00:22:17increase both production capacity and
00:22:21delivery speed. Prototypes are available,
00:22:24but the country's defense requires them, so
00:22:30supply chain, vendor network automation,
00:22:33and production planning should also begin. The goal
00:22:37should be development and manufacturing
00:22:40simultaneously. China is rapidly incorporating
