-scale road port between Shenzhen and Hong Kong
00:13:17that operates 24 hours a day. This unique position makes it a
00:13:21It is currently the world's largest land port
00:13:55single building, and it is also the only 24-hour land port between Hong Kong
00:13:59and the mainland. The new Huanggang Port has optimized
00:14:03the traditional two queues and two inspections into one queue and one information collection
00:14:06in the same channel, with synchronized backend review by inspection departments
00:14:10from both places. A total of 134 joint
00:14:14inspection express lanes are set up. The number is 4.5 times
00:14:18the original. The 28 vehicle inspection lanes
00:14:22are 3.5 times the original number.
00:14:25With the application of digital barrier platforms and various intelligent inspection equipment, the daily passenger flow
00:14:29is about 200,000, and the customs clearance time for passengers has been shortened from 30 minutes to
00:14:33five minutes. The capacity and customs clearance efficiency have been greatly improved.
00:14:37Currently, all preparations
00:14:40for Huanggang Port have been completed. What kind of new experience is joint inspection
00:14:43and one-time release? Let's take a look at the report from our correspondent.
00:14:47者 发 挥 的 报 道
00:14:48Customs and other departments
00:15:25rely on intelligent inspection equipment to optimize inspection processes and comprehensively improve
00:15:29customs clearance efficiency and service quality. This is called a row machine.
00:15:33It uses a smart scanning algorithm to detect objects.
00:17:38In July of this year, the 32-year-old railway will be dismantled, and two
00:17:41single-track cross-traffic adjustment works will be carried out simultaneously.
00:17:45Let's look at the autumn harvest. The nationwide autumn harvest has
00:17:49entered its peak. The latest agricultural data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs shows that
00:17:53over half of the autumn grains have been harvested, and autumn planting has begun.
00:17:56。
00:17:59These days, millions of acres of corn in Xinjiang are being measured for yield.
00:18:03The local area is vigorously promoting the precise control technology for dense planting and high yield of corn,
00:18:06for corn.
00:18:46In Cangzhou, Hebei, 590,000 mu of corn has been mechanically harvested,
00:18:50achieving full coverage. The local area has promoted the use of
00:18:54self-propelled corn harvesters that can complete the processes of picking, crushing, conveying,
00:18:58peeling, stalk returning, and sweetening in one go. In Heilongjiang,
00:19:02in the Ten Thousand Mu Rice Field of Suiling Farm, the former Zhongdi
00:19:05田 , 曾 经 的 中 滴
00:19:37The average yield per mu reached about 1300 jin by planting improved new varieties in continuous plots.
00:19:41In Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia, in the Qianmu Fangwanmu film
00:19:45release demonstration field, the local area achieved a major breakthrough in soybean yield per mu
00:19:49through biological coupling technology, reaching 298.7 kilograms.
00:19:52This technology not only solves the difficult problems of continuous soybean cropping,
00:19:56poor nitrogen fixation, and weak seedling growth, but also can reduce the amount of compound fertilizer
00:19:59used from 60 catties per mu to 30
00:20:03to 45 catties. Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs dispatched six working
00:20:10groups and science and technology small teams to 12 key autumn harvest and autumn planting provinces to promote and implement key agricultural production
00:20:14tasks for the three autumns, guiding various regions to implement refined
00:20:17land preparation, pre-winter field management and other key measures,
00:20:21to ensure smooth progress of autumn harvest and autumn planting.
00:20:25Currently, the corn harvest in Feicheng City, Tai'an, Shandong, is nearing its end. This year,
00:20:29the local government adjusted the harvest time based on corn growth and other factors,
00:20:32and promoted intelligent agricultural machinery to efficiently advance autumn harvest work.
00:20:36。
00:20:39In the corn fields of Shagou Village, Feicheng City, combined harvesters are working in rotation
00:20:42to carry out the autumn harvest. This year, the local government adapted to local conditions,
00:20:46and according to the growth of different plots, postponed the harvest as appropriate.
00:21:39During this year's autumn harvest, Feicheng City dispatched more than 17,700 corn combine harvesters to the fields for operation. In addition to self-propelled harvesters, various advanced harvesting equipment was also promoted simultaneously,
00:21:43continuously optimizing the harvesting process. Compared with traditional
00:21:47equipment, the new models promoted this year are equipped with intelligent monitoring
00:21:50systems, which can monitor operating speed, grain purity,
00:21:54and grain loss in real time, effectively controlling the grain harvest loss rate
00:21:58at the lowest level. According to information from the Feicheng City Agricultural and Rural Bureau,
00:22:02the corn autumn harvest in Feicheng City has reached 90%, and the harvest work
00:22:06is nearing its end.
00:22:09In Dangshan County, Suzhou City, Anhui Province, the corn harvest has entered its final
00:22:13stage. This year, the local government has continued to promote intelligent agricultural machinery and
00:22:16provide one-stop services for drying and purchasing.
00:22:21In the high-standard farmland of Caozhuang Town, Dangshan County, intelligent combined harvesters are working
00:22:25back and forth. This machine is equipped with a Beidou navigation intelligent
00:22:29monitoring and automatic control and loss reduction system. It can not only automatically
00:22:33complete cutting, threshing, cleaning, and stalk crushing and other operations,
00:22:37but also precisely control the harvesting line and operating speed,
00:22:40while improving operating efficiency, it effectively reduces harvesting losses.
00:22:44The harvesters currently in use are all new wide intelligent harvesters. After the grain is
00:22:48threshed and inspected, the payment is directly settled on the spot and transferred to the farmers,
00:23:20reducing the loss caused by farmers' self-drying and storage.
00:23:23。
00:23:31This year, Dangshan County has 300,000 mu of corn planted. During the autumn harvest,
00:23:35a total of 660 units of combined harvesting machinery were put into use.
00:23:39Currently, the corn harvest in the local area is basically completed.
00:23:42。
00:23:47has been the number one producer nationwide for four consecutive years. For a long time, the local area has primarily
00:23:50sold raw grain, transported outwards through the north-to-south grain transportation
00:23:54channel, which has had a limited impact on local economic development.
00:23:58However, this year, the local grain industry has undergone new changes.
00:24:01Nearby cities' 9.76 million mu of autumn grain
00:24:05is being harvested on a large scale. But even busier than the fields are the workshops
00:24:09and factories in the park. This largest modern grain warehouse
00:24:12in Asia is urgently clearing and consolidating storage to make room for
00:24:16new grain after the autumn harvest. In the past, some of the harvested
00:24:39grain directly entered the processing plant, opening up space.
00:24:44Through deep separation, rice is converted into edible flour and powder.
00:24:50The use of corn starch is the core and basic raw material for the corn
00:24:54deep processing industry. We supply the downstream enterprises in the park
00:24:57with starch milk in the amount of 130,000 tons. How
00:25:01to efficiently transport 130,000 tons of starch milk to downstream processing? The local industrial park
00:25:05provided a solution. The reporter saw that all the factories here
00:25:09have built interconnected and crisscrossing dense pipeline
00:25:13systems. Just like blood vessels connecting the entire industrial chain,
00:25:16allowing starch milk to accurately reach downstream starch sugar.
00:25:26This year, this downstream starch sugar production enterprise has developed the enzymatic technology with the highest conversion efficiency in China, which means that the same amount of starch
00:25:29milk can produce more and higher quality starch sugar. The pipeline
00:25:33continues to extend forward, and starch sugar enters a new factory that was just put into operation this year.
00:25:37Here, it transforms into sea algae sugar.
00:25:41The output value of the corn industry chain also rises to a new level. This
00:25:45high-end product, known as the sugar of life, is applied in health care
00:25:49food and cosmetics.
00:26:35This year, farmers in the nearby Qin area have experienced a new change: more and more
00:26:39people choose to weigh according to company orders and enjoy a guaranteed minimum price.
00:26:42The so-called guaranteed minimum price is the lowest purchase price of grain that the enterprise has agreed upon
00:26:46with the farmers in advance, which is equivalent to providing an insurance
00:26:50for the grain price. The enterprise has also newly launched a purchasing model of guaranteed price futures.
00:26:54Before delivering the grain, farmers set a psychological expected price. After delivering the grain, they enter
00:26:58a observation period of up to two months.
00:28:08How to plan for the future? The nearby plan is very clear: focus on corn starch, biological sugars, biological amino acids,
00:28:12three segmented tracks. What kind of enterprises to attract, what kind of chain to complement,
00:28:16what kind of supporting facilities are missing, and how many projects will be implemented each year are all written down
00:28:20on paper. It is this clear and stable industrial direction that makes leading enterprises
00:28:24from thousands of miles away willing to come and build factories. During the 15th
00:28:28Five-Year Plan period, we will build green food and bioeconomy

00:35:46Currently, the migration of migratory birds to the south has entered its peak period. In Lanshan County, Hunan,

00:35:53the high-pole spotlights in the local square and the surrounding building landscape lights
00:35:57will be turned off on time. Staff reduce light pollution
00:36:01by dimming the lights, reducing the impact on nocturnal migratory birds.
00:36:05We often see many migratory birds flying over, which indicates

00:37:34The Supreme People's Court and the National Cultural Heritage Administration issued six typical cases of lawfully punishing cultural relic crimes.
00:37:38In one of the typical cases, a defendant, due to being obsessed with tomb
00:37:42raiding novels, self-learned tomb raiding techniques, purchased tomb raiding tools, and carried out tomb raiding.
00:37:45He was eventually sentenced to 12 years in prison.
00:37:49。
00:37:51Defendant Mou, obsessed with tomb raiding novels, self-learned tomb raiding
00:37:55techniques, and together with others.
00:38:2722 cultural relics above. The People's Court of Fancheng District, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province,
00:38:31after deliberation, found that the defendant Mou's actions constituted
00:38:35the crime of stealing ancient tombs, and that he played a leading role
00:38:38in the joint crime. He was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment
00:38:42and a fine. The Qin Dynasty Straight Road was a major
00:38:46transportation route built during the Qin Dynasty, known as the first
00:38:49expressway in Chinese history, and is a national key cultural relic protection
00:38:53unit. The local cultural relic administrative department discovered that a certain coal mine
00:38:57was constructing within the protection scope of the Qin Dynasty Straight Road site. Subsequently,
00:39:01a notice to cease illegal construction was issued and delivered to
00:39:04the mine owner Guo Mou. Guo Mou, after receiving the notice to cease work, did not
00:39:08apply for cultural relic approval or take necessary measures, and continued
00:39:12to organize coal mining construction, leading to the destruction of the Qin Dynasty Straight Road site
00:39:16and the loss of its original form. The People's Court of Dalate Banner, Inner Mongolia
00:39:19Autonomous Region, after deliberation, found that the defendant Guo Mou's actions constituted the crime
00:39:23of intentionally damaging cultural relics, and sentenced Guo Mou to fixed-term imprisonment
00:39:28and a fine. The court also ordered his coal mining company
00:39:32to bear the costs of simulated restoration of the damaged Qin Dynasty Straight Road site,
00:39:36totaling over 3.94 million yuan. No unit or individual
00:39:39may damage cultural relics, and production enterprises may not
00:39:43use the excuse of satisfying production needs to refuse to fulfill cultural relic protection obligations.
00:39:47Seeking enterprise development cannot become a shield
00:39:51for damaging cultural relics. For those who commit illegal and criminal acts
00:39:54that cause damage to cultural relics and cultural heritage.
00:41:03He also planned to resell the eight bronze sacrificial vessels he had stolen for profit, which was a heinous crime with severe consequences. Ultimately, Shi Mou was sentenced to 15 years
00:41:07in prison and a fine. Another typical case
00:41:11shows that defendant Tang Mou, while conducting sand dredging operations in a river section
00:41:15in Liucheng County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province, found a bronze chime
00:41:18and took it home to hide it. Later, Tang Mou sold
00:41:22the chime for 300,000 yuan. After appraisal,
00:41:26the chime involved in the case was determined to be a Spring and Autumn Period
00:41:28cultural relic.
00:41:30The chime was a second-class cultural relic. The Liucheng County People's Court ruled that the defendant Tang
00:41:34Mou, for the purpose of profit, resold cultural relics prohibited from being traded by the state,
00:41:38and his actions.
00:42:10has changed. At the same time, the Cultural Relics Protection Law also stipulates
00:42:13that all cultural relics preserved underground, in inland waters, and in the sea

01:04:16This year marks the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army's Long March.
01:04:1990 years ago, the Red Army Headquarters and the Red Second and
01:04:23Fourth Front Armies, about 30,000 people, marched into Banma, Qinghai.
01:04:27In the snowy plateau at an average altitude of over 3,500 meters,

01:04:35fighting against Japan in the north, in the extremely cold and oxygen-deprived environment,
01:04:38,
01:04:42left the only Long March site in Qinghai.
01:04:46After ninety years of winds and rains, the great spirit of the Long March
01:04:49is deeply carved into the snowy plateau, inspiring generations of Qinghai children
01:04:53to continue their struggle. Today's Banma has transformed from the vast
01:04:57and desolate snow sea where the Red Army struggled, to today's snowy city
01:05:01that promotes ecological protection and develops green industries,
01:05:05embarking on a path of development that combines red culture, ecological
01:05:08empowerment, and industrial prosperity. Today's New Long March
01:05:12spirit, nearby rich star city series explosion, let's walk into Ma
01:05:16Ke and experience the transformation of this snowy new city over time.
01:05:20变 。
01:05:23In July 1936, the Left Column led by the Red Army Headquarters
01:05:26crossed the mountain pass at an altitude of over 4,000 meters.
01:05:33This is the southeast gate of Qinghai, and it is also the only place
01:05:37in Qinghai that the Red Army passed through during the Long March. In the Ma Ke
01:05:41River Valley, the Red Army stayed for more than 20 days, marching and
01:05:45sowing revolutionary seeds. In the past, when talking about the Long March,
01:05:49Qinghai was rarely mentioned. However, in the party historical
01:05:52materials, names like Rongyu, Zuomu Gou and other place names, as well as the Red Army slogans
01:05:56on the cliffs, and those left by the Red Army in Banma.
01:06:05are all silently witnessing the history of the Red Army in Qinghai. This slogan is the only carving from the Red Army's Long March through Qinghai.
01:06:08Witnessing the battle against Japan in the snowy plateau,
01:06:12the main idea is to let the Tibetan people know about the Red Army.
01:06:16The army is a team that fights for the country and for the common people.
01:06:20Banma County is located at the junction of the three provinces of Qinghai, Gansu and Sichuan.
01:06:24It is a vast area with sparse population and scarce resources. When the Red Army entered
01:06:27Banma, it was July. The weather was changeable,
01:06:31and the soldiers were thinly clad, always on alert. Banma
01:06:34County has particularly dense forest cover. Therefore, the rainfall is particularly abundant.
01:06:38Especially in June and July, the continuous rain would pose
01:06:42The Red Army soldiers
01:06:45were outside and did not enter the homes of the masses.
01:06:49Most of these Red Army soldiers only had a single straw hat
01:06:53to shelter from the rain. Their clothes would get wet and dry, and dry and get wet.
01:06:57Influenced by the propaganda of the old army, initially,
01:07:01many Tibetan people hid in the mountains to watch. The Red Army
01:07:04always adhered to strict discipline, preferring to dig wild vegetables and eat bark
01:07:08rather than trample on the crops of the Tibetan people.
01:07:12They preferred to sleep in the wild rather than enter the homes of the people without permission.
01:07:16Later, the Red Army helped the elderly who were alone to chop
01:07:19firewood and carry water, gradually dispelling the villagers' doubts.
01:07:23The Tibetan people began to actively open their doors and receive the Red Army
01:07:27soldiers.
01:07:53Following the Red Army's northward march, the reporter came to the place where
01:07:57the Red Army had rested. Now, this is
01:08:00the Marka River Forest Area. The Marka River Forest Area is located at the border of Qinghai
01:08:04and Sichuan provinces. It covers an area of
01:08:07101,800 kilograms, with an average altitude of 3,600 meters.
01:08:11The highest altitude
01:08:14exceeds 5,000 meters. It is the largest, most concentrated, and highest natural primeval forest area in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
01:08:17In recent years, Banma County
01:08:21has implemented forest and grassland management,
01:08:25hiring more than 2,000 ecological rangers and
01:08:28grassland rangers. Many people have taken up
01:08:32ecological jobs on the spot, steadily increasing their income through protection.
01:08:34。
01:08:38We have transformed from logging to forest protection.
01:08:42After several generations in various forest areas, from its stone volume
01:08:48to its coverage rate, there has been a significant increase.
01:08:52Today, the forest coverage rate of Marka River has increased to 69.58%.
01:08:58Snow leopards and other wild animals are frequently seen.
01:09:02Forest rangers walk more than ten kilometers a day along the Red Army's march route back then.
01:09:10The same hiking and shooting, the same
01:10:43From the Red Army's arduous march in Marka River to the anti-Japanese
01:10:47war, to today, the children of Qinghai protect the source of the Three Rivers,
01:10:50and implement the ecological priority concept with practical actions.
01:10:54In the past 90 years, this plateau, where the Red Army once left its footprints,
01:10:58has undergone tremendous changes. In the future, it will
01:11:01continue to focus on ecological protection and strive to promote green and high-quality
01:11:05development. We must inherit and
01:11:09nourish the great Long March spirit.
01:11:13Based on the rich plateau resources,
01:11:15,
01:11:18we must resolutely protect the plateau's ecological security barrier,
01:11:21and forge a path of characteristic development that is in line with Qinghai's reality.
01:11:25During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Qinghai will always adhere to
01:11:29ecological priority and green development, promoting the transformation of ecological advantages
01:11:33into development advantages, and promoting more high-quality ecological products
01:11:36from Qinghai to the country and to the world.

The Russian government announcement stated that this move is aimed at implementing the agreement reached earlier between Russian President Putin and U.S. President Trump. According to the relevant decision, Russia will now allow the export of 500,000 tons of diesel to the international market. Previously, Trump announced on the 9th that U.S. and Russian leaders had reached a consensus that Russia would provide more than 300,000 tons of diesel to the U.S. and global markets this month, and 500,000 tons in November. Previously, the Ukrainian army launched an attack on the station on the 7th, destroying four storage tanks and causing a large-scale fire. It is understood that the Samara transit station is a key hub in Russia's Ural crude oil export system. It is responsible for blending different qualities of crude oil produced by various oil fields in Russia, and preparing Ural crude oil of a unified specification, which is then sent to major refineries in Russia or export ports through pipelines.

01:26:01The State Administration for Market Regulation yesterday officially solicited public opinions on the draft amendment
01:26:05of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. This draft for comments was expanded
01:26:09from the existing 154 articles to 191 articles,
01:26:13with 37 new articles and 93 revisions.
01:26:16Specifically.
01:26:35It clearly requires food production and business enterprises to install monitoring equipment at key risk points in food production and business, and connect real-time monitoring video information to the information system of market supervision and management departments of local people's governments at or above the county level. At the same time, it requires online catering service providers
01:26:39to publicly display the food processing and production process in video form
01:26:43to the public in real time and accept public supervision.
01:26:46The legal supervision of catering can strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises, and it is more conducive to grasping the real production and operation status of enterprises. It can solve some of the difficulties and problems in our current supervision. The new chapter on online food business further refines the responsibilities of online food trading platform operators and platform operators.

01:27:27branches or offices in the provincial areas where they conduct
01:27:31online food trading, and fulfill the filing procedures.
01:27:35Experts say that this allows platforms to quickly
01:27:39respond to local consumer complaints, deal with food safety emergencies on the spot,
01:27:42shorten the risk handling chain, and improve the platform's overall food safety
01:27:46management level. In addition,

The road transportation of dangerous goods is a high-risk industry, so the state has formulated strict regulations and standards, aiming to prevent major production safety accidents from the source. 01:35:28needs to be highly valued. Development Co., Ltd. is located in Linfen City, Shanxi Province. It is a company that mainly transports crude oil. It has more than 60 tank trucks. In mid-June, when the reporter followed the central safety production assessment and inspection team here, it was initially not. Vehicles 6163, 6782, 7684 and others were found to be overloaded.

01:37:32After many efforts, the reporter found a surveillance video accidentally taken on June 18, the day of the inspection. The result showed that the two
01:37:36tank trucks had the same license plate number, both were 3943. One
01:37:40was on the road, and the other was being inspected,
01:37:43but
01:38:15Experts said that dangerous goods vehicles are not ordinary trucks, and once overloaded,
01:38:19the consequences will be much more serious. This can easily lead to major safety accidents.
01:38:23Once the leakage inside causes
01:38:26fire and explosion, and even some
01:38:30other dangerous goods, the social harm is very great.
01:38:34Therefore, the Ministry of Transport and Communications
01:38:37has always focused on the management of illegal transportation vehicles.
01:38:41So why Xin Da?
01:38:52In early September, the central safety production assessment and inspection team returned to the front line of editing and conducted another in-depth investigation.
01:38:56The investigation found that the main reason was.
01:39:22This obviously violates Article 29 of the Measures for the Safety Management of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods.
01:39:2629 条 的 。
01:39:44In our country, for dangerous goods to be transported, a paper or electronic waybill must first be obtained, and the system of one vehicle, one trip, and one waybill must be strictly implemented. The waybill for the observation vehicle number 3943 should be filled out by the carrier company, which is Xinda Company. It clearly loaded 22.

01:40:54In some places in our country, in order to plug this loophole, local regulations have been passed to mandate that the electronic weighbridges of dangerous goods loading and unloading enterprises be connected to the supervision platform, and then automatically compared with the weight declared in the electronic waybill, forming a closed loop. However, Shaanxi lacks this key link. Finally,

01:41:05let's look at the fourth official
01:41:08road inspection. Can the traffic management department responsible for road inspections
01:41:12detect its overloading? The answer
01:41:15is very difficult. First, the number of dangerous goods vehicles is very large. As of the end of 2025,
01:41:19there were 55% of registered road dangerous goods transport vehicles in
01:41:23Shanxi Province.
01:41:27运 输 車 。
01:41:32Secondly, traffic management departments only conduct spot checks on suspicious vehicles. Xinda also mostly operates
01:41:36in remote areas, so it has been able to transport overloaded for a long time.
01:41:40In addition to overloaded transportation of dangerous goods,
01:41:43the central safety production assessment and inspection team also found that dangerous goods vehicle inspection
01:41:47reports were forged.
01:41:51心 。
01:41:54According to regulations, dangerous goods vehicles must undergo annual inspections.
01:42:06This is an important measure to ensure the safe operation of vehicles. The inspection of dangerous goods vehicles is much stricter than that of ordinary trucks. There are dozens of inspection items, and the vehicle's technical level must reach level one before it can be operated. In early April this year, when the inspection team went to inspect Fengmao Logistics Co., Ltd. in Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou, it found that the two dangerous goods tank truck metals provided by the company.

01:43:57The original inspection record was fabricated later.
01:44:00So how did these 91 fake reports get
01:44:04into the hands of Guizhou Fengmao Logistics? The investigation found that on January 9, 2025,
01:44:07? 调 查 发 现 2025 年 1 月 9 日 ,
01:44:21the student issued an inspection report to a person named Zhang and paid
01:44:25a certain fee. The regular inspection of the tank bodies of Guizhou Fengmao Logistics
01:44:29was completed by Zhang in cooperation with the student.
01:44:33Experts said that tank trucks carrying dangerous goods that have been evaluated for a long time
01:44:36are driving on the road with fake reports, which is harmful.
01:45:06In addition to Guizhou and Fujian, the inspection team also found
01:45:40any lapse in any link of dangerous goods transportation could lead to a vicious accident. In response to the various safety hazards found, relevant
01:45:44departments have required all localities to strictly investigate and punish, urging them to strengthen regulatory shortcomings, implement safety responsibilities from all parties, and firmly adhere to the bottom line of
01:45:48safe production of dangerous goods transportation.

01:48:06Since the beginning of the year,
01:48:13the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces have continued to engage in fierce fighting in many parts of central and southeastern Sudan, causing heavy civilian casualties.
01:48:17Currently, the Kordofan region in central Sudan is one of the main battlefields
01:48:21between the two sides. The Sudanese Armed Forces recently launched multiple large-scale
01:48:24offensives, claiming to have controlled more than 90% of North Kordofan State.
01:48:28The Rapid Support Forces retreated to West Kordofan State, trying to stop the Sudanese Armed

01:48:35At the same time, the two sides continued to exchange fire in the Blue Nile State bordering Ethiopia,

01:48:57The armed conflict in Sudan, which erupted in April 2023, has lasted for more than three years.
01:49:01The local agricultural infrastructure has been severely damaged by the war,
01:49:05and food production has dropped sharply. Since the beginning of this year,
01:49:09with the continuous tension in the Middle East, the prices of energy and fertilizers

01:50:03for this sector, what I witnessed after the outbreak of this war was the disruption of many
01:50:06agricultural projects and the impact on some productive
01:50:09and famous agricultural states. Many farmers' assets
01:50:15including machinery and equipment,
01:50:19and agricultural projects were destroyed.
01:50:25In recent years, affected by the tense situation in the Middle East, international energy prices have risen,
01:50:29pushing up the costs of agricultural machinery operations, farm irrigation, and agricultural product transportation
01:50:33in Sudan, severely restricting agricultural production activities in Sudan.
01:50:37In addition, Sudan needs fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, and other
01:50:41agricultural production materials, which are highly dependent on imports or transshipments from
01:50:44Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other Gulf countries. Affected by the tense situation in the Middle East,

02:10:12But at the same time, security incidents caused by AI autonomous actions are frequent worldwide. AI assistance, artificial intelligence is now talking about doing wrong things that cause global attention.
02:10:26Not long ago,
02:10:27OpenAI announced the training of a new generation of models.
02:10:30The technology showed that on September 20, an intelligent system in Shahe
02:10:37DNS over-filtering exposed a loophole in the external public network.
02:10:42This is the second time OpenAI has suspended model development in three months.
02:10:46In late July, its AI intelligent body broke through mutually isolated operating
02:10:50environments, intruding into some systems of American newspaper and newspaper companies. During this period,
02:10:53it established communication, deceived evaluators, and tried to cover up its actions.
02:10:57Every operation was without Human instruction intervention. Similar
02:11:01incidents are not isolated. In August, the UK's Artificial Intelligence Safety Research Institute released
02:11:05test results showing that two AI assistants showed autonomy
02:11:08ten times in 1222 tests.
02:11:33AI,
02:11:35AI generation and other networks.
02:11:40。
02:11:47Making mistakes is more about doing wrong. It can directly operate digital systems and physical devices. For example, AI hallucinations and misjudgments
02:11:50may drive intelligent robots to cause personal injury. At
02:11:54present, AI applications represented by intelligent AI terminals
02:11:58already have autonomous perception, planning, decision-making and tool-calling capabilities.
02:12:01AI that can act is becoming a new risk subject.
02:12:05From out-of-control intrusion to self-action,
02:12:09why is artificial intelligence frequently out of control ?
02:12:34Unlike previous tools, the new generation of artificial intelligence has autonomous perception, planning, decision-making and tool-calling capabilities, and can act autonomously without human instructions.
02:12:36。
02:12:42Single point failures and the investment in AI security cannot keep up with the scale of research and development and application. Security and other aspects are catching up with the technical iteration. At the same time, the risk of use is not negligible. In industries such as gold, AI applications are accelerating their implementation. Some people's understanding of AI capabilities
02:13:12is insufficient, and the problem of misuse is prominent, which also brings new challenges
02:13:16to security governance. The decision chain of intelligent bodies
02:13:19is long, and the degree of autonomy is high. Abnormal behaviors are difficult to identify
02:13:23in time, and risks are often discovered in ex-post accountability,
02:13:27leaving very limited response windows for supervision.
02:13:30Facing new risks such as autonomous actions of artificial intelligence,
02:13:33our country will build a security governance system for artificial intelligence
02:13:37covering the entire chain of research and development, deployment, and application. The purpose of this is
02:13:41to promote technological innovation.
02:14:12mechanisms such as pre-filing, sandboxing, and isolation are no longer able to adapt
02:14:16to the technical characteristics of intelligent bodies, which are high-privileged, highly autonomous, and strongly interactive.
02:14:20It is necessary to establish mechanisms such as intelligent body identification,
02:14:24full-line control, and log flow storage. At the same time,
02:14:27optimize and refine rules such as personal information protection
02:14:31and data security to ensure that risky behaviors are identifiable
02:14:35and traceable. The latest data shows that as of the end of August this year,
02:14:39a total of 1112 urban planning applications have been approved nationwide.

02:17:07After the world news, continue. The Saudi Arabian Civil Aviation Authority issued a statement on the 10th saying that King Khalid International Airport
02:17:11in Riyadh was attacked again that afternoon, killing
02:17:1512 people and injuring 309. The attack caused different degrees of damage to the airport
02:17:19facilities, and the airport has suspended operations.

02:17:26Witnesses said that there was an explosion in Terminal 3 of King Khalid International Airport
02:17:30that afternoon, and personnel inside the airport were evacuated.
02:17:34After the explosion, flight tracking website information showed that there were no flights
02:17:38taking off or landing at the airport, and some flights to Riyadh had been
02:17:42diverted or returned. King Khalid International Airport issued a passenger alert
02:17:46saying that passengers are advised to contact the airline and confirm the flight status
02:17:49before going to the airport. Affected by the security situation,
02:17:53Kuwait Airways
02:18:16After the explosion on the 10th, Etihad Airways announced that it would extend the cancellation of flights until October 12th. The US Embassy in Saudi Arabia said on the 10th that it strongly recommended all US
02:18:19citizens to avoid King Khalid International Airport and surrounding areas.
02:18:23A diplomat.
02:18:44According to media reports controlled by the Houthi armed forces in Yemen, the Saudi-led coalition attacked the Houthi-controlled Sana'a International Airport in Yemen on the 10th. There are currently no reports of casualties or losses. As the conflict in Yemen continues
02:18:48to escalate, over the past week, King Fahd International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia,
02:18:52and the Yemeni government forces in the control area.
02:19:30Some public opinion also pointed out that Aden Airport is one of the few usable international gateways in southern Yemen. Attacking
02:19:33this airport may lead to the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Yemeni government-controlled area.
02:19:37The Yemeni government warned on the 10th that the Houthi armed forces' attack
02:19:41on Aden International Airport marked a critical shift in their tactics.
02:19:44变 。
02:19:47The Houthi armed forces-controlled media in Yemen reported on the 10th that the Houthi
02:19:50armed forces were willing to take reciprocal measures with Saudi Arabia to avoid
02:19:54involving airports, seaports, and other facilities with humanitarian functions
02:19:58in the escalating military confrontation. The Houthi armed forces stated
02:20:02that they were willing to promote all parties to avoid attacking such facilities and to list airports
02:20:06and seaports as priority protection targets. The report said that the Houthi armed forces
02:20:10accused Saudi Arabia of attacking Sana'a International Airport, the capital of Yemen, on July 13th,
02:20:13which ended the previous period of easing tensions.
02:20:17The Houthi armed forces also stated that they would not accept Saudi Arabia's military presence in Yemen.
02:20:21US President Trump said on the 1st:
02:20:25The United States may join Saudi Arabia's strike against the Houthi armed forces in Yemen.
02:20:28Trump said that the US side had just learned of the recent
02:20:32attack on Riyadh Airport. He is evaluating whether the United States
02:20:36should join.
02:20:45Let's look at the news of the Panama earthquake again. According to the China Earthquake Networks Center, a 7.6-magnitude earthquake occurred in Panama on the 9th local time.
02:20:49The Panamanian government announced on the 10th that it had entered
02:20:53an emergency state to respond to the strong earthquake, coordinate disaster relief and original assistance work.
02:20:57According to the Panamanian Civil Defense Department, the strong earthquake has so far caused
02:21:0027 injuries.
02:21:04Panamanian Presidential Minister Aurelio Lek,
02:21:18Aurelio Lek said that Panamanian President Mulino has instructed the establishment
02:21:22of a special committee responsible for coordinating disaster relief operations and seeking assistance
02:21:26resources. The government has set up a disaster relief material collection point in the capital Panama City,
02:21:30and provincial governments will also receive social donations of materials.
02:21:34At 12:15 p.m. local time on the 9th in Panama.
02:22:13Currently, the Panamanian government is continuously evaluating the disaster situation and carrying out rescue
02:22:17work. According to
02:22:19the European Mediterranean Seismological Center,
02:22:21,
02:22:23at about 8:46 a.m. local time on the 10th, a magnitude 5 earthquake occurred near Las Tablas, Panama. The earthquake's focal depth was
02:22:2712 kilometers. There are currently no reports of casualties or property
02:22:31damage. Let's turn our attention to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. On
02:22:35the 10th local time, the Russian government announced that it would partially lift the ban on fuel exports.
02:22:39。
02:22:42The Russian government announcement stated that this decision was aimed at implementing the agreement previously
02:22:45reached between Russian President Putin and US President Trump. According to the relevant decision,
02:22:48Russia will now be allowed to export
02:22:52500,000 tons of diesel to the international market. Previously, Trump
02:22:56announced on the 9th that the US and Russian leaders had reached a consensus that Russia would supply
02:23:00more than 300,000 tons of diesel to the US and global markets this month,
02:23:03and 500,000 tons in November. After that, Russia will be.
02:24:13in response to the Russian attack. Russia has not yet responded to this. US President Trump said on the 10th that he had told Zelensky
02:24:17not to attack Russian refineries, and said that Zelensky
02:24:21had better stop quickly. Trump also said that
02:24:24Ukraine should change its president, implying that Zelensky
02:24:28had not done enough to end the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, and at the same time accused Zelensky
02:24:32of causing the rise in US fuel prices.
02:24:35Ukrainian President Zelensky posted on social media on the 10th
02:24:39that he had spoken with leaders of several European countries that day,
02:24:43calling for increased assistance to Ukraine and sanctions against Russia.
02:24:46Zelensky spoke with Finnish President Stubb,
02:24:50French President Macron, Norwegian Prime Minister Støre, and British Prime Minister
02:24:54Burnham that day. In the calls, he
02:24:57reported on the latest developments in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, discussed the challenges posed by the US easing
02:25:01sanctions on Russian oil products, and prepared for coordinated response measures
02:25:05and follow-up meetings.
02:25:09Zelensky said on the 9th that allowing Russia to export oil products
02:25:13was investing in war. He expressed his disappointment and said that he felt
02:25:16betrayed. The US government
02:25:19announced on the 9th that it would ease sanctions on Russian fuel trade, saying
02:25:23that the US and Russian leaders had reached a consensus that Russia would supply diesel
02:25:27to the US and global markets starting this month. Analysts believe
02:25:31that the Trump administration's move was intended to alleviate the domestic
02:25:35fuel supply in the US before the midterm elections.
02:25:52US military strikes against Iran, leading to disruptions in shipping in the Strait of Hormuz,
02:25:56continue to impact global energy prices. Against this backdrop,
02:26:00US diesel retail prices hit a new historical high in September,
02:26:04once 94% higher than pre-war levels.
02:26:07Analysts pointed out that with less than a month
02:26:11until the midterm elections, the high diesel prices are becoming a political
02:26:14burden for Trump and his Republican Party. Diesel is used for agricultural machinery,
02:26:18于 农 用 机 械 ,
02:27:20Coupled with Russia's priority to ensure its domestic energy market, whether it can
02:27:23fulfill its promise is still unknown. On the other hand,
02:27:27refining facilities in the Middle East are currently unable to resume normal operations. Crude oil and refined oil transportation
02:27:31in the Gulf region continue to be obstructed. Even if Russia increases oil exports,
02:27:35it will still be difficult to fill the global energy market's supply
02:27:39gap. Some analysts point out that only when the scale of new sources of goods expands
02:27:43。
02:27:47can the price relief effect be further enhanced.

02:30:31With the acceleration of global climate change and the evolution of the international geopolitical situation,
02:30:35the Arctic region is receiving more and more attention from the international community.
02:30:39From the 8th to the 10th, the 2026 Arctic Circle Forum
02:30:42held in Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, attracted nearly
02:30:462,000 people from about 75 countries and regions around the world.
02:31:09The latest report from the Logistics Center shows that as of September 30 this year, the number of passages through the Northeast Passage of the Arctic has been the same as that of the entire year of 2025. Since the beginning of this year, 104 ships have passed through
02:31:13this route, and it is expected that the total number of ships for the year may
02:31:16reach 150. As the Arctic sea ice decreases, the commercial development
02:31:20potential of the Northeast Passage is becoming increasingly apparent. Container ships from China
02:31:24to Europe take about 20 days to travel through the Northeast Passage,
02:31:28while it takes about 36 days to travel through the Suez
02:31:32Canal. The transportation time can be reduced by nearly half. I am very
02:31:36happy to see that at this Arctic Circle Forum, shipping
02:31:40has become a topic highly valued and hotly discussed by the guests
02:31:43of the conference. This, I think, provides
02:31:47a new business opportunity for us to open up
02:31:50new commercial shipping lanes in the future. The development of Arctic shipping is just
02:31:54a microcosm of global attention to Arctic affairs. With the rising strategic position
02:31:58of the Arctic region, geopolitical and security issues
02:32:02also received high attention at this forum. The situation of Greenland, an autonomous territory
02:32:06of Denmark, Arctic military activities, and changes in major power
02:32:10relations became topics of discussion.
02:32:13The Arctic region is facing a complex situation where climate change and security risks
02:32:17intersect.
02:32:21This is a new development this year. Including some traditional topics like environmental governance and climate change,
02:32:25they will all ask one more question: what does this mean for security issues?
02:32:29They have some critique of the presence of other external forces in the Arctic. So this is
02:32:33a new change this year.
02:32:35Despite escalating geopolitical competition, climate change remains
02:32:39a major long-term challenge facing the Arctic region. This not only concerns
02:32:43Arctic countries, but also the future of countries around the world.
02:32:47The international community must strengthen cooperation. And in this process,
02:32:50China's participation has attracted the attention of the representatives. In recent years,
02:32:54China has continuously carried out polar scientific expeditions, in the fields of glaciers,
02:32:58permafrost, climate change monitoring, and green low-carbon technologies.
02:34:11All countries should invest more attention and resources in scientific research and environmental protection. Too many discussions now are entangled in imaginary
02:34:15security threats and geopolitical issues, wasting precious time and resources.
02:34:19The Chinese side stated that the joint statement issued by the leaders
02:34:22of China and Iceland last year emphasized strengthening cooperation in climate change
02:34:26and green energy. These practical cooperations can better
02:34:30.
02:35:06At the 2026 Arctic Circle Forum, experts and scholars from China and the United States
02:35:10believe that the two countries have practical cooperation space
02:35:14in Arctic science, maritime security, and multilateral governance. The Arctic
02:35:18is expected to become an important area for both sides to explore constructive strategic stability.
02:35:26in the Arctic Region" jointly organized by the US Ocean Conservation Association and China Tongji University
02:35:30级 地 区 的 中 美 关 系 合 作 前
02:36:26U.S. Northern Research.
02:36:30The venue of the study.
02:36:44expressed approval. are lower, the pressure is lower in the Arctic than it is in
02:36:48other other topics that China and the U.S. discuss
02:36:51or or compete about, so I think it's a great
02:36:55place to explore
02:36:56cooperation,
02:36:59because precisely because it's outside of our core
02:37:02interests and and so the pressure is a bit lower, but there's still
02:37:06a lot that we can do together.
02:37:10Multiple Japanese civil society groups held a rally in Tokyo.
02:37:14。
02:38:15Rather, Japan was
02:38:19manipulated by America,
02:38:22becoming its pawn, and we
02:38:25ourselves created
02:38:29a very dangerous situation. In Japan,
02:38:33the situation has become very severe
02:38:37in recent years, and there is a trend
02:38:40that we must strengthen our defense capabilities. This is especially true
02:38:55after the release of the three security documents in December 2022.
02:38:59Including the production and deployment of cruise missiles,
02:39:02the military budget was doubled.
02:39:06So I really think that the culture is progressing
02:39:10now.

02:39:15Presidential order, announcing that the Palestinian presidential election and legislative council
02:39:18election will be postponed until September 11, 2027, and held at the same time.
02:39:22The Palestinian News Agency reported on the 10th that the presidential
02:39:25order was based on the consensus reached by various Palestinian factions
02:39:29and political forces in national consultations. The consensus believes that Israel's
02:39:33continuous attacks and continuous expansion of settlements and other measures
02:39:37have created obstacles to holding elections at the original scheduled time. In addition, the severe
02:39:41security and humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.
02:39:45Restrictions on the work of the Palestinian Central Election Commission staff and international observers
02:39:48entering Gaza and East Jerusalem and other factors also pose challenges
02:39:52to election preparations.
02:39:55On October 10, 2025, Hamas and Israel reached a temporary
02:39:59ceasefire under the mediation of all parties in the international community. A year later,
02:40:02local residents in Gaza said that their lives have become worse
02:40:06this year.
02:40:09。
02:40:18Every day we have casualties, every day we have assassinations,
02:40:21casualties, blood. We only
02:40:25on paper in the news agencies, but for us on the ground,
02:40:29the war is still going on.
02:40:33All this talk about a ceasefire is a lie, there's nothing to it.
02:40:36And about the crossings, they told us that the crossings would open,
02:40:40and what happened is that the crossings opened randomly. Where, where?
02:40:44For three years we have been suffering the same story, and we have not seen any
02:40:47change. We, in the refugee camps, thought
02:40:51that after a year of ceasefire, things would be
02:40:54better and improve.
02:40:56Unfortunately, things are getting worse little
02:41:00by little. We suffer from a lack of potable water,
02:41:03we suffer from a lack of food baskets, we suffer from a lack of cash
02:41:07and in-kind assistance, and material assistance. On the contrary, we
02:41:10are displaced.
02:41:12Gaza residents said they only hope to be able to
02:42:05claimed to have controlled more than 90% of North Kordofan State. The Rapid Support Forces retreated to West Kordofan State, attempting to prevent the Sudanese Armed Forces from continuing to push westward. At the same time,
02:42:09the two sides also continued to exchange fire in the Blue Nile State, bordering Ethiopia,
02:42:12forcing a large number of civilians to flee their homes. According to statistics from the United Nations
02:42:16Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, in recent weeks, thousands
02:42:20of displaced people have poured into the vicinity of Damazin, the capital of the state.
02:42:24Many people lack medical services and basic necessities.
02:43:16The U.S. National Hurricane Center said in its latest advisory on the 10th that Isaias has weakened to a post-tropical cyclone,
02:43:20which is the remnant circulation of a tropical cyclone. Wind speeds are expected
02:43:24to continue to decrease, but it may still bring heavy rain and strong winds.
02:43:28The center issued warnings for parts of Florida, Alabama, and Georgia for storm surges,
02:43:31floods, and flash floods. The U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management
02:43:35said on the 10th that due to Isaias, personnel from 113 offshore oil platforms
02:43:39in the Gulf of Mexico have been evacuated. As of 11 a.m. that day,
02:43:42according to data submitted by operators, approximately 69% of US oil production
02:43:46and 57% of natural gas production in the Gulf of Mexico have been suspended.
02:43:49The agency said it would investigate the damage
02:43:53after the storm.

02:44:10The average temperature in the continental U.S. (48 states) in September this year broke the record set in 1998,
02:44:14setting the highest level for the same period since records began in
02:44:171895.
02:44:20。
02:44:22The report shows that in September this year, the average temperature in the continental U.S. (48 states)
02:44:26was approximately.
02:44:33Eight of these states set their own highest average September temperatures
02:44:37on record. The report points out that this high temperature record was mainly
02:44:41driven by abnormally high nighttime minimum temperatures, rather than extreme
02:44:45daytime high temperatures. Approximately 80 million US citizens experienced the hottest
02:44:49September nighttime temperatures on record. According to the report, the average temperature
02:44:53in the continental U.S. (48 states) has been higher than
02:44:56the historical average for 20 consecutive months.
02:45:15At the same time, drought continues in some parts of the United States. According to the latest U.S. Drought Monitor report released on October 8, approximately
02:45:1855% of the continental U.S. is currently
02:45:20in drought.
02:45:23Recent Russian bear incidents.
02:45:27件 。
02:46:56This is partly due to tighter gun control and fewer gun owners, and partly due to human
02:47:00activity shrinking, forest habitats recovering, and at the same time, the reduction of natural
02:47:04food in recent years, increased pressure on bear foraging, and an increased
02:47:08probability of human-bear encounters. Since the early 2000s,
02:47:11the number of cubs in litters has been steadily increasing, as bears
02:47:15are not hunted and people do not pursue them,
02:47:18bears have lost their fear of humans.
02:47:22All of this is now compounded by a catastrophic shortage
02:47:25of food.

02:47:40In October 1936, the three main forces of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army successively met in Huining, Gansu, and Jiangtai, Ningxia,
02:47:43marking the victorious conclusion of the Long March. Today,
02:47:47the Huining Squadron of the Gansu Contingent of the People's Armed Police is stationed in the Long March meeting place,
02:47:51treating the station as their hometown and the masses as their relatives,
02:47:55always inheriting the fine tradition of unity between the military and the people,
02:47:59and marching on a new Long March in the stationed area.
02:48:02。
02:48:05The joint meeting of the three Red Armies was held here.
02:48:08就 在 这 里 。
02:48:12Recently, the Huining Squadron of the Gansu Contingent of the People's Armed Police held a theme activity of "Joint Meeting
02:48:16and Sending Off" in front of the Red Army Long March Victory Memorial Hall,
02:48:20discussing moving stories of the military and the people being closely connected.
02:48:24人 故 事 。
02:48:42In recent years, the squadron has deeply explored the red resources of the stationed area,
02:48:45taking revolutionary sites as classrooms, innovatively carrying out activities such as telling red stories,
02:48:49reading red family letters, and singing red songs,
02:48:53allowing officers and soldiers to immerse themselves in the spirit of Huishi. We have moved
02:48:57the classroom out of the barracks, and rely on the rich red resources
02:49:00of Huishi to carry out education, letting red stories flow
02:49:04in the blood, letting red genes strengthen
02:49:08the ship, red education,
02:49:11is not just listening to stories.
02:49:16On the basis of deepening red education, the Gansu Contingent of the People's Armed Police
02:49:20has always adhered to the purpose of serving the people, and has long provided assistance
02:49:24to Shuangmiao Village, which is located in a mountainous area, investing special funds to open up
02:49:28the main road network inside and outside the village, building a heavy breeding cooperation
02:49:31agency, building greenhouses and water conservancy facilities, forming a complete
02:49:35assistance chain that connects roads,
02:49:38increases production, and increases income.
02:49:52In addition to industrial assistance, officers and soldiers also regularly carry out public services, medical patrols,
02:49:56and regularly enter schools to conduct national defense education, so that the residents'
02:49:59affection continues to deepen.
02:50:01。
02:50:05We will continue to deepen the "double support" work and wholeheartedly guard the stationed area
02:50:09and serve the masses. Huining is located on the Loess Plateau, with prominent geological
02:50:13and meteorological disaster risks, and is a key prevention and control area for deep flood disasters
02:50:17nationwide. In response to this situation, the squadron regularly organizes
02:50:20disaster relief drills, dynamically improves emergency plans,
02:50:24equips and strengthens emergency rescue equipment, and has maintained
02:50:2843 consecutive years of safety without accidents. The red bloodline continues
02:50:32to be passed down.
02:50:35We will bear in mind our original aspiration and mission, guard the red land,
02:50:39and serve the people. In Huining, this meeting
02:50:42place, we will write a new chapter for the People's Armed Police soldiers in the new era.

02:50:50The discounts on accommodation in major tourist destinations have also started to increase.
02:50:53This keeps the domestic tourism market hot.
02:50:57。
02:50:59In October this autumn, the tourism market launched a high-value combination,
02:51:03and data from online tourism platforms showed that the average price of air tickets
02:51:07to popular cities before the holiday was lower than international.
02:51:42The autumn scenery of Tanpu is truly beautiful and shocking. With the significant drop in airfare for round-trip flights between many places and Haikou
02:51:46and Sanya, Hainan has become the ideal destination for many people seeking refuge from the crowds.
02:51:50According to estimates, recently,
02:52:11In Gexian Village, Shangrao, Jiangxi, ancient villages and autumn scenery complement each other. Tourists
02:52:15walk through stone alleys, watching scenic performances up close,
02:52:19and lantern shows and fireworks shows are staged in rotation. The scenic area completely
02:52:23retains the popular performances launched during the National Day holiday,
02:52:27allowing tourists who come to avoid the crowds to enjoy an undiminished experience. The maple leaves
02:52:31on Fragrant Hills have begun to turn red. Beijing has released maps of various types of greenways
02:52:35for autumn viewing. Pinggu, Miyun, and other places have fully upgraded their service formats,
02:52:38attracting many tourists to come and enjoy the autumn charm of the ancient capital.
02:52:42In addition to the beautiful autumn scenery, trying local seasonal delicacies
02:52:46has become another highlight
02:53:18Soo peak oil and other methods will be further divided.
02:53:31In addition to enjoying the autumn mountains and beautiful scenery, and checking in to various seasonal food destinations, many tourists also visited cultural and historical venues
02:53:35to enjoy a leisurely cultural trip.
02:57:26Let's look at the weather. A cold air mass is affecting northern China. Today, the northwest region will experience
02:57:30a drop in temperature first. Tomorrow, the cooling trend will move eastward to North China
02:57:34and Huanghua. In some parts of Inner Mongolia, the temperature drop will reach
02:57:37more than 10 degrees. The day after tomorrow, some parts of the northeast will also experience a temperature drop
02:57:41of about 10 degrees, making it very cold. Please remember to add clothes in time
02:57:45to stay warm. At the same time, precipitation will also develop from west
02:57:48to east. Today, precipitation is mainly concentrated in Qinghai,
02:57:52Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan and other places. Among them,
02:57:56some parts of Gansu, Shaanxi, Shanxi and Henan will experience moderate rain,

02:58:04It will successively affect northern Henan, most of Shandong, southern Hebei,
02:58:08Tianjin, and Heilongjiang, Jilin, and other places.
02:58:12The influence of cold air is mainly concentrated in the north, while in the south, the next two days
02:58:16will still be dominated by clear and hot weather. The maximum temperature in most areas will
02:58:19reach around 30 degrees. However, when the sun sets, the heat will
02:58:23dissipate quickly, and the day and night temperature difference in most areas of the south will
02:58:27exceed 10 degrees. Early morning and evening already feel like early autumn. You can
