00:09:41Reporter learned from the National Food and Material Reserve Administration
00:09:45that the national summer grain acquisition is nearing completion,
00:09:49and all preparations for autumn grain acquisition are in place.
00:09:51。
00:09:53This year's summer grain acquisition is mainly market-oriented, with policy-based acquisition
00:09:57as a supplement. Currently, various entities across the country have cumulatively acquired
00:10:01over 100 million tons of wheat. To protect the interests of grain farmers,
00:10:05the state promptly activated the wheat minimum purchase price implementation
00:10:08plan. Zhong Chu Liang landed in Henan Anhui successively.
00:10:12Wheat minimum purchase price acquisition points are 164,
00:10:16and the market opens for good. Today's good grain is paid immediately,
00:10:20especially after the policy of purchasing at the lowest price for wheat was launched,
00:10:24I felt more at ease.
00:10:32Autumn grain is ripening continuously, and autumn grain acquisition will soon begin, expected to last from late September until the end of April next year. The acquisition volume accounts for about three-quarters of the total annual grain acquisition volume, and is the main focus of the annual grain
00:10:35storage and acquisition. At present, the main production areas are
00:10:39scrambling to empty warehouses and prepare funds, racing against time,
00:10:43and accelerating the improvement of post-production service facilities. This is Wucheng County,
00:10:47Chalian County, Shandong. Everyone, look above my head. It is

00:12:36and coordinate the four business levels of radio and television networks,
00:12:39IPTV, Internet TV, and public Internet
00:12:43to accelerate high-quality development. We will actively promote
00:12:46the innovative and integrated application of artificial intelligence.

00:13:27During this period, Shizuishan City, Ningxia, Shitanjing, welcomed
00:13:31a large number of tourists. As one of the filming locations for the movie
00:13:34"Welcome to Longmen Inn", it has become a popular domestic tourist destination
00:13:38recently with the popularity of the movie. I watched this movie with my child yesterday.
00:13:42I just happened to know that it was filmed in our local area, so I really wanted to come to this
00:13:46film base. Shitanjing was once Ningxia's coal mining
00:13:49industrial base. Later, due to resource depletion and Helan Mountain ecological protection and other reasons,
00:13:53the mining area... In this scene, there are also various vehicles such as demon cars and moon cars. This year, the cultural and tourism development has been accelerated.
00:14:21Facing 15, we will expand the market.
00:14:55is from Xihai, so I have always heard my grandparents talk about the stories of their old generation,
00:14:59but we ourselves have never experienced it. I think the biggest difference is the
00:15:02feeling of being in the scene.
00:15:03。
00:15:07The language spoken is also the dialect of our hometown. Relying on rich natural resources, various places in Ningxia
00:15:11are continuously innovating cultural and tourism consumption scenarios. Zhongwei City's Highway 66
00:15:15is a popular self-driving route. Along the 38-kilometer route,
00:15:18it gathers unique landscapes such as the Yellow River and Gobi.
00:15:22This year, the local area has created an IP for cultural and tourism
00:15:26exploration. Tourists drive during the day to see the scenery, and at night they stargaze in the desert.
00:15:30In the 15th period, Ningxia will coordinate the deep integration
00:15:33of all links in the cultural and tourism sectors, strengthen technological empowerment,
00:15:37expand integrated industries, create consumption scenarios,
00:15:41vigorously develop all-regional distinctive tourism, build an international tourism destination,
00:15:45and further optimize and strengthen the tourism industry as a pillar industry.
00:15:49In the next step, we will continue to introduce
00:15:53high-quality tourism routes, linking transportation arteries and natural and cultural resources, to build a golden
00:15:56route system, promoting the stringing of pearls into chains and chains into
00:16:00clusters. During the 15th period, we will strive to make cultural tourism
00:16:04better serve a better life, and promote economic development.
00:16:09Recently, the first batch of funds from this year's new policy-based financial instruments
00:16:12has been launched for investment, and a number of intelligent manufacturing and infrastructure
00:16:16projects have successively received the first batch of financial support,
00:16:20and are accelerating their implementation to promote the expansion of effective investment.
00:16:24。
00:16:26In Ruian, Zhejiang, the national new energy vehicle key project, the intelligent
00:16:30chassis industrialization project, has begun to accelerate its progress,
00:16:34filling the gap in the domestic new energy vehicle chassis industry chain. Previously,
00:16:37the project was still worried about huge R&D investment, but just
00:16:41a few days ago, the 100 million yuan fund from the Export-Import Bank became
00:16:45the first batch of projects supported by this year's national new policy-based financial instruments.
00:16:49All of this money is used to supplement the project capital,
00:16:53making the self-owned capital more sufficient, and significantly improving financing credit.
00:16:57This way, we can also use this as a leverage for the capital,
00:17:00which can leverage the project loan funds.
00:17:02。
00:17:05The new policy-based financial instrument is a financial instrument created by the state
00:17:09to support major strategies and supplement the capital of key projects.
00:17:13Through the capital leverage, it magnifies the total investment, optimizes
00:17:17the investment structure, and is invested by the China Development Bank, the Agricultural Development Bank,
00:17:20and the Export-Import Bank. It mainly invests in the digital transformation
00:17:24of traditional industries, green and low-carbon energy,
00:17:28and demonstration applications of artificial intelligence and other key areas.
00:17:31It effectively guarantees the progress of project construction.
00:18:08At present, the new policy-based financial instrument has accelerated its deployment
00:18:11in Yunnan, Fujian, Sichuan, and other places. This year's total
00:18:15investment scale has increased from 500 billion yuan last year to 800 billion
00:18:19yuan. It is estimated that it will leverage a total project investment scale
00:18:23of about 10 trillion yuan. Since
00:18:26the beginning of this year, China's logistics industry has continuously increased its digital research and development investment,
00:18:30and intelligent scenarios have accelerated their implementation, promoting the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement
00:18:33of the logistics industry and service upgrading.
00:18:38In the cold storage of Shenzhen Port Logistics Group, a batch of domestically pioneered
00:18:42cold and hot shuttle unmanned forklifts are
00:18:46orderly carrying out picking and placing operations in an environment
00:18:50with a temperature difference of nearly 50 degrees. This not only solves the pain point of working in extreme cold conditions,
00:18:53but also improves efficiency by about 40%.
00:18:57The improvement in efficiency comes from investment in research and development.
00:19:01Data from the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing shows that in the first seven months of this year,
00:19:05key logistics enterprises' digitalization
00:19:32At the same time, the depth of digital collaboration in the logistics industry continues to expand. Through digitalization, information silos are broken, and one shipping order
00:19:36covers the entire process.
00:21:01standardized wet markets this year. Currently, 38 have been completed.
00:21:05In the Huamu Xingfu Lane wet market in Pudong New Area, after renovation,
00:21:09a special affordable price zone was set up. Here, vegetables, meat, and other items are directly
00:21:12supplied from the wholesale market. The market also provides supporting services such as hair cutting, repair,
00:21:16and home repair, and introduces long-term dining halls and fresh seafood processing.
00:21:37In the historic and cultural district of Yihe Road, Jiangsong Nanjing, a batch of newly restored
00:21:41cultural relic courtyards are gradually opening to the public.
00:21:45Here, the original appearance of the cultural relic buildings is completely preserved,
00:21:49introducing cultural exhibitions and physical art.
00:22:36After completion, it can not only reduce the hidden danger of water pollution, but also reduce the risk of road flooding, continuously improving urban operations. continuously improving urban
00:22:40operational shortcomings.
00:22:43The State Council Information Office held a press conference for Chinese and foreign journalists
