02:14:56regarding automobiles and Chinese brand
02:14:59automobiles, made some decisions.
02:15:02Due to these decisions, it brought additional
02:15:06taxes, and China complained
02:15:09about these additional taxes to the World Trade Organization
02:15:13in Geneva, Switzerland. Now, these Chinese brand
02:15:16automobiles in Turkey need to be divided into two.
02:15:20One is BYD, which is a Chinese brand.
02:15:23With this company called BYD, the AKP,
02:15:27of course, through the ministries, through the Ministry of Trade, Ministry
02:15:30of Industry, made a bilateral agreement
02:15:33and through this agreement, provided a huge, massive
02:15:36tax privilege to BYD company
02:15:40in return for making an investment in Turkey
02:15:44within the scope of investment incentives. Thus,
02:15:48BYD entered the Turkish markets
02:15:51by gaining a very advantageous position
02:15:55in the competitive environment, and it took the market by storm,
02:15:58making sales, but in the end, it did
02:16:01not make the investments it was supposed to make,
02:16:05and thus, due to the provision of a significant
02:16:08tax privilege, there was a tax loss
02:16:10for the state, and a large public loss has now occurred.
02:16:14Let's put this aside. The AKP's
02:16:17doing. Sir, it had said
02:16:21that it would produce in Turkey, hadn't it? If I remember

02:16:29years ago, and since then, it has continuously sold
