00:16:58strength. We are witnessing that in
00:17:01the discussion of the global artificial
00:17:05intelligence index, our country's situation
00:17:18the amount of investment made in
00:17:22this regard, we may be able
00:17:25to find an answer for this
00:17:29outcome. In our country, less than
00:17:3350 million dollars has been invested
00:17:36in this regard. We used to
00:17:40talk to various institutions, from
00:17:43various executive institutions to
00:17:47regulatory institutions, security institutions,
00:17:51military institutions, and we know
00:17:55that everyone is playing their
00:17:58own tune. For example, someone

00:18:14we did not have a centralized

00:19:46of the Supreme Council of Cultural

00:20:11through the necessary procedures, it has

00:20:29of promulgation and be implemented by
00:20:32the executive bodies. When it becomes
00:20:36a law in the Parliament, the government

00:20:47government. The law has a set
00:20:53of rules. There is also a fund next to it,
00:20:55which, if implemented correctly, can divide
00:20:59the history of the country's technology
