00:01:58at IIT Delhi and will be present as the chief guest
00:02:02at the ceremony. Prime Minister Narendra Modi
00:02:05will address more than 3000 students.
00:02:08So let us tell you what
00:02:11exactly
00:02:14this AI-enabled High Performance Supercomputing
00:02:18facility called Param Pragya is. Yes, let us explain to you
00:02:22about Param Pragya. Actually, this is a part
00:02:25of the National Supercomputing Mission. It is installed
00:02:29in IIT Delhi's Sonepat campus and is an AI-powered
00:02:32High Performance Supercomputing.
00:02:35You can see a hybrid system
00:02:38of High Performance Supercomputing and AI
00:02:41here. It has a cluster
00:02:45combination of advanced GPUs and CPUs.
00:02:47It further strengthens AI machine
00:02:51learning and research capabilities. How special is
00:02:54India's Param Pragya? Students will benefit
00:02:57from it in LLM and Data Science and Interdisciplinary
00:03:00Research. Param Pragya
00:03:04seems to promote Generative AI and
00:03:07startups. Param Pragya
00:03:11is very important, which will be inaugurated
00:03:14by Prime Minister
00:03:15Narendra Modi.
00:03:19And now we will move forward in the news and talk
00:03:22about the student agitation in Jharkhand.
00:03:26Today is the 15th day of the students' agitation,
00:03:30and this agitation is still going on.
00:03:33Discussions are also continuously going on between
00:03:36the student delegation and the government. Today,
00:03:40in Ranchi, at the State Guest House, eight members of the JPSC, JSSC
00:03:43candidates, Justice Forum, student delegation will hold talks
00:03:47message to you in phase two of with the government-constituted delegation. These students have
00:03:50been continuously struggling since July 5th,
00:03:53and their indefinite satyagraha continues on the 15th day.
00:03:57In support of these students, student leader Devendra Nath
00:04:01Mahto has been on a hunger
00:04:03strike for the last 6 days.
00:04:08And in Mizoram, the student organization Mizo Zirlai
00:04:12Pawl (MZP) has announced an
00:04:16agitation against the Mizoram Public Service Commission.
00:04:19The organization has announced that it will stage a protest
00:04:22outside the commission's office in Aizawl on Monday.
00:04:26MZP demands that necessary reforms be made in the commission
00:04:30and the number of employees be increased. The organization
00:04:33says that this will make the recruitment process better
00:04:37and more transparent. A few days ago, MZP also protested
00:04:41outside the commission's office. According to the organization,
00:04:44many complaints regarding the recruitment process came
00:04:48to light in a meeting with students. MZP has raised the issue of
00:04:51problems in the OTR system and cancellation of applications
00:04:55due to documents. The organization claims that some candidates
00:04:58who had passed the written examination
00:05:01were also disqualified.
00:05:06And if we talk about the meeting between the central
00:05:10government and Meta in New Delhi,
00:05:12which was held for the third consecutive day, deepfake,
00:05:16child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and unlabeled AI-generated
00:05:19content were discussed in the meeting, which is very important.
00:05:23The government has asked Meta why harmful AI content
00:05:26reappears on the platform despite IT rules
00:05:30and also spreads rapidly. The government has asked the
00:05:34company to take concrete steps in this direction
00:05:38and report it. In the meeting, emphasis was also laid
00:05:41on improving content moderation, understanding Indian languages
00:05:45and increasing monitoring according to local conditions.
00:05:49Meta's team told the government that it has technical
00:05:52solutions to deal with deepfakes, fake bot
00:05:54accounts and objectionable content. Plans are also
00:05:57being made to implement them. According to sources,
00:06:01another meeting on these issues is likely to be held next
00:06:05week. Earlier, IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav
00:06:08had asked Meta officials several questions regarding
00:06:12content, algorithms and compliance with Indian
00:06:15laws. The government has made it clear that its objective
00:06:19is not censorship but to ensure compliance with
00:06:23Indian laws. Along with this, Meta's steps will also be
00:06:26regularly reviewed.
00:06:31And moving on, let me tell you that Home and Cooperation
00:06:35Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate the new office of
00:06:38National Urban Cooperative Finance and Development
00:06:41Corporation Limited (NUCFDC) in Mumbai today. On this occasion,
00:06:45Amit Shah will also interact with representatives of
00:06:48Maharashtra's State Urban Cooperative Bank Federations and District
00:06:52Federations. During the program, an exchange of Memorandum
00:06:55of Understanding (MoU) will also take place
00:06:59between NUCFDC and National Forensic Science
00:07:02University. Along with this, Home Minister Amit Shah will also
00:07:05participate in the program organized at the BSE International

00:07:16the Security Operations Center (SOC)
00:07:19to strengthen
00:07:20the cybersecurity of urban
00:07:25cooperative banks. And Union Minister Kiren Rijiju
00:07:28has reacted to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's social
00:07:31media post related to women's empowerment.
00:07:34Terming Rahul Gandhi's message as positive, Kiren
00:07:37has appealed to the Congress to unconditionally support
00:07:41the Women's Reservation Bill. Kiren has written that
00:07:45this seems like a positive message from the Congress
00:07:48party. A change in Rahul Gandhi's views on women
00:07:52is clearly visible. Now I hope that the
00:07:56Congress party will unconditionally
00:07:57support the Women's Reservation
00:08:01Bill. In fact, the Congress had shared
00:08:04a video of Rahul Gandhi addressing young women.
00:08:08In this, he had said that the energy of
00:08:11Indian women is tied. They are not given the
00:08:15opportunity to express themselves and dream. For me,
00:08:18no country can be successful until its women
00:08:22are able to express their potential. Rahul Gandhi
00:08:25further said that a large part of my
00:08:28politics and the country's politics is about
00:08:31making people understand that without the participation
00:08:34of women, our country is incomplete and weak.
00:08:38Reacting to this message of Rahul Gandhi, Kiren Rijiju
00:08:41raised questions about the role of Congress in the
00:08:45Women's Reservation Bill and expressed hope for support.
